"Handmade Dumplings and Noodles has developed a strong following since its opening in 2024. Helmed by the former owner of Firestone Chinese in Kennesaw and East Cobb, this small operation offers a menu focusing on, you guessed it, handmade dumplings and noodles. Try the pork and cabbage; pork, chive, and shrimp; or beef and carrot dumplings, which burst with juice after every bite. Pair them with the cumin beef grandma noodles and dry-fried eggplant, topped with a generous amount of fried scallions and numbing peppercorns.
