Very fun experience. The wand section was awesome and reminded me the most of Universal Harry Potter world. The frozen butter beer is a must. Otherwise, as others have said, it’s not as spacious as I would have thought, and most importantly— it can get BUSY. I went on a weekday; walked right in and it was pretty empty. I can’t imagine waiting in line/crowds would be worth it. Overall a fun stop if you’re a fan, but manage your expectations - more of a quick, magical visit moment.

This Harry Potter shop was such a great experience. They had a huge variety of merchandise, and we spent hours choosing what to buy. We ended up getting a magic wand, and it was totally worth it. We even visited the store twice just to have the butterbeer again. The aesthetic of the place is amazing, and they also have a small café that serves butterbeer, which was delicious. A must-visit spot for any Harry Potter fan! ✨

This store was absolutely incredible!! I loved everything about it. We just went to Universal a few weeks ago and this store still had exclusive merch and souvenirs we didn't see there. They had so many amazing and unique wands. Christmas decorations were out and they had a lot of really cool ornaments. The Butterbeer bar was amazing and super delicious. I'm super excited to go back again! The decorations in the store were really cool and I loved the theming. It felt like you walked into Ollivanders at Universal in that section or Honeydukes in that area. Absolutely recommended!

This is an absolutely spectacular themed store — cozy, immersive, and visually stunning from the moment you walk in. The decoration makes you feel like you’ve stepped straight into the Wizarding World, and the variety of Harry Potter souvenirs is amazing. You can find everything from plush toys and collectibles to house merchandise and unique gifts. One of the highlights is the classic Butterbeer, just like in the movies — delicious and a must-try for any fan. If you love the Harry Potter saga, this place is an unmissable stop. You’ll want to visit for sure… and you’ll probably want to take everything home!

Incredibly wholesome experience. Growing up with the franchise made this feel so magical. They are mostly sticking to the movies and not expanding on that so certain niche items might not be available. Of course I got a butterbeer and we sat in the café for a bit. My only complaint is that there is so much more to the Harry Potter universe that I would like to see included. Hopefully they expand on it in future years

Visiting the Harry Potter Shop downtown felt like stepping straight into the Wizarding World. The atmosphere is magical from the moment you walk in, with so many thoughtful details throughout the store. One of my favorite parts was the pastries and treats. They offer a fun selection of desserts and sweets inspired by the series, which really adds to the experience. It’s the perfect stop if you want a little magical treat while browsing the shop. From wands, scarves, mugs, jewelry, tote bags, pins, and cozy accessories, everything feels well-designed and makes great souvenirs or gifts.Overall, this shop is a must-visit whether you’re a die-hard Harry Potter fan or just looking for a fun experience downtown.

Beautiful store! Exploring the store itself was a beautiful experience. This was my first Harry Potter store. There are some affordable things to buy, like posters, key chains and more. At the same time there are things that make no economical sense to buy. I would highly recommend visiting the store if you like Harry Potter, even if you don’t plan to buy stuff.

We had fun at the shop. There was a line to get in, it was about 20-25 people but we only waited for 3-5 minutes. Then suddenly all of us were let in at once. Considering it was Saturday, it isn't bad at all. They have all kinds of Harry Potter merch, including Hogwarts, its four houses and the event had Harry Potter Chicago exclusive items. I was amazed by the amount of wands they had. The prices were not outrageous. There is a cafe there where you can try the butter beer. It comes in a souvenir cup and there is a washing station for the cup so you can take it home without it getting messy or sticky. If you like Harry Potter this is a must in Chicago.

My partner and I don't care much for Harry Potter but decided to check it out since we were already in the area. The interior itself totally exceeded my expectations but the drinks were just ok. Drinks: (3/5) I got the butterbeer slush while my partner got the butterbeer soda. I would recommend getting the slush over the soda but both are worth trying. The foam on top was good for a little but gets too sweet real fast. Service: (5/5) Didn't interact with the workers much but it was close to closing and there were still a lot of people in the store. I totally get it and didn't expect much.

Had a couple of minutes to kill before a show at the Broadway in Chicago Playhouse theater and so stopped by to check out the Harry Potter Shop. As soon as you walk in you're transported to all things Harry Potter with a beautiful moving "stained glass" display. They have everything from robes and wands to tshirts and totes and everything in between. Prices for items were actually more reasonable than I was expecting. Definitely a must visit for any Harry Potter fan in the city. The cafe also has butter beer and butter beer ice cream, though my niece and nephew noted not as good as the butter beer at Universal. It was pretty pricey but came in a plastic souvenir cup you can take home (they even have a cup rinsing station). If you can't get to Orlando or Anaheim, Michigan Ave is close enough to get a little taste of Harry Potter!

