Quite a long wait but it was worth it! The tomato salad which is the restaurant's special is also a must. I would advise to arrive early before the restaurant opening time to receive a ticket.

Fresh and delicious beef tongue! It was grilled to perfection, keeping both the mouthfeel and the juiciness in the meat. Would highly recommend it to anyone that loves the beefy taste.

We arrived 20 minutes before dinner service and were lucky to be among the first to get a table. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. The gyutan was incredible—perfectly grilled, tender, and full of rich flavor. Easily the best I’ve ever had! The tataki was also outstanding, with a delicate texture and deep umami taste. To complete the meal, we added tororo to the rice, which made everything even more satisfying. If you love gyutan, this is a must-visit spot. Highly recommended!

Of all the beef tongue meals I had in Sendai, this had the best price / quality ratio by far. It would have been nice to have otsumami on the menu, but I don't really mind it when a place is specialized. Otoshi (service charge and a small tapas) if you order alcohol. 5 minute wait around 8.30pm on a weekday.

The most terrible waiting experience. Extremely chaotic and unfair queue management. We were the next table, but waited nearly one hour while multiple groups were seated ahead of us. The waiter said they have reservations but we tried to call couple days ago and they said no reservation. One group had even missed their number long ago but was still let in. We were repeatedly told “you’re next,” while others kept being seated. The experience was already ruined before we even stepped inside.

If there's a MUST of the delicious food list. This restaurant is the must of my life. Although they don't speak English they will share the English menu with you, and I confirmed the price and quality are the same between the Japanese and English menus. I visited here very randomly around 9 pm, still crowded and you could even smell the smoky nice beef smells when you got downstairs. Please visit here if you visit Sendai, or even visit Sendai again just for the delicious foods.

Very popular place for gyutan and for good reason! We came for lunch 3 minutes before they opened and just made it in for the first seating. The tomatoes were delicious and the beef tongue was seasoned perfectly, thick and chewy. The barley rice was also excellent. Definitely the best place to get gyutan and worth the money & wait in my opinion!

The best Gyutan in my life. I went to this restaurant on weekday. 18.45 arrive at restaurant. Waiting time about 1 hr. I love tongue tataki very much
