"Grilled Ginger is the place to go to explore Vietnamese cuisine that isn’t just pho or banh mi. Sure they have the traditional Northern Vietnamese-style pho that is most common here in the States, but they also offer hue tieu nam vang, a southern-style noodle soup with a lighter seafood and lemongrass-accented broth. Spicy bun bo hue from central Vietnam, served with various cuts of beef and pork, rounds out the noodle soup offerings. Get all three for an edible journey from Hanoi all the way down to Ho Chi Minh city. Adding an order of banh xeo, a traditional eggy pancake stuffed with meat and seafood, wouldn’t be a bad idea either." - Matt Lardie

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible Vietnamese spot—easily the best Vietnamese in the region! The servers were some of the most positive and efficient I’ve ever encountered—super friendly and on top of everything. The egg rolls were hands down the best I’ve had anywhere in the world—perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. I also had the chicken pho, which was delicious and comforting. I added some of their homemade chili sauce—amazing, but go easy unless you want to break a sweat like I did! Will definitely be coming back.

If not the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been. Service is top notch, very attentive staff which works as a “team” based on the initial statement from our first server. The service that we got tonight exceeded our expectations, the best in town. Raise the drink booklet if you want to be attended to; otherwise, they leave you alone which actually worked for us. They don’t ask you random questions while you’re putting food in your mouth ;). Ambience was also good, be forewarned though that if you’re not religious, the images of saints and artifacts might surprise you. Other than that, the dining room is , plates, utensils, and everything on your table are all clean. Food, spring roll came out hot from the fryer and tasteful. The Pho combo broth was one of the best I’ve had, and all the ingredients were tender and the veggies were fresh! The grilled pork was flavorful and portioned very well. Flan was perfect, not too sweet and not bland- just the good amount of sweetness and custard in it. Overall, this place is a must and we’ll definitely be back despite the rather odd location, but don’t let that sway you away- check them out.

Google
I loved my first experience, the second time wasn't bad either but the service and food seemed a little off. Maybe it was because it was later in the day my 2nd time. It was really the soup that was off putting. The broth had a burnt taste to it but wasn't warm enough to fully cook the beef and the noodles immediately fell apart as I was mixing the soup. I overall like the restaurant so I'm definitely gonna go back but I hope it's better next time because the menu looks amazing and I want to bring my husband

We enjoyed our meal! Generous serving, good ambience, and great service. The bathrooms were clean, too! We can’t wait to eat here again. :)

First of all, I'd like to say that this is my first ever experience with with Vietnamese food. Let's get to the "bad" (not even bad, just small minor inconveniences)... My partner ordered a nice Asian beer and the menu said it was draft. They bring out a can but the beer itself is named "draft". It was a small mistake on our part. Next, the host who sat us explained how ordering and getting a server's attention worked. He spoke low and fast so it was gard to hear but it was easy to figure out and the shell had instructions on it. I originally ordered the ginger whole tilapia, but was informed by our very apologetic server that they stopped making it last week. It would have been nice to have been marked on the menu but that's okay, no big deal. Now onto the good... The menu is very varied and accommodating, with clear descriptions and choices for people who are vegetarian, who only eat seafood, those who avoid pork etc. We ordered the fresh spring rolls as an appetizer, the hot seafood pot with crunchy rice, and grilled pork vermicelli. The spring rolls were very fresh and after trying it dipped in the peanut sauce, I literally shed a tear. It was so fresh and flavorful. My partner's grilled pork vermicelli was phenomenal, with fresh ingredients and cooked elements. The pork had amazing flavor profile. My hot seafood pot was so delicious, had a plentiful amount of each seafood, and the crunchy rice was a nice contrast to the soupy pot. Everything was high quality and well seasoned. Our service was immaculate. The server was very apologetic about the small inconveniences and knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out in a timely manner. The (I'm presuming) owner was at the register and was very friendly as we paid the bill and she said "Come back and bring friends!" We certainly will! The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated. Overall, I highly recommend Grilled Ginger, especially for a date and to try something new out of your comfort zone. I feel like the price greatly reflects the high quality ingredients and portion sizes. We will be back soon. Thank you!

