I am stingy with five stars. If I give it five stars, that means if I'm in that town, I want to go there again! He calls his dishes shushie. I don't know, but I am not usually a big fan of sushi, and this food was great! Great! We had a lovebird special and it was several courses all served special cocktails. The wine was flowing. The atmosphere is small and intimate. There were only eight people in the whole place the night that we went. The restaurant might fit 16-20. If it were completely filled. From the way that they do everything, it is obvious that is what they want it to be. The experience is interactive with the chef explaining each dish. The server (wife) brought each dish with a unique and fun presentation. I can't say I've ever had a meal like this. It was so fun and interesting! And, to top it off, the food was excellent!

What an amazing food experience! The ambience was cozy and inviting, with so much attention to detail in every corner. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service made the entire experience even better. A true gem — can’t wait to go back!

We had the most incredible experience celebrating my bachelorette dinner at House of Food Porn. Chef and Nicky went above and beyond to make the night feel truly special, adding thoughtful personal touches and offering really attentive service. Nicky was responsive and super communicative weeks leading up to our reservation. She made sure all our dietary restrictions were accounted for. The food was amazing, every dish was unique, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Chef is truly creative with his work. The cocktails were also incredible and perfectly paired with the meal. All my girls were blown away, and this dinner really kicked off the night to a great start! Highly recommend for any special event or date night!

Definitely a fine dinning to try in Miami! The chef is very nice and make the show! I love his Shu Shi concept! They are sushi style composition of flavor with cooked meat, so it is filling :) Make sure you are hungry for the 11 dishes! Also better to go there in Uber. The location is not so great so avoid parking there with your nice sport car ^^

From the way the table is set to the artistry of each plate, everything surpasses whatever expectations you bring with you. We’ve been dining with this extraordinary team for nearly seven years. One of our earliest dates (second? third date?) was here. We celebrated with a group of friends after a filming project. We asked them to privately cater our wedding during the height of COVID. And just yesterday, they created the most unforgettable dining experience for my wife’s 50th birthday celebration. Every course delivered a mind-blowing burst of flavor. Every cocktail and every pour of wine was perfection—and thanks to Nicki’s impeccable attention, our glasses never fell below half. From the chocolate truffle waiting on our napkins as we sat down, to the warm towels before the first course, to the delightful surprises (which I won’t spoil), to the chef’s thoughtful exposition of each dish—every detail was intentional and exquisite. This couple is truly gifted. Their food is spectacular, but their ability to craft an even more spectacular experience is what makes them stand apart. With our history here, it goes without saying: this will not be our last meal with them. We adore these two—and we are endlessly grateful for their talent, their hospitality, and the magic they create.

Without fail this is my favorite restaurant in the world. Chef Frank is a master and constantly surprises you with his creative courses and Nicky treats everyone like a member of the family. Only about 14 seats - which makes it a very personal and warm experience. Everyone sits around a large bar and the chef greets you with each course. Nicky is attentive and charming - there is likely no better customer service at any restaurant in the area. You need to check this place out - you will want to bring more of your foodie friends there and go back again and again. There is no other experience like this anywhere on South Florida.

This was a really fun experience. We celebrated a birthday here and had a great time. Our hosts were very gracious and entertaining. The experience has a family style feel given that you will be seated facing the other guests. This adds a nice social element.

This is an experience! Don’t view it as just a restaurant because it is so much more! Very unique offering. Chef Frank and Nikki create a truly one of a kind evening complete with several courses, depending on your choice. The food is inventive to say the least, and I don’t believe you’ll see many repeats of recipes as they base the menu on what is in season, in stock or what seems interesting at that moment. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted as old friends. They knew our names (you provide this) and had great conversation starters for each of us. We sat down, and immediately felt at home and excited! Our first course came out — !! Wow!! I was not expecting that, and I will not spoil the fun, but let’s say that they were ingredients that I would not think would go together and yet they did! The evening continued at the same pace. The wine flows beautifully and is delicious!! Reminded me a lot of a certain Caymus wine that I love! Everything was amazing, and we made fast friends with our dining mates, who were celebrating a special birthday. They seat around 12 people, so you’ll make friends with others that evening, which also adds to the charm. Book this exclusive experience if you’re looking for something different and a lovely way to celebrate any special occasion. Have an open mind, leave your expectations at home and just flow! No utensils, no problem. Come hungry! Bring a designated driver too if you plan on enjoying the wine or the cocktails! Take lots of photos. You’ll have bragging rights for life ❤️
