Best Bachelorette Party Restaurants and Bars in Scottsdale, Arizona | Eater Phoenix

"There are few dining destinations that offer dishes that are as beautiful as the decor and Francine is one of them — making for the perfect dinner spot for a bachelorette party that wants a sophisticated meal out on the town (sans bride sashes). It’s elegant, comfortable, and home to some of the best food in Scottsdale. Expect options like filet mignon, bone marrow pasta, and beef carpaccio, and save room for a dessert (or two) because the Francine apple tart and chocolate pot de crème are incredible. Round off the night with an espresso martini to keep the party going late." - Jamie Phillis

We are visiting this city, and this was one of the restaurants with the best reviews on inKind. Our experience was truly spectacular: the staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious (absolutely everything), including the happy hour dishes. We loved it and will be coming back before our return trip.

Google
Such a beautiful moment for dinner. Everything we had was plated with intentionality and tasted like what I’d hope to get from a dream of French cuisine. Teresa was very attentive and repeated our names and recalled our anniversary. I’d recommend the oysters and the twice washed chicken (the sauce had a dance to it). Finished with the crème brûlée - a work of art. ❤️‍🔥

Google
Very talented chef, attentive and professional staff. We had the Cacio e pepe bone marrow bucatini (unreal), filet mignon carpaccio which was also incredible, octopus with red pepper sauce, noble bread and french butter, fennel duck sausage gnochetti, Cherry chocolate cake, espresso martini and old fashioned for both prepared very well. Will most definitely be returning and recommending to everyone we know.

Came here tonight and had a blast. Everything was delicious. It was a special occasion and everything tickled my fancy beyond my greatest eternal desires. Wined and dined me baby i LOVED the wagyu (that was my favorite). This is my 2nd time at Francine and knew that i needed to leave an honest review. Ill be back. Scottsdale has great food but Francine KNOWS how to get it goin on and get it slicin and keep it dicin baby (you know what im talking about?). The profiterole exploded in my mouth, the wagyu came STRAIGHT FROM THE SOURCE, the apple tart was also a str8 bomb. My mind was blown. The atmosphere was incredible, the photo of Francine on the wall had me do a couple double takes because….well its just like the mona lisa….iykyk. Francine on the wall kept staring back. She said “good job profiterole! Your doing so good wagyu…sock it to me. Thank you francine francine.

Food here was just stunning. Service was impeccable. And the location of this spot is undeniably one of the best in the area. We have the best waitress at Francine and it made such a difference in the experience. More restaurants should invest heavily in their service providers because it truly impacts their bottom line. Thank you for the terrific food and ambiance!

For my birthday I decided to treat myself to lunch at Francine. I have been wanting to go and this was the perfect time to try it. Service was perfect and the ambiance was very inviting and welcoming. Food was delicious and due to my dairy allergy my Server Sean checked with the Chef and then he brought out a special off the menu dessert option that was very good.

Google
Dinner was exceptional from appetizers to dessert...... even though we were too full to eat dessert 😆...... Adam our server was especially wonderful....... two people in our party had the branzino which had a special preparation tableside. I tried to attach a video to see it but can't. It was impressive. The Chilean Sea Bass was the best I've had in a long time and I go to fine restaurants but haven't had a good one lately. My husband doesn't even like French restaurants but loved his escargot and branzino..... I've eaten here many times and I can say with certainty the food has been good every time..... you will find this restaurant very consistent. Looking forward to returning.....

Google
I truly enjoy every meal at Francine. The food is excellent and the service is consistent and adds to the experience in a positive way. Teresa provided service during my last visit and she made sure that I have everything that I needed before I even knew it. Thank you. The photo below is of the delicious cauliflower.

Yelp
Francine has my favorite espresso martini and happens to be across the street so we happen to frequent here a lot. The espresso martini is made with freshly pulled espresso versus like a cold brew concentrate or what other places use. The ambiance is great. It's very white, clean, crisp, modern. I think this is a great date night spot. I've had the mushroom pasta, bucatini, most of the crudo/hamachi section, etc etc. I preferred the mushroom pasta over the bucatini, I'm not sure if it was the bone marrow but the bucatini was extremely salty in my experience. I love the filet carpaccio. We tried the French toast and mushroom pasta yesterday. The French toast almost had like a delicious custard substance in the middle. It was really good. And the mushroom pasta I'd get again as well. I thought the pasta was cooked perfectly and have a deep love for anything truffle. I've only had dessert once and it was good but a pass for me. I'd just prefer the espresso martini for dessert here. I've never actually sat in the dining room, I prefer the bar top. The service is always very good. And I guess, it's obvious I'd return here because we eat or have a drink here probably biweekly.