Google
Authentic and fresh. Broth was rich with layers of herbal flavor. Beef was fresh and tender. Jalapenos and basil were crisp and clean. Best pho in Fayetteville, NC so far. You can taste the difference in quality. Portion size was decent. Service was friendly and efficient. Professional environment. Good for groups. Overall excellent experience. Will return

Google
I really enjoy this place! The food is excellent, and I usually order the J1 Level 4 because their homemade sauce is delicious, although it can be quite spicy. The service can be inconsistent, and it takes a bit of time to get used to that. Overall, I would give this place a five star rating.

Google
I was elated to be here. This is my go to for Vietnamese cuisine in Fayetteville, NC. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. I really appreciate the service queuing. There is a sign that is placed at the edge of table when you need additional service. I think this is an excellent method allowing for less contact and interruption if tending to other things or engaging in conversation while dining. The food is always amazing. The servings are generous. The cost is moderate.

Yelp
Best Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Why ! Cuz I tried 5 others Vietnamese restaurant nearby already . The place has fresh and good food . Cleaned environment and top notch quick service just put your menu upright that's it . No kidding

Ashley S.

Yelp
I ate lunch here and was pleasantly surprised. The interior is really cute. They have a pretty large menu. Of course I ordered the same thing I always do, so I got the spring rolls and the pho ga. It was really good! They actually season their chicken which I appreciate. The portions are really big. I could not finish my food. This place is very reasonable too. The bill was about $24.

Sarah B.

Yelp
Delicious! Amazing! Great ambiance! Seats many people! Our waitress was very pregnant and rocked it! The other servers were so helpful!

Jordon B.

Yelp
Went because my staff told me about this place, when I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and a great host. The restaurant is decorated with different artifacts and paints and the bathrooms are cute. The food was definitely tasty though slightly on the more expensive side of things. 10/10 would recommend

Jeramy P.

Yelp
Great place with fantastic service and great food. This place is clean and there is plenty of seating. The ambiance is quiet and authentic. I ordered the spring rolls, and they came with homemade chili sauce. They were so tasty, and the sauce was amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I ordered my Lemongrass Chili Beef at level 7. It was spicy but not too hot. I also opted to do the garlic noodles for my starch, and they were great. There was so much flavor packed into this meal that I wanted to lick the plate when I was done.

Owen W.

Yelp
I will start out by saying I have wanted to go here for a while now and I'm glad I finally did. The waitress/hostess was extremely professional and nice. The use of a menu to signal if I needed assistance was lovely as to not be pestered. I got some chicken soup, I forget exactly but it was something in the Combo section but it was very good. Consistent layers of surprise with cucumbers, mushrooms, and plenty of other aspects. The atmosphere was inviting and comforting as well. It felt very fitting with all the decor. I will say the negative things are few but hard striking. The use of church within the restaurant was unnecessary from Bible readings on the TVs to other Bible related stuff near the door. Church and Food should be separate. Furthermore, the price of some items are very expensive. Overall I give this restaurant an 8.3/10

Katrina W.

Yelp
So good! The service was fantastic and the meal was excellent. I wish I had taken a picture before I devoured everything. My daughter and I will be back again. We spent an hour just talking to each other while enjoying our meals.

Nay L.

Yelp
Yellow curry is amazing. Pho is pretty good as well. Staff is always nice. Spring rolls are not great, bland/plain. Egg rolls are good.

Kristyn F.

Yelp
Went for lunch on a Saturday. It was. It busy, at all - one of the staff came over and said someone would be with us shortly. This person could have easily taken a drink order but decided to walk around aimlessly on the dining floor. Fast forward to the food - all around decent. The summer rolls were ok, no basil an stir peanut sauce wasn't great. The pho was decent, broth was murky but taste was OK. Ordered a Thai tea - watered down, not the best but not the worst. Overall mediocre experience. If you happen to be driving by, try it. Don't go out of your way to eat here.

John W.

Yelp
The food is okay, but be very very careful. I literally saw them drop a piece of meat of the ground, dust it off, and put it back on the plate. Ever since I saw that, I never came back.

John B.

Yelp
In my experience, this is the most well-reputed of Fayetteville's numerous Vietnamese restaurants. They were open for indoor dining when I dropped in, which had a regimented vibe with temperature checks. They keep their distance and ask you to stand up your drink menu if you need service. It's the sort of place that makes a lot of things that I won't eat, but where I was able to find something nice. The menu notes that its vegetarian section still has items with fish sauce (making them not vegetarian) but at least they're clear about that and you can ask to avoid it. The alternative dressing I got on my shredded lotus root salad was certainly tasty enough. They offer a chili sauce tofu with a spice level from 0-10, and when I asked for 9 they did one of those "are you sure?" looks, and it was by no means a subtle flavor. Besides the ample portion of venomous tofu, it was a nice looking plate with various fresh garnishes; I squeezed my orange pieces over the chili for a tropically flavored experience. Still, I was glad I added a banana smoothie to cool things down. I'm not sure they have a whole lot else I'd want to try, but I might come back to take my chances with the 10/10 spice level, as it was a large and beautifully presented portion of delicious food.

