19 Showstopping Breakfast Burritos in Los Angeles

"There are many things to like about Guerrilla Cafecito’s breakfast burritos, not least of which is their hefty sizes. Better still are the creamy, just-firm-enough eggs that provide much-needed lift to the burritos without being soggy or runny. It all blends together best in the chorizo and potato version, for a bite of soft, spicy breakfast bliss." - Rebecca Roland, Eater Staff

The 17 Best Breakfast Burritos In Los Angeles

"Run by the same people are Guerrilla Tacos around the corner, Guerrilla Cafecito is a tiny cafe in the Arts District open 8-11am daily. The GTLA Burrito is fantastic—there’s tender sirloin steak accompanied by avocado, chile de arbol salsa, and super-crispy hash browns. It’s all wrapped in a burrito coated in melted jack cheese. Don’t leave without one of their basketball-sized milk-and-lemon donuts, either." - nikko duren, garrett snyder

What a lovely coffee shop! I got a chance to try the breakie burrito and matcha 🍵 everything was really good! The staff was lovely and very nice. The atmosphere was great! Had a a great time with my friend.

First time here, was recommended by a friend, surprisingly a lot of parking available. Free street parking. It is a busy street. Kind of hidden, but once you’re inside, such a cool atmosphere, tons and tons of seating, such a good vibe and soooo many plants that are for sale, friendly staff. Very clean. Simple menu but it is customizable. Very good food, tons of flavor, good coffees. Only reason I took one start off; this place was pricey, but I understand a lot of places are. I would also recommend and return.

Google
Best burritos we have ever had ever!!! Every bite was full of flavor. Even the mostly tortilla bites were soft and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakie and the gtla burritos/ and don’t get me started on the salsa. I could drink it. And to top it off, the space was beautiful and inviting. And the people were warm and friendly. We’ll be back!!

Google
Guerrilla Cafecito is a great breakfast burrito joint & coffee house from the team behind Guerrilla Taco. The GTLA (steak & papas) breakfast burrito is the best in the city. Tortillas from Mejorado, so you already know. My only complaint… a little stingy on the salsa. But it’s 2024, so bidenomics and whatnot. I get it. But don’t let that stop you. The burritos here are out of this world.

Google
Let’s be honest, you’re probably scrolling here because of the breakfast burrito… I- will describe my first experience at Guerilla Cafecito on November 6, 2023. Upon entering Guerrilla Cafecito, numerous amount of plants were present along the seating area, a nice place to hang out and chat especially with the natural sunlight beaming inside. I ordered the Breaki burrito (as seen on the picture) to go, Guerrilla staff did not skimp out on the avocado, eggs, or bacon. The tortilla was soft and tasty, soft enough where no yanking or pulling was required. The bacon was thick and smoky, and the eggs were soft, cooked to perfection not too raw nor overcooked. I ordered an extra side of salsa verde, it is not spicy so for those who have a lower tolerance it should be the right fit to complement the burrito. Each bite I would douse salsa verde to the burrito, tasty and satisfying. It is well seasoned, not too salty nor bland. I did not get to try the coffee due to visiting Maru Coffee. In short, the burrito caught my attention, I would like to try the burrito with chorizo instead of bacon, as I see it as the final piece for the burrito to be a top contender in Los Angeles (imo). I will return to try their other items on the menu and coffee. Update, November 20, 2023: Upon finding out that the 10 freeway was finally open, I decided to head down to Guerrilla Cafecito, specifically to try out their coffee this time around. I ordered a hot coffee while my partner ordered the hot vanilla latte, we also shared a chocolate croissant. The hot coffee was neither hot nor warm, rather it was lukewarm. I totally understand since we entered at around 11:15ish and the location closes at 12pm. The coffee was good but nothing special, was honestly looking to see if they had a pour-over but did not see it on their menu above. The vanilla latte was rated with a “it’s good”, enough to please my partner. The chocolate croissant is a solid 4/5, if warmed up bump it a couple decimal points. The croissant was flaky, buttery, and balanced with dark chocolate. Their pastries are from friends&family, therefore I know each one of their pastries will be tasty. If you’re reading up to this point, ask for your pastries to be slightly warmed up, it will elicit that “outta the oven” texture, taste, and experience. Would I return or recommend? Of course, their breakfast burritos are top tier and their indoor area is pretty cool, will continue to try out new items from their menu and will definitely keep recommending this spot. - E.J.M.

