My wife and I stopped by here for the first time, so I wanted to provide my honest feedback: Food: - The chips and caviar dip was tasty with a unique flavor profile. - Crab Benedict had a great presentation, but sadly, it lacked seasoning (not worth the price point). The side of the potatoes were perfectly cooked, nice crispy finish to them (I could eat these all day long) - Grilled chicken Caesar salad was not good. The chicken was overly charred and had a burnt taste to it. - Deviled eggs had a great presentation, but sadly, they lacked flavor, and were in desperate need of love (a bit of salt or seasoning). - The mac and cheese was perfectly made and tasty. Service: - Our server was straightforward and professional, he provided us with recommendations as needed. Atmosphere: - When we walked inside of the restaurant, we immediately felt an awkward setup as there was barely any room to wait, and we felt like we were hovering over the kitchen staff. - A small, intimate setting with a few tables. A lot of interesting items are hanging on the walls! Overall, the price points do not match the overall quality of the dishes, so we will likely not return. Otherwise, it was a decent experience overall.

Stopped by Friday night at 7pm and was immediately seated. I had tried the food a couple years ago and thought it was okay. So glad we decided to try the place out again. 1. Our server and the gentleman assisting her were so friendly and courteous. 2. The chicken dish with the bread pudding and mashed potatoes… OMG. Tasted like the best Thanksgiving plate. 3. The butternut squash rigatoni was also delicious.

I am not one to write reviews but having been to Gass & Main a few times recently - I am blown away by the consistently great experience & fantastic food! Perfect for a date day or night because we love both their brunch and dinner menus! Really appreciate the time and effort that must go into making such delicious and unique dishes. The staff could not be more knowledgeable and accommodating to ensure you have the best experience. In a town where there are great options to grab something to eat - this place truly stands out! Well done Gass & Main well done! Looking forward to my next visit!

Gass and Main is such an AMAZING spot to go to!! I can not recommend this place enough. Whether it’s for a date night or for a solo outing you will not be disappointed. The staff is top tier and makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in. Don’t even get me started with the food. I have been here numerous times and they out do themselves every time.

Dinner Review: Gass & Main – A Great Date Night Spot We had an amazing date night at Gass & Main in Haddonfield. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and inviting—cozy but still stylish, making it the perfect spot for a night out. The service was great—friendly, attentive, and just the right balance of helpful without hovering. It really added to the whole experience. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Every dish was packed with flavor and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell a lot of thought goes into the menu, and everything we tried was a hit. Overall, it was a fantastic night. If you’re looking for a spot with great food, great service, and a great atmosphere, Gass & Main is definitely worth checking out. We’ll definitely be back!

If I could give 10/10 to Gas and Main, I would! Met my friends for brunch on Saturday and sampled everything from the “world’s best Hot dog” (so so delicious), Gnocchi mac & cheese, to the bacon blackberry grilled cheese. All of it was absolute perfection! Our waitress Freya was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and the food came out so fast. Such a cozy and inviting atmosphere, can’t wait to go back, highly recommend!

Google
Gas's & Main in Haddonfield, NJ, offers a delightful brunch experience, perfect for a family outing. The ambiance is warm and cozy, creating a comfortable setting for a relaxed meal with great service. During our visit, we ordered pancakes, a shrimp roll, and breakfast tacos, and each dish was up to par. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, the shrimp roll was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the breakfast tacos had just the right balance of ingredients. With a per person price range of $15-$30, Gas's & Main delivers great value for the quality, making it a spot worth visiting again.

Google
I really wanted to love it. It sounded like the quintessential local gem where the chef does amazingly special dishes. Sadly it wasn't for me. The snow crab rolls had perfectly buttered rolls, just the right amount of mayo and chives but there's a reason nobody else uses snow crabs - it's kinda bland and tasteless. The Gnocchi Mac & Cheese were probably kept warm in a pot and served in a bowl but were missing the burnt crusty top that you'd get from cooking it in the oven. The best dish was Uncle Dom's Big Salad which was legitimately good and had all kinds of flavors and fresh ingredients. There's warm cheese tortellini mixed in which felt like getting the prize in the crackerjack box when you bit into one - great! Overall, I don't know if it was just the dishes we ordered but it was a miss. This was brunch and maybe dinner is the meal to try.