Yelp
Dined at the bar solo. I was going to get the prefix menu but when I got the restaurant they didn't have a few items that had been posted on their website menu. So that was a bummer. I can't remember but I ended up with some type hummus dip for the appetizer. And I got a fish dish as my entree- Salmon. Also the dessert I wanted wasn't there but the bartender recommended Profiterole which honestly was a bad idea. LOL. The thing was HUGE and I am skinny mini dining alone. How did he think I was going to finish it? I ate like 4 bites and had enough. I was under the impression it was an appropriate size. I got a drink that was apparently really popular. It was ok. The prefix menu changed orI I can't recall what exactly was on my menu. It's a nice date spot. The ambiance is lovely. I came during the wk so it wasn't loud or crowded.

Yelp
Food: I did the pri fixe menu and it's a great value for what you get! Appetizer, entree and dessert for $65. I started with the tuna tartare and it was delicious! The salmon rivera was good but nothing special. The profiteroles were sooo good! The chocolate pot de crème was my favorite. My boyfriend ordered the sea bass and I would definitely recommend it! We also ordered the ratatouille and it was bomb Service: our server, Teresa was amazing and she was so kind Ambiance: beautiful restaurant, great for a special occasion

Yelp
Great Ambiance, CS is superb. Food is amazing, cocktails and wine list is Superb. Angelo our Wait Person was attentive, knowledgeable and very entertaining Valet Parking is pricey, with 10% Surcharge for CC The Dining Experience was First Class, they got their stuff together, didn't have to wait for anything, from check in to check out! We will return.

Yelp
After drinks at Zinque yesterday, we walked next door to Francine to try to get a burger. They were closing the kitchen soon so I felt bad. We sat at the bar. Bartender told us the burger was only served at specific times. 2nd failed attempt to get a burger lol. We asked which pasta was a red sauce pasta and the bartender said the Lobster Pasta was going to be the closest to a red sauce pasta so we ordered that and drinks. Everything was good! I've also had the sea bass here in the past and liked that! Our bartender was great!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He even gave a discount for his second drink because he kinda forgot about the order. Our order: Pomme Citron cocktail $21 Extra Dirty Martini w/ blue cheese olives $22 & $10 Lobster Pasta $76

Yelp
Francine was super elegant and sophisticated. I had a great date night dinner here! The food was so unique, delicious, and refined tasting. It was a very fun dining experience.

Yelp
What a gem! This is an absolute must try if you are in Scottsdale shopping at Fashion Square Mall. We had an amazing lunch and found a new favorite champagne while we were there! Our server, Eden and her assistant: Both were just phenomenal. Eden is so personable and best of all she's amazing at her craft. See you soon! The General Manager, Stanley J.: Extremely friendly, well dressed and came up the ranks from being a server. We discussed the food, the champagne, and a bit of the restaurant's history. Thanks for being so genuine and kind. We ordered the caviar, champagne, and the filet mignon carpaccio, and bread. The butter for the bread is extremely light and had course salt atop it. The caviar was as amazing as it looks. The filet mignon carpaccio is everything I would hope it would be and more. Just wow. The atmosphere was casual and our lunch was amazing. Thank you! We can't wait to come back soon.

Yelp
Love love Francine. Such a cute indoor seating area and wonderful service. Food is always great and there's so many different options to choose from. My mother is a vegetarian and was able to enjoy a lot of different dishes as well.

Yelp
My birthday lunch at Francine was perfection! Sean was my server and he was excellent! He took care of all my dining needs. Especially when I shared with him that I had a dairy allergy he assured me of my choices and said that the restaurant could accommodate my needs. The ambiance during lunch is light and airy making this time very enjoyable! Next up will be a return for dinner!

