I think a two star might be a little generous here. First thing, the tacos I got were nothing like the ones you see in most of the pictures here, so not sure if they ran out, or they switched over or what, but whatever the reason, it wasn't a good move.
Went on a weekday night, not super busy, to catch some of the Ranger game and hang out. Looking forward to trying Guy's as someone I knew said it was pretty good, and the pics anyway, looked worthwhile. I got the cheeseburger taco's, three to an order for $10, and a beer.
Short wait, grabbed my tacos and first thing I noticed was they were super small, and each taco had a few bits of meat, with about the same amount of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. I ate them, and honestly, they were good, but after I finished, I was wondering where I was going to eat next. It was later in the evening, I hadn't eaten since lunch, and I was still pretty hungry.
Another thing, I was told the beer I ordered was the same price anywhere at the venue, but it was almost $1 cheaper when I got another at one of the social space bars later. Finally got to try the famous donkey sauce and it tasted to me like a one off ranch recipe. I realize this place isn't going to be cheap, and I have no problem with that. What I don't like is I felt like I got gypped for what I paid. Yes, I know the tacos are supposed to be street taco size, but these didn't even come close to that. A really low value for what you pay.
I'll try it again at some point and see if things change, but right now Guy's is a no go for me.