Chicago lights, Christmas bites headed to the Harry Potter Chicago Experience for the creamiest butterbeer and all the little wizarding treats that made us feel like we were straight out of Hogsmeade. We wandered over to Millennium Park next to see the Christmas tree -- even in the daylight it was still so beautiful and festive. And we ended the night on our balcony, cozy and bundled up, watching the Magnificent Mile Festival of Lights parade and the fireworks sparkle across the city. Christmas cocktails, butterbeer, sweet treats, festive sights, and the best company... truly the perfect foodie holiday adventure ‍

When I heard there's a Harry Potter store, I wanted to come see it. The store reminded me of the stores I visited at Universal Studios. Alot of people shopping. The store was divided by teams, you can tell when walking in. The colors and names will display on all the merchandise. Lots of clothes, robes, wands, candies, and more souvenirs. The price is similar to the theme park. Service was fast, I headed over to the cafe to order butter beer. It came with a souvenir cup, surprisingly it's soda. Last time I had butter beer at the theme park was real beer.

This was my 1st visit to the Harry Potter Shop. Located right on Michigan Avenue, this Harry Potter store is a must-see for fans -- but be prepared for crowds! I visited on a busy Saturday afternoon, and the place was packed with tourists. We waited about 10 minutes in line just to get inside. Once in, it was a bit overwhelming -- there's so much to look at and the space gets crowded quickly. But it's also beautifully decorated and full of amazing details that bring the Wizarding World to life. The wand section was definitely one of the highlights -- so many cool designs to choose from! The Butterbeer Café was another fun touch. I didn't try the drink (even though the souvenir cup was tempting!), but I did get the Butterbeer soft serve ice cream, and it was super delicious -- creamy, sweet, and full of that signature butterscotch flavor. While it was really good, it was almost too sweet. Overall, this is a must-visit stop in Chicago, especially if you're a Harry Potter fan. Just come prepared for lines and crowds, and you'll have a magical time.

This was such a cool store and the attention to detail is insane. We were able to sit down and share a butter beer which was a neat experience but it is very sweet. Many different gift options and souvenirs for people. Overall, it was a neat stop but the prices are pretty high.

This store is SO cute! I'll admit I'm not a huge Harry Potter fan like so many other my age but one of the foodies I follow shared his haul from this store and I knew I had to see it for myself. They have a wide variety of branded items from each house. They have a concession area so you can have a butterbeer if you want. During my visit they had a limited edition Happy Birthday Harry line so I imagine they are adding things regularly. Some of the items are very reasonable (see fly as* letterman jacket pic) and others you wonder who they're for because they're so high; I don't understand the rhyme or reason to their pricing at all. I left with a few gifts for my REAL fan friends. It's one block down from the Starbucks Reserve so you can make a morning/afternoon of it.

If you're a Harry Potter fan who hasn't been to the Harry Potter store in Chicago when in town - are you even a Harry Potter fan? During my annual trip to the Windy City I made sure to to scope it out. From the moment I walked through the front doors and saw the moving mermaid "stained glass window", I was in love. I spent about an hour and a half just perusing all of the shelves of merchandise, tried out how numerous wands felt in my hand, was sorted into Gryffindor by the Sorting Hat, and even enjoyed my first ever Butter Beer in the small cafe attached to the store. Bonus Tip: if you get the butter beer it comes in a cute collectible cup you cup. I of course couldn't leave without taking a home a small piece of the Harry Potter world with me so opted for a mini luggage tote (that I was able to have monogrammed for free in store) as well as a chocolate frog or two. It's such a fun store for Harry Potter lovers that you can't miss it!