Yelp
What a fantastic experience. Food was perfect, service could not have been better (thanks KYLE) and it was all it could be. Meatloaf, pork chop, sprouts, shrimp and apple pie!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything was delicious and arrived in a timely fashion. The total experience was well worth the trip. Steve

Yelp
I have heard many great things about Gass & Main and finally decided to go. Chef Dane DeMarco is a 2024 James Beard Semifinalist for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic and it was a pleasure speaking with her since we sat at the chef's table. We received the Miso Glazed Squash appetizer as a perk for having the South Jersey Food Scene frequent diner card. It was so delicious and we loved the subtle spicy kick. I had the Pork Chop Pizzaiola as my entree. The pork chop was the most tender and flavorful I've ever eaten. I gave my husband a piece and he was like wow. I said do you want some more and he immediately said yes. Hubby had the Double Duck Gumbo. It was cooked to perfection. His new favorite way to eat duck confit. The duck sausage and gumbo had great flavor. The All American Apple Pie was a delicious treat. Sitting at the chef's table was a treat in itself as we got to watch the food being prepared and talk to the chef. I recommend sitting there if you can and it's actually quieter than sitting in the dining room. Gass & Main, 7 Kings Court, Haddonfield, NJ

Yelp
We decided to go to Gass and Main on a whim, and the wait wasn't too long. We got the Chips & Caviar, Breakfast Tacos, and a French toast dish (looking back on the website, it seems it is no longer available). We liked the Chips & Caviar, and although I didn't try the Breakfast Tacos, my friend said they were good. The French toast was okay - the bread was a bit too hard for me. Service was friendly, and the restaurant is small, but cozy. 3.5/5.

Aurora C.

Yelp
One of the best meals we have ever had. We had the hotdog, the truffle, mac & cheese, the hot honey salmon, and the caviar with potato chips, and everything was very, very fresh, well thought out, and good. For dessert, we had the Affogato and the cosmic brownie, and both were exceptional all as well. We will definitely be back. Service was incredible too!

Abdou B.

Yelp
We had this place on our list of places to try for a while. The service/food is good but not amazing and they were missing some basic stuff for breakfast (i.e. orange juice, etc). The truffle gnocchi is really good

Ellie B.

Yelp
One of the best meals I've had this year! My family has been raving about this restaurant so when I was in town visiting we made a dinner reservation. From start to finish everything about Gass and Main is perfect. The food is absolutely delicious, service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. It's hard to pick a favorite dish from everything we got (it was all that good), but the charred broccolini with lemon aioli was definitely a standout that I can't stop thinking about.

Andrea R.

Yelp
Gass and Main encapsulates everything I love about dining out, frequenting locally owned restaurants, and scrumptious food. Where else are you going to get a glimpse into the Chef's childhood living room? Or enjoy the culinary creations only a brilliant mind could conceive? You must, must, must get the truffle gnocchi. It's salty, pillowy, savory, yet not too heavy, and the perfect portion of a delectable treat. If Chef Dane's style is elevated classics, you can say goodbye to Easy Mac. I'm a sucker for anything pasta, cheese, and truffle, so this dish epitomizes all my favorite things. Did you know that wagyu hotdogs exist? I didn't, but I'm a better person after consuming Gass and Main's "World's Best Hotdog." The buttered roll and tangy mustard makes for a slam dunk. If you visit for brunch, there's no shortage of great breakfast options. A lot of the chef's dishes can be made vegetarian and/or vegan friendly, so don't be afraid to get adventurous! The staff is attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. I highly encourage reservations! A coveted walk-in spot might not be guaranteed given the (much deserved) hype of Gass and Main. There is metered parking and a paid lot nearby, but if you don't mind a short walk, you can find free street parking down the otherside of the restaurant, away from the main drag. This family owned and operated restaurant is a homerun.

Yelp
Menu and food were stand out! We shared a bunch of things and all of them executional. The ingredients were peak. The food was thoughtful and well executed. Nothing over the top the way I like it. The place is cute and cozy(small). They use the space well and don't over do it the decor so it feel smaller than it is Service was good

Albert S.

Yelp
Been wanting to come to this place for some time now and we finally had the chance. As many people have said the place is small but cozy. I concur with that assessment and the decor was nice. The food was incredible. We started with the Gnocchi Mac and Cheese and Deviled Eggs. The truffle in the mac and cheese was perfect and not overwhelming. It was delicious. The Deviled Eggs had a lot of filling which tasted so good. A bit of horseradish made for a nice bite. For mains (we went during brunch), I had the special which was softshell crab big mac. My wife had the shrimp roll. The softshell crab was awesome. The 10K sauce on it was a perfect accompaniment to the crab. Our server was great and friendly. Looking forward to going back.

