The Best Cookies in Seattle | Eater Seattle

"Hello, Robin arguably kicked off Seattle’s cookie craze in 2013, when it began to pump out hand-scooped treats. You can still see the dough being scooped and baked in the pastel-colored open-concept kitchen at any of its three locations. These little babies are cheaper and smaller than others on the list, so you can blow through a half-dozen with ease and sample at least of the 14 options Hello Robin consistently has on rotation. Where birthday cake–flavor cookies can often be one note, Hello Robin makes some of the best with a delicate crunch from the sprinkles and creamy white chocolate. The chocolate orange habanero has some real-deal spice for adventure seekers, and the Totes Oats adds oatmeal and wheat germ to the classic chocolate chip batter, so it’s basically healthy, right?" - Kurt Suchman

Hello Robin - Review - University District - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Cookies can be a complete meal—just ask Santa Claus, or any raccoon. And there’s nothing quite like sinking your teeth into soft-baked dough at Hello Robin before descending into the pit of despair that is Aritzia’s fitting room situation. Grab a handful of classic chocolate chips, brown butter snickerdoodles, and s’more concoctions baked directly onto a whole graham cracker to power up before trying on bodysuits in front of the general public." - Aimee Rizzo

Google
While strolling through University Village, I came across Hello Robin, which partners with Molly Moon to serve their delicious ice cream. Since I already know Molly Moon’s ice cream is amazing, I decided to focus on trying Hello Robin’s cookies. I’m happy to say the cookies didn’t disappoint! They were tasty, with a nice balance of chewy and crispy. While they might not have been mind-blowing, they were definitely enjoyable and a solid treat. I could see myself coming back for another visit, especially when I’m craving a sweet snack. If you’re in the area and looking for a casual dessert, Hello Robin is definitely worth checking out

Google
I had the strawberry ice cream and chocolate vegan cookie. Ice cream is Molly Moons and it was good. The cookie was chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Scoops were a decent portion and the shop was super cute. I did try the raspberry lemonade and that was really good. I will be returning.

Google
Cookies were warm and cooked all the way. Chewy consistency, great texture, and reasonable pricing. Cons: not a lot of options, small location and gets crowded easily, the “full size” of ice cream seemed like a small. Overall good experience and a tasty treat for the family!🩵

Google
The ice cream was delicious and pretty affordable. Sadly I couldn’t try the cookies but they look amazing and they are freshly made.

Google
I think cookies are always about preference, but they do it right. Good mix of specialty, but can't miss with the cholocate chip or the smores!

Google
cute little cookie and ice cream shop in the udistrict !! price for two cookies is about $5, so pretty good. they also have free ice water as well. the shop is rather small itself and when a line forms, it blocks the door a bit. the workers were pretty chill and seemed like they liked their jobs lol the cookies were delicious just wish they were a bit warmer. overall we enjoyed our time here and will be back again (:

Google
Absolutely the best cookies around. And I consider myself a chocolate chip cookie expert. A perfect, slight crisp on the outside and ooey-gooey in the middle. This isn’t where you’ll find a giant cake cookie or some crazy everything-but-the-kitchen-sink monstrosity. Hello Robin keeps it pretty simple with perfectly normal-sized cookies in mostly basic flavors and a few interesting twist options. They don’t offer a ton of options but what they do offer they do very well. My favs are chocolate chip, the Macklesmore (perfect bit of crunch from the graham cracker) and their chocolate cherry cookie. I often drive 45 minutes from the Eastside just to come here for one cookie. I really hope they stick around.

Google
We chose to have Hello Robin cookies for our June wedding and it was great! A few months before we ordered one of each cookie and had a sampling to select the final 5 cookies - Classic Chocolate Chip, Brown Butter Snickerdoodle, Mackles’more, Strawberries & Cream, and Orange & Habanero Chocolate Chip. When it came time to place the order, the communication could use a little improvement, it took a few emails, the online form and a few phone calls before I got word back. And even after placing the order over the phone, there was no confirmation email of what we ordered. Luckily it worked out and everything was ready on time, but it made me anxious. We ordered 14 dozen cookies for 90 guests and I wish we’d ordered more, they were such a hit! I might have to go back and get a personal 14 dozen.

