The 12 Best Restaurants In Germantown 2024

"Germantown Cafe is the neighborhood’s workhorse. It isn’t the fanciest or trendiest place to grab a meal—no crazy foams or menu descriptions like “essence of Goldendoodle joy.” It keeps its head down, churning out a consistently solid brunch and quite possibly the best french onion soup in the city. It’s the perfect place for a Sunday brunch or for a low-key weeknight dinner with a friend, where you can dig into things like crab cakes, meatballs, coconut curry salmon, and a baked mac and cheese stack drizzled with bechamel. You should also know you can grab a quick breakfast sandwich at Fancy Sandy’s, the cafe’s grab-and-go walk-through window. " - jackie gutierrez jones 2

The Best Brunch Restaurants in Nashville | Eater Nashville

"Germantown Café has been a neighborhood anchor since opening its doors in 2003, even recovering from a two-year closure when its roof was blown off in the devastating 2020 tornado. On Saturdays and Sundays, the cafe churns out a reliably high-quality brunch service with hits like its signature French onion soup, cinnamon sugar rolls, Cajun steak benedict, and French toast using the cafe’s house-made lemon poppy bread. Pair up your dish with the topless mimosa, Bloody Mary, or frose special with one-cent refills (note: there’s a two-hour window on the refills)." - Kellie Walton

"Germantown Café has been a neighborhood anchor since opening its doors in 2003, even recovering from a two-year closure when its roof was blown off in the devastating 2020 tornado. The cafe provides reliably high-quality service and a mix of old-school menu favorites, like plum pork and French onion soup, as well as a few newer additions to mark its rebirth. This cafe is a bit on the upscale side with a modern feel. No frills, but clean and sleek. I got the impression that it's popular for business lunches. They have a designated parking lot just across the street, plenty of seating, welcoming staff and a bar area. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time despite arriving during the lunch rush. All the ingredients on the burger were fresh and the meat had a wonderful charcoal grill flavor without being dry or overtaken by condiments. The bun was soft and held up to the last bite. The bread & butter pickles were thick and gave just a hint of sweetness. 10/10 recommend.

Google
For starters, I would like to say this restaurant is one of the top 10 restaurants in Nashville area for brunch. Dean our waiter was absolutely wonderful. One of the nicest waitress me and partner ever had. Food was amazing, great place to grab lunch or even dinner. If your every in the area check out Germantown cafe. It’s a great cafe all around!!!

Google
What a great place! Worried at first since host was unpleasant but everyone else was super friendly. Our server was amazing! We got the meatball appetizer and so glad we did! Yum!! My husband got the pork chop and he loved it! The applesauce with it was delicious. The mac and cheese was really good definitely not usual mac and cheese. The curry salmon was outstanding!!! Highly recommend. There is a lot across from it to park in. We will definitely be back!

We came here on a whim while traveling and boy did we hit the jackpot! First off, they seated us right away and our server Austin was amazing! He was warm, welcoming, attentive, and helpful about great spots to visit while visiting! Now onto the food and beverages! They had lots of different mimosa options and fun brunch beverages! The food was outstanding! I had the onion soup which was easily the best thing I have eaten on our trip and the homemade chicken sausage, which was both sweet and spicy and just the right amount of flavor and my friend had the mushroom frittata, cinnamon beignets, and a mixed green salad. It was all wonderful! The service was also quick! Easily a 5 star establishment, 5+ really! Recommend to foodies and travelers!

Google
Rachel was an excellent server. We decided to have all apps. French Onion soup, Meatballs with sauce, Schezuan green beans, charred Brussels sprouts, fried green tomatoes. ( frites too but they aren’t “ all that” so wouldn’t get again) everything was delicious. 5 point IPA and Alexander Valley Cabernet. Amazing atmosphere and altogether perfect evening.

Google
Great brunch spot, especially if it’s a nice day and you are able to catch a table outside. Been a couple of times with friends, food is good. Always a big fan of their Benedict’s, especially since they do them without ham to make them lighter. Service can be a hit or a miss especially if you are outside on a weekend when the restaurant is packed.

Google
Fantastic spot. Dog friendly. Had the chicken salad on wheat - amazing because of the apples in the salad! Fries were delicious. Tasty margarita. Highly recommended for lunch and people watching. Will be returning soon!

