Hatback Bar & Grille - Review - Sodo - Seattle - The Infatuation

"With a trip to Hatback, you get a location convenient to the Sodo stadiums, great beer, and food that’s just OK. This huge warehouse of a sports bar has so many TVs that they could play every Olympics event all at once, plus a Seinfeld rerun. The menu has the typical offerings you’d find in such close proximity to astroturf—like pizza, burgers, and various dips, but we aren’t jazzed about any of those. If you’re in the mood to just drink, their selection of local beers range from Fremont Brewing’s lush IPA to Métier’s coconut porter. Walk in with a large group of friends, grab a pint, order a few decent appetizers for the table, and then simply walk across the street to the game." - Kayla Sager-Riley

Mariners’ Hatback Bar & Grille and Steelheads Alley is Coming to SoDo - Eater Seattle

"The Mariners’ new restaurant Hatback Bar & Grille will open in August in the old Pyramid Brewing building, just across the street from T-Mobile Park in SoDo. Hatback will feature American classics like burgers, pizza, and oysters, and its signature colors (royal blue and gold) are a tribute to the baseball franchise’s original uniforms. The name is also a reference to Ken Griffey Jr., one of the Mariners’ greatest players." - Mark Van Streefkerk

Visiting before a concert at Lumen Field. I got the hat back burger and she got the Steelheads burger. Both very good. We wish they made the patties inhouse but nonetheless still good bar food. I had the espresso martini and it was 5/5 She had the special peach whiskey sour. 4/5 not sweet enough for her liking

We were at Hatback the night of an out of town Mariners game. The Mariners were playing the Yankees (this will be important). The staff was immediately super friendly and helpful. They sat us immediately. I had a 16 and 14 year old with me. We were sat bar adjacent. We got water immediately and our drink orders were taken and brought to the table quickly. We ordered the pretzel, which was so freaking delicious. It was soft and flavorful and the mustard sauce it comes with is delicious. We got a pulled pork sandwich, and it was just ok. The 14 year old who ordered it hated it. The "coleslaw" on the sandwich was very sad. It was basically purple with vinegar. The bbq sauce was too sweet. The avocado bacon burger was "alright" according to the 16 year old boy with a hollow leg. He didn't even finish it and wasn't excited about finishing it when I made him eat it for lunch the next day, I think that speaks volumes. I got the Diavolo pizza. It was good. The ingredients were good quality. It was spicy, but not extremely spicy. I am made of asbestos though, so don't even try if black pepper is usually too much for you. The restaurant itself is very nice. There are sports ball TVs all over the place. Wood. Varnish. Very masculine. If you'll recall we were there during the Mariners away game v the Yankees. There was a Yankees fan in the bar portion being a whole red flag. Pacing, yelling, randomly screeching BING BONG at the top of his lungs. Basically being disruptive. He was never asked to leave. I found that odd. The staff was the only reason I'd come back.

I cannot say enough good things about Patty and the incredible service she provided during our visit! From the moment we were seated, Patty was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made us feel welcome right away and somehow managed to be both efficient and friendly the entire time — it felt like she genuinely cared about making our experience great. Our drinks never went empty, our food came out perfectly timed, and she even made helpful recommendations that ended up being our favorite dishes of the night.. definitely try the steelhead burger! Patty went above and beyond, and her attention to detail and positive energy made the whole evening unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to get Patty as your server, you’re in for a treat! She’s a true gem and a huge asset to the restaurant. We’ll definitely be coming back — and asking for her by name!

We came here for a work event at lunchtime unfortunately there was a sounders game later in the evening and they still wanted to charge us $30 for parking. That’s ridiculous. When I called the restaurant and told them that we were with the group that was coming in there was 12 of us coming for lunch, she said go ahead and park in the front and when I parked, I realized that was $30 parking 30×12 people that is too much and uncalled for the soccer match was at 7 PM and we arrived at two. I’m not sure why they would want to charge us five hours in advance, so to start the experience it was on not so great. Thank goodness the server went above and beyond and was very delightful and got us water right away drinks and our food he made up the difference but I will say I don’t think I will come back if I have to pay $30 for parking it’s not worth it for a burger and fries, the ranch dressing is really delicious. It seems like it was homemade there. The burger was really good. I got the regular hamburger with french fries on the side. I substituted the cheddar cheese for beet cheese, which was delicious. The entire staff was very friendly. The restaurant is clean and this is what is important.