Yelp
The cookies here are absolutely fantastic. I came by on a Saturday evening. I decided to try the following: 1. Classic chocolate chip 2. Dark side of the moon (half chocolate chip, half chocolate espresso) 3. Whole wheat fancy chocolate with sea salt 4. Oatmeal chocolate chip All of the cookies were great, but my favorite was the dark side of the moon. The cookies were chewy, with the right amount of sweetness for me. Staff was friendly and there was plenty of room to sit inside. I will definitely come back in the future!

Yelp
This was my first visit to Hello Robin at University Village (1/7/25). I bought a baker's dozen assortment of cookies. Service was okay. I should have parked myself there to enjoy a cookie or two. But because I bought a beverage elsewhere afterwards, I ended up having to freeze while seated outside. At least the one cookie I indulged in was tasty. A splurge to enjoy these selections later with another family member, with tax & tip it was a over $31. I still prefer the Capitol Hill location much better, most likely due to nostalgia.

Yelp
Delicious cookies! I ordered a small variety to bring home to my family. We tried (and ranked): 2 - Classic chocolate chip 3 - Peppermint chocolate chip - 1 - Brown butter snickerdoodle 4 - Mackles'more 5 - Vegan chocolate chip 6 - Vegan oatmeal chocolate chip Service was great, staff was very friendly and was helpful. I'll be back to visit again when I'm in the area again.

Yelp
I absolutely love Hello Robin cookies. These cookies are amazing and made to perfection every time. They're well worth the drive from the Eastside. Whenever possible, I get the chocolate chip, brown butter, snickerdoodle, and molasses cookies.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious cookies & ice cream. Got an ice cream sandwich in store & 6pack of cookies to go. The cookies are a little small for the price but delicious - still 5 stars.
google avatar

Rebecca B.

Yelp
I stopped by for a sweet treat and I was surprised to see the variety of flavors! I have tried a few flavors and they are delicious! It's the perfect treat! The staff also helped direct you to the perfect choice of flavors! If you want you can enjoy your cookies in the shop or save them for home! The shop is cute and has some seating for you to enjoy your cookies!

Yelp
Best cookies in Seattle!! We went here today and got a half dozen cookies. We got three The Brown Sugar Snickerdoodle, oatmeal cookies, and Salted butterscotch. They were all delicious, but my favorite by far was the Brown sugar Snickerdoodle. If you are looking for a great place to get some sweets, this is the place to go. Also, this place has Molly Moons ice cream, which is a bonus as that is my favorite ice cream in the Puget Sound!
google avatar

Olivia R.

Yelp
This is my FAVORITE dessert spot in Seattle. The cookies are soooo good and they have really fun flavors. They use molly moons ice cream in the sandwiches, which is the best ice cream ever (iykyk). I've been going to this place for years and it's gotten a lot more expensive in recent years but it's still worth every penny.

Will K.

Yelp
Well, it was a battle for sure. My wife, Andrea baked seven of those Peppermint Chocolate chip cookies and I fought those things for hours. Melted chocolate and cookie crumbs every where. I laid on the floor with one hand on my belly and let out a huge gasp. "Oooofff" the battle was over. The cookies were gone. All that was left of the massacre was an empty tin cookie sheet looking pitiful and full of despair. For now the battle is over but the war will rage on!
google avatar

Yelp
Hello Robin is one of my favorite dessert shops in Seattle. Their homemade cookies are amazing. They serve classic cookies like chocolate chip, as well as unique flavors like their orange habanero chocolate chip, which is so delicious with ice cream. They can make cookies into a ice cream sandwich that amazing. They have traditional ice cream flavors, as well as some unique ice cream flavors. There are numerous vegan and vegetarian options at Hello Robin. I highly recommend this dessert shop, it's amazing and the staff are always friendly and very helpful.
google avatar

Crissey Y.

