"Hattie B’s is a Nashville hot chicken restaurant chain started in 2012 by co-owners Nick Bishop Jr. and Nick Bishop, Sr. The chain has expanded in Nashville, Memphis, Birmingham, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Dallas and is set to open its first Austin location in the fall.