Yelp
Another great place for BRUNCH, Lunch and Dinner! Located off of the Main Street in Haddonfield, but off on one of their side streets. Went on a Saturday morning and when the weather is nice, there are tables outside as an option. We had about a 15 min wait so not bad! Reservations are recommended. Cute little house, with interesting decor on their walls. Like a bunch of old family photos but also saws lol. Definitely a historic home. Food was amazing! We started with the cheese ball starter that had some kind of jalapeño jelly with the cheese ball coated with pepitas. So yummy! Great for sharing... already made me a little full between 2 people. Then for the main course I had the eggs Benedict with pork roll (you get the option of pulled pork, pork roll or braised greens) and the husband had Early Fall Hash. I wish I could have tried everything!! Everything was cooked well. Service was great! Can't wait to try more of their menu and even come for dinner!

Cameron B.

Yelp
We had an incredible meal at Gass and Main. The restaurant is really small and unassuming but man do they make some amazing food. We opted for the Chef Tasting Menu and that was a great choice. It's $100 per person and well worth the value! Everything we had was great and the portion sizes were nice, we definitely left full. The service was great and our server brought out our dessert with candles since it was my Mom's bday, nice touch! The place gets a little loud since it's small so be mindful of that. Can't wait to go back for their brunch!

Christina L.

Yelp
Came during restaurant week for the first time and tried a few things from the menu. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and service. Cozy, intimate setting. Loved the "elevated" spin on classic comfort dishes (ie: chips + caviar and deviled eggs with salmon roe) I will definitely return...there were a million things in the menu that looked amazing I can't wait to try next :)

Carlie A.

Yelp
Had an excellent brunch here. Very accommodating to gluten free and vegetarian diets. Warm and welcoming atmosphere but is VERY tiny. Would recommend making a reservation. Only downside is that it was very loud and hard to hear our table mates. Would not be a good place for a wheelchair user or someone with mobility needs.

Ilene S.

Yelp
Had an amazing meal at gass and main. Great place in Haddonfield. We had an amazing meal one fabulous dish after another. Wonderful service relaxing and friendly staff who offered their views and recommendations from the menu. We were the last table of the evening and had a great conversation with Dee the chef and owner. We learned about the meaning behind the name, the family history of the pictures and a little history of Dee herself. Each dish was packed with flavor but the duck dish was without a doubt one of the most interesting combinations of items.. duck, cherries, jalapeño etc... a must have!!! Can't wait for our next meal.

Heidi C.

Yelp
Went for a friday brunch. Lovely spot for people watching. A bit on the elevated side, not a place where you would want to hear kids. Best cup of coffee I ever had. Eggs benny with the mortadella was fire. Pancakes 'for the table' is a def for a delicate starter- perfect for 2 or 3 to share.

Phylicia H.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious meal and I love how the menu rotates based on the season. A very small restaurant so reservations is a must. There are only a few tables inside so you will be super close to the other customers and it will be loud. The food is worth it though and it's byo! My friends and I all loved our entrees, but the apps were just okay. Ordered Brussels chips, corn fritters and fried ribs to share. Brussels were easy to eat, very airy and citrusy. Corn fritters were overly breaded and fried. Ribs were tender and the glaze was nice, but it only comes with 3 pieces and we were a party of 4. For entrees, I ordered the bbq'd oyster mushroom, which receives a 10/10. Delicious and a dish I am honestly still thinking about. The sides that came with the entree complimented the dish so well. If they have this on the menu when I return, I'd be tempted to reorder it again. My bf ordered the orecchiette, which had big chunks of lobster. Very flavorful, filling and the perfect summer pasta dish. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Ellen D.

Yelp
The other reviewers are right: Brunch here is unmatched! I went here for a brunch date and we ordered the breakfast sandwich, eggs over roasted veggies, and the biscuit. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free, making it an ideal spot for those of us with food allergies. The gluten free bread swaps are so delicious they are indistinguishable from the regular toast/rolls. The eggs were perfectly cooked with solid whites and a nice runny yolk. The biscuit was paired with a wonderful apple jam. While the dining room is a tad small and loud, it makes for a cozy, intimate setting. Additionally, the server was very attentive and food was brought out quickly (steaming hot too). I can't wait to come back and try their dinner menu!