My new favorite! Lovely employees, cute ambience and tasty items. I usually get a latte and the breakie burrito which I love! Dog friendly too!

Google
Are you looking for the best Breakfast Burrito IN LA? Look no further because it's at Guerrilla Cafecito. From great coffee to a bunch of mouthwatering offerings like their flagship Brekkie Burrito you will leave satisfied. We got the breakfast burrito and couldn't be more satisfied. Everything in the burrito melded so well, the avocado, rice, beans, eggs, bacon, it's a combination that leaves your mouth watering and you wanting more. That said, the vibe and service here is awesome as well.

Google
First time and it was awesome! Service was great. Pastries looked delicious. Latte was perfect! Had two breakfast burritos that we customized and were sooooo good! Flavorful and hearty. The hash browns were perfectly crispy!!! The vibe was super awesome too!

Yelp
The Cafecito not only shares a wall with Guerilla Cafe, but also shares in the superb quality of food and atmosphere. We walked in, a group of 3, on a Sunday afternoon. It turns out we caught them on time as they were set to close in about 25 mins. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I had the breakfast bowl and it quickly became my favorite breakfast dish around! The sauce is so delicious, the potatoes perfectly crisp. Seating is bench community style, inside is clean and full of plants and art (for sale!). Absolutely recommend visiting.

Yelp
What a gem! The interior is absolutely beautiful and full of life with all of the plants. The GTLA burrito was delicious! The steak seemed like really good quality and had great flavor. Along with fresh avocado, and their hash browns were like crispy potato sticks which were so unique but it worked!! And helped my burrito maintain quality when I didn't eat it right away. It was wrapped in foil so it didn't get cold either. I accidentally ordered my brown sugar latte hot instead of iced, but it was delicious. My burrito and coffee came out to $20 which I felt was pretty good value considering the quality of everything. I will definitely be back :)

Yelp
Parking sucks very bad. Super professional hospitable staff. Clean bathroom. NO WIFI !!!! ample seating. Beautiful ethereal inspiring decor. Yummy coffee & pastries. Bad ass background music all the time. Will definitely return & recommend!

Yelp
I recently visited, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere immediately stood out--there was a perfect balance of energy and comfort. The decor was lively, with plants and modern touches. It was the kind of place that made you feel right at home. Also great place to get some work done too! Now, the breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious. It was a perfect start to my day. The combination of scrambled eggs, bacon, perfectly melted cheese, and a little bit of salsa wrapped in a warm tortilla was a total crowd-pleaser. The seasoning was spot-on, giving just the right kick without overpowering the other flavors. Every bite was a satisfying blend of textures and tastes. It was hearty, but not heavy, making it the ideal morning meal. I'll definitely be coming back! Tried the breaky burrito and iced vanilla latte with oat milk

Yelp
5 star, supporting local businesses. The food was amazing! Reasonably priced and I love that they charge 4% more to provide health insurance for their employees!

Yelp
GTLA Burrito: Phenomenal carne asada burrito, the meat is seasoned extremely well and you have a perfect balance between avocado , hash brown, cheese and salsa. If you're a fan on having lemony burrito this is it for you. The salsa on the side has a very chipotle taste but makes the burrito even better. * 9.3/10 Breakie: Extremely solid burrito. Eggs are soft and extremely puffy, the bacon is crispy with a Smokey taste to it. Would recommend and try it again as well. *8.9/10 Overall taste I would say the GTLA is better because the Asada. Fresh cup of OJ topped the meal perfectly.

Yelp
Came in specifically for their hot Cafe De Olla latte but we were a bit early after opening and it was still being made. We ended up ordered the Iced version $5.50 and a Iced Lavender Latte $6. The lavender latte was delicious - they absolutely nailed that sweet floral taste. Unfortunately the iced cafe de olla latte tasted watered down. One of the workers Kimberly (i think) was so sweet and brought us a little sample of the hot version once it was ready. It had a chocolate taste to it, I think they might add in ibarra chocolate. It's different. We also ordered the GTLA burrito $13 - Carne Asada, Hash Browns, Cheese, Avocado and comes with Arbol & Avocado Salsa. AMAZING burrito! 10/10 and 100% ordering it again. It was large enough for us to share. They don't skimp out on the carne asada which is great. But it's more so that the flavor is so authentic. The blueberry cheese danish was good but they don't have a microwave/toaster own to heat up the pastries so would probably skip next time. All & all, enjoyed visiting this unique coffee shop.