Yelp
Went here a year ago and it was very good. The second time coming here was more disappointing. I thought it was a nice gesture that they had the complementary bread previously but now they charge $8 for it. That's a significant jump. These changes don't go unnoticed. I'd rather dine at Olive & Ivy and spend the same amount of money who does give the complimentary pesto bread. It's literally just bread. Noble or not. Also while the dishes may be good....none of the entrees really come with any carbohydrate which makes the dishes feel incomplete. Not too many vegetable options and the Brussel Sprouts were bland. It would be nice if more of the entrees had better sides included. Even the Octopus....no side. It's $37 octopus for one tentacle....an even more expensive restaurant down the street...Ocean 44...has $33 Octopus with the same amount of Octopus with potatoes and pork. My point here....while Francine may have some good food....however if i were to compare other restaurants in the area with similar menu options...Francine loses for being more overpriced with a more lackluster complete dish. Hopefully this review can make some changes on their menu. Why would I want to go to Francine instead of Zinque next door?...Francine had the bread...but now....nothing. Sure the ambiance is nice but it's nothing insane that triumphs the other points stated above.

Yelp
Who doesn't love dropping into a great restaurant for a quick bar-side brunch?! We ordered the lox bagel and croissant with jam along side our cocktail and had an incredible time. The food was so delicious and the waitstaff were kind and quick. We wanted a quick stop and we got it. Very happy with everything everytime we come.

Yelp
Had dinner here during my bachelorette weekend and went with the fixed 3-course menu. The place was packed when we arrived, with music blasting--it wasn't too loud, but we did have to raise our voices at times. The decor was cute and had a nice intimate vibe. Our server disappeared at times, but given how insanely busy it was, we didn't mind too much. Now, the food was great! Since it was a 3-course meal, I got to try a variety of dishes. The tuna tartare was delicious, the steak frites were solid (personally, I wished for a sauce to cut through the richness, but that's just me), and I ended it with a crème brûlée that was super tasty. Overall, it was a ton of food and a fun place!

Yelp
I made reservations for two on a Saturday night at 7 pm in the outdoor area. Be prepared to come to a popular destination on the weekends and mentally prepare to take a little bit of time to find parking. You can always valet too, if that's your thing. The outdoor area is nice where you can see all the people arriving. This is definitely a place to see and be seen, so make sure you dress appropriately. Lots of very well dressed people mingling in here. The waiter was excellent and very on point, made great suggestions, and was very good at taking care of people. I had the Fire and Ice cocktail, and it was a fantastic drink! Mezcal, just the way I like it. But at $21 a pop, this is a treat I will have once in awhile! For appetizers, we ordered the goat cheese and scallops, both were tasty and delicious. I tend to like my goat cheese a little less creamy, but that's just my preference. For entrees, we ordered a half rack of lamb and the Chilean sea bass with chermoula sauce. Both dishes were delicious, and the lamb was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. I highly recommend this dish. The fish was good, especially with the chermoula sauce, and the veggies were good, but the dish could have come with a starch option. For dessert, we shared the profiterole. It was divine. Loved every bite! Overall, it was an excellent experience with great ambiance, beautifully well-dressed clientele, stellar wait service, delicious food with great presentation. Definitely come here to impress a date or pamper yourself for a nice evening out. We had a great time catching and definitely would come back!

Yelp
My friend and I decided to go to Francine. I'm so glad her pick for our dinning experience was such a hit for the both of us. Prior to arriving I looked at the menu and read reviews, i was on the 50/50 being a good or an okay experience. I'm glad our experience at Francine was great considering some consider it own of the best French restaurant in town. For our meals we ordered the whipped goat cheese, wild bay scallops, Chilean sea bass, half rack of lamb and the maxi profiteroles. The whipped goat was so smooth, it threw me for a loop because I'm used goat cheese a little on the chunky side. The wild bay scallops was good, really buttery but it felt like 6 small pieces in the plate. The Chilean sea bass was absolutely delicious. The chermoula dressing really brought it together. I just wish for the price you pay, you get a little bit more for the dish. The lamb we ordered medium well, and it was chefs kiss. Nicely done, juicy and tender. The maxi profiteroles were basically crème puff filled with ice cream. It was definitely hit the spot of wanting something sweet after a great meal. Shout out to our waiter in great recommendations. The whole staff were welcoming, well dressed and were on top on their game. I do recommend any going to Francine to dress really nice. It was like a mini fashion show with all the well dressed people. I'll definitely love to be come back to Francine because I loved the atmosphere. Seating outside, enjoying a lovely meal during spring time is always a great time in my books.

