Haidilao Hot Pot Opens Its First Dallas-Fort Worth Location in Frisco | Eater Dallas

"After months of waiting, Dallas–Fort Worth diners can now officially score one of the world’s fanciest hot pot experiences at the brand-new Haidilao Hot Pot, which quietly opened in Frisco. A local hot pot enthusiast, Ivy Chan, told me she drove to check on opening weekend, found long lines and was quoted an hour-and-a-half wait (the restaurant even set up tables and outdoor games in the parking lot to keep crowds occupied), and phone calls went unanswered that day before I confirmed the opening with a chain representative. The menu lets diners choose four broth sections — including spicy beef tallow, miso, mushroom, and Thai-style tom yum — and stock the pot with thinly sliced meats like organic chicken, Kurobuta pork shoulder, A5 wagyu ribeye steak, and baby squid, plus plenty of veggies, noodles, garnishes, side dishes, and desserts. Haidilao is currently open for dinner only, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and given DFW’s enthusiasm, lengthy waits are likely to continue." - Amy McCarthy

Wildly Popular Chinese Chain HaiDiLao Hot Pot Will Open in Frisco in March | Eater Dallas

"An indulgent, protein-packed hot pot concept from China will soon debut its first Dallas–Fort Worth location at 9244 Prestmont Place inside the new Frisco Oasis development near Frisco’s outpost of 99 Ranch Market. Founded in China in 1994 and now a massive global chain, it’s known for showy, over-the-top service and luxe amenities served alongside hot pots stuffed with wagyu beef and seafood. The chain takes the hot pot experience seriously, offering drinks and snacks while diners wait, along with hair ties and plastic bags to keep phones from getting damaged by splatters of broth, and it even boasts a unique ventilation system designed to keep lingering hot pot smells out of the restaurant and off diners’ clothes. HaiDiLao has not yet set an official opening date but is expected to open sometime in early March." - Amy McCarthy

Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing time dining at HaiDiLao Hot Pot in Frisco, Texas! From the moment we walked in, the energy was upbeat and inviting — the kind of place that immediately puts you in a good mood. The atmosphere was fun, lively, and filled with the sound of people laughing, cooking, and enjoying themselves. It’s the perfect spot for groups, date nights, or anyone who loves an interactive dining experience. Our waiter, Dylan, made the evening even better. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly knew his way around the menu. He helped us pick the best broth and ingredients for our table, and then surprised us by creating a custom dipping sauce that was out of this world — hands down the best we’ve ever had! It had just the right balance of spice, tang, and flavor that took everything up a notch. Between the fresh ingredients, great service, and fun, social vibe, we’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thanks to Dylan and the entire team for making it such a memorable experience.

I really enjoy eating at Haidilao. My family and I have been living in Dallas for over a year, and we've mostly chosen Haidilao. We love the service, the ambiance, and the food. We especially love their condiment station, which has a wide variety of seasonings and snacks. The staff are all very friendly, especially Velen. She's incredibly attentive and considerate. We never have to lift a finger to prepare the food, and she always cleans up any trash on the table. She's always attentive to our needs and very polite. She's truly dedicated. I want to give Velen a thumbs up! I'll be coming every week from now on, otherwise I'll miss her service, haha.

Google
I stopped by Haidilao in Frisco for the first time, and I was honestly impressed from start to finish. Because of my job, I travel a lot and love trying new places — and this one absolutely stood out. The service here is on another level. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a good time. They explained everything clearly since it was my first time, helped us pick the right broth and ingredients, and kept checking in to make sure we had what we needed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out beautifully presented. I could tell they really pay attention to quality and detail. It’s not just a meal here — it’s an experience. If you’re ever in Frisco and want something both fun and delicious, Haidilao is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Google
HaiDiLao Hot Pot Frisco never disappoints! The food is always incredibly fresh and flavorful, and there’s such a great variety of ingredients to choose from. Our servers, Dylan and Travis, were absolutely awesome, attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience even better. Every visit feels like a treat, and the quality and service are consistently top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone who loves hot pot done right!

