The Best Birria Tacos In Atlanta

"Birria tacos meet Southern pit-cooking at Ford’s. This Oakhurst BBQ joint fills their tacos with a smoked and braised brisket, globs of chihuahua cheese, onions, and cilantro. A side of tasty, comforting bone broth proves this fusion works incredibly well. Homey wood-paneled walls, bottles of BBQ sauce with permanent homes on the tables (we tried them on the tacos and didn’t hate it), and a breezy patio make a great setting for a lazy, relaxed meal." - juli horsford

Ford's BBQ - Oakhurst - Review - undefined - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"The plain, wood-paneled dining room that’s the archetype of every BBQ spot doesn’t give any hints at the innovative fun lurking on the menu at this Oakhurst joint. It’s where the flavors of the South collide with “south of the border” cuisine. So damn-near every high-top table will have a basket of chips and queso and a saucy rack of ribs—plus a pile of used napkins from enthusiastic eaters. And this place does many things well. You'll find that proof in standouts like a smoky pulled pork sandwich on a buttery bun or the birria tacos loaded down with juicy braised brisket and a side of rich bone broth for dipping. Add the relaxed, neighborhood charm and Ford’s is great for an unfussy, solid meal. Food Rundown video credit: Juli Horsford Birria Tacos These tacos are on our best birria tacos guide, so you should get them. Tasty smoked, braised brisket fills the shells of these cheesy tacos. And it’s essential to dunk them in the side of hearty bone broth. video credit: Juli Horsford Pulled Pork Sandwich The pulled pork stays moist, and the buttery bun is the perfect vessel to hold the generous heap of meat. Drench it in their housemade BBQ sauce—a sweet, tangy, and peppery mix that makes this sandwich even better. photo credit: Juli Horsford Smoked Wings We usually love getting wings at BBQ joints, and these are no exception. They have a nice smoky flavor and plenty of meat. Brunswick Stew Pretty forgettable. Skip this. But if you’re singularly obsessed with brunswick stew, then order it so you have the pleasure of crossing this one off your list, knowing it’s nowhere near your top favorites." - Juli Horsford

First time at this location and definitely not the last! This location is near me in my neighborhood. The other location is near my job. I got the best brisket nachos i ever had from this location. I also got a brisket sandwich and skins. I got my mom a 6 pc agave wings with blue cheese and a brisket sandwich. The food is delicious here. I visited on 8-4-2025.

Google
This is the real deal. The bbq beef brisket was smokey and really juicy. The f250 platter is a great option. The turkey was good and the skin was well peppered but a few pieces were dried out. Fried okra can be a hit or miss item by Ford got it right - small bites fried up crisp and not to salty. Finally, the slaw was a perfect side. Since it is vinegar based it cut the fat and sweet from the bbq sauce perfectly. Fantastic dinner.

Google
I did take out and the best thing was the pork skins or chicharrones as angelos are calling them now. The beef was half fat but good and the pulled pork was moist (photos are before reheating) and I didn’t want sauce on the chicken. The coleslaw looks like it was made with chopped cabbage right when it’s getting ready to turn colors, though edible. Imma give them another try as it was slow and well after lunch and before dinner so maybe this was what was left before cooking more for dinner.

Google
The customer service and atmosphere was great. I had the Texas Cheesesteak, macaroni, and baked beans. I wasn't expecting the spicy kick the Cheesesteak had to it but it was still delicious. Parking was free but it can be difficult to get out depending on where you park.

Google
The food had some highs and lows. First the street corn appetizer is delicious but the corn was slightly over cooked which made the kernels really sticky. The kids nachos lacked flavor and weren’t great. The ribs were tasty and the fried okra was honestly the best thing we ate. It tasted fresh and was perfectly seasoned!

Google
2nd time going, had the brisket nachos, and they don't skimp you on the brisket. Love the plantains too

Google
Was in a time crunch, so I saw this place, and that they were nearby. Placed a to-go order over the phone. Easy. I got the BBQ smokehouse nachos & the plantains. Both were excellent and full of flavor. I'd come back to try more of their menu. Only thing I'd ding them on was that when I walked in, I stood around for two minutes before I was even acknowledged, and I was the only one in there besides a four-person party at the bar.

Google
What a nice Saturday lunch. Not very crowded and great weather for March. I had the pulled pork and brisket plate. All good stuff including the collard greens and creamed corn. They did not have several items on the menu but what I ended up with was very good. Same with my wife, did not get exactly what she wanted but still happy. The others had the ribs and enjoyed them fine. Very nice place. Would go back.