Google
The Hatback Bar & Grill is a great location right next to T-Mobile Park! You get 50% off any burger or pizza after a Mariners game, but I would rate the food just slightly above average. The staff was super nice and the energy was great both times I went there. The "Diavolo" pizza was good, but too spicy for me. Their „Old Fashioned“ cocktail is amazing!

I had a very very intimate experience with my server, “Nick S”. He truly brings this restaurant’s ambiance to life. But, what brings me to this page today is a result of my appreciation for servers, Tiana and Aubrey. I felt so extremely welcomed and found them both a delight to be around. It was clear they also had a great working relationship. Will be back here again soon with my husband. Great place for seniors.

I hosted corporate team events at Hatback Bar after Mariner's game. If you are looking for large group gathering, especially before or after Mariners, Seahawks, Sounders game, this is a fantastic place to do so! Casey and Jacquelyn were super helpful to help me rent a right size private room and pre-order catering foods. Also, they were very helpful to sort out drink tickets for group to ensure we are staying within budget. Then on the day, our server Jeremy was awesome. Food was excellent - their menu is very inclusive so everyone from vegetarian to Gluten free folks were easily accommodated. All the cocktails were super yummy and great beer selections! Highly recommend if you need to entertain bigger group! I also have been here for just before/after game for small group and its been always great spot!

Yelp
NICELY APPOINTED SPORTS BAR ACROSS THE STREET FROM T-MOBILE STADIUM. Always a fun place to stop in for drinks, apps, or even a full pub style meal. Great hamburgers, fries, and a wide selection of craft beers. Excellent service. In a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend. Cheers.

Yelp
Spent the day in the city and tried out this bar and grille. It's across from the stadium but it wasn't a game day, so it wasn't very busy. Our bar serves were amazing and friendly. We enjoyed watching the US Soccer team win. We order two Rainer beers bc it was a hot day and I ordered the three carnitas tacos. Wasn't very loud bc it wasn't very busy due to it not being a game day.

Yelp
Stopped in on 6/26/25 and the place was PACKED. We didn't even have seats at first, but Jeremy helped us immediately on the patio, with a smile. Our food came out quick, hot, and perfect! The salad was fresh, and the burger was AMAZING! Thank you HatBack crew, and especially Jeremy, the server extraordinaire. Seriously, he juggled 100 of us on the patio. Props!

Yelp
Good bar atmosphere right next to T-Mobile park. It will get packed on game days. Modelo on draft was my choice and it never disappoints.

Yelp
Best pregame spot ever! Super friendly staff, kid accomodating, great menu, super tasty and fantastic bar. There are TV screens everywhere and wide open spaces to give it a super comfy vibe. Not to mention it is right across the street from the stadium!! There was no wait, but granted we got there hours before the game...
google avatar

Yelp
Came here for some pregame drinks and despite the expectations - crowds, slightly higher prices that come with it, it was pretty good. On any day where a game or event is happening at the stadiums there is bound to be a crowd here, double that if it's warm out and the nearby Victory Hall yard/biergarten is open. Because of that I like how if you have a preference of seating (which includes indoor/outdoor, tables, counters) they will take your number and text you when it's ready. So that's what we did, wanting to be outside. In the meantime we sat at the counter, and this was good, bartenders were pretty attentive and had 3, to keep up with the demand of customers. About 20 minutes we were able to move outside. Beers are definitely cheaper here, so it's a given to have couple before game time. My buddy wanted an "Ultimate pretzel" and got one to share. Think of an Auntie Anne's/Wetzel's pretzel but it comes withmétier beer mustard and Beecher's cheese dip which is cool. Again, if you're coming to a game or event here, I'd recommend and I'd come back myself.