Google
Amazing food. The restaurant was super clean, and the wait staff was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. They were fast, extremely friendly, and never more than a few quick steps away. We were well taken care of, to say the least. Not a place for a quiet date night. The atmosphere is very lively, active, and can be pretty loud, but it’s fun. We didn’t have a reservation, but it would be a good idea. This is a very popular place and it stays pretty full.

Google
Went to Haidilao Hot Pot in Frisco and honestly had a great time. Our server Dylan was super chill and really helpful and, he explained everything clearly and even made us a fire sauce mix that ended up being my favorite part. We did the AYCE and all the meats were high quality. Service and food both 10/10. Can’t wait to come back again.

Google
Just had an amazing experience at Haidilao Frisco! The service was top-notch—everyone was so friendly and attentive. The ingredients were super fresh, and the broth was packed with flavor. I loved the variety of dipping sauces and how clean and modern the restaurant felt. A big bonus: if you're a member, you get 20% off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which makes it an even better deal for such high-quality hot pot. Definitely recommend signing up and checking it out mid-week. Can’t wait to come back! 🔥🍲💯

Google
Great hot pot spot! Broth is tasty, ingredients are fresh, and the noodle dance adds a fun touch. The Vietnamese staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
Had lunch for our group of 7 on Sat. The place was not super busy, so we were seated right away. The restaurant was clean and the AC was great since it was humid and we just flew in. I love that they give you aprons and hair ties! It's small practices like these that can set a business apart. :) Service was fast, items ordered were fresh and portion sizes were good. We opted for bone broth and tomato broth. Both were good and I enjoyed the variety of proteins and options available. The soft tofu dessert was a bonus.

Yelp
Haidilao is really good but it's expensive bordering on overpriced. The soup bases was good, the meat really high quality, lots of different choices, and attentive service. Haidilao has it all. However, I still think it's way expensive There are some protein items that are in like the $50 range... A thing of uncooked noodles is $5... An assorted order of vegetables is $10+... I can't even imagine taking a big group here. The bill must be into the HUNDREDS or even more

Yelp
Seriously yall don't sleep on the haidilao lunch special!!! Such a steal and the quality and quantity are insane

Yelp
Favorite hot pot place. This is my favorite hot pot place in the DFW area. There is such a wide variety of delicious soup base. The customer service is amazing. I really appreciate the entertainment that is given. They also have really cool snacks and appetizers and desserts that are free. The environment is very welcoming and festive.

Yelp
Yum, yum, yum!! Me and my daughter love hot pot and decided to give Haidilao a try while we were in the area. The restaurant is fairly large and really clean. It is located in a shopping center right near the 99 Ranch and there is ample parking. We didn't realize we should've made a reservation before we arrived right at peak dinner time on a Friday night. But they thankfully had a one-sided two seat table open. But I would highly recommend that you make a reservation. Our server was so friendly as he explained the menu, ordering system, provided his recommendations. He also provided us with hair ties and aprons to help make sure we stayed clean while enjoying our meal. He recommended to do two soups for variety and not over crowding. We went with his suggestions of Tom Yum Soup and Pork Bone Soup Base. Both were so flavorful. We also got the meat lover meat tray, vegetable combo, and dancing noodle. The dancing noodle is where they hand pull and dance the noodle then place it into the soup for you. We both loved it and really liked the noodle which we both agreed tasted very "noodle" in the best of ways. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return! Hope they open one closer to the Fort Worth area one day.

Yelp
Did you know you can get amazing merchandise through their reward program? I can't wait to unbox my 14 Haidialao world four tridge Mognets +organizer set. Will make a video and share. I am so excited to share I love to celebrate birthdays here since every staff and guests their will sing birthday song for you. Food and services are always good and the restaurant is always clean and nice that why we come back so many time to build up our reward points

Yelp
One of the most stressful dining experiences I've ever had. The whole dynamic is extremely complex. Dystopian techno-futurist dining experience. Might be my expectations. Weird mix of very expensive fast food that isn't fast. I had to go eat another meal after this. Possibly the worst dining experience I've had. Not because of the staff, they tried to be helpful, but overall it's just an overwhelming experience where I couldn't wait to leave.