Yelp
I was sooo excited to find a BBQ spot so close to my home. There are two locations. I originally was going to use DD. I ended up calling my order in and picking it up. Now, I BBQ. So anticipation was at an all-time high! When I drove I smelled that beautiful "smoking some meat" aroma. As I approached the takeout door, I got a glimpse of a guy, a very pale guy changing shirts in front of the counter. I was a bit confused as I opened the door it was clear he and the female were feeling "pretty good" and drinking at the to-go counter. I probably would have not gone in but I was already under the influence of BBQ. I informed the young lady behind the counter that I was there for an order I called in. I also wanted to add mac 'n cheese and a cup of Kool-Aid to my order. Very dry, no eye contact...almost looked annoyed. She rang up my additions and disappeared. She came back with my order and Kool-aid. I joked "Oh cool "Red" flavor". The first sounds were made like "it is whatever that means to you" and walked off. Now wait on a second...what in the name of sh*#y customer service.... Then she returned and placed the Mac container next to my order, not in the bag which was tied. She never said another word to me, just walked off. Now most BBQ plugs try to pretend to be hospitable...it is a part of the culture. I've been grunted at so I don't need much. I got what I came for, now I had to figure out how to not drop my slab of ribs, Mac, and most importantly my Kool-aid. I thought she had a hard night and was busy, I'm not going to take this personally. So she rushed off to come around to join the tipsy pale man (now finally fully clothed and the tipsy lady to look at baby pictures! I could not cross out my nice tip and put the bare minimum (cause I was raised right). To my car, I thought...please let this be the nastiest ribs ever to touch my lips so I can take an L and never risk seeing that one and that place again. Fudge!!!!!!!! The food was absolutely AMAZING!! Oh, I was fuming!!! Those out-of-sight talented pit masters did their thing on the ribs, greens, fried okra, and red Kool-aid. With a raised eyebrow....the mac and cheese tasted like salt was added and scooped up before it was stirred, and was still alright. No sauce, no white bread, and no wipes... I don't know if Ford will read this... I plead with you to pay your folks in the back making majic more money and give them a cash register/ iPad. I am a trainer and believer in 2nd, and 3rd chances... Sadly, that one at the front can not be trained enough to get on par with the quality of your food. I am very sad, I work hard for my money and will find another plug cause I am in Georgia. Damn, it was good.....

Yelp
This is my new favorite BBQ spot! We went here for dinner with my family, a couple of nights ago. I ordered the brisket nachos and they did not disappoint. The plate was bigger than my head and smothered in lean brisket, cheese, fresh, cilantro, onions, and really good chips! Highly recommend! My sister was a big fan of fried okra so we got some of that for the table and it was gone in about 5 seconds flat. Try it with the vinegar or mustard sauce that they have on the table for some extra flavor. For dessert, we tried the banana pudding. It too, was amazing. I wanted to eat more, but I was too full. There were so many things on the menu that I wanted to try so I came back the next day. I ordered the Birria tacos. If you want to know what heaven tastes like well, that was it. I already want more, but unfortunately, I'm back on the West Coast so I will have to wait until next time. Will be back to Ford's soon!!!

Yelp
Alright folks, I visited Fords BBQ twice in one week, first on Sunday and then again on Friday! First off, the atmosphere is really relaxed, with a full bar and an outdoor patio featuring high top seats and low tables. During my dine-in experience, I ordered the pulled Smoked House nachos. The portion size surprised me; it was huge, definitely big enough to share with the whole table. For my protein, I opted for the chipotle chicken, which was layered with house-fried tortilla chips, beans, queso, diced tomatoes, and red onions. During my second visit, I went for the two-meat combo, choosing the sweet heat wings and brisket served with Mac and curly fries. Once more, the portion size was generous. The brisket was tender and thinly sliced, making for a satisfying meal. During my visit, my server, Connor, was attentive and patiently answered all my questions while I was deciding on my order. This location is situated within a shared plaza, offering both free parking and street parking options. I recommend giving this place a try, especially with their daily specials. You'll definitely get your money's worth here!

