Handmade Dumplings and Noodles - Review - Marietta - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"The former owner ofFirestone Chinesein Kennesaw opened this Marietta counter-service establishment in 2024, when it quickly gained a strong following. Rightfully so thanks to a handful of phenomenal dumpling options—some, like the vegetarian ones stuffed with meaty wood ear mushrooms and filling tofu skin, that you won’t find in many other places. Get them pan fried for that golden crisp exterior, or steamed for extra juiciness. Since the dumplings are made by hand on the spot (a 15-minute wait that is absolutely worth it), complement your order with a quicker dish like the heaping mound of cumin beef grandma noodles or the popular crispy dry fried eggplant topped generously with cilantro, scallions, and numbing peppercorns." - Candy Hom

Where to Find the Best Dumplings in Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"Handmade Dumplings and Noodles has developed a strong following since its opening in 2024. Helmed by the former owner of Firestone Chinese in Kennesaw and East Cobb, this small operation offers a menu focusing on, you guessed it, handmade dumplings and noodles. Try the pork and cabbage; pork, chive, and shrimp; or beef and carrot dumplings, which burst with juice after every bite. Pair them with the cumin beef grandma noodles and dry-fried eggplant, topped with a generous amount of fried scallions and numbing peppercorns. Be patient, as the dumplings are handmade to order." - Candy Hom

Came for lunch on a sat. Parking avaible. There are six tables and free seating. The dumplings were good fried had a good crunchy side, and the steamed had a nice juice pocket thing happening. The hamburgers were more like a denser pita home made flavor stuff with a good amount of beef I poor dumpling sauce in mine. I favored the braised beef more than the cumin beef. The noodle bowl was very filling with a good amount of meat. This place is great can't wait to come back!

We were in the area and decided to give it a try, and we are so happy we did! We got the fried dumplings, chicken lo mein, and beef cumin noodles. Everything was hot and fresh, service was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean. Portions were very generous and we loved the seasoning/sauce on all of our dishes. We cannot wait to return!

Google
We ordered the steamed pork & chive dumplings and the Dan Dan noodles. The restaurant is very clean with no strange smell, and the staff were super thoughtful — they even brought out extra black vinegar for me! 🙌 The Dan Dan noodles were the highlight: ultra rich and creamy peanut sauce, generous portion, and totally worth the price. A real comfort bowl! 🍜💯

Google
I don't live near The Handmade Dumplings House, so it was a nice treat. I love dumplings and wanted to try homemade. They were delicious! The tofu fried rice is tasty and the Veggies Grandma Homemade Noodles was right fitting for this Grandma's belly. Leaving off the chili flakes was a must for this old body, but I could tell their added flavor would have been even extra yummy. Thank you.

Google
You order at the counter and your food is ready whenever that item is ready. I ordered Grandma's braised pork noodles and the pork dumplings. It took an extra 3 minutes or so for the dumplings. Don't expect your party to all eat at once. The Grandma's braised pork noodles looked and tasted like Hamburger Helper. It was okay but I wouldn't return for it. The pork dumplings were good. I would consider returning for them or stopping by if I'm in the area. Service is them taking the order, then shouting at number, which they did quite well. One employee did come by and ask if everything was good, but i don't think it's a usual occurrence. Atmosphere: It was open, clean, and bright. You can't ask for much more.

Google
This is my favorite spot in all of East Cobb! I came here for my birthday actually, because the food is that good. Everything I’ve tried on the menu has been phenomenal, the food is ready fast and comes out piping hot. My go-to order is the Braised Pork Grandma Noodles and the Pork and Cabbage Dumplings (as pictured)! I can’t handle spice at all, and when I request the noodles to be non-spicy, the staff is always accommodating and the order comes out perfectly. If you love dumplings or want to try them for the first time, I couldn’t recommend this spot more - you have to stop by!