My husband I went on Wednesday during the 2025 special anniversary week and it was delicious!! For the 2025 anniversary specials, you can pick 2 items from the special menu…..cocktails, appetizers, entrees and dessert. We got the squash fritters, coconut curry salmon and key lime pie! Everything was amazing!! So good we went back Saturday night and the sweet hostess recognized us from Wednesday night and welcomed us back! This was the last night of the special anniversary menu. We got fried green tomatoes, coconut curry salmon again 😊 and the chocolate tart! Everything was amazing again! The salmon is cooked perfectly and we got the Szechuan green beans instead of the broccolini and they were excellent !! The curry sauce is Divine!!!! Both servers both nights, Dean and Morgan were excellent!! I can’t wait to go back and get the curry salmon again!! Thank you for excellent service and excellent food!! I normally do not do reviews but this place exceeded our expectations!! And twice in 1 week at that!! And we live in Gallatin, and drove to Nashville to have dinner here! Well worth it!!! Congrats to the chefs and whole team!! Consistency is key!! Thank you so much!! 😊! We will be back soon! 😊

Yelp
After seeing their bottomless Bloody Mary option online, I knew this was going to be a prime breakfast spot, and boy was I right! It might sound strange, but we ordered the French onion soup and the steak and eggs for breakfast. Please take my advice and get the soup! It's easily one of the best French onion soups I've ever had. The steak was so tender and cooked perfectly. All around, this placed knocked it out of the park! We got there shortly after they opened and had no trouble getting a table, but it did fill up quickly on a Saturday morning.

Yelp
We visited Germantown Café for happy hour, and it was a great experience overall. They offer an excellent range of happy hour prices, with food options between $4 to $12 and cocktails starting at $5. Happy hour runs 3:30 until 6:30 PM during the week. We went on a Friday evening, and if you arrive early, you can snag parking right in front of the restaurant. There's also a dedicated parking lot adjacent to the building. We chose to sit at the bar, which had a casual vibe, perfect for coming in dressed casually. The bar area is well-lit, with plenty of seating. The bathrooms were clean and unisex, with two available. The bartender was very attentive at the beginning, getting our drinks and orders promptly. However, toward the end of the evening, the service slowed down a bit. It wasn't overly busy, but we had to flag him down to order another drink, which is why I'm not giving it a full five stars. That being said, the staff were all friendly, and the food was excellent. For appetizers, we tried the chicken wings--they were a bit small but packed with flavor. The truffle fries were a highlight--absolutely delicious! The burger was amazing, definitely something I'd order again. I had the coconut curry salmon, which was just okay; I probably wouldn't get it again, but it wasn't bad. As for drinks, we had an Old Fashioned and a margarita. The margarita was really good, so good, I had two! The restaurant has two sides: one more of a bar vibe and the other a sit-down restaurant feel, so you can choose based on your mood. They also serve brunch on the weekends, which I'm looking forward to trying. Overall, I highly recommend Germantown Cafe and will definitely be back!

Yelp
Had a delicious brunch here. My big complaint is that with all of the hard, interior surfaces, the restaurant was very loud. My dining companion and I could not hear each other over the continuously growing roar of people's voices. I wish restaurants would work with acoustic engineers, as a few well placed panels on the ceiling could really change this to an enjoyable dining experience. The food was quite tasty. I had the breakfast bowl and it was beautifully presented and also delicious. My companion had the Benedict and also found it quite tasty. The lowish score was for loud atmosphere, not food taste.
google avatar

Priscilla L.

Yelp
Food menu is digestible and everything sounds amazing! The French onion soup 10/10 French Toast were too sweet because of the lemon poppy bread but other than that tasty if you like sweet! Wasn't a fan of the chicken sausage. Cold brew available. Service was quick and friendly! Would come back.
google avatar

Courtney S.

Yelp
I really like this spot. The food is great and the staff is helpful and lovely. The atmosphere is really beautiful with big windows and plenty of seating. I got the salmon burger and literally inhaled it. It's a bit pricey for lunch but on par with the other places on the neighborhood.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour and it was great! They have really good specials so I would highly recommend coming during HH. Our server was super sweet and had some great recommendations. We sat at the bar, which was lively and entertaining. Would love to come back and try their brunch!

John M.

