Forno Brisa Galliera - Bakery & Specialty Coffee

Amazing food and coffees. The staff was kind and friendly. We had our breakfast there and I am surely recommend the place to my friends. The prices were good too.

A great place to get a quick breakfast. They roast their own coffee, I recommend trying an espresso based drink with a specialty roast coffee. The food is delicious.

Fresh and sweet options. Went there for breakfast. Sacher vegan cake and the best vegan cookie. Hot soya milk and cappuccino- worthy to try. There was a bit of a line but we didn't wait very long. Cannot wait to visit again!!

There are various reasons for visiting Forno Brisa. Mine are two: they offer the best bread and one of the best coffees in Bologna. Besides these already important things, I would add that the service is always outstanding. Even when they are busy as hell they are able to keep cordiality paramount, smiling sincerely and trying to do their job as well as fast as possible. The location is also quite convenient, being in the historial area. I might add that the people who eat there seem to enjoy the food, because the place is nearly always full. But as I said before I go there for the outstanding bread (they offer different styles, made all with MasaMadre) and for their specialty coffee (this happens to be one of the few in Bologna who do so). Finally, I believe the decoration is on the basic side and that the atmosphere could be cozier). Anyway, 100% recommended.

It is an excellent grab-and-go spot on a walking route. You can notice the lineup first. Everything is baked in-store so you can enjoy the smell of the pastries, dough and yeast, lol! A typical Italian neighbourhood cafe where you can observe locals, their ear-warming Italian conversations and their vibrant culture

Everything was delicious from the sweet pastries to the salty pizza/focaccia. We went on a Friday morning so there was quite a bit of a line but it went very smoothly. The location itself if it’s not crowded I would say it’s very cute. The maritozzo was exceptionally good and not that heavy. Maybe the only bad thing is that it is little bit overpriced but still good quality and good to try out once in a while.

very nice coffee shop. they roast the coffee inside the shop, a 150 bag of coffee is around 13-18E, the espresso cup is 3.5E and the capuccino is 7E. We were tourists, but you can also work here, they have several outlets for charging laptop or phone. Majority of tables are for 2 people, only 3 places for 4 people. Is hard to get inside the baby stroller due to the small space but not impossible so definitely go check this coffee shop out. I didn't see baby chair (I didn't ask for it).

Many tasty options. The items marked in green are all vegan. Would go again 100%. Sitting available inside and outside. Friendly staff, fast service, and cozy atmosphere. Great for a casual lunch or coffee.