Google
Was excited to try this place as it has good reviews and a friend recommended it, dishes looked good, but were so salty as to be almost inedible. We shared the dandan noodles and didn't finish due to the salt content. We also got two orders of dumplings, one steamed and one with the spicy sauce. The steamed were ok, but the spicy sauce had the same issue with just an over powering amount of salt. We ended up throwing away the spicy dumplings and the noodles. We did bring home the steamed dumplings. Hot and sour soup was good. Service was counter service but quick and friendly. Atmosphere was your average counter service place.

Google
outstanding food and friendly service. this place is located in a strip mall in the middle of suburbia, east cobb no less, not a spot you would think would offer much in the way of notable food, but this is a bright spot in the blighted food cosmos of east cobb. it’s a bit of a hole in the wall so don’t expect a lot of ambiance. the food makes up for the pretty standard and tiny space and seating. went off peak, mid afternoon, and food was ready within about 8-10 minutes. and the food! it was perfectly prepared and seasoned and very warm, just as it’s supposed to be. grandma noodles with braised pork was great, noodles not too undercooked and not mushy. boyfriend got the beef lo mein with huge chunks of tasty beef (didn’t taste like cardboard as you can find at some asian spots). the best dish was the fried dried eggplant which was unreal - definitely order this if you like eggplant prepared almost like large sized french fries but wayyy yummier. portions are ridiculously generous and prices are more than fair. will return!

Yelp
Again, the best Dan Dan noodles and steamed dumplings I've ever had!!! The portions are huge (10 dumplings for $10.95!) and the noodles are enough for two to share (or 3!) Seating is limited so we always pick up to eat at home. It's a 20 minute drive for us but totally worth it. Service is fast and efficient, and tables to turn quickly if you want to eat in. Everything is prepared in front of you in their open kitchen, and it's fun to watch them make the magic deliciousness. If you love noodles, these homemade noodles and dumplings are for you!

Yelp
I saw a picture of the grandma's cumin beef noodles and it drew me in. But note that the actual dish looks quite different. The picture shows minced beef, some cilantro, and wide noodles. What they actually have is beef pieces/slices, no greens at all, and a mix of sprouts/cabbage with knife cut noodles (wavy, thick). Now, it tasted pretty good and piping hot, for being served in a compostable bowl. But I was slightly surprised when it came out; expected more of an even distribution of veggies. However, if you like straight up meat and carbs, this is your place. The dumplings were also great; I personally liked the chicken, corn, and water chestnut one. Because it was a bit different. Would I go again? Yea...just to try out the dandan noodles maybe. I hope they can make their cumin beef noodles look like the picture.... It is a hopping place right now; we arrived around 6pm and it was 2 parties...but it soon was PACKED by 8pm when we left. People around here are pretty Asian-food deprived, haha.

Yelp
Pure legit-ness, as good as it can get in the metro Atlanta area. I can eat that cumin beef noodle daily. They blend/make their own chili oil and red vinegar; splash that thang down and it will not alter but enhance what you are looking for. Make some cool-aid out of it lol. The chili sauce that you can get with the dumpling, I'm saving it for that special occasion (make some fried rice or noodle with it). One suggestion: please add some more greens in the noodle to balance it out with the oils/heavies. Good job, grandma, hella haochi!

Yelp
I came here with the hubs for lunch. The staff was very friendly and professional. The menu is displayed above the counter. We were excited to try the handmade dumplings, and they did not disappoint. We got the pork and cabbage ones and they were delicious. We didn't even need the dumpling sauce that was on the table. Great fast casual and takeout spot!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stopped by to eat at Handmade before the Jeni's event and were so glad we did! FOOD: Cumin Beef Grandma Noodles ($13.95) - The cumin flavor makes the beef feel like lamb and the noodles were coated very well in the sauce. It says there was numbing pepper in the dish, but I couldn't really taste it. Shrimp Lo Mein ($14.95) - Lo Mein was very good and also coated very well in the sauce. We enjoyed that is wasn't too salty. It pairs well with the chili sauce at the tables! Chive, Pork, Shrimp Pan-fried Dumplings ($10.95) - Compared to other places, the price is very fair for handmade dumplings. I could definitely tell it was handmade because there were good bites of shrimp in the dumplings. Highly recommend trying these out! SERVICE: The plates, utensils, and takeout boxes are all self-service which is convenient. I believe it's a family-owned business and everyone was friendly and came to check up on us multiple times. OVERALL: Im super happy we came across this place and we'll definitely be back soon to try other menu items.

