The 12 Best Wine Bars In Buenos Aires 2024 - Buenos Aires - The Infatuation

"Almacén means “corner store,” and this spot really does feel like one, with a big counter up front and everything. But the historic 1920s-era exterior and cozy, candlelit barroom also make it elegant enough for a phenomenal date. The wine list features regional Argentine wines, mostly but not exclusively from Mendoza. If you haven’t tried one already, this is the place to order a picada (charcuterie board) with meats like bresaola and ‘nduja. Choose a table looking out onto the bustling street corner, where you can get some quality people-watching in, too." - annie bacher

Hache Almacén, Buenos Aires, Argentina - Bar Review | Condé Nast Traveler

"First impression? The first thing you notice when you walk in is God handing Adam a glass of vino. The Creation of Adam parody kind of sets the scene for this cozy wine bar, which is at once casual, homey and welcoming. A slice of heaven in trendy Palermo Hollywood. The menu is small but features the types of wines you'd have to travel to Salta or Mendoza to taste. Cool. So who’s there? This place is popular with the eclectic locals who live in this part of Palermo Hollywood and the occasional tourist who somehow chanced upon this place. Wherever they come from, it's clear that patrons are curious to learn a bit about Argentine wine and the sommelier does not disappoint. How are the drinks? Hache is about wine and if you don't know your Malbecs from your Torrontés, the best thing is to let the staff lead you on a wine journey. Worth ordering something to eat, too? The only thing on the menu is a picada, Argentine for charcuterie and cheese plate, which features ingredients sourced from a nearby town called Tandil. Piece of advice: try everything! Did the staff do you right? The owner has a reputation for being a bit cantankerous if you catch him on a bad day. The staff, however, is young, lovely and eager to help navigate the menu. One thing you found especially noteworthy? A long communal table takes center stage at this bar, so it's a good place to come solo—and make friends with whoever sits next to you—or with a couple of friends." - Celeste Moure

An old house in Palermo full of charm! Great wines and absolutely delicious food! We highly recommend the “Tacos de asado al vino tinto” and the “Tortilla gratinada” — both were outstanding. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The best place in Buenos Aires! Not only they have an amazing wine selection, you will also have the best service, the best tortilla (!!!!), excellent charcuterie and more! We have been coming back during our trip to BA multiple times and we cannot wait to come back again. If we lived around the corner, we would be frequent guests here. Mr. Romeo, thank you for your friendly servive (in perfect English) and the great dishes you have prepared for us!

Excellent selection of wines, cheese, charcuterie. Server was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and gave wonderful recommendations. Had a live DJ but not at all a party vibe, was super chill. Great environment.

Absolutely the best wine bar in town. Extremely friendly staff, excellent selection of reasonably priced Argentinean wines and superb food/tapas. The only place we visited twice in BA in two weeks.

I recently moved to this neighbourhood and already know that I’ll be spending a lot of time here. Our server Nicolas was knowledgeable and happily helped us select our wine. The wine list here is enormous, so it’s always nice to have someone interested enough to help guide you. I’ve been here twice and once the ambiance was slow jazz and the other, a cooler vibe. Both perfect for what I was feeling. We split the picada for two and were not disappointed. Thanks team! Nos vemos.

Intimate wine bar with Jazz music playing in the background. Perfect for a date or catching up with a friend. Every seat was filled by 9pm on a Wednesday , come early.

Loved it here - Nicolas, our server, was super friendly and attentive and helped us pick some fantastic wines by the glass to see out our last evening in BA... ambient, great picada and wine selection and great service.

We spent New Years Eve at Hache and the owner and staff made a very intimate atmosphere with great food and wine. We ended up making friends with other guests. The food was delicious. From the cheeses and charcuterie at the beginning to the pork and desserts to celebrate the new year. Recommendations of wine were spectacular! Not a pretentious wine bar but a down to earth atmosphere.
