"Galerie is at the bottom of the Smyth Tribeca Hotel, and it’s surprisingly spacious and nicely decorated, with two fireplaces and colorful velvet furniture. You’ll see people who are on their way to—or on the way back from—business meals, and it’s easy to find little nooks if you want a little privacy. "Galerie Bar is at the bottom of the Smyth Tribeca Hotel, and it's a very adult place to drink. You’ll see groups who are on their way to—or on the way back from—business meals, and the rest of the guests are generally many years removed from chugging High Life from a beer bong. The atmosphere is fitting for the crowd. Very nice leather and velvet midcentury modern furniture fills the surprisingly spacious room, the music is relatively quiet, and it’s easy to find little nooks if you want a little privacy.