Yelp
Looking for some BBQ near the house we are staying at. YELP directed us to Ford BBQ. Upon arrival approximately 1:30pm there was plenty of parking on the street and their shared parking lot. You could smell the smoke walking up to the door. Small little indoor seating but they have an outdoor patio with tables as well. There was 2 of us eating and we decided on a 3 meat combo with Turkey, Pork Ribs & Fatty Brisket. Our 2 sides were Green Beans & Potato Salad which was a family recipe made from scratch. The turkey was a tad dry, ribs were flavored well not fall off the bone type but good. The fatty brisket was good but not as fatty as I have had from other places. BBQ sauces vinegar, mustard and regular was more watery than thick. Came with 3 pieces of white sliced bread. The potato salad was good & tasted like homemade. The green beans were salty and we didn't eat any after. We both had their old fashion cocktail. It was ok.

Yelp
Been hearing good things about this place so we gave it a shot and went here for a Tuesday night dinner. Tuesday nights here are music bingo nights so we caught the last part of it when we walked in. There were only a few people at the place when we walked in, and you basically sit yourself. Once we sat, our server dropped off menus for use to peruse. He came back shortly after for drinks, but we didn't get a chance to look at the drink menu yet so we ended up only ordering water. When we had the chance to look at the food and drink menu, we ended up ordering for drinks and food at the same time. Service here was great. Our food came out pretty quick. In terms of their BBQ flavor, I thought it was pretty good. I did order turkey so some pieces came out super dry while some were moist. Cucumber salad as a side was wonderful! I added some hot vinegar to my collards that made it taste just as good. The collards did have some meat pieces in it as well. We ordered banana pudding to go since it was around 8:30 pm when we finished eating and they close at 9. The banana pudding was delicious and the perfect ending to a night of grubbing on BBQ.

Yelp
Came here for the beef rib and it was delicious, beautifully smoked, tender, with a flavorsome crust, no sauce needed! Staff was super nice and helpful, even setting aside a rib over the phone (we paid in advance) as we were not sure we'd make it in time. Inside it feels like something of a cross between a typical BBQ joint and bar, and it looks like they could make a good cocktail though I did not order one.

Yelp
Great BBQ spot right in the oakhurst neighborhood. They have great outdoor seating! Loved their menu. It was so difficult to choose! We got the build your own potato and a pulled pork plate. The potato was amazing! Definitely would order this everytime I go back!

Yelp
I was in an amazing mood and wanted to take my self out. I was def craving BBQ and didn't even realize this GEM. The place was real cool. They even had on a women's college game on. I order the Rib platter and them ribs was huge. The food was super good. The ribs was amazing. I'll def be going again.

Yelp
We had such a good dinner here. I had the chicken melt sandwich and the chicken was so good as well as all the components. Out of all the sides I liked the fries the best and the mac the least. The mac not being my favorite is the reason for 4 stars. But there's so many other sides I could come try next time. There's a parking lot with easy parking and lots of street parking nearby if not that was easy enough to find. The patio area is super heated and was nice and toasty. Great portions good prices super friendly staff! Will come back and try more!

Yelp
First, let's talk about Dana. She held down the bar by herself, showing that she's a great multi-tasker. She also concocted amazing drinks and provided great customer service. Dana, was an experience. Stop by to see her. I ordered the two meat combo with spare ribs, 4 chicken wings, collards and fried okra. Both meats were undercooked. One of the servers said they didn't have a microwave so there was no reheating. So, I decided to take the meat home to reheat the food in my oven. Ambiance: 5 (casual, laid back, air-conditioned and spacious). Drinks: 5 Dana's customer service: 5 Food: 2 I will be back to give the restaurant a second chance. To say the least, Dana saved the day!

Yelp
First time here, won't be my last. Loved the food, service and atmosphere. Ordered the 2 meat (sliced fatty brisket and St Louis ribs), 2 side combo (Mac and cheese, green beans) and except for the green beans being too spicy I thoroughly enjoyed everything. My lovely waitress swapped my green beans for collard greens (which aren't spicy) with no problem. There's different daily specials that can run out early so call ahead if interested in something special. I look forward to going back and getting some other dishes. My favorite sauces of the 3 on the table were the house and hot mustard. Hot mustard isn't hot and both sauces seemed thinned with vinegar or something like it. P. S. They allow dogs on the patio and outside.

Yelp
Winner, winner Brria dinner! I Was in the mood for Brria tacos and didn't want to drive over to Norcross to get them. I like Ford's it's a cool laid-back neighborhood kind of place. I called ahead so I could just zip in and zip out. But as I'm finding with other places these days, calling ahead doesn't usually ensure that they will have your stuff ready by the time you get there. No big deal the wait wasn't that long so I hung out and waited for my food. Glad to say as always it was worth the wait. I even got the Sopapillas for dessert if you are on the fence about trying it I suggest that you go for it.