Yelp
We got the fried eggplants, pork grandma noodles, hot and sour soup and the pan fried pork and napa dumplings. The fried eggplants were crispy and flavorful! The noodles were also great. The noodles were chewy and cooked to perfection. The sauce on top was filled with ground pork and was flavorful and it complimented the noodles well. The hot and sour soup was good too but not sour enough. The dumplings were definitely the best . The skin was crispy and the dumplings were juicy! This was more of a self service place but the service was very nice! Overall, will come back to get the other dishes and more dumplings !

Yelp
I was in East Cobb and tried this new business and am so pleased that I gave them a try. Handmade Dumplings and Noodles is located in a Publix shopping center and provides plenty of free parking. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. I informed the staff that it was my first visit and they eagerly answered my questions about the menu options. I ordered the Lo Mein with chicken (there are several protein options (beef, shrimp, etc.) that can be added to most of their dishes. The restaurant is in a narrow suite in this shopping center and has several 4-top tables at the front with the kitchen and food preparation areas in the back. I placed the order at a counter and my meal was delivered to my table by the staff. Several mobile orders were picked up by delivery services when I was dining here. My Lo Mein was delicious and the portion was huge. I enjoy spicy Lo Mein and this was fairly mild but I blended in some chili sauce that was table side to spice up my dish. As I was leaving, the staff asked if I enjoyed my Lo Mein and were super outgoing and friendly! I will definitely return to try their dumplings. I recommend you give this establishment a try as soon as possible.

Yelp
Solid Chinese spot in East Cobb. Very small space with half a dozen tables to sit at, very much a counter takeout and self serve place. Prices are ok but given the real estate not terrible. Dumplings pan fried were very good with a bit of soup inside. The ones with hot chili oil was diff than expected but not in a bad way. Garlic string beans were a big surprise and addictively good. Grandmas cumin beef was a giant portion, incredibly satisfying and just as good in leftover form. The pork burger was probably the most meh thing we had but still had good flavor. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Yelp
We ordered dumplings, several kinds, they were great!! The worst part is that we don't live nearby! All was good, fresh, tasty. We have to find a way to go there again!

Yelp
My girlfriend and I decided to try this place after hearing several good things about it. We walked in and were greeted by the guy behind the counter. The service was great. He answered some questions and recommended some dishes. The ambiance was casual with what looked like locals from the community. They also did a very active takeout business. My brother recommended this place and said he eats there all the time. We were not disappointed. We will go back on a regular basis, when we want Ramen and handmade dumplings. It is very cool to see them, making them by hand and cooking dishes when you order them. They were in a constant state of preparation and cooking. It was amazing and fun to watch. Definitely give them a try.

Yelp
Ya'll better come here because if it closes I'm going to be very mad. This was phenomenal. I can't express how good it actually is. I got the Dan Dan Noodles. The braised prok was wonderful. It was small diced pork with lots of sauce. The sauce was thick and you get lots of spices and with a good amount of salty unami. The noodles had that authentic firm and springy texture that Asian noodles have. It's not as starchy as Italian noodles and gives a smoother taste. The wheat flour or whatever it is gives a more nutty flavor to the kindles rather than silky buttery in Italian noodles. It just makes for a more hearty dish. The real advantage of the saucy small diced pork is you can mix it with the noodles and the overall mixed dish is just amazing. You get all the flavors together and it's just perfect. Also all the workers are super nice and up beat. I also love that right in the front they are actually hand making dumplings. I can't wait to come back and have those.