Yelp
Monday was our 2nd visit this year and I can say it's consistently high quality. Our favorite bases are spicy beef tallow, Tom yum and golden chicken. Golden chicken is by the best chicken base I have anywhere in the word! We have always had great wait staff, but this time it was a whole nother level! Shout out to Jon who is probably the best waiter we have at any restaurant in DFW! I would recommend you request to sit in his section, we will going forward.

Yelp
The Last Bastian of Hope in a world of mediocre Hotpot!! The experience at Haidilao is always next level with fun entertainment throughout dinner. The signature spicy sauce is amazing full of numbing and spicy flavor to cook your beef or other treats. The meat is always super high quality and flavorful they have tons of options. They just started a late night happy hour $20 all you can eat selected proteins. They also have a great selection of seafood. Staff is always top notch making for a consistently great experience. Clean modern international design makes you feel transported to a new land! Get the dancing Noodles

Yelp
If you love hot pot or shabu shabu, head to Haidilao! This was a flawless hot pot experience! We were among the only non-Asian diners, which to us is always a great sign. The ambiance was very authentic with a performer, a robot to deliver proteins, and all the neon signs. More importantly, the service was beyond 5 stars and every staff member was warm and helpful to the point of competing to take care of us. Our amazing server Tommy was especially attentive and personable. The Tom Yum broth was by far our favorite -- but should also call out they had soup dumplings (xiao long bao), which aren't always easy to find at hot pot! We were even surprised with complimentary strawberry shaved ice. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I've visited Haidilao several times and always had a great experience, which is why we chose it again to celebrate my daughter's birthday on April 18th. Since Haidilao is known for their fun birthday celebrations, we called ahead to book a table and mentioned the special occasion. When we arrived, we noticed there was already a simple birthday decoration in place, and our waitress provided excellent, professional service throughout the meal. During dinner, we saw at least three other tables enjoying birthday celebrations, so we were excited and hopeful that our daughter's moment would be coming soon. After some time passed with no celebration, I spoke to the hostess in the black suit to check on the birthday arrangement. She assured me it would be taken care of soon. Unfortunately, by the time we finished eating, nothing had happened. Our table had become quite cluttered with dishes, and we still hadn't received any birthday acknowledgment. We eventually spoke directly with our waitress and discovered there had been a miscommunication--no one had informed her that it was a birthday celebration. I want to be clear that she was doing a great job and once she was aware, she quickly helped to arrange the birthday song. However, by then, the timing just didn't feel right, especially with the table full of dirty dishes, and I didn't feel it was the right moment to take photos or videos in front of my daughter. While I understand it was a busy day (especially with Easter falling on the same date), the situation was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps prevent similar miscommunications in the future, as we truly enjoy dining at Haidilao

Yelp
Hell yeah,I'll always recommend Haidilao. I came for my birthday to use one of my coupons and it didn't disappoint! That's all I have to say-- it's such an experience. We had more veggies, but we ate them by the time I remembered to take a picture. I forgot what kind of peppers and beef this was,but it was still good. My friends and I got mostly beef cuts and lamb cuts.

Yelp
I been wanting to try Haidilao since they first opened and finally decided to go today for my birthday. I was surprised at how packed they were on a Friday at 1 but we were seated right away. Since it was our first time here, the menu was a bit overwhelming and intimidating. Since it was a weekday, they had 2 different lunch combos (a basic one and a premium one with more sides). The host said the kids would get complimentary kid meals so we got 1 of each combo. Although food was good, I feel like we didn't get the best service since we were seated next to a large party that was also celebrating a birthday. Our kid meals didn't come out with our combos so we were a bit confused if we were supposed to place the order on the iPad. Luckily, they did bring the kids a free toy so that kept them happy and occupied while they waited for their plate. Our server also never brought out our drink with our combo which we didn't notice until we left. I also wished they told us they automatically charged for the sauce bar so we would've utilized it. Overall, food was good. 5 stars for the complimentary kids meal and toy because kid friendly is a huge plus. Not the best first experience but maybe will have to give them another try since everyone that's been told me they had a totally different experience.