Genn P.

Yelp
A little overrated and overpriced. Pho was good but not excellent. There's a lot of good place to have one though. There were only two servers when we ate, i think they need to get more people to accommodate their customers. Ambiance is great if you want some quiet place to eat.

Lynn B.

Yelp
Spring rolls good. Main dish medium. Drink zero. Waitresses nice. Manager rude. Save your money. Go eat Mexican.

Cheryl M.

Yelp
Excellent fresh and delicious food. The best egg rolls in town! My favorite dish is their grilled chicken vermicelli and I always have plenty leftover to bring home for another meal. You won't be disappointed in the service and the great care taken to see that you are served exactly what you ordered!

Janie S.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. There is nothing I have ordered here that hasn't been a hit. Their portions are big too which makes prices well worth it! Good for groups setting or date night. The seafood curry is the best I've had anywhere else. The lemonade is not sweet, you can definitely taste hints of salt - FYI!

Heather L.

Yelp
The restaurant is lovely, with little fountains creating a very enjoyable atmosphere! There was also classical music playing, which of any music to pipe in was the most unobtrusive. We got a vegetarian stir fry (K5) because we had leftover meat to add from a prior meal and it was great! While we waited for the to-go order, they offered waters, which was really nice. As such, they were attentive and friendly! Honestly for boba, we tried the place across the way in the same parking lot and it was great!

Flora J.

Yelp
I've only been here one other time and I decided to come back years later. The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I ordered spring rolls, beef pho, and water with a classic black tea w/ boba. The pho was the star. It was the reason I came, and it didn't disappoint. Very rich, earthy with all the gray herbs, tasty meat and chewy tripe! I loved the fresh spring rolls too. The customer service was quick too.

Kevin N.

Yelp
Their food is really good. I would've given them five stars if their pricing was better. Honestly, portion size and price is terrible. I mean literally for the same price, you'll get double the amount of food with the same quality food down the street, banh xeo. Their food is good compared to many restaurants around but charging $25 for spicy rib is just nuts, even though it tastes great.

Jasmin T.

Yelp
BEST Vietnamese food in Fayetteville. Doesn't look all that from outside but inside it's the most welcoming, charming spot. Great portions filled with flavor. Highly recommend!

Brandy M.

Yelp
I ordered coconut boba tea and a spicy beef soup and ended up getting food poisoning. That alone makes it hard for me to give anything higher than a one star.

Darin F.

Yelp
This place is always good, I have never had a bad experience or meal here. A solid staple of the Fayetteville area, Grilled Ginger is a must-go restaurant.

So M.

Yelp
The food is outstanding! My favorite is the spicy hue soup with rare beef. Delicious every time.

Sky T.

Yelp
Got their D2 Pho Tai this time. It was pretty good, but to me it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I have noticed that they tend to cook with a little extra sugar than is necessary for my taste. Nonetheless, if you like your entrees on the sweeter end then this is a good place for you.

Yelp
When I moved down here I was scared there wasn't going to be great Asian food. We stumbled upon Grilled Ginger. It was almost 8 and they closed at 8:30pm. They greeted us when we entered and seated us right away. They took our drink order and gave us a moment to look at the menu. The service was great! And all the waiters and waitresses all waited on us together. We shared the egg rolls they were good! I was left wanting more! There were many appetizers I will come back and try. I will definitely be back again!!! My husband ordered the Tofu curry. He enjoyed it. He likes to eat spicy so they brought out extra hot oil for him to add more if needed. It's different from the one normally on their table. I ordered Bún bò Hu! It was great! Just a good amount of spicy for me. The broth was amazing! I love it when I don't need to add anything extra besides the lime and the garnishes. They offer cilantro, mint, jalapeño and also there was red and regular cabbage. I'm still dreaming about this broth! I had some left over to take home and ate it the next day... still amazing and I wish I had more.

