"A much-needed fast-casual salad and otherwise healthy spot from sisters Caroline Gaston and Whitney Abblitt is slated to open in Hillsboro Village in spring 2020 in the former Provence Breads space at 1705 21st Avenue South. On the menu (from Austin-based chef Barclay Stratton) I expect a selection of salads, bowls, snacks, and sweet treats alongside a variety of nonalcoholic drinks, all offered at what they promise to be “approachable prices.” The sisters—both newcomers to the restaurant industry with backgrounds ranging from fashion to finance—say they’ll prioritize a healthy work environment and personal and professional development for employees.