Yelp
My husband and I came in on a Thursday evening for an impromptu dinner. We happened to be in the area and were so impressed with the cute neighborhood, so we tried the food. The restaurant has plenty of outdoor seating. The food came out with in a reasonable time. The servers did well and were friendly. The food flavor was just not as flavorful as we expected. The smokey smells were so alluring and we expected to taste some of the smokey flavors cooked into the bbq.

LJ H.

Yelp
Great chips and roasted salsa. Birria tacos are great! Nice , friendly staff. Covered patio seating is a plus

Yelp
This place was on my Yelp radar and my sister had been before so we decided to try together after our original restaurant plan fell through. We came in around 8pm and only one other table was seated... an ominous sign. There was no one around so we just sat ourselves. One of the workers noticed us sitting at a table without menus and brought some to us. We ordered 2 pulled pork platters which came with two sides each- we tried the green beans, collards, Mac n cheese, and curly fries. The pork was great.. moist, tender, chopped into small pieces. I used the house sauce (a thin tomato based bbq sauce) and enjoyed that the sauce was not overly thick. The downside to the food was that it was not warm :/ The Mac n cheese was missing that special something. It tasted like it didn't have any salt or extra seasoning in it. The green beans were the best side. Again, cold curly fries just don't do it for me. My last comment was the state of the bathroom. I don't know if anyone had cleaned the toilet seat in DAYS. Flies all in the bathroom. Extremely unappetizing. I personally will not eat here again. Not worth $19 to receive poor service, cold barbecue, and feel like I'm in a dirty restaurant.

Yelp
This neighborhood BBQ was a treat. We enjoyed it after finding Annie's closed and will gladly return. Quality is good and prices are reasonable.

Yelp
Great addition to the Decatur/Oakhurst community. Was in the mood for BBQ and heard they had a new location in Decatur. I was happy because I didn't have to make the hike to Tucker. Upon entry I was greeted and given an overview of the menu. Decided to order the brisket, ribs, potato salad, and okra. Ordered to go and waited about 12-15min. When I arrived home I was and started to dig in, I was about 75% happy. The brisket sandwich is the star of the show. I asked for the point (fatty end) and was not disappointed. It was moist, smokey, and had all of the flavor you'd ever want in a brisket. The bread does not come toasted. I simply asked the server to toast it and he hooked it up. Now for the disappointment; the ribs. Ribs were meaty and had a nice pull, but lacked flavor. It was like they skipped the seasoning on my rack. Not sure what happened, but I didn't get what I was expecting. I added my own SPG and it hit the mark. I'll definitely be back to check out other menu items, as the food was overall good. Looking forward to checking them out again. See pics...

Yelp
Had wings, salad, and street corn . Smoked wings were good. Nice size and flavor. Street corn was overcooked and small! The beet salad was good as well. Sat at bar so service was pretty good.

Yelp
I'd like to give them a 3.5, but I'll give them a 4 because the overall experience was pretty good. Stopped in for lunch on a Tues and with only one server working front of house, she was holding it down with great service. I went with the Texas Cheesesteak (brisket, peppers, jalapeños, onions, and queso) knowing they would most likely be using day-old brisket, which I totally get. The flavor was good, although the meat was a little dry and firm. Not hard, but not supple. I smoke brisket at home so I kinda knew what to expect. Not sure how they're reheating. If they're not steaming, I'd like to see how that would change the texture. Looking at the pics on yelp, you can see sometimes you get a lot of queso on the sandwich, sometimes not so much. Today, unfortunately, I was served the latter. I could have used more queso, but the flavor was still good overall. Hoagie was decent, but was pretty basic. The fried okra was pretty tasty (may have been frozen, but was cooked well) and the 1st thing I finished on the plate. Sauces. Yes, I know BBQ is about the meat, but sauce is important too. Home Sauce - pretty tasty, if average sauce. Vinegar Sauce - very vinegary lol. White Sauce - pretty tasty if you're familiar with white sauces. I was a fan. The surprise for me here was the Hot Mustard, which wasn't terribly hot, but had a really nice flavor. Overall, the food is good (and the fresh meat may be even better) and the service left nothing to be desired. Cool vibe inside the place too. I wouldn't hesitate to return and try some other items.

Yoon C.

