Google
I bought chicken taco for $11.13 they were not fresh. Meat and cheese they were out of toppings 11-21-24 feel free to contact me.

Google
Food was amazing and the price was good considering the area. I got carne asada and it tasted hot and fresh. The sauce was super spicy and flavorful and the guacamole was a delicious addition. Only downside is the venue is crazy loud but they don't have control over that so it's nbd. I took my tacos to go and enjoyed them in my hotel room.

Our first time here, it was on our bucket list to eat at Guy Fieri's restaurant, we love his TV show Dinners, Drive,-ins and dines! The staff was extremely friendly! It didn't take long at all to order or get our food. I got the chicken fajita rajas.... Amazing! Husband, Sister and brother in law got the drunken shrimp.... Also Amazing. Perfect amount of food for a healthy person. I actually had to make myself eat all 4 tacos because I didn't want to waste any of it because it was so good!

Google
The best thing about this place is the frozen watermelon margarita. The food was horrible, the worst tacos I’ve ever had in my life, taco bueno and Taco Bell taste much better. This pic is some of what came out of my carne asada tacos..yuck! What’s worse is the guy who took my order said that these were the best tacos on the menu, wow he must have never ate tacos anywhere else. These were street tacos too…yuck yuck, don’t waste your money or time. Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Just go to Pudges pizza, it’s the best place here.

Taylor Coleman

Google
While good, the shrimp tacos were extremely small for their price. I think they use 3-4 inch shells and put 2 shrimp on each. The price would indicate I was about to receive a good sized meal but instead after spending $16 I left hungry looking for more food.

I was here on 08/07 for the Rangers game vs Marlins. Great service and the tacos came as they would promptly since it was a game day. We were aware the tacos come in 4. The tacos were delicious!

Google
We came right before a cowboys playoff game. Line was long but went quickly. The corn tortilla and chicken was very dry. The carne asada tacos were good. The 24 oz margarita was 10$ and tasted awful so I poured my Shiner beer into it. Not enough tables for the hundreds of people. Staff was friendly.

Zoe Moore

Google
Sooo good. Shocked to see this place with low stars. Great price considering placement of business and so delicious. We all loved our tacos. Highly recommend the Carne Asada tacos (pictured Below). You won’t regret it!

Yelp
Food- Shrimp Tacos 4/5 Service- 4/5 Asked for my tacos "guys style" and was told they haven't done that in years and she's unsure why it's even on the menu. Tacos took about 5 mins. Tasted pretty good.

Ben R.

Yelp
Horrible service and rude customer service Literally tried to give me somebody else's margarita Well moral of the story in the middle of this review they kicked us out due to saying they didn't want us in the establishment due to giving us a review that we complained about and We found out tonight we are not aloud to do this while in the restaurant they said it was illegal and called security lol Welll thank you guess what I'm leaving the review

Scott E.

Yelp
Honestly I was expecting more from these tacos. The meat was lukewarm at best and wasn't packed with flavor, however it was tender and seemed a decent quality. It's a walk up taco stand inside Texas Live. Tip machine defaults at 20%. I adjusted accordingly. There's also a 3% service fee. Drinks are expensive $3.75 for can of Diet Coke. I would not go back considering all the other restaurants located here. No wonder no one was lined up.

Quincy S.

Yelp
Tacos are advertised as $9.95 and they charge $10 plus a utility fee. Good tacos but it's the principle that they don't charge as advertised. I want my nickel back :( Tip machine defaults at an automatic price (I think 20%) rather than 0% for a fast casual joint. Once again, it's the principle of scamming more money than advertised.

Jordan Q.

Yelp
2 people working, out of high sellers. Don't eat here, also not very clean looking behind the counter

Doug P.

Yelp
Food here is good, not great. We went to @TexasTangers game early just to have these tacos. We didn't have to wait very long in line and the wait once ordered was about 5 minutes. But as we stood waiting and then eating the line got progressively longer and wait times grew as well. We actually didn't realize this was a @guyfieri place until we heard someone behind us mention it. We don't need and probably won't come back. The Cheeseburger taco was good but no spice, the Carne asada was good with a little spice.

Angie C.

Yelp
We got the Al Pastor taco and they had a great flavor;but we both had some pieces of meat that were fatty and grisly, which is the kiss of death for me. The person taking orders was very kind and competent.

Cristy Z.

Yelp
I was sticker shocked at the prices at first but once I learned you get 4 for that price it was a pretty good price for bar food. The drunken shrimp was our favorite followed by the asada. Yum!

