This restaurant is phenomenal! I loved every dish and the wine pairings were creative, thoughtful, and truly symbiotic with the food—elevating the flavors of both. My favorite/most surprising dish was the pan-fried Hake with seafood fricasse, paired with a 2024 La Brune Chardonnay. The venison and Radford Dale cab franc were also top notch. I truly loved every bite/sip and my server, Petronella, was so kind, delightful, and knowledgeable about the dishes, never steering me in the wrong direction. Definitely give Grub & Vine a try!
