"Until Mothers Best opens later this fall, Bancroft and Winecoff are popping up at S.O.S with High Tide Hinky Dinks. The menu for this iteration of Hinky Dinks features a Polynesian-Cajun-Southern trifecta of Mothers Best fried chicken, Louisiana blue crab rangoon, rum-spiced boiled peanuts, Sichuan cold noodles tossed with potlikker collards and chili oil, and a Southern-Cajun take on the iconic pupu platter. ... The platter comes with a sampling of bites from the menu, including the peanuts, blue crab rangoon, the aforementioned spicy cold noodles, shrimp boil cocktail with a yuzu avocado remoulade, and Hula Popplers — double-breaded Mothers Best fried chicken nuggets brined in a brown sugar mixture." - Beth McKibben

Came in to kill some time and the bartender was WASTED at 6:30pm on a Thursday!! Couldn't even comprehend my husband asking for a Miller light and then stumbled out the door for a smoke while people were waiting for drinks. NEVER EVER coming here again!!

The bartender kicked me out for no reason? She said that I spilled a drink which was weird because it was before I even ordered one. Dude next to me spilled and I cleaned it for them. I don’t know her but bouncer told me that she’s a manager. I used to be a regular there (way before she was there) so it was super weird. Even the bouncer (that I’ve known for several years) suggested that I only go when she isn’t the one bartending. (A couple of people just texted me telling that her name is Nicole!) Hi Nicole! (For the record in the last 8 years that I’ve been there this was my only run in with a problem sooo)

A gem of a pub. Great outdoors space, cosy inside, with a lovely old feel and a great range of nice beers. Busy little spot ideal for afternoon drinking. Charming staff too. 🥰

Small place but it can pack a punch. After a night at bourbon street, come to wind down at this bar. Have a laugh with your friends and enjoy a nice atmosphere. However I'm not a big fan of the bar set up.

We've been going to Indiana for what we taught was the only best place for Quesabirria, but we were wrong, we just found another one, the service is good and I can even start to describe how delicious the tacos are. Definitely will be back, and is only 5 minutes away commute🙂
