"We love Here Today near the Olympic Sculpture Park for salty-lime brunch IPAs and breakfast tacos—specifically migas loaded with tangy red sauce and softened tortilla chips, and cauliflower with pickled onion. And for a brewery located in tourist country, it’s never super busy. "The Seattle dog at this 90s-themed brewery is particularly girthy and rich—if sausage is the priority, consider that wish granted. (Thanks, hot dog genie.) And the thick link’s supported well by a few elevated touches like a double-tangy combination of cream cheese and whipped chevre, pink pickled onion, and tender fried jalapeño slices dredged in cornmeal that add a decent crunch. "It’s worth an extra few minutes of walking to get a drink or snack at this excellent brewery near Olympic Sculpture Park, where you may even be able to find some parking. You can avoid most of the arena crowds and still have a nice time—there are plenty of retro booths, space at the bar, tasty Mexican-style lagers, and 90s McDonald’s-style shoestring fries. "Tucked alongside train tracks at the bottom of an unassuming building where Belltown meets the waterfront, Here Today is the definition of a hidden gem. But man is it worth visiting, and not just because of the cool retro decor (think Taco Bell in the ‘90s). Here you’ll find some truly unique takes on popular beer styles as well as some rare styles you’d be hard-pressed to find anywhere else in Seattle. Perhaps the best example is Icarus Phase, a Groziskie (that is, a Polish-style smoked wheat beer). One could compare it to smoky barbecue in a glass, but words don’t truly capture it — you’ll just have to go try it." - Brianna Gunter