Yelp
Haidilao was such a fun experience all around. We were a party of 3 and had never had hotpot before, so the servers were very well knowledgeable and let us know all the ins and outs of how to order. First you start with choosing your soup base, which can be 1, 2, or 4. From there you start ordering meats and veggies, and then can start creating your customizable dipping sauces at the snack/sauce bar. All ordering is done from an iPad making it very convenient, to explore all the options offered, and keeps track of your tab in case you're on a budget! The restaurant is super clean, booths are so well set up and designed! They have an amazing reverse happy hour deal of 31% off veggies and most meats after 9:30 or... unlimited select meats for $20 per person. Since we wanted to try a lot of new things, we did 31% off and paid about $150 for 3 people including teas and alcoholic beverages but could easily do this for under $100 and feed 3 perfectly. I am very excited to come try with a bigger party and explore some more items.

Yelp
First time at Haidilao and was blown away!! First, the interior is extremely modern and clean. Everything is well thought out and the bathroom is nice. Our server, Christian, took amazing care of us and went above and beyond. Even the manager, Kathy, went as far as showing us tips and tricks to making sauces because we told her it was our first time here. I don't know why I haven't come here earlier! I will definitely be a regular now!

Eric P.

Yelp
Had an amazing 21st birthday here. Food and service were excellent. I had Christian as my server. He was the best. He made sure we got everything we needed and extras too. Ask for Christian if you visit.
google avatar

Yelp
ok, all I have to say overpriced tasteless shitty food. family of 5 will be charged around 300 and thats without drinks. I rather go to Gen bbq or even food court in 99 ranch which offer much better and more food for half the price, this is just low class highway robbery , never ever again.
google avatar

Yelp
A TX hot pot spot?! Yasssss! Very popular spot for sure but enjoyed the vibes and the food itself. Our waitness was great and definitely on top of everything to make sure we were happy with everything coming out! They didn't have one of my beers available and was super apologizing over it that she offered their haidilao branded beers 2 for 1 deal so I can try both, which was really nice! Food wise, everything was tasty and came out fast for us to start our hot pot, but man that spicy base, it creeps up, I love my spicy foods but wow, towards the tail end it got a little crazy hahah and this was the second to extreme level hot haha! We had an array of seafood, meats and veggies to mix up of choices. Reasons on why I love hot pot, you can get an array of things to mix with soup bases to get the flavor of that base and have a party in your mouth! Would come back whenever I'm in the Frisco/Dallas area!!

Yelp
Haidilao has quickly become one of my go-to spots for Chinese hot pot in Dallas. From the moment you walk in, the service is top-notch--attentive, friendly, and always willing to help you get the most out of your experience. The broth selection is great (lots of options depending on your spice level), and everything is incredibly fresh. What really sets Haidilao apart is the little touches: free snacks while you wait, customizable dipping sauces, and the occasional noodle dance that's as fun to watch as it is tasty. If you're looking for a flavorful, interactive dining experience with excellent customer service, Haidilao is hard to beat.
google avatar

Yelp
Having lived in Southern California, I've been to haidilao so many times i lost count and i'm actually glad they have one in DFW. hot pot places are a dime a dozen, but what sets haidilao apart is the customer service. they're very attentive and they're do little things to make sure your entire dining experience is well taken care of. We ended up going before 5pm, which i believe was to try to capitalize on the special combo pricing of roughly 26 bucks a person for 1 small hot pot soup base along with veggies and meats. We definitely ordered more food to drop into the hot pot. the meat came with both thinly sliced beef and lamb. we ordered more items, and my favorite was duck blood, shrimp paste wrapped with bamboo fungus skin (it sound weird, but the fungus skin absorbs all the soup flavor) and lotus roots. We also got bread with condense milk (not sure what its called in english, but its xiaomantou)... definitely get this, its so tasty. (see photo) if you've never been, i would recommend getting the tomato soup base. since we got two combos, we got one tomato soup and one black pepper pork & chicken. They also have a self service sauce bar with small items to snack on along with a dessert bar. the dessert section is a nice way to end your meal.