Yelp
Brunch in this happening place was mixed. The Vrab Cake Benedict was very good,; the Hollandaise could have been sharper. In the Breakfast Bowl, it was hard to find the sausage broken up with all the potatoes. There are bottomless drinks; they're not a deal unless you drink more than 3. The wine list is short, but well curated. The noise level is loud. Service was good.
google avatar

Yelp
The inside of this restaurant is much larger than anticipated! If you're looking for a quaint but modern dining spot, Germantown cafe is your place. The food and wine was just as good as any formal location but had a great deal of comfort and homey feeling. I had the steak frites, which were amazing. The Ramsay Pinot noir was delicious as well. Our servicer was kind, friendly, and perfect at checking in just the right amount. Overall, I'd highly recommend adding Germantown Cafe to your list to try. They also have brunch and a walk-up breakfast sandwich window called Fancy Sandy's as well.

Yelp
We stopped into Germantown Cafe after dinner for dessert and drinks. They have two sections of the restaurant. When you first walk in, you're in the bar area that has some booths and a couple of small tables. Then there's the formal dining area. We decided to just park at the bar and hung out with our bartender, Delise. We ordered the apple pie a la mode and chocolate bread pudding. They make both fresh in house, along with their ice cream, and you could definitely tell. I also ordered an espresso martini, and Delise made it perfectly! It wasn't super busy, so we had a good time hanging out with her and satisfying our sweet tooth. I'll have Germantown Cafe on my list next time I visit Nashville to try some others things on their menu.

Yelp
We came here while visiting Nashville, walking through the area behind our air bnb which happened to be Germantown! This restaurant was so good, service was a little dicey but they were very busy. I kept it simple with a French onion soup and chicken Caesar salad. The French onion soup was the BEST I've ever had, the gooey cheese under the crisp top was oh my god to die for. The Caesar dressing was a little too runny for my liking but still good nonetheless.

Yelp
Wow, what a fantastic day! I'm in town for my bestie's birthday party and the girls wanted to do brunch. My little sister has been here countless times, so she suggested we grab some food and booze from the Cafe. We were seated almost immediately, and our delightful and handsome server Jake .. NOT from state farm greeted us with a big smile. He was so honest about the wait time, which was pretty long, but we didn't mind. While we were waiting for two more guests to arrive, we ordered a half-pound of bacon and monkey bread. Who doesn't love bacon? The girls enjoyed the bread, and it went fast like the bacon. Everything that was coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing, so I decided to go with my usual, steak n' eggs. And the Topless Frose was soooooooo boozy! It was such a treat. The service, ambiance, and food were all top-notch for me. Thanks for an awesome dining experience...until next time!

Kim M.

Yelp
Went there for lunch. Great food! Had fish sandwich, fried green tomato sandwich and asian salad. All were amazing. Had a small issue, but the manager did an amazing job correcting the problem.
google avatar

Alexander D.

Yelp
Let me start by saying the service was incredible as we had to make two reservations to accommodate for a pre-mothers day celebration. They pulled every effort to ensure we would have two tables right next to each other. The service was fast and they made it a great experience. The restaurant has a great vibe for a nice brunch. Food wise we enjoyed both the monkey bread and cinnamon rolls for starters and both were really good. I then had the French toast and it was good just be prepared as it is sweet and probably won't need any syrup but the poppy seed bread makes it nice and fluffy. Others enjoyed the shrimp and grits and it is very filling.
google avatar

Joseph R.

Yelp
Incredible tasting meals, quick service, great ambiance. Good for a date or business meeting. The best French Onion Soup ever! Also ordered the Salmon Curry but that got devoured within minutes. Too fast for the camera.
google avatar

Jelena L.

Yelp
Loved it here! Service was super friendly and attentive! I'd come back here when I'm back in Nashville! The space was super bright and modern. Decorated in all black and white. My shrimp and grits was absolutely delicious!

Yelp
We went for brunch on a Sunday while my husband was in town for business. We haven't had brunch together in 6 months because we're always involved in something at church so this was a fun change of pace. Our service dog was with us for the trip since it was a business trip and we were not sure how a busy brunch spot would do with her there. We were so glad to see not only were they not chaotically busy (it doesn't cause the dog issues, but it stresses me out when strangers in a busy restaurant hopped up on bottomless drinks get overly excited about a dog and think they can pet her, haha). It was also great that what were so accommodating about getting us a table in the back so we were out of everyone's way. We each had eggs Benedict (my favorite). I had mine with potatoes and my hubby had his with both grits and potatoes (he got extra). My food was really just luke warm but it was overall very good. My husband enjoyed his too. Service was a bit slow but the staff were SO VERY KIND so it made up for it.

