Hakkasan

"Located within the Atlantis Hotel, the Dubai outpost of this ever-growing global brand delivers all you need for a fun night out. It’s moodily lit and atmospheric, with smooth service, a party soundtrack, and lattice screens which add an element of privacy. The best place to sit is in one of the booths to the side of the lounge and next to the back-lit blue bar.The menu of reimagined Chinese dishes includes all the Hakkasan classics, as well as a few dishes exclusive to Dubai, such as the lychee lobster with yuzu pearl. If it’s spice you’re after, go for the Assam seafood toban. Carefully created using top quality ingredients, the accomplished dishes are colourful and vibrant with some punchy flavours. Save room for one of the creative desserts." - Michelin Inspector

Creative food, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made Hakkasan a standout dining experience for us! We had a single server all evening who was attentive, knowledgeable, and great at recommending dishes that fit our dietary preferences. When we mentioned we were visiting Dubai to celebrate our anniversary, he surprised us with a card featuring handwritten anniversary wishes in multiple languages from the Hakkasan staff, which was incredibly thoughtful and such a great addition to my memorabilia collection. For a Cantonese style restaurant, the vegetarian options were quite good and the drinks were great. The veg dumplings were especially creative, with the corn dumpling being a highlight. Desserts were delicious, though we were a bit surprised by how chocolate forward and sweet they were. After having Chinese desserts in Seattle, we were expecting something lighter and less sweet. Overall, great food, great service, and a lovely ambiance. I can totally see why they have a Michelin star. I would happily come back the next time I am in Dubai.

Not a lot of places are worth the money in Dubai, so invest in a Michelin star meal, a mix of traditional dishes and creative twists, beautiful presentation and impeccable service! We tried two of their signature cocktails, and they didn’t disappoint. I tried signature Mongolian beef stir fry, and I don’t think I’ll taste better for a while. The smoked duck was crispy, with great spicy peanut sauce. The waiter explained everything we asked, and more. Even when it got busy, the service was smooth, quick and super friendly. The ambience with attention to detail, dark but impactful, perfect for a date, although we’ve seen a lot of family gatherings too. Nb. Entrance to the restaurant doesn’t give you entrance to the Atlantis hotel area.

Absolutely Outstanding Cantonese Fine Dining at Hakkasan Dubai We celebrated my niece’s birthday at Hakkasan Dubai, located in the prestigious Atlantis The Palm, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service was tip-top, attentive, and truly world-class — the team made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. The atmosphere was outstanding, with an elegant, luxurious setting that perfectly complements the restaurant’s reputation. It was the ideal environment for a memorable celebration. The menu, crafted by the chef, showcased the best of modern Cantonese cuisine. Every dish was beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and filled with refined flavors — a true demonstration of Michelin-level craftsmanship. Overall, Hakkasan Dubai delivered an extraordinary dining experience in food, service, and ambiance. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking premium Cantonese fine dining in Dubai.

A huge thank you to Tam, our server, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made our evening feel truly special with his warm service. The Six Hands Dinner at Hakkasan – A Night of Culinary Artistry Beyond Imagination Some evenings transcend dining; they become experiences that feel almost mythical. The Six Hands Dinner at Hakkasan, Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, was exactly that: a night where three of Hakkasan’s finest chefs stepped beyond the ordinary to deliver a symphony of flavours and artistry that can only be described as spectacular. Across nine exquisite courses, they showcased not just skill, but imagination, each dish crafted with such precision and grace it could have been displayed in the Louvre. The flow of flavours, the delicate presentation, and the sheer creative courage made this an evening of pure culinary theatre. What elevated the experience even further was the humility of the chefs themselves. They personally came to each table, eager to hear how their creations resonated. The delight in their faces said it all. This was a chance for them to break free from the boundaries of the day-to-day menu and create something truly unique, something that reminded every guest why Hakkasan stands among the world’s finest. Each plate was distinct, yet the soul of Hakkasan remained unmistakably elegant, balanced, and deeply satisfying. I did find myself missing a few of my usual favourites, but to witness this kind of culinary evolution was a privilege. It was an evening where mastery met imagination, and tradition danced with innovation. To have been part of this event to share in the story of The Six Hands is something I’ll remember and retell for a long time. It wasn’t just a dinner; it was a celebration of talent, creativity, and the timeless magic of Hakkasan. I must also thank Andreea for her kind invitation to enjoy this extraordinary evening, as always, her incredible hospitality and attentiveness ensured that every moment was flawless.

Dinner at Hakkasan has been amazing. Great food (one can tell they are playing on Michelin star level now, and they've absolutely earned their star), amazing yet relaxed atmosphere, highly attentive service and staff throughout. Our waiter, Mohamed Raafat, has taken exceptionally good care of us. On top of it all, experiencing one of their "Hakka Nights" (each Thursday) was pure magic. All in all, this visit was even more special than our first one a few years ago - and we'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

The best meal of our Dubai trip by a long shot! Elegant restaurant, attentive but relaxed and friendly service and the food... Where do I start?! Well we didn't know where to as it all sounded amazing, so we had the tasting menu, which was well a well curated explosion of refined Asian flavours, served as three courses which was a great touch over small plates for me. Cocktails were recommend by our waiter and were the perfect pairing, following the flavours and theme of the food. We were lucky enough to have this restaurant in our hotel, but even if you aren't on the palm then make the trip. You will not regret it!

One of the best Asian Michelin star restaurants I’ve ever had. The drinks were exceptional and the food was out of this world. If you ask me, I believe this restraunt definitely deserves 2 Michelin stars after keeping one for four consecutive years. My favorite dish was the truffle lobster noodles. The dim sum was also awesome and exquisite as well. And the duck was out of this world!