Yelp
Hidden gem in DTLA alert!!! Checked it out because of an InKind discount offer. The burritos were so good and huge. And oat milk is the standard milk which is so cool! Loved all the plants - made sitting there so cool. And the people working were all so kind! Cannot wait to go back here soon!
google avatar

Luke P.

Yelp
The Brekkie Burrito (how do they get those hash browns so crispy??) and a latte has become my preferred way to start the day in DTLA. The space is very cozy and lush with plants and all around good vibes from the staff.

Yelp
I've been coming here for years now to pick up a quick burrito and coffee when I'm tired of other local spots and it never disappoints. The gtla burrito is such a winner with crispy hashbrowns and steak. They really know what they're doing and the service is always fast. You can even buy plants inside now - it's cute. Thanks for being in the neighborhood Guerilla Cafecito :)
google avatar

Yelp
I was excited to give Guerrilla Cafecito a go after driving by it for work so often. My experience was pretty disappointing though. Food: I had the breakfast burrito without bacon which was okay at best. There was chunks of cheese in the burrito not even shredded that really turned me off. The egg was bland and the burrito feel apart pretty easily in my hands. I didn't finish it 2/5 Drinks: I had the iced mocha which was delicious and a solid coffee. 5/5 Service: the cashier was super friendly and answered all my menu questions. Excellent service! I would go back for drinks only. The burrito is too expensive for the disappointment.

Yelp
One of THEE best carne asade burritos in Southern Cali! I eat here all the time!!!!!!!! Get some!!!!

Yelp
Tried this spot for the first time, I've been eying Guerilla tacos but that's only open in the afternoon. The vibes in this cafe are amazing, plants everywhere and they're all for sale. We ordered a matcha latte and a breakie and GTLA burrito. Both were super hearty. I thought it was interesting (in the best way) the hashbrowns in the GTLA had the crunch of the top layer of hashbrowns when you get it at any other breakfast spot and in my personal opinion it's the best part. The carne asada was flavorful and the bacon was thick. Solid breakfast spot for the arts district. Great coworking space for the morning.

Yelp
As someone who was born and raised in Southern California in a Mexican-American household you know a breakfast burrito is a part of the culture and growing up. From the ones my mother and grandmother would make with chorizo and refried beans to the ones at local mom and pop burger joints! So coming back to California I always make it a mission to get a breakfast burrito and always ask my friends what's the best ones they've recently had and this place came highly recommended. The burrito itself was just decadent and delicious - the tortilla was toasted to perfect, the eggs souffléd in a way that made them taste airy and moist and the savory ham and bacon, with creamy avocado. I can go on and on about how good it was. I appreciate that it took some time because I don't like a rushed job and it was worth the wait. The service and servers were great! I appreciated how they mixed my ice coffee with oat milk which I appreciated. Now the ambiance and decor inside was a homage to a chola/lowrider aesthetic, which one doesn't see often but because I grew up in a car club family I appreciated seeing the representation. I would definitely recommend this place and come again!
google avatar

Elayne W.

Yelp
They don't have a huge menu but what more do you need when you know you do breakfast burritos and sandwiches well. Ordered on my phone for pick up otw to Disneyland and they were the perfect breakfast to eat in the car to fill us up for the day. We also got some iced coffees and matcha which was nice to not have to make a separate stop for. We got the GTLA burrito (steak, sub tater tots cheese, avocado, salsa), BEC sandwich (Egg patty stuffed with Oaxacan cheese, American Cheese, Bacon, Black Pepper Mayo, Ketchup Hawain Roll) and the Chorizo Papas special burrito (Chorizo, Tater Tots, Cheese, Avo Mash & Arbol Salsa). All of them were delicious and HUGE so you will not be hungry if you're even able to finish the whole thing. I can't speak for the dining in experience but pick up was fast and easy!

Yelp
Super cute and charming cafe. Coffee- strong, balanced, espressos with a hint of fruity. Their cortado was delicious Food- they have a pretty good option. Brekkie bowl for the carb conscious Vibe- lots of plants, street-style art Service- very helpful and cheerful dude in the front Parking- street and I didn't have any issues on a Friday morning It's too bad I'm not really close to this cafe, otherwise it's totally good for slow mornings

Great coffee! Great pastries! Great Food! Clean lobby with plants and calming environment. The customer service is A plus!

Yelp
I truly the vibe of this coffee shop! Grabbed a quick bite to eat before work and took my breakfast burrito to go, but will definitely be back! Loved my breakfast burrito, btw! Definitely a great choice if you're on the go, like me.