Yelp
It was a cute very Instagrammable place. Everything looked clean and lots of pastel colors. There were a handful of variety to choose from. We went for the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie and Snickerdoodle. It was chewy and good! But not enough to stand out. We tried the Chocolate Oatmeal cookie as well but it was very crumby and dry.
google avatar

Emilee H.

Yelp
Best place for dessert! They use Molly Moon's ice cream combined with their in house cookies that they continuously make fresh. I love my weird pairings of cookies but they are delicious! The staff is also very friendly and I love asking about their current favorite menu items as well. The store was pretty busy and full of light on this friday night but the line went quickly and there was plenty to look at while waiting!

Yelp
I don't know what it is about cookies but I can't stop myself from eating the whole box! I always take one bite of a cookie then think "well... it's just okay" but then I keep eating and eating... then I get yelled at for the cookies being gone. I'd never been to Hello Robin before and always wanted to check it out seeing it around and knowing they partner with Molly Moon. And I definitely wasn't disappointed, inside it smelled heavenly, the workers were so quick and kind and super helpful. We got a gift box and half a dozen for ourselves and the cookies were amazing. I really wanted to try them all heated up but they didn't last long enough... They also have ice cream sandwich's using Molly Moons ice cream, the prices were a little high but they were all very high quality! For the cookies they were all amazing my favorites being the smore and the seasonal lavender chocolate chip. Overall I 100% recommend Hello Robin to satisfy your cookie cravings!!!

Mason B.

Yelp
I am concerned about why the Macklesmore has been renamed to the S'more. I hope it's not because the good people at Hello Robin are cowards. I don't know the full extent of what Macklemore has said recently, but I am sure it's all his best intentions to bring light to the atrocities that America is committing. The employee that wears the Red Scare hat I also did not appreciate. Both things add up to being kind of right wing vibes. Which I know Molly Moon would not appreciate... or would she. I loved my cookie today however, I just can't say that it wasn't a compromised experience considering all that happened.

Yelp
Hello Robin is great! I love their selection of cookies and other local foods/beverages. Staff was nice and we got our desert quickly.

Yelp
It was our first time at UVillage today and I was so happy to come across this cookie shop! We ordered half a dozen cookies and got the brown butter snickerdoodle, oatmeal chocolate chip, and salted butterscotch cookies. They're all so fresh and delicious, but my favorite is definitely the brown butter snickerdoodle. SO good!! I didn't know the oatmeal chocolate chip was vegan and gluten-free but we actually really liked these ones too. The service was wonderful! The staff were all helpful and even recommended their favorites. Super cute ambiance as well! I love how you can see them make the cookies. It's pretty small inside so it was pretty cramped inside with the line. Will definitely be back to get more brown butter snickerdoodles and try some other cookies!! Amazing cookies and so happy we tried these out today. 10/10!
google avatar

Rebecca Q.

Yelp
One of my favorite places for a quick sweet treat! The vegan chocolate cookie is a personal favorite and always pairs nicely with the creamy ice creams. Nice range of flavors too!
google avatar

Jack L.

Yelp
Really solid cookies! They're a little on the sweet side but definitely delicious. The flavors are more innovative and explorative; I like them better than Crumbl but not quite as good as something like Levain which has perfected classic flavors. However, still worth the visit if you love cookies. They have some seasonal flavors which was interesting. There was a blueberry and corn flavor I think which I found pretty exotic tasting.
google avatar

Julienne P.

Yelp
They have two types of gluten-free cookies. Oatmeal and chocolate They also have vegan cookies And of course in assortment of regular cookies. The chocolate cookies also have chocolate chips in it and it gets better with every bite...which I am not sure how is possible. Cookies are just a little on the smaller size BUT they are the best store-made you will find. Yum! You will love it!
google avatar

Kimberly Chloe Q.

