"We like our CCWs unadulterated, so when we saw that the version from West Loop’s Green Street Local included heirloom tomato halves, a spicy caesar dressing, and parmesan crisps instead of croutons, we were skeptical. But all these enhancements add up to a decent CCW. It comes on a lightly grilled tomato tortilla that's warm and holds together well, and there’s still crunch from the tomatoes and lettuce. "Green Street Local is for the sort of people who block off their entire Saturday (every Saturday) during college football season. This massive bar has 20 TVs (which take up almost every available inch of wall space), and a ton of group-friendly tables (which take up almost every available inch of floor space). All the black studded leather and dark wood furniture help make this spot feel a little nicer than your average sports bar, as does the menu, which has dishes like pesto salmon and a pretty decent chicken Caesar wrap. Overall good experience. I would consider this an upscale sports bar based on pricing (online pricing outdated). There are lots of TVs, indoor/outdoor seating. The food and service were good. Nothing noteworthy that would make me say, I have to come back here. What we had: Tequila Mule: $16 Margarita: $16 Beers: $7 Chicken caesar salad: $23 Chicken club: $24 Buffalo chicken: $26

I hate writing bad reviews. But I was so incredibly disappointed by the food at Green Street Local- that even the enjoyable atmosphere could not make up for it. If you go to watch a game, you can enjoy many gigantic TV screens surrounding you. Expensive drinks- I got my Moscow mule in a tired looking cup, and it was just OK. The Pizza Margarita, on a cracker tasting crust with very little cheese, sauce, or anything- was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Priced at $20 (or more?), this was a huge disappointment. I even brought it home because I thought maybe something was wrong with my tastebuds. But, in the pictures I took the next day, you can see how sad this pizza was! I tasted my friend’s steak sandwich and bit into a big piece of fat. He later commented to me on how fatty the steak sandwich was, and the fries were also subpar. I’ve had much better food at a bar for a quarter of the price. I do not recommend this place for a meal.

Great place to stop to eat and/or whatch a game while in Chicago. Good drink selection. I arrived late for lunch but everyone said the pizza was fantastic. Outdoor dining appears to be available during the warmer months. Serverice was fast and friendly.

Loved it here. We were only in town for a couple of days and were staying around the corner. I was craving a decent pint and ended up here. The food was great. Tons of TV screens to entertain the kids. Service fantastic and the selection of beers superb!

Outstanding pizzas on special on Wednesdays, nearly half off some of them! Loving this ~12” pie called Papa’s Pizza! Music is lively(maybe loud if planning to talk much) with active and comfortable bar and dining areas.

This is a nice dinner spot especially after a long day of being out and you want to chill with sports on their many televisions, a beer, and something good from their menu. My son got the junior nachos with only cheese and chips. The cheese was a combo between melted cheese and shredded cheese which was awesome. I got the brockwell sandwich (grilled chicken) and it was also perfect. We ordered an Oreo shake to go and didn’t have it until 40 minutes later, but it was still really good. Service here is also really good.

The atmosphere is pretty chill, the wait wasn’t long but they weren’t pack either. The waitress didn’t take long and gave us good service. The burger was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. I’m definitely coming back here again. They also got a large variety of beer that you can choose from.