Yelp
Germantown Cafe was devastated by the March 2020 tornado and then Covid forced them to shut down. Well two years later due staff resilience, determination, and much support from the community it reopened its doors. I placed a Saturday brunch reservation for a party of eight. Our table was ready when we arrived. Staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating to our large party. I love the new decor it is so modern, chic, and inviting. A new addition is a QR code ordering system that took some instruction from staff but we eventually got the hang of it. I ordered the avocado toast without the egg and a topless mimosa. Yes "topless" ;-) It was pretty good. Full service bar with specialty cocktails, happy hour specials, patio dining, and cool ambiance for any occasion. Walk-ins are welcomed but reservations are encouraged especially for large groups. We really enjoyed our brunch, it is worth a try.
google avatar

Casey D.

Yelp
Germantown Café is consistently excellent! I am a big fan of their salmon at dinner and their brunch is great. Recommend the steak and eggs and the topless mimosas. I think another addition that makes the experience always so always so lovely are the incredible staff who work there special shout out to Jayson! He is awesome--great balance of fun and engaging and takes great care of you! They also split plates which seems like a small thing but is very helpful!

Yelp
We came here when it opened on a Sunday. We loved it. The host was super nice and our server was great. We loved the food. My husband ordered Avocado Toast and I ordered the Eggs Benedict with Pepper Jack Grits. We both loved what we ordered. I liked the Eggs Benedict because the ham was thin and tasted a little lemony. I didn't see any or much Hollandaise sauce, but I didn't mind because the sauce in the grits was delicious and tasted great with the Eggs Benedict. I wish we were in town longer so we could have explored the menu more. Next time we are in Nashville, we will return to Germantown Cafe. We learned about the Cafe on the internet.

Yelp
Food: 3/5. Service: 3/5. Ambiance: 3/5. If all of our food hadn't been cold it would have been ok. Unfortunate because everyone talks this one up.

Yelp
This would have been a 5 star review, but we were rubbed the wrong way because of the inconsistencies between their website and what they were telling us. I was taking some friends from out of town for happy hour and met at 5:30pm on Wednesday. We had looked at the menu prior and was excited to get some bites and drinks. When we asked for the Happy Hour menu, they told us Happy Hour ended at 5pm. On the website, it states Mon-Fri 3:30p-6:30p and we asked several people and they just said sorry it ends at 5 and the website isn't reflecting the right thing. We were shocked HH is just from 3:30-5 and it's not reflected on their website. I checked today and still says 3:30-6:30p. I also came recently and happy hour did end at 6:30p. We see another table come in at 6pm and also asked about Happy Hour (so it wasn't just us coming for HH during the time they state on the website) and they were told "there's 30 minutes left of happy hour". This table was told they have another 30 minutes from 6pm. We sat at the table across from them and was wondering why we were told 5pm, it ended, end of story. A part from that part of the experience, everything else was good. Our server Jackie (I think that's her name) was really great and was very attentive and friendly. The French onion soup was honestly the best I've ever had. The cheese is melted all over the bowl, the onion soup itself was rich and flavorful. Don't hesitate, get it! The Asian noodle salad was also really yummy. They use a fantastic peanut sauce. A lot of different veggies in the bowl that all meshed well. The chicken is some sort of rotisserie/shredded chicken and I think it would even be better with grilled chicken.

Pam V.

Yelp
We had a large group brunch this past week and had a great experience at Germantown Cafe. From making the reservation to the finish of the meal, the service was spot on! Jayson our server was great- friendly and attentive to our group- as well has a good sense of humor! in addition the whole serving team pitched into provide quick service to our large group. oh yes, and the food was yummy too! In particular those in the group who ordered the french toast raved about it. would highly recommend for your next visit in Nashville!
google avatar

DL M.

Yelp
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The food, service, and overall experience were amazing! We had 6 in our group and never needed for anything! We will definitely return!
google avatar

Yelp
Hands down this is prob 1 of my favorite brunch spots in Nashville! I don't know why I'm just now experiencing this. Thanks to my friend for introducing me to one of her faves prior to it shutting down for Covid-19. I mean honestly you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I highly suggest that you make a reservation due to the amount of people in and out of this establishment. The espresso martini was probably one of the best in the city. Honestly, there isn't anything that I've had that wasn't good! Try it all! The service here is A1 along with the entertainment.
google avatar

Lana B.