Yelp
My husband and I came here on 6/26/25 for lunch. The food was excellent and the atmosphere as you would expect for a sports bar. We appreciated the fact that the background music was not too loud. Our server Anna was a great help and outdid herself serving us and making suggestions. You could tell she knew the menu well. Beatrice cleared off our table and was very sweet. I would highly recommend a bonus or raise at their next performance reviews. So hats off to you, Hatback for the great experience.

Yelp
Absolutely love Hatback Bar & Grille! I also love that they are partnered with Metier Brewing, as it's one of my favorite local breweries. They have several of their beers on tap and some of the menu items also use the beer in their recipes which is super cool. The actual restaurant has a fun laid back vibe that makes this the perfect spot to pregame nearby events or games. You can also order from Steelheads Alley and sit in that space instead which is also a fun atmosphere. I went with the Hatback Burger which is basically their rendition of a classic cheeseburger. It comes with painted hills beef double patty, Beecher's Cheese, tomato-bacon jam, pickles bibb lettuce, on a kaiser roll. The burger was cooked perfectly and I liked the tomato bacon jam a lot more than I thought I would. The sea salt fries are also really tasty. Definitely one of my favorite spots to stop in before a Mariners game and I'm sure I'll be back once the season kicks off again!

Yelp
What a time to be had ! Really enjoyed stopping into the Hatback , came before the mariners game to pre funk get some good food and drinks in and let me tell you this was the place to be ! Very lively , many tv's and such a friendly staff. Even have a few games out doors while you wait close to the beer garden ! Konnor took care of my friends and I and he knew what to suggest food and drink wise ! He was on top of it didn't have us waiting long for anything and truly made the experience that much better. We will be back soon (: Head to HatBack before your next event or even stay there to watch the game & ask for Konnor

Yelp
Hatback grill is a large and nice space to watch a sports game. There are several large screens from which to watch any number of games. The bathrooms were clean, well stocked and nicely styled. However, the ancient grain bowl I ordered (one of the few vegan options) was terrible. The entire meal was undercooked, lacked flavor and was barely edible despite the high cost... It was mostly grains, with undercooked veggies sparsely set within and three slivers of an avocado atop it. I greatly regret ordering it. The long island was okay. I found it to be too sweet and not very strong. I'm sure there are better places downtown to choose from. I won't be returning here.

Yelp
Fun place for a birthday get together or any occasion to celebrate/have drinks with friends! Hatback is a large space with plenty of seating at the bar, booths and large communal tables. Our birthday group of 10 was able to comfortably move around and share tons of appetizer plates amongst each other. Some of the highlight dishes: - Mac n cheese (Beecher's) - hot wings - Caesar salad with added chicken - hummus plate - nachos The bartender made me a delicious Old Fashion. Friends of mine enjoyed other libations, beers. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a gathering space next to the stadiums before the game.

Yelp
Service was excellent, as was the food. One recommendation for management: The addition of a couple 'special' breakfast items for early Sunday Mariner game days.

Yelp
Post review: We were in the area for the Kane Brown concert & while we tried to get in for an actual dinner, it was SO busy. Totally understood, they had food carts outside and cool beers. Bunch of fun games and it was a great experience to just chill before a wild night! Close to the stadium and easy pay. Will be back when I'm headed to the stadium again!

Yelp
I have mixed thoughts, and I also don't drink alcohol. So if you want to skip my review, I totally understand. First up, service. Every employee I interacted with was SUPER friendly and helpful. But that wasn't the best part, the atmosphere was. It was super busy, but so spacious that it felt very inviting, uh, chill. But I have to say, seating is far and few between. It's tables mostly, which is nice. Alcohol prices were steep according to my buddy. His overall thoughts were, this only brings value being next door to Mariners stadium. We didn't try any of their food. Overall, this is a big spot that feels even bigger once you're inside. But that's about all they have, beyond great employees. My buddy and I had a good time, but there were people we were meeting up with (that we know well enough, but are acquaintances) and they weren't super enticed to stay for very long. Don't take this as a negative review, I have a positive opinion and memory of the place. I apologize if I've upset anyone. Thanks for reading.

