"Around here, “a pint of Manny’s” is as common of a phrase as “let’s reschedule,” and Georgetown is responsible. For the beer, not the flaking. And if you’d like to nab it at the source, along with other iconic pales, IPA, and their chocolatey porter, their tasting room (in...Georgetown) is an ideal gravel-filled place to do that. Especially with a friend you’re overdue to catch up with—just don’t reschedule." - aimee rizzo, gabe guarente
"After over 20 years in business, you’d think Georgetown would have started to slack off at least a little bit. But no, this prominent Seattle brewery has yet to drop the ball. Sure, you can pop into most bars in the region and order a Bodhi or Manny’s, but the Georgetown headquarters is the only place to go far beyond the brewery’s popular pale ales. It’s in the tasting room-only beers Georgetown shines as a leading Pacific Northwest craft brewer, with hazy juicebombs and creamy dark ales as warming as the patio fire pit. If you don’t have time to sit and bask in the chocolatey succulence that is Lisa’s Chocolate Stout, they also do growlers to go." - Brianna Gunter

"There is a deep beer list at this longtime brewer, from big hop bombs to low alcohol lagers to harder-to-find specialty releases. Though there has been limited tastings during the pandemic, Georgetown offers growlers, cans, and kegs to go, with curbside pickup available and even did a limited run of its Manny’s pale ale in cans for the first time ever." - Gabe Guarente
"Those looking to stock up the fridge with growlers and six-packs likely won’t go wrong with one of Seattle’s all-time favorite breweries. Available at the taproom are its usual lineup of Point Break-inspired brews (Johnny Utah pale ale, Bodhizafa IPA), along with some seasonal offerings, like the Pirate Captain dark lager and the crushable December IPA." - Gabe Guarente