Trent O.

Yelp
What a quaint little restaurant in Haddonfield the servers are always very engaging and knowledgeable. The dining room is tiny - at best could maybe seat 20 or so. I have only been here for breakfast, but have always found their menu to be innovative and fun. Their food is exceptional. I would really love to try dinner at some point. The shareable biscuit is, perhaps the best biscuit I have ever had - don't even consider it, just order it. Bacon was perfection - crisp and savory. There isn't a single thing I would change, make sure if you are in the area you swing by and give it a try.

Degiulio R.

Yelp
Possibly one of the best dining experience I've ever had. The menu is small but still extremely hard to choose from. The food which was often delivered by the chefs all came out plated wonderfully and each dish going out looked like it would be worth going back for. The food was amazing and wonderfully balanced. The home fries might have been one of the best parts. The service was efficiently, friendly, and very fast. Will definitely be going back to try dinner and more off their brunch menu.

Julie L.

Yelp
Cute brunch spot in Haddonfield! Street parking available. Restaurant is tucked away in a small alleyway. Our group of 7 ordered the chicken salad sandwich, steak and eggs, breakfast burger, monte cristo. They only have the biscuits on weekends so I think that's a must try along with the mac and cheese gnocchi! Very small restaurant so the wait can be long and loud inside but I liked the atmosphere!

Sita P.

Yelp
Was super excited to try this place. Was bummed the carrot and Burnt ends was taken off the menu as that was the reason to come here we were told. We were the 1st seating on a weekday so it was quiet and service was fine. Enjoyed the food. We just did small bites and appts. Reason I would prob not come back is as follows. So small. I mean small. The 1st room is the kitchen w/ 4 tables. I would NEVER want to sit there as it's an ugly kitchen area, hot and loud. The next sitting area is a small room that's dark. Bathroom is as small as an airplane bathroom. An ugly storage room is in view from 2nd dining rm that they should kept hidden. You have to make a CC holding Rez online only. It's Loud. I mean loud. We left with only 2 other tables and we could no longer have a conversation. Place full you would be shouting. Oh well.

Scott P.

Yelp
Brand new restaurant in Haddonfield that just opened last week. The name refers to a Las Vegas intersection where the chef and owner married their spouse. Came here today with my girlfriend for brunch. It's a small space with two rooms; the main dining room is tastefully decorated with rustic farm decor, and there is an additional room that overlooks the cooking and prep area. It was almost empty when we were there; there was only one other table of people throughout our meal. We ordered the chips with Vermont crème fraîche and caviar, the eggs Benedict and the lox eggs Benedict. The chips were warm and salty and perfectly complemented by the crème fraîche. The hollandaise sauce was perfect and the rosemary on the home fries was a really nice touch, but we both agreed our home fries were aggressively salted, to the point of being almost inedible. Also, the yolks of the eggs in both of our dishes were cooked too long so that they weren't runny. These are easy fixes, though, and overall it is a wonderful new addition to the restaurants in Haddonfield. Everyone who worked there was exceptionally friendly, including our server James, and we look forward to coming back and trying other items on the menu.

Millie K.

Yelp
Where to begin. First of all, the location is so picturesque with seating indoors and out. We got there before our reservation, so we sat in the gazebo while we waited. I honestly felt like I was in an episode of Gilmore Girls not only because of the location but also because as we were leaving there was a freaking troubadour performing in the gazebo. We walked up ten minutes before our reservation and the table was ready. As soon as you walk in there is the kitchen, which was fully staffed, and to the left through a doorway the main dining area. I mentioned in the reservation we were celebrating a wedding anniversary which may be why we got, what in my opinion, was the best table. Far back left high top. The server arrived right away and explained the menu. We ordered the hot dog, gnocchi and split the burger. Everything came out so quickly! And everything was incredibly delicious. We wanted to keep ordering more food but opted to save room for dessert and got the peach cobbler nachos. Yes you heard that right. And they were delicious! Everyone working there had an easy smile on their face, so I think it must be a nice place to work. Btw, (99% sure) the owner, Chef Dane, was doing it all when the staff became too busy. Seating, bringing out food (brought our nachos out) and even clearing and setting tables. Someone mentioned in a review it was super loud when they went, but for us it was not bad at all. I noticed the ceiling had noise absorbers hanging up so maybe those got installed after their visit. Even the patrons were well behaved and respectful of others. Some of the best food I've had and easily the best service. I think I'm saving this place for special occasions because of how wonderful the experience was.