Yelp
Handmade is a solid spot for authentic Chinese fare, with their dumplings being the standout. You can watch them being rolled out by hand, which adds a nice touch of authenticity. They are really, really good. While the dumplings are excellent, the Braised Pork Grandma Noodles are also worth trying, too. From the customer chatter, it's pretty popular. The noodles have good texture and come with a flavorful braised pork topping along with the other familiar stuff -- numbing pepper and chili flakes, etc -- which gives it a savory and somewhat spicy flavor. One of my friends swears they have the best fried rice, too. It's a fast-casual setup so it isn't exactly date night stuff. Be aware seating is limited. Handmade Dumplings and Noodles is an awesome addition to East Cobb dining options reducing the need to drive to Buford Highway.

Yelp
I've had this place bookmarked since I heard it mentioned on a local foodie group's page. We finally squeezed a trip into our family calendar and it didn't disappoint. It's a cute little place in the Woodlawn shopping center a few doors down from Publix. There is a small amount of seating available, but based on the people coming in and out, they have a healthy amount of takeout orders too. The staff were nice, answered our many questions, and gave good suggestions. Our party ordered: *Dan Dan noodles - I hadn't ever had these before. A tiny bit of spice, but not spicy and a nice peanutty/salty flavor. Chicken lo Mein - very good. Not spicy. Tasty. Could tell the noodles were fresh. Chicken friend rice - I didn't try this one, but am told it was good. Chive, Pork, and Shrimp pan-fried dumplings - very good and fresh out of the pan. It was neat to watch the team hand roll the dough and stuff them at the counter. For this visit - 4 stars. I will come again and try something else and perhaps revisit the rating. Might be our fault for not venturing too far from the menu items we recognized.

Yelp
I came here for the thick grandma noodles, and they did not disappoint. We tried the cumin beef noodles as well as the braised pork noodles. Both are good, but I prefer the cumin noodles. Dumplings are indeed handmade. You can see the staff making them in the open kitchen. They offer dumplings in a variety of ways (steamed vs pan fried, with or without chili oil). Everything is served in takeout containers, and the ambience is very casual. You order at the front and then pick up your food when your number is called. This place is very efficient for takeout, but they do have a handful of tables for those who would like to dine in. I will definitely return for the noodles.

Yelp
Glad to have this so close to home for convenience, but definitely wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. Dining Room is quite small and service was extremely SLOW. Pork and Napa Cabbage dumplings were good. Pork, Shrimp, and Chive dumplings were mediocre.i can honestly say we've had better frozen dumplings. Chicken Lomein had good flavor and noodles were good, but the chicken pieces were quite dry and took away from their enjoyment. Grandma's CumCumin Beef Hot Noodles again had a nice noodle texture, was on the hot spicier side than we would have liked which overpowered any other flavor in the dish. Trying new Handmade Noodle and Dumpling in East Cobb. Good, not great. Long wait to get food. Braised Pork Rice Lu Rou Fan is a NO GO, avoid. Minced pork meat was dry and unflavorful and the steamed rice underneath was cold, obviously leftover rice rather than fresh. Pork burger was okay, but not really a burger but shredded pork. Not a great experience but may go back once their newness is done and hope they refocus on quality and seservice.

Mr And Mrs G.

Yelp
We've visited this restaurant a few times now, and while it's a bit of a mixed bag for us, it definitely has its highlights--especially if you're dining with kids. MR says ... the place a bit overpriced and feels the food doesn't quite deliver that "wow" factor to justify the cost. MRS says ... Despite the higher prices, I enjoy coming here. The dumplings--while slightly doughy--are a favorite with our kids, and that alone makes the visit worth it. One of the standout dishes for me is the vegetarian hot and sour soup, which is made without pork and perfect for those with dietary restrictions. The dry-fried eggplant and green beans are solid choices too, and I'd say they're on par with what you'd get at places like WEI or Tasty China. While this restaurant may cost a bit more, the shorter drive makes it a convenient option. That said, one consistent disappointment is the noodles/lo mein. The texture just isn't right--they tend to be mushy rather than al dente. Another downside is the use of plastic containers. They're not eco-friendly and are typically single-use, which is a concern unless they're being properly recycled. KIDS say ... We love the dumplings!