Yelp
This is the perfect sweet treat spot!!! Their cookies are delightful and has the perfect texture of crunch and crumble. I will say that coming in during the perfect time when the cookies are freshly baked will enhance your experience tenfold. If someone knows their baking schedule please let me know so I can come right when they're fresh. Their ice cream is from Molly Moons and they pair perfectly with their cookies! I always get their Macklesmores cookie and it's so good!! The Graham cracker underneath the cookie is genius. I really recommend cookies and cream with it so you can load up on the cookie content. It's super fun inside as well! They have a huge table where I'm guessing they roll the cookie dough and stuff. The ovens are also outside so you get to see them and smell how good they are. I also bought myself some Snickerdoodle cookie dough to-go and those bake perfectly! Gooey in the middle but a slight crunch on the outside. This place has my heart
google avatar

Pratima M.

Yelp
A cute dessert shop tucked into the corner of UVillage, right next to Anthropologie -- they serve up delicious cookies and ice cream scoops. They have a mix of classic and unique flavors, including birthday cake and spicy gochujang. I got two cookies and both of them were SO. GOOD. The chocolate chip was a classic done right. The brown butter snickerdoodle has such a subtle brown butter flavor and is really yummy, too. The workers are sweet and helpful, and the lines move quickly. I'll be back soon, this time for an ice cream sandwich!
google avatar

Andrew S.

Yelp
This service is amazing place. To have cookies. My go to favorite birthday cake cookie is so good super soft and creamy so good and my other go to mackles'more is so good and brown butter snickerdoodle super good sweet creamy taste this place is amazing every good customer service getting around is good for kids
google avatar

Julie S.

Yelp
Wow wow wow!! These cookies were so good. Such fun flavors to choose from and the cookies tastes fresh for hours. They really were delicious and the shop has such a cute atmosphere. The workers were hard at work all day and were helpful but also patient when it gets hard to choose.

Manmir A.

Yelp
Grabbed a cookie here and it was good. Warm and chewy. I would say better than Crumbl as the cookie was a reasonable size. Service was quick, staff was friendly and chipper. Ambiance was upscale mellow.
google avatar

Marie R.

Yelp
I was so excited to try this place since I'm a big dessert person and I haven't had sweets in over 2 weeks! I got the salted toffee ice cream and the butterscotch and s'mores cookies. The ice cream was delish! I didn't want anything too sweet so this was perfect! It was salty, sweet, and had bits of toffee. The cookies, however, were pretty mediocre. They didn't taste that special to me. And trust me, I've had a lot of cookies! Th texture, taste, etc. were just lacking. I'm glad I got the ice cream but I don't think I'd be back here, sadly.
google avatar

Jennifer S.

Yelp
I love stopping by this cute shop for some cookies whenever I'm shopping or eating dinner at UVillage! They're always baking new batches of cookies so they're always fresh. You can even get ice cream sandwiches here. My favorite flavor is the blueberry corn cookie which is in season in the summertime only usually.
google avatar

Yelp
I remembered a friend highly recommended this cute ice cream shop a year ago but never had the time to check it out until recently. My boyfriend and I were walking around U Village and found the little shop! The location that we went to is located across of Shake Shack in University Village. There's ample parking around the entire area which could get confusing but follow the directory! We got the Full Sammie in a cup with the Yeti ice cream (sweet cream, granola, caramel, chocolate chunks) and their Chocolate Chip and Mackles'more ($0.50 extra) cookies. The ice cream was eh; not really wow in my opinion. There was definitely a lot going on in the ice cream with all the different things thrown in it LOL. But the cookies! The cookies were small yet delicious! The chocolate chip was a simple choice but the softness of the cookie was what I really enjoyed. Wasn't too sweet either even with the ice cream on the side. The Mackles'more was actually pretty wild. It was basically a graham biscuit cookie with all the campfire s'mores essentials. Super sweet but a fun cookie! I just felt the price was a bit on the expensive side for the portion of everything. But those cookies, YUM. Cute shop for a nice sweet treat! Will probably pass on the ice cream but definitely want to try their other unique cookies such as their orange habanero chocolate chip.

