The Gordita de Birria is a dish I come back for again and again. The service is fast and friendly and their food is delicious. The Mitote Food Cart atmosphere is warm and inviting. My happy place.

I love this place, it’s my number one spot for birria and asada tacos. It is packed with so much flavor, it’s not too expensive and I love their service. The sweet girl that takes your order is always so nice and attentive to me. 10/10 taco spot I always recommend this place.

Great spot, great service and carnitas tacos tasted delicious, but something felt slightly not 100% the freshest in the world. Almost unnoticeable and I was planning to go back, but this morning (next day), feels like I ate something bad. Too bad, I really liked the place.

4 tacos 2 chicken 2 asada. Not very tasty was ok tho. Little expansive for the tacos.

The salsa is spicy and delicious. The burritos, tacos, and horchata are all delicious, as well. This is our favorite Mexican food in Santa Rosa. It instantly became a favorite the first time we went! The only draw backs are no free chips, no bathroom, and closed on Fridays. Please try it, it's amazing.

Best taco truck in town

Really nice people, food it's good and portions are great. I tried something from each food truck. A gordita, tacos al pastor and some fries for the kiddos from the middle food truck.

This food truck is one of my favorites in Santa Rosa! I always try to go to them when I can, especially for their birria. The workers every time are consistently sweet and helpful! I mainly get the quesabirria tacos and consomé with it. They're so loaded with lots of birria and cheese. I get full off of just 2 tacos! Make sure to get everything on it! And don't forget to get their consomé. I love how flavorful theirs is. It's heavier and not too watery like a few places I've been to. Their birria fries are also amazing. These ones are LOADED, so it's a great one to share.

Last week, I was at Mitote to get some Camacho's BBQ. Our friends told us about Gio Y Los Magos for really delicious birria if we were to return to Mitote. We decided to go today and give them a try. The person who took my order was friendly and provided good customer service. She mentioned the beef birria was their most popular item. I got a birria burrito for $13 and really enjoyed the flavors. I'll definitely be back :)

We used gio y los magos for our wedding this past weekend and they were amazing! Such good tacos and the quesatacos?!?! INSANE Little hard to get ahold of, but recommend talking to their daughter at their food truck and texting for best contact! They're a small team, but blew everyone away with their food! Do not sleep on this place ! Ordered via GRUBHUB . Order came properly packed , still hot and fresh . Must try Birria Fries & Birria Burrito! Ordered Consomé as well ! So filling, the portions are generous . Prices are decent . Everything was so tasty. Consomé $3 Burrito $12 Birria Fries $14 Definitely ordering from here again , would love to try there Birria Tacos next .

The best quesabirrias! Service is quick & friendly & portions are quite large. Highly recommend ordering their quesabirrias with consomé to dip them in, you won't regret it!

This is my usual go-to, but this last time they gave me birria tacos with no condiments and the filling coming out. They denied me the proper sauce. I have doubts on if the tacos were made cleanly. I'll pick a different spot next time or just eat at home. Usualmente de aquí compro pero me dieron tacos súper mal hechos sin nada más que la tortilla ya desaciendose. Sí esto es lo que uno ve me tengo solo que imaginar lo que no. Mejor ir a otro lugar o comer en casa.

Some of the best quesabirria tacos I've ever had. Didn't know you had to pay extra for Consome but it was worth every penny.

The Mitote food park is open at the former site of the Dollar Tree in Roseland. I went on a Monday so at least 2 food trucks were MIA. One is a seafood Mexican truck and the other is a new Oaxacan truck with tamales and several moles (sauces) which I wanted to try. I decided to try Gio Y Los Magos Mexican Grill. The entire menu is based on on key ingredient, birria. Birria is a Mexican dish from the state of Jalisco. The dish is a meat stew traditionally made from goat meat, but occasionally made from beef. Theirs is made from shredded beef. I got 2 birria soft tacos to go. Masks were required and there were bottles of hand sanitizer. The cooks and staff were all wearing masks. The birrias were a bit spicy but good. Each taco came with 2 corn tortillas to hold the Mexican shredded beef stew without ripping. The sides of pickled jalapeno, radishes, and carrot were good. They are hot! At least for my taste...lol. The only thing is the limited choice of 1 main ingredient for every item on the menu.

Best tacos I've had up in this region of CA. Rivals Los Angeles. Actually the salsa here is even better. Generous portions and food is cooked excellently.

Good quesabirria tacos from friendly folks. Three of the beauties and a nice cup of their consume had me pleasantly stuffed. I was too busy eating to get a photo, maybe next time. This is the truck at the other side of the tent covered seating from the road. Delicious.

Hands down the best taco truck I've ever had and trust me, I've eaten at my fair share of taco trucks. Lol The Carnita nachos are my go to. They are a little pricey ($14) but once you see the portion size they give you, you understand why. It easily feeds two adults plus some left over. They pile it with meat and freshly made chips. SO INSANELY GOOD. You have to try this place.

Birria fries are awesome. The amount of food you get in that dish can feed three people. And for the price it's incredible. I also had a Carne Asada taco and a Carnitas taco. Both were very delicious. But I tend to lean towards Carne Asada as I prefer beef over pork. It's located in a food truck consortium and the service is extremely fast. Cooked to order. You're sitting out on the picnic tables eating it so it's extremely formal which is wonderful.

Amazinggg!! The birria is so yummy , and satisfying. Portions are huge and they come w jalapeños, rábanos, salsa. Deff must try the birria fries Also the strawberry horchata was TOP . Loved the cashier who helped us, she was so friendly and accommodating to our needs .

The food here was amazing. The workers here are really friendly. The birria fries and birria tacos were really good. Can't wait to try the other options. The strawberry horchata was really good. Their melon agua fresca was so refreshing in this heat. Their place is extremely clean. They clean the tables after each customer uses it and they have hand sanitizer on the tables. Come support family owned, local busines.

WOW! we have been getting birria from local places for the past couple years but this place is TOP NOTCH! we got tacos de birria and mulitas. We were shook once we took our first bite! If I had more room I would order the birria fries... Next time!! So glad this place is here!

We're lucky to have this Mitote food park in the community. I dropped in today and tried the gordita de birria and a taco. Friendly service, generous portions, and a tasty meal. I don't know how the meat is cooked but the flavor is mmmm along with the salsa and a spicy chili. I'll be back often. This place is a winner.

This place right here is one of the best birria stops in Santa Rosa!! I love it! We come here a couple of times a month! The quesataco dipped in the birria is perfection!!!!

I personally come here almost every week! I love their birria!! At times, the girl with glasses can be a bit rude but dont let that scare you away because pretty much all of them are so sweet! The older lady (I think shes the owner) always goes beyond my expectations! She is so welcoming and sweet! She always checks up on the customers, greets them, and always has the biggest smile ever! Their birria is definitely worth the money and their agua magica is to die for!!! If they dont answer the first time, in seconds they call you back to ring up your order. The most perfect service ever!!

Good food but damn them onions were off the hook...they might of used a whole onion maybe more for my burrito. Just keep that in mind when ordering.

The food was really bad I had a birria de res and it gave me posole vibes with no taste I dont know if other food was good there but el molcajetes en el collage ave I am loyal to that birria now and would very much recommend. If you could please not delete your bad views because this cant be a 4 star restaurant