Yelp
Wow... a fabulous addition to the East Cobb good scene. I tried three dishes- steam shrimp dumplings, dan dan noodles, and hot and sour soup. (Way too much for just me!) The menu has a large variety of choices and flavors- I can't wait to try more dishes. The appetizer menu is the most intriguing. Check out the entire menu on their website. I will be back!

Yelp
So good! Made right in front of you. Get the pork dumplings with chili oil and the cucumber salad.

Yelp
Tucked away in the Publix Shopping complex behind FedEx is this new dumpling/noodle place When you walk in you notice very few tables and a walk up and order counter. That's ok tho we were doing take out The staff was very friendly and very helpful You could tell the noodles and dumplings were homemade My hubs didn't like the DanDan noodles too much- the meat was more minced than he likes. He tried out chicken noodles and said they were pretty good - a little sweet for his taste Clean, great service, chill restaurant. I'll be back for the dumplings they were delish

Yelp
Stumbled upon this and it's officially our fav spot! Best Asian spot in this area. The beef noodles are to die for! This is in our regular rotation. The inside is average- more of a takeout or casual vibe. The taste is what sets this place apart. Great prices too.

Yelp
This was a a great experience! 100% will come here again. A3 & C3 are pure moneymakers! The hype is real!!

Yelp
The food was off the chain. This was our first time and i gotta say, if you enjoy actual spicy hand pulled noodles, GO NOW. These are perfectly spiced, not low spice at all. Taste and spice were perfectly. Balanced. The chicken dumplings with the corn were delicious. Whomever thought about frying mochi is a genius. They were pumpkin with red bean. Garlic cucumber salad was fresh. The service was amazing too. I spoke to a young man who was extremely polite, like threw me off, I'm usually the most polite. And the woman behind the counter was super sweet and asked a bunch of questions to make sure i enjoyed. I gotta say their service alone would've made me come back The place was super clean, ultra clean and inviting, they had a bunch of people around dining in. Overall everything i had was great, the soup was as authentic as it could be. Will go again. And again.

Yelp
I ate here with my family yesterday. We had the cumin beef noodles which were good. They were a bit spicy and the noodles had good texture. The pork and shrimp dumplings with chives were nice but I think maybe the pork and cabbage ones would have been more to my liking? The dry fried green beans were tasty. I think I like the ones at Firestone a little better. They are a bit more savory. Sorry I forgot to take pictures. This was plenty for the four of us. The fellow who took my order was friendly. Our order came up pretty quickly. The dining room is a little small but very busy. Lots of happy smiling people were there enjoying their food. It's really nice to have a little variety in east cobb.

Yelp
Friends, family and I tried this noodle house on 3 occasions. At first I thought it OK, but it went downhill from there. Their food is generally very bland and greasy. The dumplings have a really heavy wrapper and highly compacted fillings. We tried 3 different lo mein dishes and they all suffered from being bland and oily. The fried rice is also oily and barely changed from white rice. Friends asked if it contained anything to give it some color/flavor. We also tried their (deep fried) eggplant which was nearly inedible due to being overly salted. Their only other vegetable is (deep fried) string beans. No waiter service is available. For dining in, pick up your order and grab a table. Everything is served in plastic, whether for dining in or carry out. A recyclables trash can wasn't present. Styrofoam cups are available for self serve water.
google avatar

Bob J.

Yelp
Their food is phenomenal and all of the employees are so friendly! I loved the Chive Shrimp Dumplings & the Egg Drop Soup. They definitely make everything fresh! So fresh that the dumplings and soup come out scathing hot and need to cool for about 10-20 minutes before you can eat them without burning yourself. That's a good problem to have, though!