Yelp
This is a large open loft style beer hall with a Mariners shop across from T-MOBILE park. We stopped here prior to attending a concert. Outside is an outdoor beer garden with two food trucks. There is lively music with pub games. I put our name on the list and was quoted for a 1.5-hour wait. In the meantime, we went to the beer garden to get drinks. There was mobile ordering for their food truck. We waited almost one hour to receive our tacos from the truck after we were seated at our table and got our drinks. The tacos were tiny but delicious. The server was friendly but clearly overwhelmed by the number of guests. The banana daiquiri was delicious and the atmosphere lively. If you come plenty early and don't have expectations to eat right away, this is a fun place to hang out with friends.

Yelp
3 stars because, super pricey and so so food. It's hard to mess up a double patty smash style burger smothered in their special sauce, aka, 1000 island sauce. Almost to the point of gross. But it wasn't gross. It was tasty. The order was a bit messed up as I asked for a cheeseburger. No bacon. Ended up also with no lettuce, no tomato either. My favorite part of a burger. I know, I know...what's the point? Lettuce and tomato on a burger. I love a good, crispy iceberg and tomato slices, well, duh! I think the very nice waitress got confused. Because my dining partner asked for a burger, no cheese and no sauce, only mayonnaise and she got lettuce. Sort of confused. But I ate it nonetheless. A juicy two patty super messy burger. I chose to eat with one hand only due to the amount of sauce drowning the burger. The fries were semi warm and not salted as advertised on the menu as sea salt fries. Not sure if they didn't feel like frying up a fresh batch. For the price point of food, boo. Freshly fried French fries please! Didn't even finish the fries. The margarita was delicious though, and a $14 price point not too bad for downtown Seattle. Ambiance? Seahawks fans had the place full of loud football fans. Don't judge me, I'm not a huge sports fan. Televisions blasted all over with multiple screens and it was difficult to have a conversation. Now, no hard feelings as this is a sports bar. And a football game had just ended at the nearby Lumen field. So, I'm not hating on that. Just know if there's a sport event going on, you will not be able to have a quiet conversation with a dining partner. But the overall vibe was fun. There's an outdoor area too. Of If I come back I'm having a pizza. The wood fire pizza looked amazing and I saw dudes throwing dough and making fresh pizza. The table next to me was served a pepperoni pizza that looked so good! Overall, I won't rush back here, but, if you're in downtown Seattle attending an event, or concert, it isn't a horrible place. Parking is what you'd expect, local parking lots gouging patrons. Or street parking. I vote public transportation! SYOY!

Yelp
Love how close it is to T mobile Park. Wait times for tables aren't that long and I have been here plenty of times. Drinks are really flavorful and the servers and super friendly and witty. I always get the shrimp tacos and the wings and every time they come out the same way and everytime delicious.

Mark P.

Yelp
A nice place. First time we were placed with the TVs, in the main bar area, which was great before opening day for the Ms. Second time we were put in a narrow room behind the bar, only 2 TVs on one wall on to watch baseball. Could use at least 4 more TVs back there, we felt a bit left out and with the 2 TVs they had, they seated us with one person sitting with the back to the TV. For a sports grill, it really felt like second class seating. The food was great the first time, but the 2nd time, the popcorn shrimp was way overpriced and impossible to eat with dry noodles that were like cardboard filler for the bowl. Disappointed and overpriced for a few pieces of shrimp. Service was great, restrooms were clean, so a good place to go and wait for the gates to open after taking light rail. But be careful what you order for the price.

Yelp
Went here before a Seattle mariners game on Sunday.. place wasn't that busy still good want great, chips are ice cold ( chip warmer guys or at least keep them on a heat lamp) dill ranch has good flavor , I was gonna other a pizza but bartender never came back to check on me ... I end up checking out with a different bartender ,

Yelp
Carlos was an amazing server! I will come back for the service standards that HE set. Thanks! Amazing food and environment overall.