Yelp
FAVORITE RESTAURANT AND BEST VIETNAMESE PLACE IN ALL OF FAYETTEVILLE!! I've lived here for 3 years now and I've had good food, don't get me wrong, but this place is hands down the best. The service, food quality, food presentation, whole experience has always been AMAZING. I cannot hype this place up enough. My husband took me here not too long ago for our anniversary and all I can say is that I am deeply upset that it took us so long to find this hidden gem.

Tyler S.

Yelp
Grilled Ginger is an amazing, family-environment restaurant with delicious, authentic Vietnamese cuisine that is superb. The owners are also two of the most amazing people you will ever meet. Even though they are the owners, you can see them numerous times out on the floor waiting on tables, or in the back helping cook the food. I remember trying the food here for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing. It is very difficult to find authentic Pho soup anywhere in North Carolina, but you can find it right here at Grilled Ginger. 10/10, this restaurant is the best! My favorite dishes are their Pho soups and their shaken filet mignon beef - I also highly recommend trying their egg and spring rolls!

Amelia M.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my take out from here. I ordered the chicken pho D4. I took it to go and it was still delicious. I'm not a Pho connoisseur like the other reviewers but I can say the food was delish!! When I went in to pick up my order, the lady (I'm assuming she was the owner, her family's beautiful picture was on the wall) addressed me by name (I gave her when I ordered over the phone). Also, she was so sweet and asked was I sure I didn't want to sit down and eat my food inside because I explained to her I had a long day. She even offered help to carry my to go bags to my car. This was a wonderful first impression and she said, "thank you for coming please come back and see us". What a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back oh and the calamari was delicious!! By the way, I LOVE how they put all the ingredients separate for the pho, when you order takeout! Big props!!

Jerline H.

Yelp
The first thing I often do after tasting the pho broth is dump a ton of sriracha and chili sauce into the bowl. Not so with the broth from Grilled Ginger! I don't think I put even a modicum of sauce into the broth. It was that good. + Thai tea. Can't go wrong with Thai tea. Delicious. + Vietnamese coffee. Also delicious. + Coconut mussels. This came with noodles, and both were delectable. + Vegetarian pho bowl. Only comes in one size (large), see above. Overall, I was pleased with every thing item we ordered. Parking is plentiful, free, but is shared among a few other Asian restaurants. Definitely a gem in Fayetteville.

Jae S.

Yelp
I came in at lunch time so maybe that was the issue. There was so much confusion at the front about who was waiting to be seated and who was picking up. They finally sifted through the crowd and sat me. When I was ready to order and indicated it by standing my menu up on the table, several people passed me over and over again. You know what it's like when no one wants to look directly at you because they just can't handle one more thing. Then, one of the staff placed my menu down on the table as if I had already ordered and apologized but then began taking everyone else's order. Many other tables were trying to get anyones attention and seemed to be just as frustrated as I was. I had been waiting for at least 20 minutes and my drink order had not even been taken yet. I wish I would have gotten to the meal but they were so disorganized. Everyone was friendly but with only half the tiny restaurant full and at least 6 staff members on the floor, I decided not to stay.

Anna L.

Yelp
Service has not changed and has been consistently horrible for the past 5 years but thought I'd update my review. It's a torture to dine here and I always try to avoid it and order take out instead. I avoid lunch hours at all cost, but the slow hours aren't any better. There can be two tables their dining and you'll still wait 15 mins minimum for everything. The food is amazing so it's just a bummer. But I guess only in Fayetteville you can survive even with horrible service. I'm not a fan of their pho (specifically the broth, the size of the bowl... after you put in all the herbs and bean sprouts you have no room to eat), but all the dishes I've tried here for the past 5 years has never disappointed me. If you have all the time in the world and the patience to back up that time, dine here. The ambiance is great and food is amazing, but if you don't, just order a take out and reheat it at home.

Jackie V.

Yelp
Great food, great service! Boba tea was the best I've had. We drove 45 minutes to try this place, and I do believe we will do it again since there is a huge menu and lots to try.

Patrick A.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing friendly staff, clean dining area, large selection, and the food tastes great. Though it's a tad on the pricey side (except to spend 15ish per dish/person) , but it's well worth it.

Jessica H.

Yelp
We have been coming here for years. Food is consistently fresh and fast. We order a variety of dishes - not jus the phō and vermicelli. Their Vietnamese coffee is an art form and delicious (not at all Healthy but that's ok). Order the phō with the beef on the side - it only starts to cook when you put it in and we found it to be extra tender this way! Enjoy!

