On the Grid : Homeslice Pizza

"Rustic and homely, Homeslice Pizza in Neal’s Yard is the place to go when you’re hungry. Buy it by the slice or order huge pizzas fresh from the wood fired ovens to share – you can go 50/50 if you can’t decide on what toppings to go for. The simple, delicious pizzas can be accompanied with a fine craft beer from their drinks list." - Assembly

30 London Restaurants Delivering Portions So Big You'll Have Leftovers For Tomorrow - London - The Infatuation

"There’s something quite majestic about pizzas being measured in length. You don’t see a 50cm lasagne on a menu, or a 17-metre kebab, but you do see a 20-inch pizza on Homeslice’s menu, and it’s even more exciting at 10am the following morning. If you’re within two miles of their Marylebone branch, then you order these giant beauties, including the wagyu beef special, from here." - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing

5 Pizza Spots Where You Can Eat Out To Help Out - London - The Infatuation

"If you’ve ever been to Homeslice, you’ve probably sat there wondering whether a 20” pizza is too much for you. And you might’ve settled for a few single slices. But no more settling. Now that you can get their 20” margherita for a tenner you’ve got no excuses. Unless it’s not an excuse and you’re absolutely sure you’re not up to eating a whole pizza, in which case you should know that you can get a big slice for just £2." - rianne shlebak

The Best Pizza in London | Eater London

"Kimchi, porcini cream and basil. Aubergine, cauliflower cheese, spinach, and harissa. Spiced lamb, savoy cabbage and sumac yoghurt. Dorothy, it looks like we’re not in Margheritaville anymore. Homeslice is the original and unapologetically cheffy pizzeria, founded by street food warrior Ry Jessup — who has now left the business — and restaurant insider Mark Wogan. It isn’t only the cosmopolitan toppings that stretch the boundaries of Italian pizza. With 20-inch bases, the pizzas are made for sharing. Multiple venues." - Daniel Young

Was ok. Service very Slow, and it wasn’t even that busy. We had to wait forever for a few slices of in the end sloppy, COLD and rather tasteless pizza….served on paper plates!! Weird given the price. Other tables who arrived after us got served way before us. Also it’s too loud for a proper conversation without shouting across the table. Definitely won’t be back anytime soon and I can’t see myself recommending this place either.

Visited around 6pm as a group of four The server we had was great and was really helpful! The pizzas were pretty good and one between two people seemed to be the perfect amount for all of us. For a Saturday, it wasn't busy at all so I'd say our booking wasn't necessary at all. I would definitely visit again! Four People, two pizzas & one bottle of prosecco £90~

Freshly made oven baked pizza, they do it in a very big size but thin. You can order either slice by slice or a full one. There’s a half half which you can choose two flavours. Tasted good.

Incredible pizza stop with wonderful service and great atmosphere. It is subtly dim and minimalist in a nice way, with consistent views to the roaring pizza oven. Pizzas are 20" super thin base and a thick puffy crust, it is absolutely wonderful BUT MEANT TO BE SHARED. While I was able to go through a whole pizza on my own, many will not and they will happily warn you. If you are going simply you can happily order by the slice but if you want to share some more complex options, go for half and half and get stuck in! Decent cocktail selection too, they do have dessert options but I did not give them a go. High recommend and absolutely will go again!

Google
Food was the only decent bit, 2 of us went in told we could only sit at a table of 2 instead of a 4 even tho there was 4 other people in the restaurant, pizza takes up more than the table(would have been nice to have a bigger table) was charged over £7 for 2 cans of coke zero that was warm and hadn't been refrigerated, and to top it of they added a 12.5% service charge to the bill hahaha also no mention of it on the menus which is illegal btw avoid

HIGHLY recommend! The mushroom ricotta truffle pizza is so flavourful and delicious. You need to book a table in advance though!

Very original and creative pizza combinations. Not my favorite, but might be good for others. The dough is good and classic pizza is good. Pizza is on the pricey side. They do very large pizzas as well. Good staff and nice atmosphere in a good location. There is no cutlery in the restaurant.

Insanely massive pizza and visually interesting, good solid toppings but not overly unique (except for the size). Good sharers. The focaccia was ok, quite dry and plain and you do need the sauces. The sauces were unique but soy one was not great. The service was extremely slow and had to ask for sauces multiple times before getting them (and the food was not hot by the time we got those). Overall, alright for the office pizza/sharers.

Yelp
Wow, who knew pizza across the pond could be this good?!? I would have never even fathomed the idea of trying it if I hadn't been here for a work social event. I could not keep up with taking photos before the raptors dove in but I've attached the few I could snag. Thin crusted but enough sturdiness to hold the ingredients together without completely falling apart (emphasis on the completely as you do need to be careful). I recommend the folding method to keep everything intact personally. A perfect ratio between crust/bread and toppings. I think we tried basically everything on the menu and I can say I can personally vouch for every pizza as everything was delicious. My favorite was the AIR-DIED WAGYU BEEF, TRUFFLE CRÈME FRAÎCHE, CIPOLLINI ONIONS & SALSA VERDE. If you are a meat lover like me, you can't go wrong with the pieces of tender wagyu beef sitting on a bed of complimenting flavors. Next up was the MUSHROOM, RICOTTA, PUMPKIN SEEDS, CHILLI FLAKES, CHIVES & SOY TRUFFLE GLAZE which was surprisingly tasty. I'm a bit lactose intolerant but everyone else seemed to love the NEAL'S YARD DAIRY 4 CHEESE, JALAPEÑO SALSA & RYE CRUMB. I believe they usually have some seasonal pizzas which they bring out as I'd recommend always being on the look out for those in case there is something particularly unique or delicious. I'd compare this to Koreatown Pizza Company in Los Angeles (which has more unique flavors) or Delucca Pizza in Dallas (which is all you can eat with the brazilian steakhouse vibe with the waiters coming around and you pick slices). Anyways, if you are craving Pizza, I recommend this place!

Yelp
Pizza in London??? I was really reluctant to come here because I really wanted a nice dinner in London. I am so glad I lost that fight. This place was beyond amazing! The hostess is pretty intense but he's super nice. He made sure we got seated within the time frame he communicated to us. The place was packed not a single available table. The smell of pizza dough permeates through the entire restaurant. We got seated, the waiter brought us a big glass bottle of water to share and walked us through the menu. We also ordered a bottle of red wine which happened to be from Spain and made just for them. The wine was fruit forward and dry perfect for a yummy slice of pizza. We ordered a half margarita, and half salami pizza. You can only order pies in 20inch which seems like a lot but it's perfect because it's so thin. The pizza came out piping hot and they give you your own pizza cutter. It's kind of a neat touch. We cut our pizza and then the conversation stopped. This place is that good. They also have this amazing chili infused oil you can put on your pizza that's absolutely Devine. If you happen to be in this part of London you must eat here!!! It's just damn good pizza.

Yelp
double charged me, waitresses change the amount 2nd time to say 1st transaction didn't go through without issuing failed transaction receipt, have called , emailed, sent picture of double transaction and still no refund. SCAMMERS.

Yelp
Tasty pizza and nice outdoor seating but the pizza is VERY difficult to eat. It's so thin that you can't pick it up without everything falling off. I get the pleasure in a good slice of thin crust pizza but Homeslice takes it TOO far. (It's also not very filling due to the paper-thin crust.)