Yelp
We had come here for my niece's birthday. I specifically stated on the reservation that it was for my niece's birthday. The ambiance is great when they're celebrating your birthday. They had tables near us celebrating their birthdays with banners, signs, they were getting special treats and the wait staff was laughing and being kind to them. My 11 year old niece received none of that. At the end of the entire dinner I stated that this was for a birthday and asked if we would receive anything. They came back with a cheap board that they stuck behind her that kept falling and gave her and very half-ass happy birthday song. When I left a survey about my experience they did not reach out to me and I did not receive any sort of apology at the time that I had told wait staff I specifically stated this was for a birthday in the reservation and received nothing. Absolutely ridiculous experience. In my opinion, if you go for an event of some kind, be sure you let the staff know because they will not read any of your notes

Bella M.

Yelp
Went in with high expectiations which they did not meet. We unfortunately had Travis as our waiter. He was very disrespectful and rude to all of us. Terrible experience. We waited forever for our food, and when it finally came, no one even bothered to check if we needed anything. It felt like they didn't care at all about their customers. I'll never come back here, and I don't recommend this place to anyone. He made rude remarks to us and started yelling in our faces once we started leaving. If you come in do not have Travis as your waiter unless you want to get yelled at and be disrespected.

Yelp
We were craving HAIDILAO after going to the one in Singapore and the Frisco location did not disappoint! Ingredient quality is great, we love both the soup bases we chose for our half and half pot (spiciest one & the pork bone broth one), and service was really good! We ordered quite a lot of different meats. The ribeye, duck breast, fish, shrimp, and pork belly. All were delicious. The veggie platter was pretty big, we ordered two but probably only needed one. Love that you can make your own dipping sauces too. I ordered the lemon tea which I've had before and love, hubby ordered the orange juice soda which was interesting but good and refreshing. It wasn't too busy on a Thursday night so we didn't have to wait for a table and it didn't feel crowded. The prices can add up but we felt like it's worth the quality of what you get and the portions are good sized for the price. Will be back especially come winter!!! Nothing like a good hot pot when it's cold out!
google avatar

Yelp
Super fun place to eat at! When this place is busy, everyone is scrambling which may look a bit hectic, but everything is well controlled with fast service. The broth was very good with all the fixings you want in it. Lots of tables to seat a lot of people in the restaurant, so the wait shouldn't be long if you're coming with a big party. There are a lot of secret sayings to get special things in the restaurant. Go check out tiktok or youtube for those secrets!

Stephanie G.

Yelp
From the beginning we were greeted warmly & assigned a server named CHRIS. CHRIS made the whole experience 10/10. He always had a smile, was eager to serve us & enhance our dinning experience. From ordering, adding a special touch to our "lunch date" away from our kids. Food was delicious but he took it over the top!
google avatar

Geof T.

Yelp
We went to take advantage of their $18.99 unlimited pork, beef, and lamb deal in February. While the deal was great if you only plan to get meat, to truly experience the full hotpot experience, you need to get various accoutrements like tofu, fish ball, veggies and noodles which added up pretty quick. Everything was very high quality from the meat to the broth to the veggies. The server was also very attentive in bringing more meat whenever we finished cooking the last batch. Most all you can eat places with a time limit aren't good about this since it costs them more money. One surprising thing that caught us off guard is they charge per bowl of sauce from the sauce bar, and it's not insignificant either. With no posted signage near the sauce bar that indicates it costs money, it felt a bit disingenuous.
google avatar

Victoria T.

Yelp
This place is always super packed for a good reason. The meat is high quality, broth is flavorful, and they have a ton of sides options. They give out a ton of free snack options too. This is one of my favorite place to go to.
google avatar

David I.

