"This hot chicken restaurant straight out of Nashville, Tennessee starts with plump, marinaded chicken breasts, which are fried crispy and then basted in spicy oil to one of seven fiery heat levels. Nestled in a sandwich or plated with sides of crinkle-cut fries and pimento macaroni and cheese, the combination of warm chicken and hotter spice always satisfies.