Yelp
Looking for a unique dining experience, this is a go-to spot in Scottsdale, Arizona. A mix of Mediterranean and Italian, this restaurant has something for everyone. Delicious, fresh seafood and pasta, we love everything we ordered. Huge portions which is perfect for sharing and enjoying all the menu and restaurant has to offer!

Yelp
I went to Francine with some family for some light food and drinks. We were happy with the food and drinks we got. The service was great and the ambiance was also very nice. I'd definitely recommend this place or stop by again.

Yelp
It is seldom I am this pleased with a meal. We came for a birthday party and everything was absolutely divine. We started with round of the scallops for the table. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor was subtle and smooth. Then we had west coast oysters, the flavor was fresh and rarity in the desert for sure. Then came the main course we started with the bone marrow pasta, lighter than most pastas which a very rich sauce. A must try for pasta fans. We followed it up with the grilled blue prawn. My favorite main dish of the evening. Seasoned to perfection, with a garlic aioli to die for. Our side was the ratatouille which was a favorite at the table. I'm extraordinarily picky with that particular dish. But it was incredible.

Yelp
I have been here for dinner plenty of times and the food and the service knocks it out of the park each and every time. The ambiance will transport you right to Paris! Came here after shopping and was pleasantly surprised that they offer happy hour, aptly entitled Golden Hour on the weekend from 4-6. I enjoyed some signature cocktails for $16 and a few of their bites including their oysters in the beautiful bar area. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Francine is fabulous. I could tell you more, and I will. But if you don't have time to read the rest of this review, just know that this place is special and you should go. Ambiance: Francine is located within Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale. The atmosphere is chic and has a luxurious feel. Francine's decor is modern, with light colored walls and furniture with contrasting dark wood floors and ceiling. The lighting is warm and the bar is stunning-colorful liquor bottles line the mirrored shelves that are lit behind by the same warm lighting. Service: The service was quite good. We mostly interacted with our server, who at his core seemed to be a performer and to truly enjoy his work. He was friendly and chatted with the kiddo about attending ASU, as he also studies there. Our server was very knowledgeable about the restaurant itself and the dishes. The bussers were also very attentive at clearing plates and filling up water glasses. Food: The food made my gluten and dairy avoiding heart so happy. I ordered the crab and shrimp salad and the ratatouille. The salad was stunning and delicious-with plenty of fresh crab, shrimp, and avocado, perfectly dressed. If I had one critique of this salad it would be that that there were a few too many red onions for my liking. I also ordered the ratatouille because a carb is a necessary component of a meal for me. So the dish is actually called "ratatouille tian," which means that the ratatouille is baked in one dish-this is the tian. Lining the bottom is a thick, tomatoey sauce packed with flavor. On top are thinly sliced roasted eggplant and squash. This was the best ratatouille of my life. Veggies aren't usually the star of the show, but I'd have to say their ratatouille tian is the exception to the general rule. The kiddo ordered the steak frites and noted that the steak was perfectly cooked (medium rare), and that his peppercorn sauce was good, but he missed having actual peppercorns in the sauce. My partner ordered the burger with fries. He was pleasantly surprised that it came with two hamburger patties instead of just one. I got to steal a few of his fries which were crispy and well seasoned. For dessert, the kiddo ordered the profiteroles. Now, because I have to limit my dairy intake, I only had a couple of bites. But the dessert was excellent. There was a bit of a mixup with the kitchen so our dessert was delayed quite a bit, but once it arrived it did not take us long to finish it. The profiteroles, which were sitting in a shallow pool of chocolate sauce, were filled with ice cream and a white chocolate ganache. What I appreciate about this dish is that many restaurants sandwich the profiteroles with only ice cream in between, which makes the profiterole too cold to really taste the flavor. And then all you can detect is the flavor of the ice cream and the texture of the profiterole, but not the taste. To me, that's just a waste of a profiterole. They didn't do that here. There was the right ratio of ice cream to ganache so you can still taste the flavor of the profiteroles, the ganache, ice cream, and chocolate sauce in one wonderful bite. I have no doubt we'll be back when visiting Scottsdale.