Yelp
Hello Robin is a local Seattle cookie shop that opened in 2013 after Molly Moon Icecream husband asked the pre-founder Robin over text if she could start making the cookies for Molly Moon's ice cream sandwich. Since then, Hello Robin has been a Seattle favorite and a go-to destination for those seeking the best in cookies and ice cream sandwiches. Foods Tried: - Classic Chocolate Chip - Lemon-Glazed Poppyseeds - Snickerdoodle - Pumpkin Chocolate Chip - Vegan Chocolate Chip - Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip My Review: The moment you enter the shop, you are greeted with the smell of fresh cookies; in a daze, you look around and realize you are already in the kitchen. The next thing you see is a long line that goes all the way to the cashier. While you wait in line, you start to drool as the baker pulls a fresh sheet of hot gooey cookies from the oven next to you. By the time you reach the front, you are famished and ask for every cookie on the menu. Before you leave the store, your half-dozen cookies are half gone, and by the time you make it home, there are none left.
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
These cookies are outstanding! I really enjoyed each cookie but my favorite contender was the brown butter snickerdoodle. I came for the chocolate chip - which is still the best, in my opinion, but left with strong feelings for the snickerdoodle. These chocolate chip cookies are probably the best I'd ever had and that's a serious statement. I'm hoping on my next visit there might be a peanut butter option, cause I can only imagine how tasty it would be.
google avatar

Krista K.

Yelp
LOVE Hello Robin!!! Friendly and welcoming staff. Very open/clean environment. For all my gluten-free friends, they have TWO delicious options (a flour-less chocolate and oatmeal chocolate chunk). Both gluten-free options are delicious, even my gluten-eating friends love them. The oatmeal one is spiced exceptionally, while the chocolate one is a fudgey in texture and delicious. I've been told their other options (gluten containing typical cookies) are phenomenal as well from their molasses cookie to their orange habanero. SO fresh and flavorful! Highly recommend!
google avatar

Sandra S.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite cookies in Seattle. They're consistently good and I love trying their seasonal flavored cookie. The space itself is clean and the workers are always nice and happy to make a recommendation.

Yelp
Why hello, Robin! I'm just waiting for the day when Hello Robin opens in Bellevue because you know that's gonna happen; but until then, I'm traveling to Seattle for my favorite cookies! Hello Robin has the best cookies in the Seattle area, and I'm glad to learn there's a second location at U-Village, just across the 520 bridge from Bellevue. I am not a huge fan of the U-Village area, but I guess if Hello Robin is here and if I happen to be here then I must get Hello Robin cookies! Located by Shake Shack and the Apple store, the small shop bakes cookies throughout the day. When I visited, the take-out window was only open, so dining inside was not an option. They have all the wonderful cookie flavors, which you cannot go wrong here. I mean it, all of the cookies are delicious. My favorite cookie though is the Macklesmores, which is basically a chocolate chip cookie with marshmallow on a graham cracker. They're the priciest ones, but they're worthy. PLUS, they also serve Molly Moon's ice cream here, so the best item to get here is a cookie sandwich. DO IT. I guess it's a good thing there isn't a Bellevue location (yet) for Hello Robin because I would be getting cookies and ice cream sandwiches possibly every week. You keep baking those cookies though, Robin. And I will see you very soon.
google avatar

Liz B.

Yelp
Adorable and delicious cookies. Makes a nice gift packed in a colorful box. They can only pack 9 cookies in a gift box - would be better is they had different sizes available.
google avatar

Grayce C.