Yelp
I have lived in Germantown for two years and it took me this long to walk a block to Germantown Cafe. I got the fired green tomato sandwich and an iced coffee. I was a big fan of the sandwich, it was very filling and flavorful. The french fries are nice and crispy. The service was okay, we did have to flag down our waiter a couple of times for simple things- but he was nice. I have also heard they have a great brunch so I am sure ill be back for that.
google avatar

Kathryn H.

Yelp
The food here is absolutely wonderful but the service needs some work. Our server seemed distracted and impatient, 1) there was a question regarding the cooking oil because of an allergy to which she forgot to check on and needed to be reminded twice; 2) when we did get our food she seemed impatient and cleared plates before people were finished, making us feel rushed.
google avatar

Marla C.

Yelp
This is some of the best Mac and cheese I've ever had and I didn't want it to end. The whole menu looked good. And I would definitely go back! The service was good.
google avatar

Harrell B.

Yelp
We stumbled across this jewel of a restaurant on a weekend trip to Nashville. The menu here is nicely varied with something that would interest anyone. The service is friendly, the establishment has a neighbor hood feel. The atmosphere is casual, but with white table cloths and an upscale interior with nice views of downtown Nashville. Highly recommended!

Alexandra H.

Yelp
I saw two large cockroaches running across the floor inside while eating, this was at the end of the night but it weirded me out so much I had to leave early and have my party help me out! I know they can be serious health hazard, please check it out and maybe a health inspection might be good.
google avatar

Dean H.

Yelp
Fantastic food, servers and atmosphere. A monthly staple for us. Close. Convenient. Friendly.
google avatar

Brooke W.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch today and decided I will definitely be back again soon. I work in the area, but have never tried this place until today. We had a party of 5 and we're promptly seated without a reservation. I got the chicken salad sandwiches and substituted the fries for the french onion soup because I saw someone at another table with it and knew I had to try. Food came out quickly and everything looked amazing. The sandwich was filled with a good amount of chicken salad and was so flavorful - a step above normal chicken salad for sure. The soup was exactly as it should be - cheesy, savory, and rich. Everyone else enjoyed their food as well and our server was great! The entire experience was quick and easy.

Yelp
So as a Nashville native, I know the staples of the city! And this place is one of them! I haven't been in a long while due to moving further out. However, a friend suggested we go here for lunch! So glad they did! I'm not normally a saucy person for my wings...BUT RUN don't walk to get the Trifecta wings!! A mix of Buffalo, Sweet Chile, and Lemon Pepper! They were so good I ate my leftovers for breakfast . They will now be one of my go to spots in town! The service was top tier as our waitress made sure to check in often! It's a nice and cozy spot so you won't feel overwhelmed with people while there! Beware parking is a bit limited so practice grace and patience or Uber!
google avatar

Gabriella A.

Yelp
This place is one of the best spots for brunch! We went on a Saturday and got the Topless Trio (bottomless Bloody Marys, mimosas, and frose). It was great!! The breakfast bowl was also delicious but a bit overpriced. The meal ended up being pretty expensive but was great for a special occasion. The service was great and I loved the vibes/feel of the restaurant.
google avatar

Bailey P.

Yelp
Parking: there is a paid lot across the street. There is also a good amount of street parking around Germantown if you don't mind a short walk Service: we loved our waiter! She was super fun and attentive. Food: we orders the meatballs and bread service as appetizers which came out with our main meal. The meatballs came in a much smaller portion than expected. The meatballs themselves were good and came drenched in marinara sauce and a BUNCH of cheese. I felt like they should have provided complementary bread as well since there was so much "extra" stuff with the meatballs. Luckily we ordered the bread service anyways which came with freshly baked beignets. The bread smelled so good and tasted so fresh - it was unlike typical bread service from other restaurants. For our meal we split the crab cakes. Our waitress split it onto two plates for us without us asking which was nice. The crab cakes were so flavorful and tender and came with a unique mustard tartar sauce. They also came with green beans and a MOUNTAIN of mashed potatoes.

Yelp
Okay decided to try them again. And the service was amazing. We thought he was the manager that's how good it was. The steak frites was great! I ordered it thinking it was a ribeye but it was sirloin, not my fave but the seasoning was great! It had a little spice to it. The beignets were different. They were sweet but not that sweet. It paired well with the butter.
google avatar

Sasha R.