Yelp
I've dined at a lot of restaurants, and I can confidently say this was some of the worst service I've ever experienced. We had a 7:15pm reservation and weren't acknowledged by our server for 15 minutes. When he finally arrived, he gave a quick intro and told us to look over the menu. We were ready to order within minutes, but he didn't return for nearly 20 more -- no water refills, no check-ins, nothing. We placed a pretty simple order: one bottle of wine, two appetizers, a pasta, and two entrees to share family-style. The appetizers eventually came (not quickly), but we still hadn't received our wine. We had to flag down a manager to ask, and he even said, "That's criminal" before going to retrieve it himself. At that point, we still hadn't seen our server again. It only got worse from there. Our pasta course took another 30 minutes to arrive, and not once did anyone stop by to check on us or offer basic hospitality. No water refills, no follow-up, no effort to recover the situation. We tried to cut our losses and asked to cancel the entrees so we could just leave -- but were told they were "on the tray" and coming right out. Even then, it took another 15 minutes for the food to arrive, this time brought by a different manager. When we explained we didn't want the food anymore due to how the evening had gone, she didn't seem to grasp the issue. She brought over the original manager, who completely missed the mark and asked, "Do you have somewhere to be?" and offered to box the food. The lack of accountability and understanding from the staff was incredibly disappointing. For a restaurant that presents itself as upscale, the service was not just below standard -- it was careless, unprofessional, and borderline dismissive. At these price points, basic hospitality should be a given. Sadly, Francine didn't come close. We won't be back.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this place and it was overall a good experience. The food is delicious. We had lots of oysters, octopus, steak tartare, olives, salmon with mashed potatoes. I like that their food is mostly made with olive oil and tastes genuine. The olives with some pickled veggies was our least favorite. The steak tartare could be better. The octopus and salmon were great. Service was extremely slow though.

Yelp
Was great, our waitress was amazing. Went here for a friends birthday. The breakfast hashbrowns are the best. Our waitress was Megan M. She was great. Overall, the food was ok but she made it a great experience so I would come back because of her

Yelp
If you're looking for an Instagram-worthy place with friendly service, this is the restaurant for you, but unfortunately that's where it ends. I came here with a group of 9 for a bachelorette brunch on Easter, so I expected it to be a bit busy and slow, but it took nearly a hour for us to get our main dishes. My crab cake Benedict was just ok- it lacked seasoning and the eggs were overcooked, but crab cakes were full of crab. The most disappointing dish of the day was the lobster roll. It was 90% bread and had only a few small pieces of lobster. It also came with a sad salad and overly crispy chips. For $40, I expected so much more. The bone marrow pasta was also just ok. I tried a bite of the pancake and egg and again, lacked seasoning. Maybe we came on an off day but I wasn't blown away.

Yelp
The ambiance at Francine is elegant and perfect for a brunch with friends or a date. The service was wonderful, though the food didn't quite live up to expectations.
google avatar

Crystal L.

Yelp
This was my first time coming to this restaurant. It was pretty empty since it was the Easter holiday. We had a reservation and didn't have to wait at all to be seated. The hostess seemed annoyed when I asked to switch seats and he seemed inexperienced which was very irritating. The manager was amazing and so was the waiter. Amazing customer service. The one star I'm taking off is for the hostess that stated, "he couldn't control or do anything about us wanting to move seats and that's out if his scope." That's very rude and very immature to say. If you can't move a seat then find somebody who can!!! Once we were settled in our new seats everything was great. They have a very extensive wine list which is great since I'm a new wine drinker. The menu I wish had more vegetarian options. I ordered the noble bread, pita and hummus and the mushroom rigatoni. The bread was good but maybe a little too crunchy. The butter was delicious. The hummus was very good. The pasta was okay but could use more flavor. Wine was great. Wound u come back? Service was great but probably not.

Yelp
Had the most wonderful dining experience Thursday night. We were a group of six. Four of us were visiting Scottsdale. Me and my husband live here and never considered French cuisine, thinking it was too rich. It was one of our best dining experiences. The service was top-notch and the food was absolutely delicious. From the ambiance to the attentive staff, everything was perfect. I highly recommend and will be back.