Yelp
This is a welcoming place to join friends and family before games. I recommend arriving a few hours before your event. They have televisions everywhere so everyone can see their favorite sport. Drinks are from local breweries and wineries from around the region. There is a wide variety of seating options to choose from. The interior design is perfect for the Sodo Mojo experience.
google avatar

Yikhwan D.

Yelp
I came here for lunch after a work meeting. I would say it was an ok experience overall. The burger was ok. It probably wont make the best burgers in Seattle list but they are probably not going for that. The ambience is good with big TVs and lots of seating. The service was good. I just thought the food and drinks were on the expensive side for what you get.

Yelp
Hatback Bar & Grille is located across the street from the outfield entrance of T-Mobile Park and is a common choice for a pre- or post-game sports pub. Atmosphere (3.5 out of 5): The interior is relatively modern, with tons of flat-screen TVs which is great. I arrived two hours before game-time and was seated immediately. When we left around 30 minutes before, there was a wait to be seated. The open-style interior was relatively spacious with high ceilings and flexible seating from 2-person tables to multi-person booths. Service (3 out of 5): Our server was attentive overall and was kept busy by the many tables in her section. She was communicative and accommodated our TV requests - however we'd asked for a specific game and unfortunately, she checked and the restaurant didn't have it in their channels. Oddly though, halfway through our meal, we saw the game playing in one of the TVs across the room - so something must've went wrong. Food (3 out of 5): We tried the burger, which comes with two patties and standard fixings. Overall, everything was okay - the burger patties weren't really premium and felt relatively wholesale/frozen, and the fries were also the common thicker-cut kind. The jam was a nice touch to elevate, however altogether it remained a relatively standard burger and fries, nothing special. Value (2 out of 5): Given the prices, you'll definitely be paying a premium for the location, with it being so close to the baseball park. Prices are definitely on the higher end given the quality of the food and expectations of a sports pub. Overall, if you're looking to spend some time before a baseball game or you're in the area and looking to watch a game on TV, Hatback wouldn't be a bad choice. However, if you're looking for some good pub food or drinks, I'd recommend heading into downtown or getting similar food at the baseball game in the stadium for two-thirds the price.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in for a quick snack and drinks before a Yelp event next door at Steelheads. We sat at the bar and were served by Cassie J. We shared a pepperoni pizza and I had a couple of Metier Double Play Lagers to accompany the food. There's a lot of action at the spot we sat at near the entrance to Steelheads and friendly people about. We enjoyed our pizza although I thought it would be more crispy being baked in the stone oven. No worries as it tasted just fine, just a little messy. Overall, we had a good experience and Cassie was a very attentive bartender and friendly. I know this place will be super busy during game days, especially with the MLB All Star Game in Seattle in 2023! Thanks Hatback for opening a very cool place next to T Mobile Park.

Yelp
We have stopped in before Mariner games and if we were in the area for some reason. Pretty good parking lot. You can go in the front or back. It's a sports bar so massive screens all over the place. Haven't had anything bad there and the service has been solid. Full bar and kid friendly.

Yelp
I met my high school buddy before the Mariner game last night, and I selected Hatback as the perfect place. I am surprised of the 3 star rating. It was excellent. Our server, Leslie was terrific. I warned her that i was early and my friend was not arriving for a bit. She said no worries and took care of me with ease and a high level of engagement. I had a very tasty 1/2 dozen of oysters as an appetizer. We then moved to Pork Carnitas Tacos and a Pretzel as our meal. Both were extremely tasty. The glasses of the Sterling Chardonnay were also excellent. Leslie even surprised my friend with a great birthday wish and brought out some ice cream for his enjoyment. Thanks again Hatback for a terrific experience.

Yelp
Food was just okay. Super loud music playing tonight, so pretty tough to have any type of conversation. Couldn't hear our not-so-great server. Won't be back.

