On the Grid : Happy Bones

"Any coffee place that opens at 7:30am is a friend of ours! A quick walk away from the office, Happy Bones is the perfect pick-me-up before a midday meeting or a client presentation. Try the flat white cappuccino and ask for almond milk, it’s amazing! We also recommend the mango soda, on the rocks." - Barrel

Happy Bones - Review - New York - The Infatuation

"A small but very cool coffee shop on Broome Street. If you are a street artist or simply interested in dressing like one, this is a great place to hang out and take pictures of your drink. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

"COVID-19 update: Temporarily closed. Here's the thing: Happy Bones is actually tiny, but because most people come for to-go drinks, the tables are almost always empty. The two guys who run this place keep the menu and the décor blessedly simple, so you're guaranteed both a great cup of coffee and a peaceful atmosphere every time. "

The barista who served me was really nice. I really love when people enjoy their jobs, just for that every time I go to London I’ll go there. I had an almond croissant and a hot chocolate. The almond croissant had a lot of almonds on top, the flavour was amazing and the almond filling was great too. I recommend this place for people who want to escape the rain and be treated kindly by the staff. I don’t rate them 5 stars because the hot chocolate flavour wasn’t excellent. If their hot chocolate could be improved that’d be great! I loved the ornament they had!

I read great reviews about this coffee shop and my expectations were high. I got disappointed. The cappuccino was probably better than those of other coffee shops in the area but only barely okay in my view. Pastries limited.

When you need a caffeine fix, this shop is the cure. The cold brew is super tasty and perfect for a warm day. Service is super friendly and really quick for a small coffee shop. The baristas know the craft here and it shows in the delicious coffee.

This place was so amazing! It's owned by artist, and you can tell from the Decor and design of the building. The baristas were some of the friendliest in New York. I had an expresso and a cortada, both were very delicious.

Delicious strong coffee in little Italy. We got the vanilla hot latte and it was wonderful. Was a little pricey, with oat milk, it came out to $9.