Yelp
My favorite dessert of all time is the coconut chunk ice cream with an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie! Such an amazing Seattle staple and part of the community. Definitely recommend stoping by!
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Would I pay that much for ice cream to be squeezed into an average cookie? If I really want it. I don't find anything exceptional with their cookies or ice cream selections, and certainly not their ice cream sandwiches. My go-to is the yeti but even I find it too sweet to really enjoy on a regular basis.
google avatar

Generous Y.

Yelp
Yoo Hello Robin has some of the best cookies around. You want the ones that are thicker rather than the standard round ones. Either way you can't go wrong, but the thick ones are amazing. I really wanted to try the orange habanero chocolate chip but they ran out! That's probably a good sign though, so if you get the chance opt for that. I opted for birthday cake and chocolate chip off the bat and then asked for recommendations. Snickerdoodle is apparently super popular (though it's the standard round one and to me felt pretty standard like other snickerdoodles). Alongside that, the snack attack (seasonal), whole wheat fancy chocolate with sea salt, and mackles'more were suggested. I can attest to those three being awesome. Lucky for me, the birthday cake was fresh. Birthday cake also has filling on the inside, so the freshness was delightful. Chocolate chip is the perfect standard, cannot ever go wrong and nothing ever beats it fresh. Mackles'more costs an extra 50 cents but I'd order at least one. Comes with a graham cracker on the bottom with a toasted marshmallow and chocolate on top, what you kind of expect. It's so good though. Snack attack was advertised as something sweet and salt and that's a good way to describe it. A mix of flavors that is welcome. Whole wheat fancy chocolate with sea salt was more of a standard chocolate chip with some clashing sea salt that somehow enhanced the overall taste. All three are great options. My ranking? From what I tried, I'd put it in the following order: chocolate chip, birthday cake, mackles'more, whole wheat fancy chocolate, and then snack attack. However, everything is so tasty.

Kaitlin R.

Yelp
We chose to have Hello Robin cookies for our June wedding and it was great! A few months before we ordered one of each cookie and had a sampling to select the final 5 cookies - Classic Chocolate Chip, Brown Butter Snickerdoodle, Mackles'more, Strawberries & Cream, and Orange & Habanero Chocolate Chip. And even after placing the order and receiving the receipt, there was no confirmation email of what we ordered. Luckily it worked out and everything was ready on time, but it made me anxious. We ordered 14 dozen cookies for 90 guests and I wish we'd ordered more, they were such a hit! I might have to go back and get a personal 14 dozen.

Taejah J.

Yelp
this is my literal favorite dessert in Seattle. The cookies are so fresh and the flavors are just unique and always tasty but ice cream comes from Molly moons so you can always add ice cream to your warm fresh cookie and this is a place where anybody can find some thing that they like.
google avatar

Chandra P.

Yelp
Hello Robin is my family's favorite cookie shop, anytime we're craving a sweet treat we usually end up at Hello Robin. This location is fairly new and conveniently located within the village shopping center. The customer service is consistently pleasant, selections are always available and fresh! Even if you've had dinner and dessert near by, do yourself a favor grab a cookie or Molly Moon ice cream to go!
google avatar

Jon O.

Yelp
Delicious cookie shop at U-Village! Great variety of flavors, from classic chewy chocolate chip, snickerdoodles, and even a bit more unique with orange habanero. Our favorites were the molasses that had a nice ginger snap flavor (though I would actually like even more ginger and spice), the oatmeal chocolate chip, and of course the classic chocolate chip. The lemon poppyseed was good too, but I wish there was more lemon flavor. Still didn't stop us from devouring it! They also have ice cream from Molly Moon's, which you can get as a scoop or in an ice cream cookie sandwich.
google avatar

Nhan L.