Yelp
Hi, We dined at Hatback last night (Tuesday,12/3/24) and started with drinks at the bar. Our bartender Javier was super and very personable as he mixed our drinks and exchanged knowledge of their tequilas and mescals. Great service here. Our waitress Audrey was also superb, handling our table of 8 without a hitch. Super job! Oh, to the food......Both myself and buddy both ordered the $30 Mussels pot with broth. Omg, don't order this disaster! Sauerkraut or finely chopped cabbage and way to many chopped green and red jalapeño peppers made a very strange combo! I love a nicely spiced dish with some heat but this was way to hot with the all the peppers. The broth was unlike anything I have ever had with mussels. The final straw on this disaster was the bread that came with the mussels. Normally a baguette may be split and toasted. How about a piece of regular sandwich bread, lightly toasted and cut in strips! My 4 year old grandson could have put out a better dish than this. Dump this recipe (if there is one) and find a chef who can figure out how to serve mussels in broth. This was the absolute worst mussels dish I have ever experienced. Edible but very strange tstl. No one at the table mentioned their food and another in our group had a VG pizza. It was very tasty. My wife had a spiced chicken sandwich and it was fine but not much spice was her comment. Maybe the regular chef was off last night?

Stephannie K.

Yelp
Great spot for food and drinks before a game! Can get busy but all employees are very attentive, nice flow between getting seated and served. Lemon rosemary chicken was very underwhelming, chicken was well cooked and moist but EXTREMELY bland. The potatoes were great, highly recommend the shrimp tacos super flavorful!

Yelp
Ok let's start with the good, the place is stunning, the remodel certainly did wonders to the building. They lost a lot of seating on the upper levels by taking them out, but it really makes this place bright, airy and elegant. Seating I feel is less than previously, but maybe I'm wrong. Patio is still there, but missing chairs, I hope this doesn't stay as standing only? We loved the patio seating before, especially when the weather is as good as it is right now. Plenty of TVs to watch sports all over, nice option outside of game day. Ok let's look at the food, we got two sandwiches, both were amazing for pub grub. Delicious, high end versions of the standard. The negative, who charges $3 extra for fries? Burgers need to come with fries, chips can be an option, but I shouldn't have to pay for fries. I know it's a new thing tacking on extra cost for stuff that really needs to come with the particular food, but I hate to feel like paying a resort fee - fries fee (maybe a new thing?). Add it to the final cost on the menu and don't bother annoying people with it. Now moving on to the cheesecake that we were able to try, a cloud of wonderful yumminess, I can't even say the last time I had a dessert as good as this... Makes me excited to try what else will be on the dessert menu once it comes out. Service was good, they were a little overwhelmed, but I'm not surprised... day 1 chaos. I also appreciate that mgmt knew this is the first day and people were waiting for a long time. We did, 1:45h isn't something I would normally do, but I really really wanted to try it. They did give out some freebies to make sure the waiting crowd is happy, so good job on that and cheers. We'll be back for sure, let's see if they can iron out some of the problems and make a great thing even better.

Yelp
So hubby & I were super excited to try this restaurant. We came when it was the Pyramid Brewery many times. Hubby had low expectations since today was only their 3rd day in business. I had high expectations because I know the owners have put a lot of money into it. We arrived at about 11:10am today and there was a line of about 20 people. It moved pretty quickly and we enjoyed talking with other guests in line and with the doorman while waiting. Once inside we were sat at a high top table in the bar. Not my favorite type of seating but was happy to get a table quickly since we were going to the Mariners game afterwards. I ordered the Calienté margarita. It was made with mezcal & grapefruit juice & lime. Delicious and had a little kick. Hubby went with his fave IPA Bodhizafa from Georgetown Brewery. Minor detail that bothered me was no coaster or cocktail napkin provided for under the drinks. For food we ordered the shrimp tacos and chicken nachos. On the menu it seemed like the tacos would be served with potato chips. I asked our server and she said they weren't served with anything so we added fries for $3. The shrimp tacos were seriously small. Like appetizer size. 2 shrimp per small tortilla. I can't imagine paying $16 for them with no side at all. They should be served with tortilla chips & Pico de gallo. The chicken nachos had a good amount of toppings but there should have been more tortilla chips. Overall we were happy with food & beverage quality and great service from our waitress Melissa. But I think their menu is too small and their prices for food portion size are too high.