Olivia B.

Yelp
Recommend if you are limited on time before a game or show. Food is already prepared, so they just need to dish it. We ordered the carne asada and Al pastor tacos. They were small and lacked flavor. But like I mentioned, if you have to eat quickly, this place is fine.

Jaime Z.

Yelp
This is the first time I have been here. I tried the beef tacos and I enjoyed them. There are limited options in Texas live but this is one of the better ones.

Tiffany A.

Yelp
Surprised by all of the negative reviews. We were hanging out at Texas Live and I just wanted a snack before moving to the next spot. I ordered the carne asada tacos (wish I had a photo) and I watched them make them fresh. They were super delicious and I would definitely come back again and try the drunken shrimp.

Daniel C.

Yelp
Who doesn't like tacos right? It's the perfect snack when having beers. We accidentally found Guy's Fieri's Taco Joint standing at the bar. Since we were on a drinking marathon, food seemed like a good idea. Tacos seemed like a great idea. Well the tacos weren't bad but the flavors weren't to our liking. It was also very messy and some fell apart. We ordered a bunch to try and concluded that this place isn't for us. It also took awhile to get our order as they weren't adequately staffed. Timing could have been the issue since a bunch of people decided to give them a try the same time we did. Would I purposely come here? Probably not and I can see why they don't have lots of great reviews. We are glad that we ate some food though. It helped a lot with all the drinking we did. I can't say I recommend this restaurant but if you're in the mood for tacos and a Guy Fieri fan then check them out.

Randy B.

Yelp
Good food but over priced. Expected some more of his caliber, wild hip and mixture of flavors. Just wasn't the case .

Giselle P.

Yelp
Located at the Texas Live! District Taco Joint was a huge let down. I used to watch guy Fieri's tv shows and had some high expectations to try his joint. Blaah save your money I had the Al Pastor (very dry) and the Drunken Shrimp. They came three to an order and were "street tacos" A.K.A very small and they fell apart pretty easily. Not impressed at all and won't go back

Christopher V.

Yelp
I'd rather eat Taco Bell. Surprised Guy would put his name behind a place this mediocre. Not worthy of a detailed review.

Grant H.

Yelp
In Texas Live Visited late after a Friday night concert at ball park. It was one of the few places still serving food around 11 or midnight, thankfully. A little under $30 for a couple small snacks and 2 waters. The meat was not juicy, and skimpy for the price. It was okay in jam.

Lori H.

Yelp
Stopped by before going to the Ranger game. Thought it's Guy's place, it has to be good. Wrong. The service was a negative star. So so slow. They were not in a hurry for anything. Didn't care that they had a huge line. Had the frozen marg and it was average. My husband had the carne asada tacos. They were really good. I had the drunken shrimp tacos. When my husband gave them to me, all I smelled was that awful fish smell. Tells me it's not fresh. They were not blackened either. If you visit this location, stick to the carne asada and skip anything seafood.

Prisella C.

Yelp
First, the service was bad. The guy at the counter didn't greet us, he just kinda stood there. Didn't seem like he wanted to be there. When I asked for water he gives me a bottle of water. I tell him I just want a cup of water. He said they don't do that. Really?? Why is that not an option?? The tacos are a joke for 11 bucks. They barely fit in the palm of my hand (I don't have big hands). You get 3 little tacos sprinkled with a few toppings for 11bucks. They give you a tiny sliver of avocado. I ordered the shrimp tacos. They could have been good but the tortillas were cold. And you basically finish the taco in 2 bites. My boyfriend ordered the Al pastor tacos, he had the same experience except he finished his in 1 bite. Also, the employees didn't even bother clearing off tables or wiping them down. I had to bring other people's trash to the counter. Which wouldn't have been a big deal if they were busy but the guy by the register was just standing there most of the time. If you're in the mood for tacos, I'd try the nearest gas station where they serve tacos!!

Cristian T.

Yelp
BEWARE! When you order, the tip is automatically placed on there highest rate and they try to cash you out as quick as possible. This happened to my family members and after everyone had ordered I was next and realized that we had already tipped them close to 30$ for a few plates. When my aunt told the cashier, they stated "you agreed to it...". So, when they saw me put a -0- dollar tip, the worker standing around stated "Wow, it's that hard to tip huh?". Absolutely rude, no need for smart comments, especially coming from someone who in over 30 mins of waiting in line, I saw him get about 5 drinks ready and just lean on the kitchen counter watching the cashier and the 2 lady cooks go crazy behind him.

