11 Best Ice Cream Shops In Atlanta - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"When you’re hanging out at Lee + White and want something cool and sweet, Honeysuckle Gelato is your go-to. Get the creamy, sweet butter pecan blondie, or if you’re dairy-free, the smooth, rich mango sorbet. Take your cone or cup out to the Beltline for a stroll." - jacinta howard

The Best Atlanta Bars With Great Non-Alcoholic Cocktails | Eater Atlanta

"For a sweet sip, visit Honeysuckle Gelato inside Lee+White. You’ll find craft sodas and a slate of revolving gelato flavors for an indulgent float. Look for seasonal flavors and ask those doling out scoops for their favorite flavor combinations. If you need a little pick-me-up, opt for an affagato — a scoop of gelato (try the Irish cream) with freshly pulled espresso poured over." - Laura Scholz

Atlanta’s Chain Restaurants Are in a Major Boom | Eater Atlanta

"I followed Honeysuckle Gelato from its 2011 start as a food truck — using its route to explore metro Atlanta — to its deliberate engagement with customers to refine flavors and pick the first brick-and-mortar site; that approach has helped it grow to seven locations across Georgia and North Carolina and inform its food bank partnerships." - Su-Jit Lin

Best Desserts, Ice Cream, and Cookies For Takeout and Delivery Around Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"Honeysuckle’s Southern-inspired gelato pints are the perfect size for curling up on the couch under a fluffy blanket all alone. Quarantining with friends and family? Grab a gallon tray and a four-pack of cookie and brownie gelato sandwiches. Pick up a few beers at Wild Heaven’s West End brewery outpost next door, too." - Robbie Medwed

Great treats! The shakes are amazing! Cinnamon Roll with Birthday Cake are my go-to combo! Friday and Sunday nights are busy, but they really do get you in and out quickly! It’s definitely a family oriented location, and the entire staff is amazing with children. I take my kids several times a week because of the nice seating and play space that’s right outside.

I love the location in Ponce, so I was excited to see a new one opened in Brookhaven! The gelato here is so fresh and has interesting flavors. I just got a small with two half scoops (banana pudding and salted caramel brownie), and it was a pretty good amount. If you’re ever craving ice cream on a hot summer day, this is the place to come!

Wonderful atmosphere! My family and I are new to the neighborhood. We were out on the park space on Halloween night, and the kind manager Taneka came out to greet us and gave my kids their first few pieces of candy to start off our evening of trick or treating! We can’t wait to stop in and try their gelato when the weather warms up!

First time visitor. Very basic flavors, with a few ‘alternative’ offerings. Not very creamy, though. 2 scoops of coffee in a waffle cone cup was $10. Servings are definitely small for the price. The young girl at the counter on Sunday afternoon was kind of dry in her service approach. Almost felt rushed, but it wasn’t even busy. Try at your own risk, but would personally recommend Freddo in Chamblee as another nearby option.

I wish they were worse so my kids would stop insisting on going. My favorite is the peanut butter cup and chocolate fudge. Super creamy and decadent. This place is a blessing and a curse to have in the neighborhood. Can't beat the family-friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful addition to the neighborhood! Family friendly establishment, with great service, wonderful staff and an amazing manager. The variety of flavors is excellent, and the selection of non-dairy options is impressive! The Cinnamon Roll is super delicious, and the Mango sorbet is fresh and flavorful. 10 out of 10 my family and I definitely recommend!

The shop is always clean and welcoming with a nice variety of flavors. The service is quick and friendly every time I visit. I met a wonderful employee Akira who is a hardworking employee who goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy.

Make sure you try before buying. I got the banana pudding and it was full of small and large ice crystals. For over $5 for a tiny cup, you'd expect quality creamy gelato. This was maybe the worst ice cream I've ever had. My wife got strawberry and my daughter got birthday cake and they were better but not great.