Yelp
This place looked good online however I was extreme underwhelmed. The fried green tomatoes were bland and so was the edamame guacamole. The dinner rolls were probably hands down the best thing we had. I ordered the baked stacked Mac and cheese with salmon. The Mac was over cooked like couldn't even cut it with my knife. Ridiculously over done and flavorless. The salmon however was perfection. Beside the food service was disrespectfully slow and biased. The hostess was cool but our waiter was very nonchalant about request and had to be asked multiple times. The location is great , simple decor but not worth coming back.

Sue S.

Yelp
Service was excellent. Had the grilled salmon was very tasty, herb coated. Squash rolls were yummy. Parking no pry. Would recommend.

Yelp
If you are in Germantown this is a must visit. Quality creative food and cocktails and great service to top it off. An amazingly enjoyable atmosphere to enjoy brunch for certain. Reservations are highly recommended as we showed up without any and were told a 2 hour wait but we got very lucky by catching two people that were cashing out sitting at the bar which is first come first serve. The bar table also require reservations. These guys are doing it right !!!

Yelp
The moment we stepped into the Germantown Cafe, our experience began. The host was friendly and set the tone for our experience. Dean, our server, was excellent! Very attentive and friendly. The food. The food was AMAZING . I love grits and these put a slightly spicy twist on a classic that was magical. Everything from the sauce to the meat, it was well thought out and delicious! Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Dan S.

Yelp
It was fine. Everything was fine. The place felt as warm as a hospital. Just sterile cold environment with the worst beer selection I've seen in Nashville.
google avatar

Denys M.

Yelp
Has a nice view. There avocado toast with eggs was delicious. They had asparagus and green peas, which gave it an extra crunch certainly different from other places. So delicious! I would definitely recommend this place. French toast and onion soup was also delicious.
google avatar

Annaliese P.

Yelp
Nice place! Went here for a work lunch a couple weeks back. Food was delicious (although maybe a little fancy/weird if you know what I mean so definitely check the menu before you go to make sure there's something you'll like) Atmosphere was cozy-chique and service was amazing. The specialty cocktails were really good! Pro tip: street parking is free so try to snag a spot outside the restaurant somewhere down the block!
google avatar

Robert S.

Yelp
Nice little café. Good food and drinks menu. We started with the fried green tomatoes which were delicious and everyone enjoyed their entrée choices. I had the rice bowl and was impressed by the flavors blended together. The service was great and we had an enjoyable evening.

Bradleigh D.

Yelp
Madison is the best waitress! She is so accommodating & helpful she went above and beyond! Would come back just for her she's a star! Everyone loved their food also MAC stack was out tonight but had before and it's dreamy
google avatar

Emma A.

Yelp
The ambiance was amazing! They even have acoustic panels to help absorb the noise so you can hear each other talking without straining or yelling. The food was also delicious. We had the fried green tomatoes as an app and I had the Ahi Tuna Sandwich. Nice modern and charming place.

Yelp
We moved to Germantown shortly after the tornado in March 2020, and we've been anxiously waiting and hoping for Germantown Cafe to reopen -- so happy that the day is finally here! We loved our first visit for brunch during the soft open. Service was attentive and quick, and the food was delicious. Coffee was always fresh brewed and refills kept coming. We had the steak and eggs, with, in my companion's words "perfect steak, perfect eggs, perfect hash brown potatoes." I also really liked the lemon poppy French toast with crispy bacon to balance the sweetness. We look forward to returning regularly to this neighborhood gem.

Yelp
Outstanding restaurant in the Germantown area. I was invited by business associates, and it did not disappoint. Happy hour is probably the best time to go, very good deals to be had, and the food is outstanding. Our entrées included Aji tuna and the pork tenderloin dish, both were very good. French onion soup was excellent and we shared three different desserts that were all incredible. (The Keylime pie was without doubt, the second best I've ever had. Our server and especially the host went above and beyond, I will definitely go back and highly recommend Germantown Café.

Yelp
The service was the worst thing I've ever had in my life! It was a Saturday and they were clearly understaffed. I went with five other friends and their mom poor parents weekend. I ordered the avocado toast and there was a toothpick in it! I was so upset, and very disappointed, given the prior high reviews of Germantown Café. The ambience was all right at the place, but overall super loud. I would not go back and it was very expensive. They also only have two bathrooms for the whole restaurant so there's a very long line which is super super annoying.

Yelp
Does this place still do bottomless mimosas? If so, what is the cost and time when it takes place?