Yelp
My friend and I visited this place on a whim. It had been mentioned in a local food group so we thought why not try it out? It was a bit of a drive for us, about an hour. When we arrived we were the only customers at the time (around 2PMish on a Saturday). The location was a bit small and tucked away but I liked the vibes of the place. Everything is self serve- they had water and to-go containers sitting out. You order at the counter and then pick it up when they call your order. The person taking the order was nice and knowledgeable. We ordered the pork and cabbage dumplings as well as braised pork grandma noodles. The noodles came out first and it took a bit to get our dumplings. The noodles are labeled as spicy on the menu, which I was a bit worried about. It was interesting because the sauce for the dish wasn't mixed in- you had to mix it yourself. It looked a little gross on top not mixed in but it ended up tasting really good. The complaint here was the bowl they give you is not big enough to mix it in. We ended up getting it all over the sides and it still wasn't mixed super well. The top part was really spicy to the point where I had trouble eating it. I did ask before ordering if they could lower the spice at all but they said they can't because that's how they cook it. They assured me that "the dish needs spice to taste good." However, the more we ate the less spicy it got. I think there was a puddle of sauce at the bottom that hadn't been soaked in so that's why the bottom was less spicy. We enjoyed the food so much that we ordered the same stuff again but to-go. Now...the dumplings took way longer than they should've in my opinion. There was one other person in the restaurant now but I think it took 30-40 minutes after we ordered to get the dumplings. We ended up eating the noodles the next day and I think they absorbed all the sauce because they were so spicy it was hard to eat. Even my friend who likes spicy food had trouble finishing the dish when I had to tap out. Overall I liked the restaurant and the food, just a couple small critiques. I will say if you are sensitive to spicy food like I am, make sure to eat your food the day of. If you wait, it will soak up the oils and you'll probably have to throw away the leftovers.

Yelp
I'd give 3.5 stars if I could. Overall I enjoyed what we ordered here. First visit here. The chicken lo mein was good - nice texture for noodles & the chicken. The cumin beef grandma noodles, listed as "mildly spicy" were very spicy IMO. I really like spicy food, but when i wasn't expecting it to be as spicy as it was - it was disappointing. The noodles were very good & the texture of the beef was perfection - very tender. I didn't get numbing pepper in this dish - i got drowned in chili oil just hot. I'd try this again but ask to go light on the chili oil because it was overwhelming. The fried eggplant was very good, but could have the chili oil on the side, It kind of turned it into a soggy mess pretty quickly, I really don't like how much plastic they use - all that just sits in a landfill. I get using it for takeout, but for dining in, really hate to see that. I'd come back again, just ask to lay off the chili oil,

Keisha J.

Yelp
Food is amazing! Dumplings, fried rice. Etc. Everything we have tried we love it. The fried eggplant and string beans are also good. Lots of food to share.

Yelp
It's my first time ordering from HD&N and we really enjoyed the variety of offerings. Our first order was to go. I got two noodle dishes, two orders of dumplings, egg drop soup, spring rolls, and the sweet fried mochi. The food has lasted us all weekend. I enjoyed the Grandma Noodles which were very spicy with beef. The egg drop soup was spot on. The egg rolls were what you would expect, nice and crunchy and a good bit of veggies too. We had the long noodles for our little one. Our order took about 20 minutes. The staff were helpful. Not too much room inside the place to sit down, so if it's dinner or lunch time you might want to plan ahead, and order ahead.

Yelp
First time here, I liked the name so we decided to try it. We bought so many dumplings and pasta and have plenty of left overs. My favorite was the spicy pasta with beef. It is hot and I like it. We also tried a Chinese juice. It was interesting. My daughter liked watching them make the dumplings. Fun experience and good food, we will be back.

Elizabeth G.

Yelp
We love going to Handmade and always get an order of dumplings and something new. Everything has been delicious! Specfically the pork and chive dumplings, dan dan noodles, and coconut curry. The owners are also so welcoming. Recently the owner came up and said what a joy it was to see my lively kiddo in the restraurant and it made my day! Seating inside is great or you can do take out easily. Warm, inviting and always delicious!

Yelp
Came in for weekday lunch for the first time. I had the Cumin beef grandma noodles $13.95 and the chive/pork shrimp pan fried dumplings (10) $10.95. It was difficult to stir the noodles in the shallow container without making a mess. Wish they had deep larger bowls for dine in eating! Thought the dumplings filling could have used a tad more seasoning or flavor but was good with the dumpling sauce and chili oil. Sauces available on each table. Hubby ordered the special fries and the braised pork handmade "Chinese burger" and he was indifferent about his food overall. You order food at the counter. Order number is called out when it was ready for pick up. No table service, which was fine since everything was accessible. Had lids available to pack food to go, disposable cups for water jug, disposable bowls and utensils. Will definitely be back for the noodles!

