Great White Rotisseria

We love great white across the street for brunch so decided to try the rotisserie. When we picked up our food, person behind the counter was not masked. Food tastes good but I think for some reason, it tastes artificially sweetened and both times we’ve gotten it, don’t feel great after. Tried twice and not likely to go back.

The chicken was dry and the skin was soggy. The fries tasted like the hot lunch fries you got in elementary school but worse. Super disappointed by this entire meal because the photos are great!

Very quick, easy and overall very good. Had a few hiccups with the ordering process as well as the order itself.. however would still highly recommend. The Fresh Pita bread is out of this world amazing and worth the visit! Happy they are here!

Special shoutout to Madison and Juan! Ordered their thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed the chicken and all their perfectly prepared side dishes. After completing my meal, I get a call from Juan (exec chef) telling me that they inadvertently left out the tomato jam. Not even realizing this was left out, he apologized and asked how they could get this to me as soon as possible. Never have I ever had a restaurant proactively call to apologize for missed items - thats commendable and a testament to their committment to customers. Kudos and what delicious food! Will be back very soon.

I went to the window and rang the bell. The guy working there told me to give him 10 minutes. I said ok. In the meantime, another person came and rang the bell at the window. This time, the guy went to the window to help the 2nd person, even though, I was still waiting and had not been helped yet. Then after some time, he gave the 2nd person his order. REALLY? In the meantime, a 3rd person showed up and was waiting far away and off to the side because he knew I had gotten there first. The guy looked at me and then helped the 3rd person even though I was 4 feet away from the window and the other guy was about 10 feet away. I said, "I was here first." He continued to ignore me. So I asked if he had an order for X. Without looking up, he grabbed a bag that was RIGHT NEXT TO HIM, then plopped it back down and then picked it up again while he DEBATED whether or not to give me my order EVEN THOUGH I had gotten there FIRST, AND THE ORDER WAS READY. Then without looking at me, he handed/shoved the bag in my direction. I don't know what the guy's problem was, but he was definitely an AH and I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Oh yes and, the food kind of sucked on top of it. The chicken was dry and nothing special, even with the sauces. The corn was bland and I forget what the 3rd item was, but obviously, it wasn't great, or I would have remembered. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Pretty solid, safe food choice if you need something to pick-up easily during these times of social distancing. The rotisserie chicken was cooked very well with a moist, succulent finish. I'm a huge fan of a good rice pudding so I enjoyed their rendition as a way to end the meal. The tahini roasted vegetables were the highlight of the spread for me. I'm not sure I've enjoyed broccoli that much in a long time. My wife on the other hand was crazy for the whipped beet feta dip. Great idea for a family meal if you have multiple mouths to feed.

I ordered a "Family Meal" tonight. The description online says "trio of sauces" and "4 pitas." My boyfriend picked the order up. When he gets home, we saw that our takeout bag did not include any sauces, and only 1 pita. It really irritates me when stuff like this happens.