Laura G.

Yelp
Really very good, I'm taking off 1 star because they didn't have forks to scoop up all the yummy taco fillings that fell out, or limes. I had the carne asada tacos, 4 smallish tacos for $11. I felt like it was a good deal, especially because it has a celeb chefs name assocated with it. The tacos were awesome but super spicy for me, alittle extra lime to squeeze on would have been great, but all in all I can't wait to go back!!

Moto S.

Yelp
I think a two star might be a little generous here. First thing, the tacos I got were nothing like the ones you see in most of the pictures here, so not sure if they ran out, or they switched over or what, but whatever the reason, it wasn't a good move. Went on a weekday night, not super busy, to catch some of the Ranger game and hang out. Looking forward to trying Guy's as someone I knew said it was pretty good, and the pics anyway, looked worthwhile. I got the cheeseburger taco's, three to an order for $10, and a beer. Short wait, grabbed my tacos and first thing I noticed was they were super small, and each taco had a few bits of meat, with about the same amount of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. I ate them, and honestly, they were good, but after I finished, I was wondering where I was going to eat next. It was later in the evening, I hadn't eaten since lunch, and I was still pretty hungry. Another thing, I was told the beer I ordered was the same price anywhere at the venue, but it was almost $1 cheaper when I got another at one of the social space bars later. Finally got to try the famous donkey sauce and it tasted to me like a one off ranch recipe. I realize this place isn't going to be cheap, and I have no problem with that. What I don't like is I felt like I got gypped for what I paid. Yes, I know the tacos are supposed to be street taco size, but these didn't even come close to that. A really low value for what you pay. I'll try it again at some point and see if things change, but right now Guy's is a no go for me.

Susan V.

Yelp
Facilities Fee?? A 3% facilities fee will be added to the total of each check. This fee is not a tip or service charge. Who does this!!!

Bernadette C.

Yelp
You would think they would stock pile for Game Day : You would think this place would recognize when they are almost out of food: In line for 1 hour after the game, not one word that they were almost out of food. Get up to the counter - sorry guys we are out ! Hahaha ridiculous, you cannot recognize that you are getting low.. Management needs to show staff how to run the place. Disappointed so many people stand in line just to tell them you are out of food. Made so many people angry.. never again.

Stacy W.

Yelp
Had dinner here tonight before the rangers game. The tacos fell apart on the second bite. I asked for a fork but no...they were out of forks. The tacos were not as good as Fuzzy's. $40 for 4 small tacos and 2 beers. Skip this place. Plenty other places to eat in the area!

Stephenie M.

Yelp
The WORST customer service I've ever experienced! They accused us of already picking up our order after asking when it was going to be ready. That was after waiting an hour in line. I know they have no control over the long line but they do have control over how they treat customers. Needless to say it took us showing our cc statement and them watching film for them to give us our order. Dillon didn't even say a word to us in the end but just handed us our food. Don't go here if you have other choices.

Christina T.

Yelp
This taco place was just average. Cashier/cook was flat rude. $10 for 4 street tacos. All they do IS tacos. I had the cheeseburger tacos which were good. Between the 8 of us we probably tried everything on the menu and everyone was happy. The margaritas on the other hand...not so much. On the rocks is made with jarritos so I opted for a frozen jalapeno at the price of $12. Pretty pricey for such a small amount of alcohol that it remained so frozen that ice formed on the outside of the cup. Didnt taste very good either- just better than the one that wasn't spicy. There is a 90% chance I won't be back if and when I return to Texas Live.

Troy S.

Yelp
The location is awesome and the food was good. I would go back but the service was so disappointing. We had a young gal who was easily overwhelmed and didn't really care. We we here for a weekend away from San Diego to enjoy a Cowboys game and the Texas Live was an awesome choice. The mediocre service and minimal clean up at the central tables was unacceptable. More staff and more staff that cares.

Michael R.

Yelp
Sad to say this place is not good. It has great potential, however, there must be changes for it to get better. Reading the menu, I was excited to try everything. Sadly, the extremely poor service started off the bad experience. The counter people were rude and acted as if they couldn't wait to get out of there. The tacos were insultingly small for the 12 price tag and the flavor well it was just disappointing not to mention the sloppy presentation. I'm a huge Fieri fan and have visited several of his restaurants but this one needs help.