Yelp
This was a great visit. We were seated right away and greeted with drinks quite quickly. My wife and I ordered onion rings and pretzels and dip for our apps and we each got a burger for our entree. The apps came quite quickly and a reasonable time passed before the burgers. By far the best dining food and nicest staff we've had in quite some time.

Yelp
Stopped in to try to get a drink and sit on the patio. At the front door there's a sign that says "please see host for patio seating." So we walked in and there was no host at the host stand. We waited a few minutes but no one showed up. We tried flagging down an employee that was walking by but we were ignored. So, we went to the bar to try to ask if we could sit on the patio. There were 3 employees standing around the bar talking and actively ignoring us. It was not very busy inside but there were 4 groups on the patio. My friend waved at the employees sitting around doing nothing and pointed toward the patio and one of them said "yeah, there's a server on the patio." So we sat ourselves out there. There was one guy serving the entire patio by himself while the rest of the employees just talked in the corner. We waited for 10 minutes and no one addressed us so we finally just left without ordering anything. The server working the patio BY HIMSELF was also pouring his own drinks while his asshole coworkers just sat there chatting and laughing. Even if you were cut for the night, don't you think you'd help this guy out of the weeds? He was running around the whole place by himself while his rude coworkers just sat there and let it happen. I felt bad for that guy. He should get a job where there's better coworkers. No one acknowledged us when we left. Thought it would be a cute place near the stadiums for the Sounders game but it was awful. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere in Pioneer Square instead!

Yelp
We've been attempting to try this place since it opened and has always been too crowded. Managed to get in today since all the fans wanted to be in line to get the give away. Not a particularly varied menu, pretty small I think but maybe that makes it easier for the cooks. Were never quite sure who our server was. a nice woman asked for drink orders when we first got there but my friend was in the rest room so I waited. Then a different person finally showed up about 15 minutes later and we gave them our order. Imagine a bar that doesn't have Pinot Grigio on the shelf. We both ordered shrimp tacos, not many other choices for sandwiches. they were ok, not wonderful and for sure seemed like they had been sitting in the window for a few minutes since they were pretty much just warm and not hot. Not inexpensive that's for sure. Interior is nice and lots of big screen TVs but think we'll go down the street next time. I would have loved to have a breakfast item since it was before noon

Yelp
Okay...this happens so often to me when the food shows up and it looks soooo good I start eating before taking picture for Yelp. DOH!!! This place is great! The place is super clean and has a great ambiance. Service was beyond amazing. Every single person we encountered was so nice. The food was fresh and tasted amazing! It was a great experience. A must try if in Seattle visiting. This place has rooms for banquets and events as well.

Yelp
Met friends before a mariners game here. It's a great meetup location. They manage crowds well with good service and ambiance!

Yelp
The service is great and fast, but I'm here on a Tuesday at lunch so no crowd. My bartender is honest about what's really good which is also great. The fries are really good, crispy, and the ranch is heavy dill and garlic which also stands out in a good way. I'll give the chicken sandwich a 7/10. What's in it is quality but the bun could use a little sauce. It's a tad dry. Fix that and you've got a 9/10. Thicker organic chicken and it'd be 10/10. The main issue here, which nearly every review mentions, are the prices. I don't have an issue paying $18 for a chicken sandwich with fries, that's normal. I want to try the wings they charge $3 per wing. That's 200% markup on any other decent wing joint in Seattle. The beers are also outrageously priced at $9 for their own beer. Their own beer. It's pretty good beer, but it's nowhere close to better than the likes of Georgetown or Aslan, etc. You're basically paying what you would pay at a concert or sporting event for the beer here and while it's a nice environment, it doesn't correlate to paying $3 more. Then you can pay down the street for a good beer. They just need to make some adjustments on price and it's a winner for sure.

