"In light of the recent spike in COVID-19 cases throughout Tennessee, Hillsboro Village’s new fast-casual, health-focused spot Greenery Co. is rolling out a phased opening, beginning on December 8. At first, Greenery Co. will operate in a takeout-only model, with plans to open to dine-in customers on January 4, 2021. Co-owned by sisters Caroline Gaston and Whitney Abblitt, Greenery Co. takes over the old Provence Breads & Cafe space right in the thick of Hillsboro Village. The menu offers a selection of locally sourced snacks, salads, warm bowls, and sweet treats, alongside a variety of nonalcoholic drinks. Diners can choose from preordained selections or design their own meals with various proteins, dressings, and toppings. Seasonal menu items include carrot pimento cheese, French onion dip, roasted carrot soup, and desserts like triple chocolate chip cookies. Decided to drive a couple hours to have lunch with a friend that works at the hospital. I wanted something healthy but not a chain, not the usual tacos, pizza, sandwiches type of restaurants either. I had the Thai salad. Salad could have used more than 4 shrimp. Only complaint I have. Everything was fresh. Restroom was clean. Plenty of tables open while I waited for my friend to show up. Will be back

I love this place. Compared with some salade chain like CAVA, their place is more expensive but the food quality is better, I think. The staff were kind and friendly and inside of the restaurant was clean. I would like to come back again.

Hands down one of my favorite place to eat is uptown Nashville the meals are super healthy and extremely tasty . The prices are reasonable in the every single bite of my churros I bowl . Every element was just so tasty the quinoa was made to perfection the kale and sweet potato offered the perfect contrast against the tender steak . The radish added the perfect crunch . Talk about eating your vitamins for the day with so much rich flavors . Do yourself a favor and order the homemade double chocolate 🍫 chip cookie I had to go back the next day and buy one for my flight to Texas is AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND FOR

Today, while at work, a group of us ordered greenery company could not be more satisfied. Everything was made fresh and packaged so cute. If you’re in the Medical Center, area of Nashville, don’t pass up this place. Fresh, clean and very great portion sizes! Everything was AMAZING! Oh, and don’t skip out on that French onion dip with crackers! It will make you miss your momma!

Hands down this place has won a forever customer. I was in town this weekend looking for a rehearsal dinner spot and thought I wanted to stop for a little lunch at a cute spot. When leaving I was moving too quickly and had left behind my Hermes scarf. I thought it would be gone forever or if someone did find it they would have kept it. Not only did the Manager (Hal) find it but she went the extra mile and checked the back parking lot where it ended up being. People like this are incredibly hard to find these days and I think she is a wonderful manager! She had tucked it away in her office till I was able to return. I could not thank you enough! I will 1000% be back!

Not the best experience dining here. The last time we came here the cashier was so rude and mean to my partner that tears were involved and we left. Also did not return for weeks. This time was not rude but you get the feeling that none of the employees are happy to be there. I watched a lady pictured in one of the photos I took. She was preparing a To go Salad looked like Uber eats or some other third party service. I watched as she picked up a piece of steak from the ground that had fallen off the bowl and stuck it right back on top🤢🤮 For a place that has such high quality produce I was shocked to see the level of neglect in food safety. The overall ambience is nice and feels like a French eatery. The Playlist certainly plays a role in that. The menu is basic and clean. I recommend this place for a health meal in the edgehill area. There are lots of cool shops around to check out and street parking is really cheep and even free in some places. I just can't get behind a good rating of higher than 3 stars because the service and overall food safety is so poor. If you can look past all of that it's a pretty good salad joint.

First visit to Nashville as an adult and it wasn’t for a happy reason (friends newborn in cardiac unit), but as a “healthy person” I loved having this nearby!!! Amazing food and great service!!! So fresh and friendly!!! Eco all day!!! For meat-eaters, meat is available!!! 🍗🥩 I love meat but that carrot falafel is great!

Super fast service, healthy options menu, and friendly staff. You can find something healthy to meet any dietary requirement you may have whether you eat meat, are vegetarian, or vegan. The location is also amazing within Hillsboro Village with nearby shops, coffee shops, and fun murals! The inside vibe is very fresh and clean just like the food!
