"Good Karma Coffee House, a gluten-free bakery and coffee shop, is closing at the end of February after nearly nine years. The closure is attributed to a significant rent increase and business shifts since the pandemic. The shop, opened by Sharonda Frazier in 2012, offers a variety of gluten-free breakfast and lunch items, many of which are also vegan, vegetarian, or dairy- and egg-free." - Beth McKibben

"This certified gluten-free breakfast and lunch spot tucked away in Avondale Estates offers sweet and savory options that often have vegan versions, too. For something savory, try a build-your-own breakfast sandwich with a house-made biscuit. For a sweeter morning meal, order a classic Belgian waffle made with vanilla and cinnamon, and top it with fruit and whipped cream. Gluten-free baked goods and treats are available in the pastry case." - Kris Martins

Had the most amazing brunch here today! Best french toast I have EVER had, and it was 100% gluten free! My husband has Celiac disease, and it can be a struggle to eat out, or to even trust friends to cook well for you. We ate here and he didn't react whatsoever! It was reasonably priced, amazingly tasty food, and it was honestly just such a wonderful experience! If you have food allergies, this place is a perfect spot for you! But if you don't (like me), it is STILL a wonderful place for you! The inside doesn't have a lot of space, but it has so much charm! The servers are sweet and caring, and VERY attentive to your allergies or food sensitivities. Such an wonderful experience! We joined the rewards program immediately, before we even had our food. The service was so amazing. I can't say enough great things!

Awesome little breakfast/lunch place that is 100% gluten-free and very vegan friendly. I'd heard many great things about them and all those things were true. I had the Cuban and loved it. Great flavors and a nice light airy bun. I can't wait to go back for breakfast and to try their Ruben sandwich.

This is now our Saturday breakfast spot. My 4 year old loves it and so do I. The prices can’t be beat and neither can the food. The people were extremely sweet and super helpful when I just couldn’t decide what to get. This was definitely the best coffee I think I’ve ever had. Update: We had the waffles today and they were the best waffles ever!!!!!

(Picture is of the portabella melt with fruit side.)I'm not vegan or gluten free and I go here at least once a week. They are default gluten free, but not default vegan. BUT nearly everything on the menu has a vegan option. And it is so good every time!! Their pasteries/baked items do not taste like the "real" version, but they taste like the most delicious alternative version of it. Decent prices too. It's less of a coffee shop and more of a cafe. One of my favorite lunch + breakfast spots near Decatur.

Consistently delicious and excellent ingredient quality. Be sure to check out their specials board! Today, I tried the Kokomo mocha with broccoli cheddar soup for lunch and they were both delicious! —- An extensive menu of vegan and gluten-free options AS WELL as non-vegan/gf things. Definitely a favorite breakfast/lunch spot and their coffee is always brewed to my liking which I can't always say about standalone coffee shops. They recently expanded the patio and I absolutely love sitting outside and staring at the leafy Avondale suburb corner. Oh and it's a great place to come alone and/or bring your laptop. The wifi works great and the individual tables are large enough.

GF french toast patty melt, what's not to love? It's a pain to find and requires sacrifices to the seating godz (it's a VERY small place) but Good Karma remains one of Atlanta's most underrated spots for any food, much less vegan and gluten-free. Please stay across town so I don't go broke eating biscuit sandwiches every day. I appreciate how they, like me, know being GF doesn't mean being healthy. Bring on the apple fritters.

Picked up a big box of their gluten free/vegan biscuits this morning and WOW. They were so fluffy and full of great flavor. 11/10 would recommend. Nice staff too!
