This was a Great place when it was Queen Bee. Now the burgers are small. I mean very small and the curly fries… are good, nothing special. They do come in an intelligent bag. I got the Goldburger, two small patties with cheese and chopped onion ON A BUN THE SIZE OF THE McDonald $1.50 burger. (See photos) I wanted onion rings, they don’t have them, so my tiny burger and fries cost…. Ready $18.66 No drink. This was not an adequate meal. The entire neighborhood is talking about how disappointed they are and wish it never changed ownership. I come from in the Santa Susanna pass, no way I’ll drive that far for what they’re giving now. I first experienced Queen Bee because my friends live in the hood, they warned me how bad it has become, but, I liked Queen Bee so much, I had to see for myself. OWNER WISE UP OR YOU WILL FAIL!! If you charge an arm and a leg I will pay it, but it must be for an arm and a leg, not 1/3 of that. It better be really good, not a kids meal. Goldburger is nothing like it was when it was Queen Bee, you got a large double burger with cheese loaded with lettuce onion tomato and pickles. Accompanied by a full bag of onion rings. All for much less. If you’re gonna make me pay, you better make me happy. I’m happy to pay but damn it I want to be really impressed for that much money! My first and last Goldburger, I’m told the rest of the menu is commiserate with the Goldburger experience. Queen bee was famously a drive-through. I have no idea what it’s like to try to sit inside. The Queen Bee soft serve ice cream cones were fabulous!! Now an ice cream cone is $6/7 Are you kidding me, I’ll never know if their good or not!
