I tried hey tea in Malaysia and have been hooked ever since. I was there for a month and when I returned to nyc, to my surprise, they had opened multiple locations while I was away! Now it’s my go to here as well. The quality is just as good as in Malaysia and they have the same flavors! So happy they’re here!

Place was crowded both times I went around August during night and day. I got the yumberry (bayberry) boom which was seasonal at that time and coconut mango boom. Yumberry was good but more icy. The coconut mango boom was tasty and creamy and would be the drink to recommend for most people. You can adjust sweetness which is great since I prefer less. You can also give them your own drink container to fill up which is a nice gesture to have for reducing waste and you save a few cents.

HeyTea is a globally famous Boba tea shop with many locations across NYC. We originally tried to go to another location, but it was too crowded and just so happened to find this location as well, and we are glad we came across it. Inside there isn't any seating, and there was a lot of orders waiting to be picked up. There is a self-order kiosk to order drinks. Staff moved quick, and we got our drinks out quite quickly. We tried the Mango Slush and Passionfruit Blast. The Passionfruit wasn't too sweet, and it was pretty good, except for the lime addition. The Lime made it very sour, so it was better without the lime. The Mango Slush was really good, not too sweet but had a great flavor to it. Overall, I understand the hype and can't wait to try more from other locations.

I’m a big fan of bubble tea and I was told this was one of the best boba tea you can get here. I check other reviews and found that the mango and coconut flavor tea was the most popular tea. I tried it and I felt it was refreshing and rejuvenating tea. They make it with fresh mango pulp and the coconut gives it a unique tropical twist. Definitely a must try if you haven’t. Apart from that I also like the brown sugar boba.

I absolutely loved the Coconut Mango Boom. It was refreshing and bursting with flavor. However, I wasn't as impressed with the boba milk tea and probably won't get that again. The service was friendly and efficient. Overall, a good place to try some tasty fruits beverages!

The vibe of the place is great – bustling yet efficient, with the staff managing to keep up with the crowd impressively. I opted for the grape cheese flavor, intrigued by its unique combination. The drink itself was quite good – the grape was refreshing and didn't taste artificial, which I really appreciated. The hint of cheese added an interesting twist, creating a creamy texture that complemented the fruity base well. However, the price tag was a bit of a letdown. At around $8 per cup, I had high expectations that weren't fully met. While I enjoyed the quality ingredients and the drink was definitely above average, it didn't quite hit the "wow" level that I'd expect for such a premium.

Absolutely DELICIOUS drink 😍 Service was perfect + really clean place. 🫶 I tried the grape 🍇 boom half sweet less ice 🧊 & it was the perfect sweetness. Will come again 😁

It's a refreshing drink, as my friend recommended to me. Good tea and natural fruits. Coconut Mango Boom is surprisingly delicious. They were busy, but my number didn't appear on the board. I had to ask if my drink was ready, and it sat there for a while, so make sure you check up on it. I’ve been there a couple of times, and I am happy with the drinks.