Me, my wife and sister visited the Harry Potter Shop for my Birthday this past Sunday! The shop has a huge selection of Harry Potter themed items! They also serve butter beer, butter beer ice cream, and a variety of Harry Potter themed treats. Overall a lovely experience! Worth checking out :)

Love this shop. I have been twice and every time they have additional items to purchase. I don't really need anything since so have been collecting items since college. However if you need Hogwarts gear can grab here. On this last occasion, the sorting hat was present and I was put into Slytherin even though I am a self proclaimed Gryffindor. I have suspected that I was a snake. lol In the heart of the store is the largest Butterbeer Bar in the U.S. I grabbed Dobby, the loveable House Elf, first seen in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. This soft toy version of Dobby the House Elf is highly detailed with posable arms and legs. Love my Dobby. He travelled all around DT with us. Check this place out if you need capes, wands, jewelry, candy, ornaments and or any Harry Potter accessories you desire. I bet you find at least one item you desire.

This place was so cool! Even better than I expected. I saw when I was planning my trip to Chicago that they recently got this Harry Potter shop with a butterbeer bar. The outside was super inviting and once you step inside it's truly magical. There were floating books on the ceiling, the moving mermaid fountain, they have someone in the front with a sorting hat to let you know which house you belong in and tons of merch. Some stuff was processed, but a lot was actually affordable. When you're here, you've got to go to the butterbeer bar. You can get it frozen or on draft and it comes with a souvenir mug. They also have a gew baked goods. Inside the store they have a whole display for wands, books, "school supplies" and even some fantastic beasts merch. Even if you dont buy anything it's super fun to walk around and see all the details from the books and movies brought to life.

The highlight of my weekend trip to Chicago has got to be trying the frozen butter beer. The foam just gets me every single time I had to go back twice to get it. The atmosphere here is so welcoming and friendly! There is such a large selection for Harry Potter things so if you're looking for something Harry Potter this is the place to be! It's pricey but I feel like if you never experience it, it's worth it. It's split up by shopping and cafe, you cannot bring food or drinks into the shopping area. I'll have to be back when I come to Chicago again.

A very interesting addition to Michigan Ave. If you are reading this, I assume you are a fan. The store is immaculate, shinny, pretty, in every corner. We went in for the butter beer from the tap and it did not disappoint. Sweet, smooth, with a tiny hint of sour at the end. The staff of course was wonderful, and there were a lot of them around. The shopping section has a dizzying selection, of everything you possibly want. The price, tourist tax plus Michigan Ave rent.

My Ravenclaw friend and I (also a Ravenclaw) had this shop on her Chicago wishlist, and we found it as we waltzed down the Magnificent Mile. Location: E Huron St and N Michigan Ave - you can't miss the massive sign exterior of the store. Getting there: Can't speak to parking, but we walked and took the metro Atmosphere: Picture being a sardine in a very excited, wand-waving sea. It's chaotic, noisy, and you might as well befriend an owl to keep track of where your family/friends are. That said, the store's layout was creative and the decor was spot-on. There's even a cafe serving baked goods and butterbeer, though I skipped the taste test. Merch: I get the hype, but as someone who has ventured to The Wizarding World at Universal Studios numerous times, the merchandise felt déjà vu. Great for superfans; for me, more of a casual stroll down memory lane. Price/Service: Can't comment, as I didn't buy anything or interact with staff. Would I return? Probably not. It was fun to browse once, but if you're a diehard fan, this is your place to geek out.

This was a cool store and cafe on my most recent visit to Chicago! It is VERY busy and offers a nice shopping experience for souvenirs for Harry Potter fans. The cafe is off to the side and offers many HP-related desserts and pastries. We opted for the butterbeer-flavored soft serve on our visit. The line moved pretty quickly and our servers were prompt and helpful. After placing our order, we stood to the side and the soft serve was soon ready! It was definitely on the sweet side, and tasted like butterscotch. It was a sizable amount and we split it between two people, still feeling pretty full! I saw many other folks trying out the butterbeer which had the visual appearance of coke, though I'm not sure what it tasted like! The seating was pretty spacious overall. The food options seemed fairly well-priced considering the markup for HP-related products. Definitely a worthwhile stop for any HP fans on your next visit to Chicago's Magnificent Mile!

If you are Potter fan than this place is a great visit. There usually is a line but if you are lucky, it will be short either way the line move pretty quickly inside you will find the café at one end and the shop on the other. The shop has all the Hogwarts paraphernalia that you would want from each of the houses. There is also a candy shop with all kinds of goodies. I especially enjoyed the butter beer iced, and the Quidditch cookie all in all a nice experience.