Yelp
I really liked the wallpaper in the restaurant, it was really cute. I got the cumin beef grandma noodles and they give A LOT, the bowl is overflowing. The food came very fast I do wish they used actual dishes instead of to go containers because the noodles honestly needed a bigger bowl, but I am grateful they filled it to the brim instead of skimping. They gave generous amounts of beef and noodles, I wasn't able to finish it. I think the dish was super flavorful! I was a little disappointed by the texture of the noodles. They weren't as chewy as I would've liked them to be, but that's just personal preference. My friend also got the veggie dumplings and I was super skeptical bc the fillings just didn't sound that appetizing to me, but they were honestly really good for veggie dumplings! I think the pork ones would've been really good! Overall it's a decent restaurant. Definitely the only handmade noodle and dumpling place in the area so it's the best one in the area for sure, but it can't beat some of the other places around Atlanta.

Yelp
Amazing food, great service. Got pork dumplings and DanDan noodles. Worth the drive to go outside of Atlanta.

Yelp
I found this place on yelp! while looking for cheap eats in East Cobb. While not the cheapest eats, the prices are reasonable and the portions are amble. The Dan Dan noodles and Chinese burger were delicious as were the pork dumplings.

Yelp
I ordered the bok choy dumplings. The flavor was ok, not sure if I would order them again! I also ordered the coconut curry with chicken and it was so delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly.

Delicious little joint in East Cobb. It's great Chinese food without going to Buford highway. Order at the counter and sit at one of a few tables. Grab your own silverware and napkins. So it's very casual. But the food is great. We tried the string beans and the vegetarian grandmas noodles. The sauce on the grandmas noodles was so good. We loved that there were plenty of veggie options too. Can't wait to come back and try more.

Yelp
The food is good & the people are very nice. It is counter service & I just get takeout but it is clean & busy.

Yelp
Dandan noodles were meh. Asked for extra spicy, there was ZERO spice. Overcooked, gummy. Just difficult to enjoy because they were just greasy, overcooked, and bland. Hard pass.

Yelp
Amazing ownership and even better food! Love this place, I can expect consistent quality especially with the cumin beef grandma noodles.

Yelp
Ok, I love noodles. These were not bad. The issue for me was the Braised Pork Grandma Noodle dish that we ordered because it could be ordered without being too spicy was UNAPPETIZING! It looked and tasted like Chef Boyardee Beef a roni without the tomato sauce. We had to add either soy sauce or dumpling dipping sauce just to add flavor. It needed vegetables and flavor! The pork with Napa Cabbage dumplings were tasty! The best part was the young lady that seemed to be part manager or supervisor asked us how we liked our food. She was friendly and smiled and I said it seemed to need more vegetables, it needed more flavor. She said she really hoped we would return and gave us three menu suggestions to try that she thought we would enjoy. We will definitely be returning!

Yelp
Customer service was stellar! The employees had wonderful smiles, answered my questions, and the food was phenomenal. I was there earlier today and have already recommended it to over three people!

Yelp
The best authentic Chinese food in East Cobb area. We love the dumplings (which are handmade by the owner) and the eggplant! The restaurant is clean and tidy. Will come back soon!

Yelp
Food was delicious. I enjoyed the chicken fried rice and pork dumplings. I don't think I'd get the Dan Dan noodles again but more of a personal choice where I'd rather have pieces of pork vs ground pork.

Yelp
Wow! This place is great. Two thumbs up. My wife and I ordered grandma noodles (pork), lo mein noodles (chicken), 2 Chinese burgers (pork) and an order of dumplings. Everything was fantastic and we have plenty left over for another meal and maybe a lunch for me after that. East Cobb folks would do well to give this place a try. And ask for the red chili sauce - raises the heat level a notch or two. This place will be a part of our restaurant rotation going forward.