Yelp
Francine was pièce de résistance to our family reunion this past Memorial Day weekend. After going on a bit of a restaurant adventure, Francine was definitely the culinary highlight of the weekend. Teresa took great care of us, let us chat but jumped right in when we looked like were ready to order. Food was amazing from start to finish, and the Noh cocktail was unlike anything I've had before. Restaurant was beautiful, and the bone marrow bucatini was out of this world. We'll be back!!!!

Yelp
Intimate ambiance. Good service. Delicious food. I enjoyed their oysters, octopus, and shrimp appetizer. The cocktails were well made, great spot for dinner!

Yelp
This spot was a hit for a girls birthday brunch! From the quiche to the salmon Benedict everyone loved it all. We started with the calamari which I highly recommend! A very generous serving to share with the table. I think the aioli could use some flavor and salt on the lightly breaded and fried calamari would be an improvement. There isn't anything to improve on the salad and Benedict, they were both amazing. We had amazing g service and the restaurant itself is beautiful. I highly recommend this spot for a special date or gathering.

Yelp
What an incredible start to my favorite zodiac season, embracing Pisces vibes and counting down to my 40th birthday with the most delightful French 75 at @francinerestaurant! The staff consistently radiates warmth, and the bartenders are true cocktail maestros. Huge shoutout to the fantastic hostesses who graciously captured memorable moments for me - total #girlcode! Already looking forward to my next visit!

Yelp
Went here for a company dinner and their service and food was top notch amazing! Drinks were super yummy, I ordered the Cosmo and a Glass of Rosé and both were to die for. We got their goat cheese, pomegranate seed, cucumber and tomato spread that was so addicting and yummy yet light and filling at the same time. For dinner I shared the salmon and lamb. Before I came here I looked at their menu and saw the lamb and knew I had to have it. The lamb was out of this world!! I wish I had more of it!! To top it all off, for desert we all shared their lemon tarte which was the perfect balance of sweet and tart to end the night. overall can't wait to come back again for some more lamb!

Yelp
I've been eyeing Francine for a while so we finally decided to go for our Valentine's dinner, and the experience was remarkable. Everything was perfection from the service to the food and atmosphere. The French 75 and the salmon were definitely my favorites. It was such an excellent choice to celebrate this special occasion and we can't wait for next time.

Yelp
VIBES: 4/5 FOOD: 5/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 3.5/5 The Niçoise salad was one of the best salads of my life. I've thought about it on multiple occasions since. The fact that it is almost $40 is a tough pill to swallow. I don't normally spend so much on food. I'm not sure how reasonable that markup is, but I'd pay it again. The ambience is beautiful and well curated--it just feels to me like I have to remember to sit up straight and not touch anything. The coffee was good, I was pleasantly surprised.

Yelp
The best French restaurant in Scottsdale This is a great date night choice. The ambience is dark and moody. The energy is great as well. There are plenty of tables and seats inside and on the patio. I would recommend getting a reservation just in case. It does get super busy around dinner time. I got two different drinks. Pomm Excellence - fruity and bubbly. You can't really taste the bourbon. Bourbon Crisp - strong taste with a hint of apple. Between the two drinks I would recommend the Bourbon Crisp. For the entrée I got the filet mignon with the truffle butter, mashed potatoes and ratatouille. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly. The truffle butter was the cherry on top. It was so good! Ratatouille was a side dish that you have to order à la carte. I would recommend this side dish, as well, if you want to share it, you can. The portion is big enough for two people. For the dessert I ordered the olive oil cake with honey. It came with caramel, honey, and mascarpone cheese. The presentation was stunning. Overall, I had a really good experience at this restaurant. I would definitely recommend it to any couples who want a cool little place to grab dinner in Scottsdale.

Yelp
My favorite part of this restaurant is it's location in the new wing of the Fashion Square mall, which makes it an easy dining option when shopping with the family. Unfortunately, the food is underwhelming, especially considering it's price-point and target clientele. Service is good, and ambiance is casual elegant, but there are just better options for French in Scottsdale area.

This place is amazing! From their cocktails to their appetizers and loved their chicken salad. The most amazing food and wait staff. Shout out to Meghon who was so very helpful .

Great food, beautiful restaurant but don't be in a hurry. Very slow service as the servers definitely take care of too many tables at one time!! Especially loved the lobster pasta dish!!