Julian T.

Yelp
Very good veggie egg rolls. Inside I found fried tofu, plenty of carrot, rice noodles, black mushrooms, and cabbage. The seasoning is REALLY good. Served with a sweet and sour sauce over lettuce and more carrots. Had this with a side of rice. This was my second visit and I'll be eating here again for sure.

Bobbie D.

Yelp
The religious mumbo jumbo has got to go! Creepy religious artifacts all over the restaurant--statues, mannequins, and weird Christian services played on both tv screens. Not to mention the up charge for anything like noodles as opposed to rice or brown rice instead of white. They find a way to tack on extra charges to drive up your bill. I'm thinking because they're only open like 4 days out of the week for like five hours each dayThey gotta make that money somehow. Rip off and offensive pushing their religious views on their patrons. Ignorant.

Ashley N.

Yelp
Originally came to dine at Orchid Garden for the lunch buffet, however the buffet didnt have any fresh foods available, so me and my mother decided to walk over to grilled ginger and randomly give it a try. The only good in my personal opinion out of the meals we had were the water and the shrimp rolls. I ordered the seafood fried rice and my mom ordered chicken curry. The seafood fried rice had a funny taste as well as the rice was very pasty and seemed overcooked, the rice was smushy and would stick to roof of my mouth. My moms chicken curry was veryyyy sweet, it tasted like straight canned coconut milk, I've tried many variations of curries at different vietnamese restaurants, but this was not very good. My mom didnt finish her food as we both left hungry. Service is subpar, young kids waiting tables, I never got a water refill until ot was time to go. And like most reviews, they are very pricey for basic tasting entrees.

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
This is my favorite pho place period. Lived here years ago and I have been craving this pho from Hawaii, Arizona, South Carolina, and Texas. I get the rare beef pho and let them throw the meat in there. They will keep it on the side of you ask.

Doug S.

Yelp
We live in Lillington and could get to Raleigh as easily as Fayetteville and, so, we could really choose any type of restaurant to visit that we want- and we have tried as many as we can. My wife and I agree that Grilled Ginger stands out above the rest. Their chicken curry is so amazing we couldn't bring ourselves to order anything else for our first half a dozen visits- as soon as we thought of Grilled Ginger, we immediately craved it. Once we added some winter rolls and we were blown away. But then we tried their vermicelli- so good! We've taken our grown children and our conversation was limited to everyone exchanging "this is so good!" No one wanted to stop eating long enough to talk (no joke). We've been to other restaurants that have been "above average" but Grilled Ginger is the only one we have said has been consistently great. The owners are also very kind which makes it all the better. Our favorite place.

Ava C.

Yelp
For starters: If you are in a hurry, you may not want to dine here. This restaurant is one where you take your time. There is no frenzied rush about this place. It is a relaxed atmosphere, with a calm, relaxed waitstaff. That's their motto. They are professional, polite and friendly...but they don't rush around, and really don't need to, in my opinion. The food is always good here. The phó is the best in town, out of 3 local Vietnamese restaurants. The waitstaff work together as a team. You will definitely be served by more than one person. That's just how they do it. The seafood is fresh. The specialty tea drinks are wonderful. They're fun to drink and very delicious. You can get boba added to your milk tea, if you like. The Vietnamese coffee is very good. It is quite strong, and will keep you awake for many hours. The pricing is not excessively high for the quality and quantity of food you get. I can only comment on the rare beef phó, spring rolls and calamari, as those are the only items I get there. The phó is excellent. Bowls are huge, the broth is perfect, and the meat tender. There are plenty of noodles. It is served with a small tray heaped with basil leaves, sliced jalapeño peppers, bean sprouts and lime wedges. Simple, but a very nice presentation, and fresh ingredients. Grilled Ginger is a family owned restaurant. They are closed on Sundays and Wednesdays. Give them a try when you have time to read the menu thoroughly, and linger over your meal with your partner or family. It's a good experience, but it is much better when you know what to expect, and are not stressed or worried over time.

Martin L.

Yelp
Very nice staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Great food. Being Vegan it is often hard to find good food in smaller cities, and Fayetteville is no exception, but grilled Ginger really surpassed expectations the spring and egg rolls were superb, and our meals were just as good. The yellow curry was a delight on the tongue. We will be back

Jennifer J.

