The food here is nothing short of spectacular. Every dish bursts with authentic, well-balanced flavors that transport you straight to the streets of Chennai or Colombo. The spice levels are perfectly calibrated, and you can taste the quality of ingredients in every bite. The lamb chops deserve special recognition - they were absolutely phenomenal. Tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection, they're easily among the best I've had in Doha. The marinade and preparation technique clearly demonstrate the kitchen's expertise and attention to detail. For anyone seeking genuine South Indian and Sri Lankan flavors in Doha, Hoppers is an absolute must-visit. The combination of exceptional food quality and outstanding service makes this a standout restaurant in the city's dining scene. The restaurant had a cozy and warm ambiance, with beautiful lighting and a pleasant atmosphere. I ordered the Chicken Biryani, and honestly, it was one of the best I've ever had in my life — perfectly spiced, aromatic, and rich in flavor. The presentation was great, and the portion was satisfying. The service was also excellent; the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’d come back again.

I had a great meal at Hoppers. The curry was tasty and full of flavor, and the paratha was fresh and soft. The place is clean and has a nice, calm atmosphere with beautiful decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed it and would come back again.

Had a fantastic meal here, Brian was helpful in taking the orders and recommending fantastic dishes. The portions are slightly small, but flavors are absolutely on point. Will recommend this place as a safe way to try Sri Lankan cuisine.

Oh dear. Perhaps I was too excited! I left extremely disappointed. I ordered exactly the same foods I usually order. The taste here was a far cry from the norm. Unfortunately world not repeat the visit. Put me off trying the Hoppers in London. The server was absolutely delightful, he was attentive and pleasant. The table whilst in keeping with the decor, rocked as in was not on level ground.

I was starving, running from meetings to meeting, and needed some re comforting food, and Hoppers gave it all to me. From dhal, to curries and kothus, the flavors were so real and genuine, as if it was freshly imported and roasted in the kitchen. Music is actually very surprising, melodic soft Indian or Shrilanki, I couldn’t say. Perfect and highly recommended experience

Went with frnds for the first time and the place did not disappoint - we tried most vegetarian dishes and they were amazing . Also the portion sizes are good ensuring min wastage and also for us we cud order a variety of dishes 5/5 Service was amazing / the waiters knew about all the dishes and took time to explain about the ingredients and the vegetarian options ! 5/5 The interiors are a perfect blend of modern and traditional styles 5/5 Will go back to try the rest of the dishes !