Yelp
Such a beautiful and refreshing atmosphere. Everything is clean and modern. The staff 2-3 staff that I encountered greeted us and served us kindly. Price is pretty high. Portions are enough for sure. Not small. Caesar salad is enough to share. Yum crumbled cheese crisps and yolk dressing so so tasty! Enjoyed the quiche 2x, sliced beef sandwich 2x with ajou, cold chicken, salad, sandwich, French toast at brunch time, and ceaser are all wonderful! The lavender specialty drink is one of my favorite things. I want to learn to make it myself.

Yelp
What a nice place! Its a combo of French and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Friendly, attentive-but-laid-back service, with great food and cocktails. We decided to give it a try on a Saturday afternoon; so glad we did. A new fave, we'll be back!

Yelp
This place is a scene! Food and drinks were excellent! Decor is super cute and it gets very busy so make a reservation. I will absolutely be back!

Yelp
Outstanding restaurant in every way. Excellent choice for a special occasion. The food is superb. Very high end Nouvelle Cuisine.

Yelp
Change. Uhoh. We've been coming here for three years (can't believe I haven't lavished praise on yelp) Today, we thought we'd revisit some old faves: most notably the hamachi crudo and the French dip. Oh boy, both have become unrecognizable. The hamachi used to be light and refreshing. Now it's sashimi, thick but tasteless. The French dip: Before, the meat was featured and perfectly cooked (to survive service.) the jus was light and tasty, a nice complement to the sandwich. Today, The beef looked like a stroganoff, the beef thickly integrated with whatever else was in there...cheese? The jus was also thick, like too many (burnt) scrapings and salt. We've always had faith in the place but now... ...thankful that the servers are still pleasant and the bartenders very engaging. Advice from this layman: bring new dishes instead of remaking the old ones. Hope to return but we might choose to slot in a few other new places instead.

Yelp
I like Chef Remy, but this is not a smash burger. The old burger from last year was a 9/10 and Francine was one of the few places that can make a proper medium-rare burger. I don't get why it got replaced by this. The meat is way too thick and it can't be cooked below medium well done. It's just a mouthful of meat.

Yelp
what a show for the whole branzino salt crust! very cool table side service and delicious fish. i recommend ordering the branzino if you want dinner with a little fire. the other dishes i had were solid as well. i would definitely get the tartare again. prawns i could do without. great ambiance as well, parking can be a bit tricky since it's at the mall but there is valet as well.

Yelp
Amazing! Amazing! French dinning. Best in AZ. Food is... French. So delicious. The service is almost like a 5 stars restaurant. My tea, water, wine always full. The ambiance is modern French and inviting. Try their pasta with bone marrow. BTW, great cocktail selection as well.

Yelp
First time trying Francine and I will be back to explore other options on the menu! The food and drinks were delicious, I got the cosmopolitan blanche (I believe) as well as the steak frites. I asked for my steak to be cooked well done but it came out medium, the bartender serving us even noticed. The food took quite awhile to come out so I just shared the pieces I wouldn't eat with my friend. Though the steak wasn't cooked to my liking, the flavor was spot on. Drink was strong but I'd try something else the next time I go. For dessert we also ordered an espresso martini and the chocolate pot de crème. The espresso martini is very strong, but good. The pot de crème was absolutely delicious, it has cream on top with candied pecans. Definitely would order again! Though the food was good, we were sat at a table a bartender was serving so the service was very, very slow. We arrived at 6:30 and didn't leave until past 8:30. We also had an issue with being charged twice for an item so after the long wait for the check we also had to wait for it to get voided, then recharged. Maybe making a reservation would have helped the seating arrangements but not sure. I love the ambiance of the restaurant, it's gorgeous and very modern. Though there were a few inconveniences throughout the dining experience, I would come back to give it another shot because the food was very flavorful and I love the vibe of the restaurant.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. A bit pricey but that's what expected with French restaurants. We had a variety of items, from escargot to croque madame to steak tartare. All were very delicious.

Yelp
Came in for the oysters and WAS NOT disappointed. They were spectacular. Everything from our bartenders to the beautiful restaurant was perfect. We will be back often.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots when I visit Arizona. Great food and nice atmosphere and also a spot where you can bring your dog