Yelp
It took us 20 minutes to be sat even though they were not even halfway packed and had full staff. Then took another 12 minutes to get our drink order. After 15 minutes we finally got our beers and they were barely cold. Once we were able to order our food the food did come out in a timely manner but was lacking flavor. To get our checks we had to ask 3 different staff members including our server. Our server only checked in on us twice the whole time. As someone who used to be in the food industry this overall experience greatly saddens me. As this was my first time I will most likely not be returning.

Yelp
Came to Seattle to escape the heat from SoCal. Stopped by before going to the baseball game across the street. Packed spot, so we knew it would be good. The host, informed our party, they were understaffed and apologized for any inconvenience. Staff: Welcoming and friendly. Food: Waitress recommended the Mac and Cheese with chicken. Vegan burger was good. The cashew spread was good. I would have liked the spread to have a spicy kick to it but overall, no complaints. Pizza: Good. No issues Overall the vibe was good, lots of people.

Yelp
Completely unimpressed. It was VERY loud on a Tuesday night at 6pm and only half full. I can only imagine what it is like when it is busy. Prices are high, averaging $9 for a pint of beer and $19 for a hamburger. The fries are cooked well if you like them crispy, but we're not hot. The burger was okay, but had a piece of gristle or ground bone in it. It was very messy and the napkin not very absorbent. I ordered a beer and the burger at the same time. The burger arrived about 5 min before the beer. I would look for other options.

Yelp
Half price burgers & pizza after the Seattle Mariners game, plus tasty beer. We would go there again.

Yelp
We came to this great new place while the Mariners were playing a few times. We love all of the nice big screens to watch a few games at the same time. The atmosphere is so nice both in the dining area & the bar. We always have had great service & food too. The burgers are amazing as well as the fries they come with! The steelhead burger is our favorite! Definitely check this place out either for a game or after a game!

Yelp
This review is strictly for Mariner game days. Too many inconsistencies between the hostess telling us 45 min 3 separate times I have been (was alerted 10-15 min later each time, told to go next door to grab a beer (which you can't bring in when they tell you 10 min later your table is ready, sign saying door between restaurant and victory hall can't be walked between (we were sat right next to this door and saw a good 2 dozen people walk between venues), ordering a burger with no cheese or pickles and side salad (burger had pickles and no side salad - luckily no cheese though). It's a 2 star review b/c the ambiance in both venues is nice on game days. I just wish they had a better system in place so people aren't told a long wait time, get drinks next door, and then have to toss them prior to entering the restaurant.

Yelp
Waiter completely ignored myself and my son after mariners game took order for people who came in after us when I asked why had no reason hopefully it wasn't because we are people of color

Yelp
Came here after the game - food and service were spot on. I had the. I had the Chicken sandwich and the gin/lemon drink and they were delicious!! Our server was friendly and tentative. It was super busy but that didn't have any impact on our service or food.

Yelp
Came here before a Sounders game (mariners we playing too). They told us it would be 30-45 minutes, but called us up to the front to be seated acter only 15, but then we stood there for another 10-15 minutes during some confusion before we were seated. The waitress was nice. We each got salads and added chicken. The salads were good, but the chicken was a little overcooked and fairly dry. We also shared the street corn and that was the pretty good, and then because we had time and it was hot outside, we decided to split the chocolate cake - so decadent. I wouldn't be able to eat it on my own - it was that rich. The menu is fairly limited, but options for everyone. Overall, 3-4 stars, but the staff was friendly and apologized for the delay. We would absolutely go again.

Yelp
Such a bad experience... maybe the worst thing ever... came after a game and they couldn't have been worse. Obviously understaffed. Then got accosted when I asked if they could light my table candle. Staff was a full... food was marginal... experience sucked... would fire the staff if they worked for me . 0 stars. Go elsewhere

Yelp
Came here before a mariners game, got the wings. My boyfriend and I were the only ones to eat them and we both came back with violent food poisoning. $18 for 6 wings worth of food poisoning. Never going back. The wait staff were absolutely lovely and this is in no way their fault. Only good part of our visit was them.

Yelp
Great soft pretzel! It was buttery and salty and cooked very well. I was there in a Tuesday around 7 and there was no game day so it was quite slow in there. The server was great! Super nice and attentive.