Yelp
The food was fabulous, but the service and the atmosphere were a bit disruptive. About every 2 to 3 minutes our server would check in and ask if everything was good and it was difficult to have a conversation. Beyond that the server and another server would stop by our table to get into the drawers underneath and have extended conversations right at our table making it difficult to have a conversation over lunch. It was as if we were not even there. Not a great experience. It was strange to be called "boss" and "brother" as a customer at a hot pot restaurant

Yelp
Hai Di Lao has been on my radar for some time, largely thanks to the videos of the dancing noodle performers circulating on social media. After finally being able to witness Hai Di Lao for my first time, let's just say, Hai Di Lao has exceeded all my expectations and then some. The restaurant offered impeccable service, quality, thoughtfulness and has made everything as efficient as possible. Starting from being seated, you are welcomed with fresh aprons and complementary hair ties-- setting you up for success without the mess! A server quickly goes through the operating instructions on how to use their made-to-order tablet. Starting with the broth, you have the option to choose 1 to 4 different broths, ranging from mild to deathly spicy. From there, all food items are a la carte, allowing you to tailor your dining experience exactly as you wish. Dishes range from exotic items (ie: lamb brain, pork intestines) to the more mainstream (ie: sirloin beef, shrimp). Cooking your food is a breeze, as you toss all items into the pot, strain, eat and enjoy. Lastly, the dancing noodle is a MUST! Note: you're not really ordering it so much for the noodles, but more so for the entertaining show where a noodle performer comes by your table with a mini-speaker and dances with the noodle as if it were a magical ribbon come to life.

Yelp
LOVE LOVE LOVE Haidilao! Amazing food and top notch service. This place has become one of the restaurants we frequent. The vibe is great! All the servers who've helped us at different visits have been lovely: Shawn, Christian, Lili, etc! They went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we were taken care of!!! This is an a la carte hot pot restaurant. You order through an ipad they give you. You choose your soup bases (we also go with pork & spicy pork broths. They have a sauce bar to build your own soup, and it also has fruits and other small bites. The meat is great quality and the broths are flavorful! We're huge fans of their seafood balls, handmade noodles, and wings as well. For dessert, we always go with fried mantou with condensed milk. It always comes hot and fresh! On your way out, you get free ice cream and bags with snacks. There's also some phrases you can say to get free stuff! Highly recommend Haidilao!! It's one of our favorite spots here in DFW! We keep coming back for the fantastic service and quality food!

Yelp
Dylan is a legend! I don't write Yelp reviews often, but this experience absolutely deserves it. First off--the sauce. Dylan told us it took him three years to perfect, and you can taste every second of that dedication. It's the kind of sauce that makes you stop mid-bite just to marvel at it. Rich, balanced, completely unforgettable. I would put it on everything if I could. But it wasn't just the food. Dylan's attention to detail and hospitality went above and beyond. He noticed I had my hair down and discreetly brought over a hair tie--who does that?! It's the kind of small gesture that makes you feel like you're not just a guest, but genuinely cared for. His recommendations were also spot-on. Everything he suggested was a home run. If you get the chance and Dylan is around, do yourself a favor: ask for his recommendations and get the sauce. Just trust me.

Yelp
Haidilao hot pot is always one of the best spots in DFW for hot pot that is high quality with great presentation and customer service. This place is al là carte and can tend to have a higher bill but the ingredients and soup bases are amazing. My favorite go to broth is always the Tom yum and the spicy soup base (if you can handle spice). The sauce bar is great and has everything that you need and also instructions if you aren't sure what kind of sauce you'd like. They let you order on an iPad and I'm always a big fan of using technology! A cute little robot comes to deliver your order too. Can get quite busy so there might be a wait at times but it is always worth it. You get ice cream at the end too! The place is always super clean and the restaurant itself looks very fancy. 5/5 if you are down for a little splurge

Yelp
Went here with my boyfriend, since he's told me about it and the robot that delivers your food. We were greeted and seated right away by the hostess. Such friendly staff and our waiter was very accommodating and helpful. We got the meat lovers, veggies, chicken, handmade noodles and ramen. The broth was spicier than what I'm used to, but was tolerable. The flavor was really yummy and the protein and veggies we ordered were really good. Just not a fan of the marinated meat they had. Not sure what it was called, but it was too chewy for our liking and we didn't finish it. Other than that, it was a fun and delicious experience. Definitely a place to try and check out if you're in the mood for hotpot or something new. I really like the ambiance since it felt like I teleported to Asia.