I've been looking forward to come here for a while now! Finally got to come with friends, who aren't as big of fans as I am, but still thought all the theatrics and things related to the movies/books were cool. The cookies and butter beer are ridiculously expensive. We got two cookies and a small butter beer and it was 36$. Crazy! The amount of cool stuff you can get Harry Potter related was awesome! Robes, blankets, toys, jelly beans, chocolate frogs, personalized acceptance letters, just all so cool. Won't take long to walk through though. I wish they had more to see but still cool!

This destination stop store wasn't even on my radar. I didn't even know it was in Chicago as I passed through. But when I seen it. I knew immediately I had to stop. And boy am I glad I did. Inside the store it makes you think you are in Harry Potters world. Everything is interactive and fun. The selection of goods to buy is plentiful and fully stocked. The staff is very friendly. The cashiers are awesome and ready to make you smile and even laugh. I didn't know I needed to be here. But I know I'll be back.

I think this was very much hyped up online.. upon entering it looks larger than it actually is.. I thought it take me an hour.to get through the store but it only took me 15 minutes.. The items and souvenirs they sell are nice but it some how felt like there were not a lot of options. We went to the café inside and when it was our pur turn to order the lady at the counter asked what we eould like to order then started a conversation with another girl behind the counter and then they both walked away.. so then another women steped in front ofnua to take our ordwr ans she was even more rude.. She huffed and sighed when ever we asked question about the menu.. My cousin ordered a butter beer. I was going to order just a cup of their soft served butter beer ice cream but i asked how much it cost first and the women said $11! For a cup of ice cream?! No way I skipped it.. Overall, I was expecting something magical but it was really just a tourist trap.. a let down for sure

Cool spot to checkout if you enjoy Harry Potter. I was walking by when I saw a long line wrapped around the corner. The lines go by fast though and you'll probably only wait 10-15 minutes. I ended up getting the expensive butter beer for $13 but I will saw it was pretty delicious, even better than the ones at Universal Studios. Fun place to checkout.

I only have one photo that shows what cafe offers, they got many merchandises, cute items, I bought key chains and cute sweater. I dont see the big hype of butter beer, I had it as ice cream form this time, it is nice, kinda like harry potter related item, so u have it but it is so very sweet. i may go back soon then ill upload more pics.

(G)o - definitely go! It's hot right now! (W)ow - It's more detailed than the Universal section devoted to Harry Potter. Tons of merch - books, letters, trunks, robes, dolls - and interactive displays - the jelly bean wheel where they select a bertie bott's flavor for you was my personal favorite, shortly followed by the wand display. (A)mbiance - What a nostalgic paradise. Beware the weekend lines. (M)enu - Sadly this is where they fall short. The iconic happy birthday harry cake was sixteen dollars for an admittedly movie accurate design that fell short of taste. Unless they're implying Hagrid can't make a box cake. In which case, apologies! If Hagrid could work a box menu, then this cake did not do him justice. Very dry bread and the fruit jelly was interspersed in little pockets that weren't evenly spread. The frosting was hard, crusty, and overly sweet. The snitch cookie was obviously screen printed, but cute. On a positive note, the butterbeer was fizzy and creamy. Delicious and you get to take the cup home. The novelty and the cuteness are what you're paying for, but really, that's the point of these shops.

Either you like Harry Potter or you don't. I do. The brand has so much to offer from a collection of movies, a series of books, to wearable merchandise, creative food and beverage items to unique collectibles. The encounter in this shop will transport you to the movies. They have everything you can imagine. There is even a special room for sale items. After shopping and exploring, do stop in the cafe for a tasty treat. I opted for the butter beer muffin which is drizzled with butterscotch before serving. Washed it down with a butter beer on draft. You can also get it frozen. Plan to return on a warmer day to try the butter beer swirled soft serve.

Nice, fun store for Harry Potter lovers. They have some fun decor like flying books hanging from the ceiling. The whole place is decorated to the amount where my husband said he felt like he was in Disney world. The store itself is not that big, but there's a good amount of things to look at. They have a whole section of wands from each character. And a butter beer cafe with tables and seats. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed their butterbeer. The cream foam on top of it was excellent. It wasn't just whipped cream on top, but a special sweet cream. It came with a fun mug that you can take home as a souvenir also. One tip: make sure you're standing in the right line if you're trying to get butterbeer because there was a long line for the bathroom (which we assumed was for butter beer), and one of the workers kept having to ask people to make sure they were in the right line.