Yelp
Damn, why haven't I been here before. I've been missing out! My plus one and I were craving a hearty breakfast burrito, and wow, Guerrilla Cafecito totally delivered some bomb breakfast burritos. We shared the GTLA and Breakie with an iced Chai and cold brew and holy smokes, both burritos were excellent. We both agreed GTLA was slightly better (he didn't care for the beans in the Breakie; I just loved the fact that I had a steak & potatoes burrito for breakfast). Cute cafe with street parking available. We managed to find a space just across the street since we got there pretty early on a weekend morning.
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
I came in excited to try the Breakie burrito after some co-workers raved about it. Grabbed one to go, along with a pistachio croissant. Sad to say, the burrito was unfortunate at best. Sloppily constructed, and overloaded with wet ingredients. Bacon was barely present; same with the eggs. It wasn't terrible, but not exactly good, either. Holding out hope that once this queasy feeling subsides, I'll be able to enjoy the croissant. Otherwise, this was an epic failure that left me with regret and a sour stomach.
google avatar

Vince P.

Yelp
The GTLA burrito is amazing. I'm not sure it counts as a breakfast burrito but I'd come just for this. The crispy (fried) rice is a great touch.
google avatar

Yelp
Since the cafecito is on the marquis so that's what I wanted to try. I was driving to another coffee shop and went by this place that said they had cafe de olla available every day. I didn't know that's what I wanted until I saw the sign. I was about to pull a bad driver move to get a parking spot but I noticed LAPD two cars back so I drove past and busted a u turn as soon as I could. When I finally parked, I walked in and was welcome by the staff. The nice folx took their time and dished great advice for a pastry to have with my cup of coffee. I sat and enjoyed the cafe de olla and pastry along with the music and murals in the shop. Solid cup of coffee. Bold and cinnamony but not acidic. Sweet but not too sweet. Great cup!! Made my day. Can't wait to come back for another cup in the middle of a hectic day.
google avatar

Yelp
Great breakfast burrito spot in arts district in Downtown LA. This is the sister breakfast restaurant of Guerrilla tacos which is right next door. They have some patio seating as well as seating indoors. The coffee and food are absolutely fantastic. Highly Recommend Vanilla Latte Iced DTLA Breakfast Burrito (Steak) Breakie Breakfast Burrito (Bacon) Both burritos are great but I think I like the breakie a little bit more. Also don't miss the coffee it's great!
google avatar

Rachel Ann C.

Yelp
One of my favorite hidden gems in the Arts District. This new cafe is only open until Noon everyday, but they're throwing down some great quality coffees and lattes, and take care to each cup. Their simple breakfast menu is actually really powerful. Attached to Guerrilla Tacos, their food is LA Mexican fusion-inspired. The classic Brekkie Burrito is filling, tasty and great to split with a friend. Their seasonal Sweet Potato Latte is so unique, and I appreciate how they make everything from scratch -- from the syrups, drinks, flavors, etc. The interior design and space of the cafe is also a plus. Beautifully decorated and inspired by Mexican culture (I also believe it's female-owned?), it's a great space to have my little morning coffee corner to write and be in my own world. I notice a lot of people come and go throughout the mornings, taking their coffees and full kitchen items to-go. People rave about their burritos, and it's a solid one. I kind of just wish they had a vegan/vegetarian-option for those more conscious, but it's okay. Brian the cafe manager and barista is also very friendly and accommodating, wanting you to have the best cup of coffee and experience possible. That level of commitment and care doesn't go unnoticed!

Yelp
The place is so peaceful!! I loved the concept and the ambient, here are lots of plants and they are for sale. Food is good.

Yelp
Great coffee, great pastries, great people. We had the vanilla latte, matcha latte, and amazing ginger snapesque cookie. Baristas super friendly and one of the clean restrooms in the Arts District. All 5/5.

Yelp
I love this cafecito! I'm a big fan of Guerilla Tacos and was thrilled when they opened this place too. I've been here several times. I enjoy the breakfast burritos and I the burrito bowl too. And the donuts are large and delicious. Very unique, with caramelized milk and lemon They sell out so best to go earlier in the morning if you want the donuts. Great breakfast food and coffee. The decor is awesome! Indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly employees. Easy street parking.

Yelp
Food is great Service is awful waited for 45 mins for a latte and burrito The girls are not friendly it's a shame because the food is good but because I feel like I'm bugging them makes it a very bad experience

Yelp
The Coffee and food were amazing! Great ambiance as well. Will definitely be back when in town.

