My husband recently attended a cooking class at Home Made By Bruno, where we were warmly greeted by Janine, the owner. Upon arrival, we were treated to an assortment of meats, cheeses, and wine. The class commenced with straightforward pasta-making techniques, making it an ideal experience for beginners. Throughout the session, Janine shared her family's rich Italian heritage and her passion for hospitality. She also recommended her favorite ingredients from local specialty food stores. Following the pasta preparation, we had the opportunity to cook and enjoy our creations, paired with Janine's pre-made pesto and red sauce. The evening concluded with a delightful dessert of cannolis. We highly recommend this class to anyone seeking a unique and engaging experience.
