"I'm noting that Guy Fieri’s Taco Joint will open on August 9 at Texas Live in Arlington, in the development between Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium. The concept leans less toward Donkey Sauce‑slathered burgers and more toward tacos, including Shiner Ruby Red‑glazed pork shoulder tacos and an 'Achiote Chicken' taco of shredded, slow‑braised achiote‑marinated chicken topped with borracho sauce, pico de gallo, cabbage, cotija and salsa rojo.
