"A much needed additional healthy option is coming to Nashville in spring of 2020 — when Greenery Co. opens in the former home of beloved Provence Breads in bustling Hillsboro Village. The fast-casual salad and otherwise healthy spot comes from sisters and co-owners Caroline Gaston and Whitney Abblitt — both newcomers to the restaurant industry who have backgrounds ranging from fashion to finance.