Yelp
Honestly I didn't even order food for myself. I ordered coffee. And even that was wrong. What happened to customer service and actually caring about customers? I waited to pick up our order an additional 10-15 minutes even though we had been notified that the food was ready but I don't even care. The food was ready and I asked the cashier if the coffee was iced and she responded no. What I was hoping to heard after was... would you like me to remake it for you or even something as simple as can I add some ice in there for you? But no. The response I got... that's what it says on the paper, FORTUNATELY. Well, ma'am your fortune was my misfortune. I had high expectations for this place but clearly customer service was no good. I value customer service and treatment much more greater than the food a restaurant offers. Oh well, hopefully the manager trains their staff better. I'm disappointed. Something as simple as fixing a hot drink to a cold one was so hard for the girl at the cashier. The parking is located in the back, but it was filled to the brim so I had to block another car to have my car inside the gate. Wait time was just reasonable I guess but it's only 10am, peak breakfast time has ended and it's not even lunch time so I don't know why I waited longer than I was supposed to. I most likely will not be returning. Now that I got to the office and my coworkers opened their food... what is this bacon???? It's burnt to a crisp. How do people prepare this and expect customers to eat it?

Ben P.

Yelp
I don't understand why this place is being slept on absolutely the best breakfast burritos ever. Ever nothing is even close. The crack crunch the cracked, moisture, the crack, fat content everything is perfect. The coffee is solid. I would even say better than average. Everyone is super cool. Interior is great too. But the GT LA burrito. Out of control. I don't leave reviews regularly, but I have to support this place. If my blood pressure and waistline were not an issue, I would be here every day. Please, please please support this place.
google avatar

Yelp
OMG brekkie with that crunch is absolutely delightful. Coffee Colombian Roast was nice and vanilla latte was delicious. Lovely interiors. Feels homey and comfy.

Yelp
Located on the corner of 7th and Mateo is Guerilla Cafecito! It's connected to Guerilla Tacos so don't be alarmed if Guerilla Tacos looks closed. Go down Mateo for an additional second and you'll see the storefront for the Cafecito. We ordered our burritos ahead of time but would love to come back and dine-in. The dining area is very spacious and artsy inside. Would be great to enjoy a slow morning and get your day started here. Tons of natural light and urban/colorful decor make the inside of the store delightful. We got the breakie and the GTLA. The breakie has bacon, avo, hash browns, cheese, pinto beans, eggs, and salsa. The GTLA has steak, hash browns, cheese, avo, and salsa. Our favorite part of both burritos is the CRISSSPPPPYYYY hash browns that they fry to crunchy perfection! My fiancé's complaint with other breakfast burritos is that they can be mushy and one note in texture - but not here! These burritos are balanced, and the salsa is good! A nice medium all around salsa with a kick. I do wish there was a hotter version but I was satisfied this time. We also got hot coffee and cold brew - both were done right! They're open from 8AM-12PM daily. I have to come back for their horchata donut... :)

Yelp
Yum! Came to this place for breakfast today. 9:30a on a Saturday and there was almost no one here. The seating arrangement is cool. There's indoor and outdoor. Lots of plants and games. The service was friendly and food came out fast. The coffee was amazing, best latte I've had in awhile. I also got a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast burrito. Both will knock your socks off. I'll definitely be back here. Really cool LA vibe.

Yelp
Food was great, service was good has well and got like a chill vibe with plants that are for sale. I happen to like plants so they have lots of plants that produce energy. I ordered the GTLa Great burrito corn Asada was tender and cheese was gooey. Will recommended. Came around 10:00 very chill and not crowded at all

Yelp
It was highly recommended by a colleague so I had to check it out. I orderd the GTLA burrito. It's totally a different take on burrito than what I have tasted before. It came with this distinct spicy sauce. It was overpowering in general. The eggs and grated potatoes were soft and fresh. The design of the place so colorful and truly inviting. Parking could be challenging. We parked across the street, parking lot with a machine to payZ
google avatar

Yelp
The wackiest breakfast sandwich I ever had. Two horrible breakfast sandwiches and two coffees for $46. That shit is criminal. Yall got me fkd up rn. The breakfast sandwich looks like a crispy chicken sandwich with the consistency of baby diaherea. Except baby diaherea looks better than this sandwich did after I took a bite. I wouldn't be so pissed but you guys are taxing way too overpriced

Elizabeth V.