Yelp
Happy they opened another location after their cap hill spot. Since it's at uvillage parking is obv more accessible as well as seating areas. Super cool to see the cookies being baked right in front of you. HIGHLY recommend getting the seasonal birthday cake cookie dough ice cream (although the dough bites are a bit large lol) and the seasonal snack attack cookie! Only issue is that it's a bit pricey but it's Seattle lol

Yelp
First, the service & atmosphere 10/10. The workers are quick and you really don't stand in line for longer then 10 min. They get your order, you pay and your done. Super quick and easy process. Second, the dessert 10/10. The vanilla ice cream *crying face* is the best vanilla you will ever try. It seriously so good and if you haven't tried it yet you are missing out BIG TIME. And the cookies. Literally no words. They make them fresh, you can literally see the ovens they pull them out of and the fresh cookies sitting cooling down. This is the only place I will pay for ice cream and cookies. This place is a 10/10 all around. Consistent flavors that never fail to impress each time. Advice: take some cookies to go, you'll thank yourself later.

Kimberly ..

Yelp
Growing up in the 80's, nut allergies weren't common and there certainly weren't any nut-free bakeries. Finding Hello Robin has been more meaningful than a cookie joint probably should be. I love baked goods, but at every other bakery , there's always a lingering fear and risk associated with getting anything. It's a novel experience for me to walk into a bakery and not have to worry or ask about every single item. And, the cookies are delicious!! I love both oatmeal kinds, s'mores, and brown butter snickerdoodle. I haven't tried their seasonal yet, but they sound delicious. When I met Robin on one my many visits, she was an absolute delight and I was so happy I got to thank her for what she's given me - delicious peace of mind.

Huong L.

Yelp
Finally had time to check this place out at university village. They are doing window service right now due to covid-19. I got the regular chocolate chip and one of their seasonal (robin's nest). The texture is super good and consistent as their other store. I thought the cookies are smaller than usual though.one critique is that I wish they display what the cookies look like on the window so we know which ones we want. Overall, I'm glad there's a location here as it's close to volunteering :)
google avatar

Irene K.

Yelp
I CANNOT recommend this place more. It's so dangerous to live so close to it cause I have the temptation to go everyday. My favourite is their MackleSmores cookie. Their seasonal ones are always fun to try. They have a half dozen and a dozen deal where it's well worth!! They're super nice and patient in waiting for you to pick flavours and always happy to give their recommendations. The store plays great music, has a water station, and cute corner for you to sit and enjoy your cookies!

Yelp
Hello Robin has been one of my favorite spots for as long as I can remember!! The service is great and the workers are always friendly! They use the most delicious ice cream from Molly Moons and combine it with the best cookies. You can get just cookies, just ice cream, or combine them and make a delicious cookie sandwich. I would go out of my way to visit this cute shop and grab a treat! I definitely recommend any location of Hello Robin!!!
google avatar

Madie D.

Yelp
Lol I actually haven't been here in almost a year because I live out of the area but I'm literally dreaming of this ice cream cookie sandwich right now and had to share. Anyway if you're in Seattle please go here, for my sake.
google avatar

Bailey N.

Yelp
Wow. Now I finally understand why there is ALWAYS a line out the door for this place. Don't worry though, the line moves fast! Visited on a Saturday evening and I ordered the Full and chose a choc chip cookie and a macklesmore cookie with a scoop of sweet cream. It was delicious and is now def a go to spot for me for ice-cream and cookies!! Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Now there is a Hello Robin location in U-Village, the Capitol Hill location is still there. This spot is next to Shake Shack, Peloton and the new parking garage on the north side. You can't go inside, order from the walk up window only. We decided to get a few cookies: -Snack Attack -Brown Butter Snickerdoodle -Orange Habanero Chocolate Chip -MackleS'more All cookies were pretty darn good, unlike me, try to have some self control, these were all gone in a few hours. Nice different flavors, nicely made, some cookies were still warm. Staff was friendly at the window, prices are a bit high for a cookie but they are tasty. They have seasonal flavors to check out, they do sell cookie cakes and special orders, check that website for info. Overall, glad there is a Hello Robin at U-Village to get your fancy cookie fix than going to QFC or Bartells.