Sandra B.

Yelp
The food was amazing, beyond amazing. It's in the Texas Live building and is just a little counter restaurant. It was a fun environment with all the other restaurants and bars around.

Thomas G.

Yelp
So, the Tacos are ok. Reasonably priced for where it is. Not anywhere near the quality of what the owners of Texas Live could have gotten from one of the many local joints. That said, it should not take 68 minutes total to get a taco. 20 minutes waiting in line to order and 48 minutes waiting for said ordered tacos. One of the sit down places probably would have been quicker. This falls squarely on management because it went from 2 to 3 to 4 people staffing the front section (I am assuming the grills are behind the prep area wall) on a football Sunday lunch rush and the last Rangers home game. I can't imagine how slow it was the day before because it was the Arkansas A&M game and the crowd was much larger.

Shayla M.

Yelp
We arrived at the restaurant in Arlington by the ballpark at 7:00 last Saturday right before the rodeo we sat down at a booth, sat there for 20 minutes before I waitress came. Then she took her drink orders. Sat there another 20 minutes. I saw our drink sitting at the bar or waitress was nowhere to be seen the whole time we were there. I had to get up twice to get our drink order myself. Then she comes back and gives me a snide smirk because I got up and got my drinks cuz she'd been gone for 30 minutes. Not to mention she look like he she just rolled out of bed! I was very disappointed in the service. The food was awesome. Service sucked this restaurant should do better and be better. I spent $200 and I had to serve myself when our food was brought. We waited another 20 minutes for silverware. I do not recommend going to this bar/restaurant!

Sydney B.

Yelp
So I came here on a Saturday night after a big concert. I'm assuming that's why my review is a lot higher than most others, because our food was very fresh. I had the carne asada taco because I assumed it was a relatively safe bet. After reading previous reviews I kinda assumed my food would be terrible but I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't analyze the quality of the meat or anything crazy but I found it relatively tender and tasty. The sauce and cotija cheese they put on it was good. The price wasn't terrible considering it was next to such a huge concert venue but I do understand why others felt jipped with the small size of the four tacos given, although personally I thought they were pretty standard for street tacos. All in all if you can catch them with fresh food I'd say to give them a try. I think a lot of the negativity is because Guy Fieris name is attached so it creates a big name to live up to. I wouldn't expect gourmet but for a decent taco after a concert or baseball game this will certainly do.

Paris S.

Yelp
This was our only option and I was not excited about it because of all the bad reviews. However, I think the more Americanized tacos are the way to go! We got the cheeseburger taco and fried avocado taco and both were delicious!

Jonathan S.

Yelp
No shrimp available to try and no place to sit down. Otherwise, I might've given then place a higher rating. The public was lead to believe this was going to be a "restaurant" -- not a counter in a European discotheque.

Lauren H.

Yelp
The reviews on this place honestly surprise me! I went on a Friday afternoon and they were doing a special where they were giving out four tacos in instead of 3. I went about 3:30 pm so they weren't busy at all. Definitely the time to go. The people at the counter were super helpful and the food came out super fast. I was super impressed and ill definitely be coming back once I'm back in town.

Tracie A.

Yelp
What a HUGE disappointment! HUGE! First let me say, the place is super cute for a fast-food looking joint! But that is where my nice comments have to stop. Customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!! Typically I can handle bad service, but this girl taking our order - holy crap! Rude hardly covers what she was. No "Hi, how can I help you" - nothing. She just stared at us like we were from another planet... We got there over an hour after they'd opened (OVER an Hour AFTER they opened... just had to reiterate that!) - and they were NOT busy. We were the only ones there (a couple of people came by after we sat down, but that's about it). I ordered the pork tacos (3 tiny street taco's for $10), and I don't mind paying for food if it's good... but the pork was so dry, it was scratching my throat. I had ordered a side of guac to go with my order and the girl said "Um, we don't have any guac, they haven't made any yet" (this is where my OVER an HOUR after they opened frustration comes in). They literally have only about 5 different taco's and maybe 2-3 sides that they offer on the menu, guac being one of the sides - and they hadn't made any yet? Shouldn't all of the prep be done before an establishment opens? I'm so sad about this. I was so excited that Guy Fieri had opened a place in Arlington. But this was a huge let down.

B E.