Yelp
The food is absolutely delicious I love the egg rolls and fish sauce! Everything I have tried has been great... downside is very slow service and a bit expensive

Debra W.

Yelp
Not gonna lie. The food was good and I really didn't think it was going to be. We came to visit my mom and she took us to dinner here. Overall, everything was really good. I was extremely shocked at the price of a bowl of pho. Moving from Las Vegas where I can get a good bowl for around $7-8, I was shocked to see prices from $10-12. They do have a kid's menu which was very nice as well. But for the $5 we paid for the kid pho, I might as well have gotten him an adult bowl because my child was still hungry. It was a very small amount of noodles. The chicken curry was very flavorful and filled with veggies. They are sure to let you know that too. We ordered it and the waitress asked us if we liked veggies because it is loaded with it. There was a table that came in behind us and they ordered the same and the waitress told them the same thing. I would come back if I was in the mood for Pho, all the ingredients were fresh and the broth was banging.

Fetima W.

Yelp
This place never disappoints! I admit, I need to explore other entrees off their menu. But there Pho soups and curry dishes are just the bomb! The resteraunt is very nice and always clean. The service is typically good. They have several options for vegetarians. I can't say enough good about this place besides, if you like Thai and/or Vietnamese food, then definitely bookmark this place!

David Y.

Yelp
Probably just an unfair bias but I did not expect to find this gem of a Vietnamese restaurant in Fayetteville. Judging by the good number of diners on a Tuesday night, it is no secret locally. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious, and attractive. The service is attentive, but a bit slow because the hostess who helps with the drinks and billing doesn't take orders, so two others (including, it seems, the owner) rush around to take orders. The sous chef, Ms. Kim Nguyen according to her chef's jacket, actually brought our order to the table and, helpfully, explained how to eat what we had ordered. Unfortunately, my food came out well before my wife's. That seems to be something the kitchen could handle better. I got a standard grilled pork vermicelli bowl. It was plentiful and tasty. My wife got something she had never tried before: a pancake. She is eating vegetarian so ordered that, but the woman who took our order came back and suggested she add the shrimp since it would taste better. Good call. The pancake came with plenty of lettuce (to wrap it in), basil and cilantro. The fish dipping sauce was a nice combination of sweet, acidic, and spicy. Overall, Grilled Ginger has a diverse menu with well described items and wait staff very willing to help. If you are in a rush, you might just mention that to the staff when you are seated.

Ashly G.

Yelp
Best vietnamese I've found in fayetteville. I have dined here on few occasions. Today was the first time I've done take out from them. I ordered inside the restaurant instead of calling. Service was super fast and very polite. I was given a glass of ice water as I waited for my order, which wasn't even 15 mins. I ordered the rare beef pho and the fresh spring rolls. Both were delicious. They nicely packaged my meal in a cardboard box = no spilling over in the car. They also made sure to put my beef on the side. Thank you!! I've been to some establishments that actually put it in the broth when you order to go which obvi defeats the purpose of the rare beef. The only gripe I have about takeout is that you have to order from the dinner menu, so you miss out of the savings from the lunch one. All in all good place for food. Will be back!

Sanad A.

Yelp
This is a nice little restaurant for a date night or family and friends gathering. The food is delicious and fresh, and the quantities are good. The servers are nice and friendly. The ambiance is nice and interesting. Lots of decorations. I would recommend this place. One thing to note is I asked to add quail eggs to C8 pho. Quail eggs are part of other pho's but not this one. They charged me $2 for adding it which they told me about ahead but I think it is too much for an additive. Otherwise, it's good overall.

Yelp
You know what makes this restaurant one of the best in Fayetteville? They care. They care about their customers and their dishes. Now you may wait a little longer for your food to arrive, but it will be well worth it. I have eaten enough asian food in my life to know what is good and what is not. Grilled Ginger is very impressive. Their use of quality fresh ingredients is evident in every dish. And do yourself a big favor. Get the orange juice. Trust me.

Yelp
Went for lunch and had the grilled pork with egg roll and vermicelli which was very good with fresh ingredients. Jasmine tea was good too. Nice restaurant and ambience, along with great service!

Yelp
Service was very good. Our food was seasoned and tasty. The owner's remarks were absolutely uncalled for. Apparently she was so surprised to see a Viet/Latin family sit down and order food. She had to audacity to ask my husband (in Vietnamese) why he didn't marry within his culture? We won't be going back, I can make better Vietnamese food at home, thanks!
