"This cleverly laid out room makes the most of the spectacular views across London from the 28th floor of the Hilton Hotel. There’s a classical base to the menu but the boldly flavoured dishes also offer a pleasing degree of flair and innovation. Service is relaxed and friendly." - Michelin Inspector

We celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant. It's very expensive here, but if it's a special event, it's worth it! The price corresponds to the quality!! . We paid £300 plus wine for three courses. The steak was incredibly tasty and tender. The waiters were fabulous, you really feel like a special VIP class guest. I will never forget this experience and will definitely come back here again! The view from the window looks incredible !!! Xxx

If would have been possible to give 10 star, we would for sure. The atmosphere in this restaurant is so relaxed, the view is something you can't describe, and it is the perfect stunning frame for the perfect restaurant! The food and the service are amazing, a really high level. We had a Sunday lunch today and it was the best meal we had in our whole lives, not too expensive either for the level of the food. The waiters were all super friendly and professional, and a special thanks to Andrea for letting us try a special dessert. We will come back for sure!

Went for a birthday. Had a great experience. It would be better if dress code was enforced, the music was less techno beats and a table wasn’t kept free for the gram. Food and presentation are excellent. Service lacks a certain high-end finish but perfectly acceptable. I’d go again and book a table at 9pm.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Galvin at Windows, and I must say that it was an absolutely amazing experience. The sommelier was truly exceptional. They recommended the perfect wine pairings for each course of the Christmas set menu, enhancing the flavors and creating a harmonious combination. Speaking of the menu, I highly recommend trying the Christmas set menu. The terrine, Pollock, and comice pear were my choices, and they did not disappoint. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors were nothing short of incredible. In addition to the delectable food and impeccable service, the restaurant boasts breathtaking views. Being able to enjoy such incredible cuisine while overlooking the London skyline was the perfect touch to an already memorable dining experience. I cannot recommend Galvin at Windows enough.

EXCEPTIONAL! Didn't know what to expect other than wonderful views over London. To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement, the views were outstanding the food exceptional but above all else the service was phenomenal, Thomas and Sarah are true assets to the Restaurant and went above and beyond (Request them). I write this review in comparison to a 2 Michelin star restaurant L’Gaveroche that we had dined at the evening before and been left underwhelmed. A true GEM of a restaurant and the staff WONDERFUL including the management. Thank you for a fantastic evening. #Thomas&SarahNeedAPayRise

We came for the three course lunch menu and were very pleased by the service and the view of the park. The dishes themselves, while beautifully presented, with lovely texture and quality ingredients, lacked flavor. I found myself wishing I had salt with most of my dishes. Great ambiance, but won’t be returning.

Michelin-starred restaurant in London with stunning views of the city. I recently visited Galvin at Windows for my anniversary dinner, and I had a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable, and the staff were very attentive. The atmosphere at the restaurant was very romantic, and the live music added to the pleasant ambience. I started with an asparagus dish, and for my main course, I had the beef fillet. The accompanying vegetables were also delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special occasion meal.

Located at Hilton, Thus you have to enter the hotel via the lift which is quite straight forward but if its first time you may get lost for a bit. Once your on the correct floor, your greeted by a member of staff if earlier you get the choice of going to the bar area before dinner (which we did) the Bar itself was 10Ò Sky Bar?Good selection of beverages and unique cocktails although sometimes fancy doesn't mean it's good. sticking with the good old classic is a safe option or the mixers. Moving on to the restaurant, the welcoming by the staff made it special each staff like greets you as you walked to your table (bit too much if your like me not use to this kind of attention) but yeah it was that extra thought matters with fine dining experience. Food wise I couldn't complain on anything everything dish was on point and even those nibbles the one with ice cream cone shown in the picture had a nice unique taste and texture. Great choices of wine and they did have a server which recommended which goes with which dish but I'm more of a beer person 😅 or alcohol will do. The best was ofc the sirloin steak cooked perfectly medium rare. Views we had Hyde Park around the corner of the table where we sat but it was a foggy and rainy day unfortunately. Price was £79 PP for this 4 course meal it was a Christmas company dinner 🍽 so the experience was worth it 👌 with Drinks your looking over £120pp on average. Got the Uber/Taxi here there should be parking just outside but I believe its a first come first served basis. Overall, I would recommend to come try this place out for a value fine dining experience. Oh the chair, was super heavy but wasn't as comfortable as it looked which was a shame.
