Philly Openings in November include Uchi, Wine Dive, Huda Burger, and more | Eater Philly

"From chef Yehuda Sichel, known for sandwiches at Huda, this small mostly-takeout spot brings the same level of detail to burgers made special by house-made milk bread—a tender, sweet-salty foundation for smash burgers and fried chicken sandwiches—plus sides like salads, milkshakes, and fries, with a few tables for dining in." - Maddy Sweitzer-Lamme

Huda Burger - Review - Fishtown - Philadelphia - The Infatuation

"Huda Burger, theFishtownsibling ofone of our favoritesandwich shops, is ideal when you’re lusting after a fast-food-style burger but want it made with quality ingredients. Like the Center City location, the burgers comesmashedwith crispy caramelized edges and served on pillowy housemade milk buns. We’ll be back to try the chicken sandwiches, but the stacked burgers are a touch-too-salty, messy affair, perfect for a convenient in-and-out burger fix, complete with curly fries." - Candis R. I really wanted to like this new burger place, but the experience just wasn’t good. When I called to check on wait times on a Saturday around 8pm, they asked if I could hold and then left me there for 20 minutes. I hung up, called right back, and someone picked up immediately. When I came in to get my food, the place was completely empty, so I’m not sure why I was ever put on hold that long. The fries were a big letdown for $5.50. Mine were as salty as the ocean, and were partially mushy and had little to no crunch. Another review said their fries looked perfect but were literally hard as a rock and inedible, so it seems like consistency is an issue. The burger itself (Cali) was decent and the bun was actually really good, but it’s not worth waiting 20 to 30 minutes for a simple order, especially when the restaurant isn’t even busy. Overall, good bun, okay burger, bad fries, and confusing service. I won’t be rushing back.

Kale salad was delicious. Fries were decent. I was most excited about the burger but it was unevenly cooked and part of it was raw.

Burgers are goooood, tasty and delicious. Fries are good too, same as burger salad, I like it a lot. But chicken nuggets were ok, nothing special. Nice and clean.

Tried Huda Burger and was genuinely impressed. I got an Impossible burger and it was one of the best versions I’ve had anywhere. Being able to choose my own toppings was a big plus — vegetarians usually get stuck with whatever preset option a place decides on. The fries were also sickkkkk- in the best way possible. Perfectly seasoned and salted—— Very close to old-school McDonald’s!!! Definitely going back

Had to go back for a 2nd time this week just to try more menu items. Got the Pastrami Burger and it was heavenly. Staff is super friendly and the curly fries were great

Unreal! I didn’t think I could love a sandwich as much as HUDA’s incredible short rib grilled cheese or brisket sandwich but Yehuda has done it again - the pastrami burger is EVERYTHING!!! Slow cooked for 10 hours and it just melts in your mouth! I also love the different fry options as I prefer traditional but often find myself hanging out with one of those weirdo curly fry lovers. The real star though? Those house made milk buns that truly set the HUDA brand apart from all the rest! Love the vintage style and friendly staff!

Yehuda and team always make it nice! I’ve been waiting for Huda Burger to open for months, and it was worth the wait! The cheeseburger salad was like a high end Big Mac, and the zesty curly fries were AMAZING. Doesn’t hurt that music and vibes were on point. Would 100000% recommend!

Delicious burgers, the buns are really good, and they have seasoned curly fries!! Get the spicy ketchup, nice subtle kick. Soft serve was great, solid chocolate taste and standard vanilla twist. Hope they start selling the T-shirts.
