Forno Brisa Galliera - Bakery & Specialty Coffee

I visited this amazing bakery every single day for breakfast! Everything I tried was absolutely delicious, you just can’t go wrong here. The girls making the coffee are super careful and truly respectful to it, you can tell they care. They’re also incredibly kind (and yes, very pretty too 😁) Don’t even bother looking elsewhere for breakfast or lunch, this is the spot!

Super nice staff. Huge selection of pastry. Fair prices. Pistachio cornetto has very unique taste, this fact made me happy. I had a chance to taste their bread with olives and almonds and it was really great, definitely would be buying it, living around.

A great place to get a quick breakfast. They roast their own coffee, I recommend trying an espresso based drink with a specialty roast coffee. The food is delicious.

Best coffee I had while in Bologna. Specialty options available for your espresso. Baked goods—sweet and savory—are unreal. Surprisingly amount of seating. Staff is outstanding.

Fresh and sweet options. Went there for breakfast. Sacher vegan cake and the best vegan cookie. Hot soya milk and cappuccino- worthy to try. There was a bit of a line but we didn't wait very long. Cannot wait to visit again!!

Everything was good, the coffee was good, the bakery was fresh and you can find many options, Vegetarian options as well, the staff was so nice and can speak English, you can drink water for free on the left side of the cafe from water dispenser.

There are various reasons for visiting Forno Brisa. Mine are two: they offer the best bread and one of the best coffees in Bologna. Besides these already important things, I would add that the service is always outstanding. Even when they are busy as hell they are able to keep cordiality paramount, smiling sincerely and trying to do their job as well as fast as possible. The location is also quite convenient, being in the historial area. I might add that the people who eat there seem to enjoy the food, because the place is nearly always full. But as I said before I go there for the outstanding bread (they offer different styles, made all with MasaMadre) and for their specialty coffee (this happens to be one of the few in Bologna who do so). Finally, I believe the decoration is on the basic side and that the atmosphere could be cozier). Anyway, 100% recommended.

We keep coming back to this place for morning coffee and lunch. Staff are super friendly and helpful, food selection is huge and all of it tastes so good! Only place in Italy we have located a Flat White, similar to back home in Australia!

Very nice bakery. Coffee to Italian standards (2nd to none), exceptional focaccia. The staff is super nice as well. Greatly recommended. This is why I go Italy!

Good variety of sweet and savory food options. There's indoor seating here but we decided to enjoy breakfast at a nearby park. We got focaccia, croissants, a few other baked goods, and the cappucino. The food was okay but the prices were pretty good.

One of the better bakeries in Bologna It's pretty well known, and they have an excellent variety of bread products (and other stuff) that gets refreshed during the day Definitely worth checking out if you're in the neighborhood...

Absolutely yum casual bakery spot, great for a quick bite and/or if u want to linger a little. They heat up ur pizzas and i got a potato onion focaccia and margherita. Idk which one i liked more ! I was totally starving so i scarfed them both down. The olive oil drizzle on the marg is DELISH Everyone there is super kind and just good vibe of place all around

Good pizza would have been so much better if hot, than ran through toaster but still barely warm. The crust very fluffy.

Probably the best bread in town! And all the different pizza are excellent! Young guys opened this Forno Brisa few months ago with the idea of using ONLY the best products, as the organic old grains. The result is bread and pizza easy to digest and super healthy. The crew is nice and the place is 5min walking from Piazza Maggiore. A must see/eat!

nothing but good things to say about this place! the employees were so kind and helpful and the pizza was nothing short of wonderful-the best pizza i have had in the 3 weeks that i've been in italy! all due to the thick, fluffy yet crispy crust. perfect! my friends and i all agree that this place was a 10/10, highly recommended!

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Their bread and fresh juices were delicious and we made a point to visit again before we left Bologna.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Fast and friendly. Lots of pizza and dessert choices. There were a few seats inside, but we got our food to go. Very good!