Kristine S.

Yelp
Ooommmggggg this food was amazing. I didn't even expect to love this food so much. I didn't even take pictures of everything. We also got the carrots that were amazing best carrots that I have ever had. Hush puppies, I don't even like hush puppies but these were good. I could go on and on but I won't. Our server was Kyle he was great. The restaurant is very small but it was decorated nicely it felt comfortable. I will be back

Alexa C.

Yelp
My wife and I went here for the first time the day after getting married. We wanted to go somewhere new but that would be special and man did we make a great choice! I noted on our reservation that we were coming here to celebrate our marriage the night before and the server and owners went above and beyond to make this dinner special. From the table having a special "reserved" sign on it, to a complimentary champagne bottle, to a complimentary dessert. All the additional things they added including congratulating us multiple times really went a long way. Now onto the food. Every single thing was amazing! We shared a bunch of appetizers because we wanted to try as much as possible. First we had the deviled eggs which were the best deviled eggs we both have ever had! This was followed by the ribs which were so tasty! After this, we go the chips and caviar which was extremely good and the rainbow carrots which were so unique and delicious! The final plates were the fries and gnocchi max and cheese which were both amazing! If I could rate Gass and Main above 5 stars I would. It's truly a hidden gem in Haddonfield and I will be making this a regular stop and trying their brunch very soon!

J W.

Yelp
Went to Gass & Main for lunch The food was delicious Our waiter was knowledgeable and welcomed us newbies and went over the menu and gave his recommendations- I appreciated that touch. I didn't realize how cozy the seating was going to be lol And when I walked in I thought I walked into someone's kitchen lol thought I went in the wrong door

Megan R.

Yelp
Do yourself a favor and check out this cute spot, it's BYOB and located in the courtyard off of Ellis Rd in Haddonfield next to Gracie's Ice Cream. Our server Kyle was quick and friendly and told us a little history about the place. We wanted to try EVERYTHING on the menu. But we went with two small plates because we weren't super hungry. I think this would be a great date night spot, the dining room is small so if you had a large party you might take up the whole place!

Esther L.

Yelp
Last night we discovered Gass and Main in Haddonfield. (Really loving Haddonfield lately) Intimate space so def need reservations. Totally my style with lots of appetizers options- loved everything we ate. Highly recommend their brussel chips, angry summer mussels, cheeseball, chips and caviar, deviled eggs and their "world best hotdog" (made of wagyu beef). And even better, it's a BYO. We celebrated a dear friend's bday with a delicious chocolate cake- super cute with this sparkler right? And our servers were super friendly and great. This will prob be my new go-to place in S Jersey. Highly highly recommend.

Greg H.

Yelp
Simply put; our new favorite restaurant. Since discovering this place five months ago we've been three times. Each time has been amazing. The service is great, the menu is whimsical and delicious. Highly, highly recommended.

Jenny K.

Yelp
Such a cute brunch spot! Cozy and small and staff were so welcoming and helpful. I had my baby with me and they were so accommodating. I enjoyed my grilled cheese and my husband enjoyed his bison meatloaf. I would want to come for dinner and try that menu out more tho, way more enticing dishes!

Yelp
On February 20th, the Philadelphia branch of the International Wine and Food Society held its monthly dinner at Gass & Main in Haddonfield, New Jersey. The Society, founded in 1933 by Andre Simon, has a mission to bring together connoisseurs who understand the profound connection between good food, exceptional wine, and personal well-being. Our Philadelphia chapter, founded in 1952 with a rich history and an illustrious membership, is dedicated to fostering an appreciation for the culinary arts, showcased through meticulously curated dinners. With that in mind, we are proud to say that the recent dinner at Gass & Main did not disappoint! Chef Dane DeMarco, a recent semi-finalist for a James Beard Award, takes classic American comfort food and elevates it to a new--and exceptionally FUN--level. Chef Dane treated the branch to a five-course tasting menu, each course a unique yet familiar combination of offerings. Highlights included caviar and house-fried chips, the Tartare Toasty (with a heavenly wink to the grilled cheese sandwich), and a great main course combination of surf-turf-and-pasta (monkfish, steak frites, and Butternut Winter-O's, ). But the showstopper for our group of 'sophisticates' was in the middle of the lineup, an interlude that offered the World's Best Hot Dog served with Gnocchi Mac & Cheese. Imagine each table's disappointment when we realized that we had to share! Chef DeMarco's ability to take these fundamental dishes and turn them into gourmet delights was amazing. I will return on my own for these two menu items alone. The Philadelphia Branch of the IWFS has dined at every great restaurant in the region for almost 70 years. We are delighted to add Gass & Main to the list and highly recommend it for both visitors and residents of the region.