Yelp
Well I'm not sure where to start. Street tacos are served with 2 corn tortillas not 1 so that they do not fall apart. The Al pastor tacos had no flavor. The carne asada tacos had no flavor. The green salsa had no flavor. The red salsa had no flavor. The pickled carrots, onions & jalapeños tasted like water. All in all, I guess that you're dining here for the atmosphere not the flavor of the food. Very disappointed in this establishment.

Emily M.

Yelp
Um no, just no. I liked 1 of the 2 types of tacos we tried but between the prcie, service, and the wait this place sucks. We were the only people there so I am not sure why we waited so long. The quality of the food is ridiculous for the $12 for 3 taco price tag.

Wesley P.

Yelp
Overpriced yummy tacos with terrible service. Only seven items on the menu. Four tacos per order, no mixing. $11 or $12 per four tacos. Also terrible service.

Karina S.

Yelp
What an awesome taco joint! This isn't your basic TexMex - this is REALLY GOOD authentic tacos with a perfect Guy Fieri twist. I had the Achiote Tacos and they was fantastic! Definitely took my tastebuds on a trip to Flavor Town. My husband had the Al Pastor tacos and he said they were the best tacos he's had since we moved to Texas a few months ago. It's a fun, fast, casual experience with incredible food. Plus, it's inside Texas Live, which makes the experience extra cool.

Andrea D.

Yelp
I took some of my staff to try the new Taco Joint at Texas Live! We had an order of Pastor, Carne Asada, and Shrimp tacos. They were good but not great. We were disappointed there were no appetizers and only small scoops of guacamole and pico for $1/ea. Also, they do not have tea or Topo Chico? This is a Texas themed area, right?!!? The parking is terrible, and once we made it to the building, we were refused entry at the front due to a meeting taking place in the middle of Sports & Social so it was irritating to have to walk all the way around the building when a walkway could've easily been accommodated for general public. I did not hate it, but will definitely not seek it out when my Texas blood needs a Taco fix. Too hard to get to and the food is not worth the struggle.

Taylor M.

Yelp
Seriously, give me all the tacos. I was in town for work and Texas Live! just very recently opened. I'm a huge fan of Guy Fieri so when I saw he had a taco joint, I had to try it out. My coworkers and I got the avocado, drunken shrimp, cheeseburger and a type of chicken taco. All of them were great but the drunken shrimp were AMAZING! It was pretty easy to order and didn't take more than 10 minutes for all of our tacos to come out.

Gabe A.

Yelp
It was midnight on a Tuesday, the line was at least twenty deep and thank the heavens above we did not go anywhere else. I had the shrimp tacos and my wife had the asada tacos. These three little tacos were well worth the wait and made us wish we bought two more orders. All ingredients were fresh along with all the sauces. Try the donkey sauce! The venue this place is in will blow your mind. A must visit if you are around the Arlington area. We have tried many different Guy Fieri's Triple D locations, but this is the first Guy Owned stop. Definitely recommend this great place.

Alexa G.

Yelp
Waaaay overpriced. For about $10 you get three tiny tacos, which aren't even that good. I had the drunken shrimp, which was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the money. I've had $2 gas station tacos that were tastier and more filling. Soda and water is $2.50 and isn't refillable. The only pros are the quick service (took less than 10 min to get our food) and the restaurant's location -- you can sit facing outwards toward the big screen TVs.

Sean T.

Yelp
Pretty tacos. That's about it. Why is the tortilla red if it still has no flavor? The meat looks good and charged a little but no flavor. The salsa On it was ok. Altogether it DID. NOT!!! "Take me to flavor town".Saddened by this.. There are better tacos at the gas station down the street.

Shan S.

Yelp
The tacos were fresh and amazing. I had the Drunken Shrimp tacos and they were just right and you get just enough be filling.

Julie H.

Yelp
Wow, what can I say, super slow service. I realize it's not actually Guy's restaurant, but, they do him a great disservice. Pastor tacos were just chunks of tough, over cooked pork. Even the Carnival cruise ships with Guy's Burger Joints on them can do it right, but, not this location.

Chris L.

Yelp
Awful. I decided i would tip a little extra in hopes of a little extra. Pfft nothing happening. Employees are terrible, tacos are terrible. Tasteless food, employees could care less about being here. Stay away! I would say it's like McDonalds, but I don't want to insult McDonalds!

Laura B.

Yelp
The Achote Tacos were alright. If you aren't prepared for the corn tortillas to be quasi-deep fried, you've been warned. Little flavor...even with lime, salsa, and salt/pepper. Unremarkable in my book and definitely not worth $11.
