Downtown Austin Bar Placeholder Is Closing on Rainey in November - Eater Austin

"Shuttered Austin food truck Texsueno is back, sort of, as a ghost kitchen. It opened ATX Cheeseburger in late October within the GhostLine Kitchens space in the McKinney neighborhood at 3400 Comsouth Drive." - Nadia Chaudhury

Ghost Kitchens Have Eclipsed Austin. Is That Good for Its Food Scene? - Eater Austin

"Shalou Barth, the co-founder and CEO of forthcoming Austin shared kitchen space GhostLine Kitchens, finds the slashed costs appealing. “We are talking about eliminating the need for a $400,000-plus investment to launch a brick-and-mortar restaurant,” she says, bringing it “down to around $5,000 to $15,000.”" - Sarah Engstrand

One word to describe my whole experience, PERFECT. Ghostline kitchens is a great business concept. Thanks to Shalou (CEO and cofounder) and to Helky ( community manager) you guys were great. Our birthday party celebration could not have been better. Parking wasn’t an issue, it has a covered patio to accommodate a dj, seating and a dance floor. An indoor multipurpose space with ac and two bathrooms, which is nice for big parties. My favorite part is they have in-house chefs to cater your event. Shoutout to Chef Sam Villarreal. Your mexican food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Amazing, my family and I didn't know something like this even existed. I was blown away at how amazing the food was. Super delicious.

Although I wasn't sure what a ghost kitchen was, someone helped me. I was supposed to order online but someone let me talk to the chef at Golden Eye chocolate. It is good I gave them another chance. I thought their chocolate wasn't good but I confused them with another place here. The chocolates are as good as they look. They are like edible decorative marble. Who ever made them seems knowledgeable. All the flavors pair correctly. The ingredients are all good quality. I usually see people cut corners or fall short on at least one ingredient but they didn't. However, I think its extremely expensive. When I went to their other location to get chocolate it came to 24 dollars for 6 pieces.

Ghost Line Kitchens is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is stylish and welcoming, with a cool food-hall vibe that offers a variety of creative and delicious options. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience felt both unique and high-quality. Whether you're craving something new or just want a great meal in a laid-back setting, Ghost Line Kitchens is definitely worth a visit!

Great space for a cookalong video production! We had a blast and the video came out great! There are so many perks to having a production here, from on-site catering to all the cooking props this was the perfect spot for us!

I worked with Helky and her team at Ghostline to host an event for a client and couldn't have asked for a better partner. She made everything so easy and working with her and the team was a delight -- the space was incredible and our clients were extremely pleased with the space and the Ghostline team. Highly recommend working with Ghostline for any event needs, client dinners, cooking demos and all!

Ordered $60 worth of chicken. Requested half fried half grilled in a meal that was stated to feed 4. Food was running late so I called the kitchen. The company representative was highly unprofessional, hanging the phone up on me after she confirmed that yes they made my order but no one was there to deliver. I received an order with 2 missing sides and a small amount of cold chicken. My business partner and I ate all of what was given and were left feeling hungry and angry. Feel free to use this service if you enjoy disrespectful workers, low quality, and half of your order.

Yelp
Ghostline? More like Ghost town. On a Saturday at lunchtime, only three of the eight food windows were open for business. Two looked entirely unoccupied. This place seriously has one foot already in the grave. I'm guessing it's just a crappy business model. You can't order at the windows either... the employees just dumbly point you at a QR code. There's no restroom for customers and the patio area is quite small... though who would wanna hang around when you're not allowed to take a piss? Two stars instead of one only because Hawaiian Bros got us our food quickly and was of good quality.

Yelp
Ghostline Kitchens has many restaurants here. The chocolates at Golden Eye are quite expensive. 12 pieces=$42. It is a nice Valentine's gift though! It was my first time going to a ghost kitchen (meaning the building is not open to the public. I ordered the chocolates online through their QR code, called their number, and was able to receive the chocolates within 5 minutes! I got to try a sample chocolate and the guy asked if I had any allergies. Service was great, and chocolates taste sooo good! They are handmade and I can taste the different layers.

Yelp
This place is awesome. I had no idea they existed only discovered them after delivering a Uber Eats order for Chicken Fried Austin. I cannot wait to come back and explore this place on my own. I have very high hopes for this place. I think they will do great things.