Yelp
Super disappointed with the food this past weekend. I ordered two big combos and a basket of fries for a football game and was disappointed to serve this food to my friends. The ribs were super tough, the wings were either soggy or the texture of plastic, the fries were soggy and bland, and the turkey was dry. The pulled pork and sides were not bad. I've had better food there before but this was a big miss and question if I will ever go back. The confusing part was that the restaurant was fairly slow when I went to pick up the food, and it was still 15 minutes later than estimated. That's not a huge deal, and I hoped that meant the food would be hot. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I have to believe that the ribs and wings were at least a day or two old and reheated. I don't even know how the texture on the wings could be so bad. It was like the skin had turned into tasteless plastic.
google avatar

M B.

Yelp
I really wanted this to be a better review but the best parts of the meal were still just alright. The wings and sticky ribs were both overdone and hard to eat. The brisket and sides were fine but not up to par with other bbq joints. By far the worst thing was how slow the service was. There were only two servers who were entirely overwhelmed so we waited far too long on every part of our visit, including about 25 minutes for the server to come back so we could ask for the check. Honestly this place could probably operate more efficiently as counter service. There are too many other decent bbq options to make me want to come back here. (Also as a weird aside, leather seats on a patio in the summer was an .... Interesting choice)

Yelp
I lived in Texas in a previous life, so I am very familiar with the BBQ style represented here. Summary: it's really good for this area and I will return. I was impressed with the lack of hipster pretense at Ford's that seems to afflict other BBQ joints in Atlanta. No mustache and suspenders crap here. Ordered the brisket street tacos, came out with the usual lime, onions and cilantro. Meat was good quality, with appropriate level of smoke. My kids had the smoked turkey, which was flavorful and moist. Wife had a bathtub sized salad and smoked wings. All of it was good quality and mighty tasty. Wash it down with a draft Shiner Bock, and you'll be reaching for your belt buckle and that nice pair of Luccheses. Four stars because they need more service coverage on the Sunday lunch rush.

Justin W.

Yelp
I was really excited to have a neighborhood bbq place open up. Initially, it was pretty good. However, the last three times I ordered the ribs, they were so terrible they were inedible. Concerns expressed to the waitstaff were ignored. I refuse to go back.

Amber H.

Yelp
Sooooo good. I love the Cuban sandwich (I add meat but there is a great veggie option), the corn and the Brunswick stew. My tween swears by the potato loaded with barbecue. My husband loves the bbq. You'll leave smelling slightly of smoky meat, which you should at a bbq restaurant.

Yelp
Solid first experience here. Service was prompt all of our food was really good and our cocktails as well. I'll definitely come back.

Yelp
Bbq is wonderful. Staff is very nice and works hard. When they are busy, you need to make sure you are assertive about getting your order. Definitely a neighborhood place. Go often!

John S.

Yelp
Food and service were great. Enjoyed the brisket, pulled pork, veggie chili and their great sides (beans, okra, curly fries, creamed corn and cucumber salad). All were tasty and nice portions. First time here but not last. Great place in a cool part of town.

Yelp
The food wasn't good at all. Rubbery ribs and over priced . I only stop by because fox bros were sold out of spare ribs.

Yelp
Everything we ate here was delicious and I would go back again for sure. The staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs.

Yelp
We love Ford's and come here regularly. Their brisket is so delicious and I wish they sold the red chili sauce by the bottle. My go to is street tacos, but everything is delicious! The staff are always so kind and the atmosphere is friendly. Our waiter was nice and the food was fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend coming here!

Yelp
Great food and service! I loved the ambiance! We started with the Smokehouse Nachos and shared the Pitmaster Platter. All the meals and sides were delicious! We will be back!

Yelp
This place definitely has some of the best BBQ in Atlanta!! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who loves good BBQ. We got the trip platter combo with brisket, pork, and jalapeño cheddar sausage- that sausage was almost melt on your mouth DELICIOUS!! The mac&cheese and vinegar slaw were perfect. If you're around, this is a must stop!

Lance T.

Yelp
Tasty barbecue in a casual and fun atmosphere. The birria tacos made with smoked brisket were exceptionally good. Also great dry-rubbed smoked wings.
google avatar

Gene G.

Yelp
Really like the atmosphere here. Feels like a bbq restaurant should, and the bar is a real nice place to relax. Neither the brisket or the pulled pork had much flavor and I loathed the BBQ sauces. All of them were heavy vinegar based and very runny even the mustard based one. Two of the sauces got solid on the top and I had to go to another table to get more sauce because it would not squirt. The slaw also had a lot of vinegar in it. The beans were okay, but had a strong hot sauce / Tabasco taste in them. Was looking for baked beans and this was more of a mush. Just way to much vinegar in everything I had. I would try again, and I would love to try their cocktails, just wasn't impressed on this visit.
google avatar

Jasmine W.