Yelp
1st time visit for lunch in October. Our server was amazing. The menu was wonderful. We shared chips & Caviar, Deviled Eggs, Salad (awesome with pumpkin vinegarette dressing), Bacon Blackberry Grilled Cheese and everything was wonderful. The combination of flavors was on point. We were not rushed, the atmosphere was very enjoyable. Wll definitely go back soon.

Ben B.

Yelp
It was a typical South Jersey evening in the middle of January, meaning dark, cold, and rainy. We arrived a little earlier than our reservation, because why not? And that was a good move, because we were the first diners to arrive, and so we got the best table in the house, right by the window looking out onto Kings Court. It was almost a year ago that we'd read the Philadelphia Inquirer's review of this new restaurant in Haddonfield, and it sounded interesting at the time, but it took a special occasion for us to finally get around to trying it. The dining room is a pleasant place to spend a couple of hours, and the food was as good as we had hoped it would be. The snacks and appetizers can easily be combined into a satisfying meal, but we both had the pork rib eye entree and agreed it was fantastic. And the pumpkin hummus appetizer (under "Snacks" on the new winter menu) should not be missed. Chef Dane DeMarco serves up some really creative food, and has brought a welcome addition to Haddonfield's restaurant scene.

Yelp
Celebrated Valentines/Anniversary a little early this year. Was very excited to try Gass & Main in Haddonfield. Made a 7:30 reservation, brought a bottle of champagne and a bottle of pinot with us. Great choices! They also have an ice bucket and stand for your cold beverages. When walking into the restaurant, you can sit in an intimate dining room or sit facing the open kitchen. For appetizers, we got the Brussel Chips and the Winter Flautas. The Brussel Chips were like a play on salt and vinegar chips, and they were so addictive! I literally couldn't eat a full bag of those like regular chips. Winter Flautas was very good as well, but I couldn't get past my addiction with the Brussel Chips. For entres, I got the Good Luck Pork, which was a boneless chop with a German potato salad and a wonderful apple butter and wine sauce. I loved the grill flavor on the pork, the mustard seeds and flavor with the potato, and I could drink that apple butter wine reduction sauce. My wife got the Nashville Hot Shrooms (she doesn't eat meat), and this thing was a spectacle. Even the table next to us was amazed at it! I am a fun guy, but I am definitely not into fungi. I took a bite of this and loved the slight heat and crunch of the breading. The meatiness of the oyster mushroom wasn't overbearing or earthy at all, which was nice for someone like me. I love dill, and that small addition just made the dish that much nicer. For dessert, we got a slice of the house made apple pie and a chocolate cake, which was made right across from them at Sweet T's. The chocolate cake was great and came with a scoop of ice cream. I am personally a stickler when it comes to anything dessert made with apples. This apple pie was probably the best apple pie and apple dessert I've ever had. The small cut of the apples, the balance of apple filling, and cinnamon and spices were just on point. The crust was top notch, and again, the small addition of a fancy cheddar shaved on top sent me and this dessert to the moon. All the dishes that I saw at the tables were beautiful plated and I am sure just as delicious as the food we got. Our server Kyle was fantastic. He was attentive but not overbearing. The service was at a perfect pace as dishes didn't come out too fast, nor did they come out too slow. From start to finish, we probably were dining for an hour and fourty five minutes. This is going to become our new celebratory "treat yo self" local spot. I would really like to come back to try the brunch menu as well. I highly recommend giving Gass and Main a visit for your next date!

Yelp
I finally made it to this adorable restaurant in the very fun Haddonfield downtown! The decor was sooo sweet and cozy, the tables were well-spaced and the service was friendly and fun! I wish I could have ordered one of everything on the menu so you know I will have to go back many times. I had the grilled romaine salad with nova garnish and my friend had the cheeseburger and fries. The salad was delicious and more but we probably did order the two most basic items. I would have liked to try one bite of the hot mushrooms but I'm not a spicy eater yet the melange sounds amazing! There are no photos of the food because I was too hungry to remember, next time! Bravo to the chef!