This is a fun stop while you are wondering around the Magnificent Mile. Harry Potter continues to wonder around in the imagination and fun for kids and it was nice to step into AC and walk around and check out the items. You can't leave without wetting your whistle with some butter beer. I got the frozen option and it was tasty. It was also expensive so be prepared for it. It was a nice treat. The service was excellent and friendly. The wait wasn't long at all. Now time to sit and think about my next magic trick.

Everyone was so friendly and the decor was fun even to walk around in! There was a good selection of food, drinks, apparel, and of course wands. Highly recommend to go and enjoy the magic and have a butterbeer at the cafe!

I was ecstatic when I found out there was an HP store in Chicago! And it lived up to the hype! From the moment you walk in, you hear the HP music and you're transported back to Hogwarts. There is a little cafe with a variety of drinks and desserts. We chose the draft butterbeer and a buttered cupcake. Both were so so good! The butterbeer is a tad bit less sweet than at Universal which I found perfect. The actual retail store is decorated perfectly and has so many different things to buy! Everything was what you'd expect price wise for HP and I don't see how you could get out of there without buying at least one thing. I told my husband this will be a regular stop for us when we are in town going forward!

Cool little store for all the Harry Potter nerds. Pricey items but fun to look at all the wands and merch they offer. Workers at the drink counter were rude as can be tho, just asking them what they offered they were annoyed and rudltalking over me. I wouldn't stand in line to come here.

I love that the location of this store is downtown! It was in walking distance from my hotel so I had to stop by and it exceeded my expectations. There were an overwhelmingly amount of people so I wasn't able to try the cafe of stay for too long. This store has everything! They sell wands that you can get engraved, trunks, owls, and all things Harry Potter related. I snatched small things only because I had to fly back home (weight limit struggles). They had cute bows, magnets, butter beer!! Def grabbed the butter beer . There are so many different items to choose from. Customer service was nice and everyone is helpful and can answer any questions.

The store was soooo busy. Line was all the way down the street. It took 5 minutes to get in. The check out lines were very short and everything was affordable.

The Harry Potter Shop had a fun vibe which paralleled scenes directly from the movies. There was a plethora of Harry Potter themed merchandise. However, the prices were not meant for the average muggle, like the tiny sweater Christmas ornament that sold for $22. The salespeople were exceptionally personable and stayed in the theme of the store when dealing with customers. The frozen butterbeer was sweet and refreshing with the added bonus of a keepsake souvenir mug.

The Harry Potter store is new to Chicago. It was a very fun and interactive store at some point you felt like you were back in some of the movies. Of course we had to try the butter beer which was a nice frozen little treat for a warm day. Service was relatively quick and the house serving the butter beer was friendly. They definitely had a large selection of Harry Potter memorabilia to sell. And I felt the value was average price. This would definitely be a fun place to take your children or if you're a avid Harry Potter fan.

My sister-in-law wanted to visit the Harry Potter Shop in Chicago, and it turned out to be the perfect opportunity to explore it myself, and wow, what a unique store! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is magical. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming; they take the time to explain the products and truly encourage you to explore the thousands of items they have in store. You'll find everything you can imagine for each Hogwarts house -- from small items like pins to clothing, bags, backpacks, and so much more. My two favorite sections: The Wand Section. Absolutely stunning! They carry around 100 different wands, one for each character, plus special editions and house-themed wands. The selection is incredible, and the prices are very reasonable. The Candy Section. Such a fun experience! They offer everything from frog chocolates to those infamous "gross" jelly beans. Whether you're a collector or just curious, it's worth picking up a few treats to try. One last highlight... the Butterbeer bar! You can enjoy your own Butterbeer right inside the store, the perfect way to top off your visit. If you're a Harry Potter fan (or even if you're just shopping with someone who is), this shop is an absolute must-see in Chicago!

Mag Mile finally gets a store to be excited about! The Harry Potter store has only been open a few weeks, but the staff here has it down to a well oiled machine. There's staff outside monitoring the line and reminding people to use the virtual queue. You don't have to wait in line, there is a QR code you can use to get your party in line. When your ticket turns green, your party has 2 hours to enter the store. Despite all the chaos, the store was kept very clean and the employees inside were very friendly and helpful. There's plenty of merchandise and set pieces to enjoy here--alongside some Chicago exclusive items. The butterbeer is exactly how I remember it from Universal Studios Florida. There's a tankard wash to clean your souvenir mug so you don't have to carry a sticky, empty mug around too. There's some baked treats, including a vegan option (the Dark Mark cookie). One thing that's a big miss is that the bathrooms are not decorated with the theme. Frankly, I would lose my mind (with joy) if there was even an audio track of Moaning Myrtle or something but alas, the bathrooms are regular bathrooms.

