"Housed in the former World Trade Center building designed by the architect of Radio City Music Hall and located next to the Caesars Palace casino, I experienced the Four Seasons as a serene, luxurious refuge with a small but mighty spa, two signature restaurants, a bar set beneath thousands of crystals, a long guest pool and a garden for yoga and relaxation — amenities that make it a favorite for parents visiting Tulane, sports teams and travelers seeking polished, understated luxury." - The MICHELIN Guide

"Opened on September 22 at Spanish Plaza between the Four Seasons Hotel and Audubon Aquarium, this newest BRG Hospitality spot serves local seafood in a rustic, fish camp setting under chef Wiley Lewis, whose Louisiana roots span from North Louisiana to the southern bayous. The menu reaches beyond seafood with smoked duck gumbo, duck poppers, cavatelli with wild boar sausage, and seafood-stuffed pistolettes. BRG founder John Besh remains involved behind the scenes, working with the back-of-house culinary staff to mentor and train the group’s chefs." - Beth D’Addono
"A luxurious hotel in New Orleans offering special Mardi Gras experiences, including a dramatic floral installation, parade viewing passes, and a unique King Cake." - William O'Connor

"Ducking into the swank Four Seasons New Orleans on Mardi Gras Day is a fine idea if you aren’t on a budget and need a dose of pampered civility. Have a drink at the James Beard-nominated Candelier Bar, get some raw oysters and steak frites at Donald Link’s Chemin à la Mer or a whole fried chicken at Miss River from Alon Shaya. Both restaurants are serving the regular menus." - Beth D’Addono

"The formerly-derelict World Trade Center at the riverside end of Canal and Poydras Streets is enjoying a new, high-end lease of life thanks to a $530 million investment by The Four Seasons group. Consistently high standards are an expected hallmark of any Four Seasons property, and their New Orleans outpost is certainly no exception. Floor-to-ceiling windows grace both the city and river-view rooms, all replete with white oak fixtures and a stylish mid-century modern look. The white Carrara marble bathrooms are memorably chic, and above each bed there’s a delightful plaster wall relief of magnolia flowers. I’ll make the case that these are the smartest-dressed hotel staff in town, with their fitted blue tunics and Panama hats, while the Chandelier Bar has quickly become one of the most memorable watering holes in New Orleans—its showstopping eponymous chandelier a gleaming cascade of some 15,000 crystals." - Paul Oswell