Yelp
This restaurant took over the former space of Valenti's . The restaurant itself looks exactly the same. This was the one drawback I was expecting something different and not expecting to walk into Valente's with a different name. I think they would benefit from a refresh. It's a very small restaurant you enter through the kitchen room, and the seating is on the left. The service was excellent. The waitress explained every dish, shared her favorites and guided us when we were confused about what to order. We started with the pork shanks and the gnocchi mac & cheese. The pork shanks were very flavorful although the barbecue sauce was a little much. the gnocchi mac & cheese was absolutely decadent. It was so rich it was hard to continue to eat. It is so tasty. We were torn on entrées. We opted for a pasta and a burger. The burger was very good, but not amazing. The pasta was also very good with some very unexpected flavors. All in all it was a good meal with great service. The plates are very pretty and colorful there didn't seem to be a cohesive pattern to the menu, some of the additives on the items didn't really go together as far as flavor was concerned all of the dishes were packed full of flavor. I am sure the menu will change with the season perhaps in the spring and summer we will return to try a different menu. Our meal was good we especially enjoyed the cake for dessert. The waitress told us it was from sweet t's just across the street. We were able to talk to the chef she came to our table and was lovely. Thanking everybody for coming.

Yelp
Don't know what all the hype is about. Maybe I didn't order the right things. Am willing to try again cause the service was amazing.

Yelp
Have been here twice recently and really enjoy it. They do offer a lot of reservations for a smaller venue, so you may experience a wait for your table, but it's worth it. Looking forward to trying new items as the menu changes. Overall I highly recommend dinner and will update my review once we get there for brunch!!

Yelp
We went for mother's day brunch. You must go on weekends because their jumbo biscuit is that good. I could eat the truffle gnocchi as my meal. My Benny and my sons French toast were amazing. They have a new dish called ramp frittata and I'd skip that when we come back... i love that they are using ramps while in season; the plating was beautiful with a super tasty arugula salad, but the frittata itself though quite gorgeous had an unappealing texture reminiscent of microwaved eggs. So... while beautiful on the plate, there is so much else to love, focus your attention on the rest. The service was perfect. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but not obtrusive. They kept coffee and water filled and found time to chat. Everything was lovely and I'm posting a pic of our strawberry rhubarb cannoli dipped in ganache sprinkled in almond dust as one example of all the deliciousness that we enjoyed.

Yelp
Creative menu that is executed perfectly. Gnocchi Mac and cheese was everything. Brunch is also amazing. Service is attentive without being overbearing.

Yelp
The food was excellent. The service was efficient. However, we were literally in the kitchen. A bit noisy with restaurant jargon. That was all fine, however, our order was taken and then our appetizer was served and before we could finish that our salads arrived and while we were trying to inhale those, our entree arrived so that all 3 were on our tiny table and We couldn't enjoy any of it.

Yelp
Would recommend making a reservation and dressing business casual. I didn't do either when I went on the weekend and it wasn't an issue at all but I did feel a bit out of place wearing sweats and just showing up last minute. Super cozy inside. All the food is legitimately well done and felt like it was inspired by someone who really loves what they do. Definitely on the pricier side but considering the clientele and neighborhood it's understandable. I got the cheese ball, gnocchi, salmon, and apple pie. The cheese ball - tasty, fun texture. Gnocchi - favorite thing I had Salmon - came with beans, which I randomly really enjoyed. There is some bones in it but really not difficult to eat at all. Apple pie - comes with ice cream and of course it's going to be good. Next time I'd try something less safe for fun. I like it here a lot, can't wait to be at the point in my career where I can come here 3 times a week.

Yelp
Amazing I can't give this new byob enough praise!! Amazing menu. It has it tried and true but constantly evolving so if you go often there's always something new. The food is executed perfectly! VEGANS!!! Best Vegan food my husband ever had, and we've been everywhere!

Yelp
Came here with a group of 8. From the beginning they were extremely accommodating. Our server, Kyle, recommended the tasting menu since there were so many of us. The food did not stop coming out! We had 3-4 things of each part of the menu. By the time the entrees came we were full but didn't stop us from tasting them. Everything was out of this world. The snacks/small plates definitely stole the show but entrees were delicious as well. Great atmosphere, great service, great food and overall great experience! (Didn't get pictures of everything)

Yelp
Amazing family run restaurant. What great quick quality service. We definitely want to come back for brunch. I had the truffle gnocchi Mac and cheese which was very good.