Very neat shop and a must visit for any die-hard Harry Potter fan or if you're on the hunt for some exclusive merchandise/gifts. There's a line to get in at all times of the day if you go on a weekend. The check out line is also insanely long. I do wish the store was bigger but it probably felt small because it was crowded inside. I thought the store had a great selection of products. I went to mainly to hit up the butterbeer bar. It's $15 but comes in a plastic souvenir mug. I'm not sure if they have the option of not getting the butterbeer in the souvenir mug, but I would certainly prefer that in the future when I visit so I don't end up with a ton of mugs. In terms of taste, I really loved the root beer/butterscotch notes complemented by the creamy foam top. I got the frozen one, which was recommended by the cashier, but I'll try the room temperature one next time since the frozen one gave me quite the brain freeze.

Newly opened HP Chicago store is huge & has a variety of different mementos & strictly Chicago souvenirs! Still a long line during the day & on weekends, but no line when it's about an hour till closing. Frozen Butterbeer is the one to try & don't forget to stir it! Prices are competitive as if you got something from a theme park after your ride! Exceptional service from everyone working there!

What a fun store on Michigan Ave! If you are a HP fan, it's a must to visit and check out this shop. They have a small cafe there too and a lot of butter beers!

It's a dream come true for a Harry Potter fan! The store is newly opened in Chicago and it's amazing! There were many merchandise and gift options for everyone. The weekdays seem lesser busy compared to weekends, when there are huge wait lines. The Butter Beer on tap is a must try! It's a 10/10. :) A great experience, highly recommend!

This store makes you feel magical if you are a Harry Potter fan or fanatic! I was so excited to walk in this store and look at all the decor, clothing, books, snacks, Legos, etc. So many fantastic gift options for any HP fan. Each of the employees I met were very friendly and provided great customer service. My youngest son wanted to try the butter beer so we opted for the beverage with whipped cream. Surprisingly, it was very good (and I don't like crème soda usually). I spent a lot of money and walked out with a huge grin on my face. I will definitely be back!

If you're a Harry Potter fan, I recommend coming here! The shop has a plethora of souvenirs and even a cafe to drink butterbeer and snack on some sweets. There is even a survey you can take to get a free gift from the staff! Overall, it was a nice experience :D

Reminds me of Harry Potter worlds but this store has way more very expensive merch to buy. One dad said how did we spend $300...lol. Parents be prepared!!!

What a fun little store on Michigan Ave! Delightfully planned out, there's something for every Harry Potter fan. There's also a butterbeer bar. TBH, I didn't think it was as good as the ones at Universal Studios, but still fun nonetheless. I will say I was surprised that 4 cookies and 4 butter beers was $100! But they do have a cup cleaner and you can take the commemorative cups home. I really liked the concept of the Golden Snitch cookie, but it seemed like imprinted paper on a frosted cookie.

I'm no Harry Potter fan, but this place is so cool! There's SO much to shop for in this pretty small store, and expect it to be incredibly busy! There's a spot on the other side of the store that serves butter beer of all sorts. Don't worry, there's plenty of seating for to devour these desserts. Ice cream, draft, frozen, other desserts. First of all, this butter beer stuff is amazing! It's so tasty, just like butterscotch. The ice cream was one of the highlights of my week long trip, that says a lot. You also get to keep the cup that the drink comes in which is cool, and they have a little station to wash it off so it isn't all sticky and dirty. Even if you aren't big into Harry, I encourage you to go try the things they serve. All workers are very nice as well and patient

They did a great job with the decor of the store. Walking in had a picture that was animated. There was so many things to see that you could get lost in there. The selection of items was spot on. They even had an area to get themed desserts and butter beer. I didn't realize this was located in Chicago until I drove past and saw how the outside was designed. It definitely draws you in. Great tourist spot.

As an always HP fan and even with all the controversy over J.K. Rowling with all her Transphobic and Homophobic post which as myself part of the LGBTQ community definitely don't support and despite I had to see the store by myself as I've seen so many videos on Tiktok and OMG that place is AMAZING and love the division by sections as well . Literally could say it was magic ;) . Sooooo much good merch and a wonderful service too . Loved the atmosphere and decors .