Yelp
I wanted to love this place, but the wait time combined with price and taste wasn't it. The place itself is super cute and great for photos, there's tons of beautiful plants and seating. The service is decent, we asked for recommendations since it was our first time and they couldn't really give us any, just pointed at the menu. The price for coffee at least is not worth it, the strong coffee they had was the cold brew and we asked for flavors and they just have the basic coffee. So we added oatmilk (extra) and they gave us the tiniest splash. The burritos were fine but waiting 20 mins is way too long especially on a busy morning.
google avatar

Yelp
Parking around Bread Lounge was pretty bad so I turned around and passed drove by Guerilla Cafecito and found parking. Figured, why not try it. Guerrilla Cafecito is the brunch menu at Guerrilla Tacos, the once gourmet taco truck that survived the recession and now a brick and mortar. There's a street sign on the sidewalk with the menu. I saw the GTLA burrito... The lady behind the counter wasn't too friendly and asked.. What do you like... There was no "Good Morning" or.. "this is our menu". I mentioned a breakfast burrito. The unfriendly serious tone of the lady made me to walk away but figure my hunger pains ignored the rude manner. FYI. The interior doesn't have a menu on the wall. The lady rolled her eyes and pointed to a menu to the side and lower than eye level, the menu half letter size with small print. Anyways, back to the GTLA... It was delicious. Great quality product. Steak served medium rare, great flavor, crispy hash browns, avocado and salsa. One of the best I've had in recent times. I also ordered a drip coffee. Very smooth, no complaints. Minus, the untrained and unprofessional rude service, the GTLA burrito is legit.

Yelp
Loved the cafe de olla here. Its balanced with hot chocolate and canela is a good touch. Burrito is loaded with avocado. Hot sauce is mild and watery. Loved the art decor. Place opens at 8am. Credit cards and Apple Pay accepted.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday morning looking for some mean breakfast burritos, and that is indeed what we found! We ordered: - brekkie (breakfast burrito with bacon) - DTLA burrito (breakfast burrito with steak) - one chocolate chip cookie - iced vanilla latte - hot latte Both burritos were DELISH. (Please refer to picture to see the size of it!) it is pretty large and also BOMB. COM. the chocolate chip cookie I would skip next time. A new favorite which I'm adding to my breakfast burrito rotation!

Yelp
One of the top places in LA to grab a breakfast burrito! (I also put La Azteca and Macheen on my short list) Great place to meet friends for breakfast, coffee, and deep/fun convos. Try the pistachio croissant if they have it. It makes you think -- WHY DIDN'T ANYONE THINK OF THIS BEFORE!??!

Yelp
I was in DTLA early this morning and searched for some breakfast spots. I had seen photos and reviews about their iced cafe de olla but they said they didn't have it I was really looking forward to that so minus one star! (Bring it back ) haha We got the Chorizo con papa burrito and the GTLA burrito and both so delicious. The Chai latte was also good. The service was friendly and quick!

Yelp
Our go to spot for a quick breakie burrito! The orange juice is so good too. If you're hungry, one burrito will do. If you're hungry but saving room for more eating around town, share a burrito. My fave is the GTLA burrito. It's got crispy hashbrowns, a generous amount of steak, and the salsa isn't bad either. I guess the prices can seem high for a burrito, but it's LA, what do you expect?! Also I think the ingredients they use are so tasty, so it's super worth it to me.

Yelp
Just had the BEC sandwich and my GOODNESS! Thats a good sandwich. It's more on the heavier side, but I'm glad it's not like a skimpy tiny sandwich. So worth it!! Also such a cute ambience here, and the workers are fun and kind.

Yelp
update: the quality of this place has gone downhill. the last two times i have stopped there the gtla burrito has been horrible. the last time, mine was missing avocado and i received no sauce in the to go bag and this time it had like 1 or 2 avocado chunks, the meat tasted almost rancid and had no flavor. on top of that had huge fatty chunks that were just chewy and barely any meat. the cheese didnt even melt which is questionable for cheese or it was vegan... for the price they should really step their ingredient game back to where it used to be. and work on getting all the ingredients on to the burrito and in the bag like they used to. please looks at picture 1 and 2. what they advertise vs wgat you get. so sad.

Yelp
Terrible service, came in really excited to have breakfast after seeing this on social media. Asked for egg white and was told no, I asked them if they used whole eggs and they said yes, but refused to accommodate my dietary needs when it would have been so easy to. Rude and feels extremely pretentious.
