"Austin coffee shop Houndstooth Coffee is already quickly opening its fourth Austin cafe in Rock Rose at the Domain Northside on 11501 Rock Rose Avenue, starting on Saturday, December 8. On deck will be coffee, espresso drinks, teas, as well as wine and beer. To come later will be its kegged cocktails featuring cocktails like the Red Headed Oaxacan with mezcal and ginger-honey syrup, and the Red-Eyed Reviver with rye, lemon, coffee vermouth, and Cocchi Americano. As for food, there will be breakfast tacos from Tacodeli and pastries. This new location of Houndstooth took over Apanas’ vacated cafe. The design of the cafe pulls in details from Houndstooth’s other locations (there are seven altogether, including cafes and a bar in Dallas), like rainbow tiling and wood paneling. Initially, Houndstooth Coffee Rock Rose will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eventually, its full hours will be from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays, and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekends." - Nadia Chaudhury
