I'm writing to express my disappointment and concern about the treatment my boyfriend received at your location today, April 11, 2024. We visited your restaurant at 9:22 PM, and from the moment we placed our order, I could sense that something was off.
The staff member, Anthony M, asked my boyfriend twice if he knew English, which seemed unnecessary and made him feel uncomfortable. As someone who was with him, I could see the frustration in his eyes. The manager then proceeded to tell him that he had to eat at a specific table and clean up after himself, which was not only unusual but also felt discriminatory.
As his girlfriend, it was disheartening to see him treated this way. We were both looking forward to a nice dinner, but instead, we left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. The fact that it was almost closing time and they still didn't have to accommodate him in a respectful manner was surprising.
I've attached pictures of our receipts and food, which show that we were legitimate customers who deserved better treatment. I hope that you will take this situation seriously and address the behavior of your staff.
I hope that in the future, your restaurant will prioritize providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, regardless of their background.