Yelp
I enjoyed Ford's bbq to go! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich plate, which comes with 2 sides. I choose the Mac & cheese & cole slaw. The Mac & cheese was good, could've used a little salt, but better to add your own than for the dish to be too salty. The vinegar slaw was ok, but I prefer traditional slaw. I did like how minced the cabbage was in the slaw. The sandwich was good! Nice bun, not super fatty, no complaints! Lots of meat, ask for extra sauce if you like it saucy!

Jordan H.

Yelp
10/10 from a bbq snob. Just as it should be. Smoke aroma when you walk in is straight up intoxicating to me. Chill atmosphere with no nonsense fast friendly service. Sat on the patio and inhaled pulled port that was crusty on the outside and buttery on the inside. Whoever smoked this *meant* it. Cilantro in a chopped slaw is different for me but I dig it. Perfect Mac. Nothing was too salty which bugs me usually. Seriously this is possibly my favorite bbq, but I'm going to need to come back and check out the rest of the menu to figure it out.

Yelp
Amazing food, great friendly service, only complaint is the sides are entirely too bland.

Yelp
Picked up some to-go food to supplement our Xmas feast. First time I've had anything from here. It was all excellent. Smoked turkey: moist, just-smokey-enough flavor. Fried okra: not cornmeal based but still really good with a flavorful crunchy breading. And the brisket: that was the highlight. Just amazing flavor and texture. Wish I'd gotten double. I'll be back.

Yelp
Worst bbq food I ever had. Very disappointed. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was very lack luster. They were out of Mac so that wasn't an option, the way the food tasted maybe it was good thing. I picked out gooey old cucumbers from my salad and the green beans was terrible. Eating it straight out the can would've been better.

Yelp
I stopped into Ford's having become a resident of this region of Atlanta, recently. This is a Texas style BBQ joint with a solid menu of beer, cocktails, and food. We enjoyed the smoked wings and split a combo platter, 2 meats and 2 sides for the right price. The value is impressive as this is definitely top caliber BBQ. No corners are cut at Ford's. All sauces are made in house and the staff is attentive and friendly. Add Ford's BBQ to your list of places to check out!

Yelp
We loved sitting outside & people watching. I ordered a stuffed potato and my husband ordered a cup of chili & street tacos. Our server while very friendly, missed on the service. The cup of chili was missing onions & cheese & by the time it finally was brought, my husband had given up & taken some off my potato. It didn't matter anyway. The chili was strange. It was pieces of meat drowning in a sauce strongly flavored with oregano and seemingly, no chili. My chili loving husband ate less than half of the cup & just left the rest. The street tacos he did enjoy. My potato was supposed to have cheese, onions, jalapeños, and sweet heat sauce. I got tomatoes instead of jalapeños and no sauce. I didn't say anything about the tomatoes, but on asking for the sweet heat sauce, got the strange response that she thought it might already have been brought to the table. While I'd maybe give this place another try, I wouldn't rush back.

Yelp
This is a great local restaurant. I knew it would be good smelling good cooking in the smoker outside. We ordered the platter with wings, jalapeno sausage, fried okra, and mac and cheese. The wings were perfectly smoked, seasoned well, and the sweet heat sauce is delicious. The ribs fell off the bone. The skin is crispy and the meat was tender and juicy. You could tell that the sausage was homemade with a crispy skin, which was surprisingly good. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Oh, you have to try the kool-aid of the day. You won't regret it. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
Food is terrible. My food did not come out how I ordered it. I tried their lentil nachos only for it to come out with no lentils! That's ridiculous! The only friendly person was our server Ceirra and the manager walked around mad. This restaurant was out of everything. Not even worth your money, time, or tastebuds! I will not be back

Yelp
So good! What a find. The jalapeño waffle appetizer was insane. I had the beet Reuben (yes, beet). You can add meat but it is fantastic with just the veggies. Sides were amazing too. Probably some of the best cole slaw I have ever had. Don't even get me started on the banana pudding. Yum! Highly recommended.

Yelp
I've eaten at Ford's BBQ few times and I have really enjoyed myself. Everything that I have gotten to eat was really good and the wait time was very short. The staff that I have come in counter with have been very friendly and check up to make sure everything is good throughout my meal.