Yelp
Haidilao stands apart for hot pot restaurants in the DFW. The service is consistently fantastic, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect! If you are ever celebrating a birthday for someone special, come here and tell them about it! They go ALL out!! We had such an awesome time here today. New to hotpot? Ask for Christian. He's awesome!!! He'll totally take care of you!

Yelp
Had such a great time at hai di Lao, food was good we had the all you can eat. Would recommend the fish with the tomato broth. Lili, our server was helpful and always making sure our broth and food was good. Ask for her next time!!

Yelp
Omg, food, service and ambiance are top tier. My family and I always celebrate here for birthday dinners or just family night out. The meats are high quality and love the assortment of sauces. Staff is always attentive and welcoming. Definitely a more upscale experience for hotpot compared to other places I've been to in Carrollton or Plano - and the price tag will show that. The ONLY downside is that it is quite expensive to eat there. Wish they had an AYCE bar and wish the sauce bar was included. So just be prepared to pay more for the service and ambiance.

Yelp
The lunch deal is so good!! We left with our belly full without having to pay the big bucks. Definitely add the sauce bar since it's well worth it! They opened up the extended area for us so that we don't have to wait. I liked it cause it was quiet and away from the crowd. I love the ambiance and how the setup per table is so efficient. I'd definitely return to hopefully take advantage of their lunch promotion!!

Yelp
The food quality was excellent. It was quickly delivered and tasted amazing. Our two broths, tomato and tom yum, were delicious and definitely worth a try if you aren't looking for something too spicy. The waiter was super polite and helped us when we needed it and kept checking up on us and even brought us a toy and showed us how to use it. The restaurant is very nice and organized and genuinely a great layout and sauce bar. Loved my time here!

Yelp
PROs -Kid friendly (ie: the toys, lowered area to wash hands in restroom, kid's bento). -Customer service is high which is expected because this is their MO. -The tofu desert station addition is solid. CONs -Water takes forever to boil. It's almost to the point where sometimes it might make sense to call ahead and have them start the water boiling before we arrive just so we can eat on time. -They keep on removing things on the menu that was sometimes our whole point in going there to eat (ie: the rice bowl with pork, fried taro in sauce bar, etc).

Yelp
We came for the meat o'clock deal and we were absolutely STUNNED by how amazing this experience was. Our server, Christian, was so fun and accommodating made us his own secret sauce to have with our hotpot and it was spectacular. The restaurant is so lively and fun. I seriously could not be more pleased. We were blown away by this spectacular, unique experience. DEFINITELY GET THE DANCING NOODLE!

Yelp
Always good service and solid food. We are a frequent and it is our go to hotpot place. It is clean, kids friendly and of course the food is yummy. For the soup base, my favorite is the golden chicken soup with fish maw. And I highly recommend the shrimp paste!

Yelp
We had a mix of omnivores and vegans in our group, and everyone had plenty of options for the hot pot. The pictures on the menu are quite accurate to the actual size and appearance of the food. We were a group of 5, and it was a bit tricky to find a large table the evening we went, so we were seated at a smaller table meant for 4 people. Thankfully our waiter John was very good about checking in on us and clearing away empty plates quickly. It's possible to split the hot pot in 2 or 4 portions, so we went with 2 and got a tomato and a pork broth. Our favorite veggies were the winter melon, lotus root, and taro. The tofu had an interesting chewy texture sort of like a fishball. The omnivores got a mix of beef, squid, fishballs, and shrimp and were able to finish everything. We topped it off with an oat milk mochi which everyone loved! The meal ended up being about $50/person (including tax) and we were very full! We also had the opportunity to watch a few noodle making "performances" by the waiters which was neat.

Yelp
150 dollars for a family of five (not including tip), and we drank water. Our kids are 10, 8, and 5. We all left hungry. 7 dollars per person to go to the spice bar, if we are paying that much it really should be included. The ambiance was fun but it was very loud and echoey, some sort of sound absorption on the walls would be very good. The staff was nice. Bathrooms were very nice. We were told there is no all you can eat option.

Yelp
Super fun place to go eat and experience Korean culture. We went as a family and had a blast. Food was good and the experience was fun. Come hungry lots of food. My one gripe was we didn't get much info as it was our first time so had to figure things out a bit. We will go back
