In-N-Out Burger brings a retro vibe with customizable burgers, hand-cut fries, and shakes, all served from a charming drive-thru near Allegiant Stadium.
"A retro-style In-N-Out Burger is opening across from Allegiant Stadium in time for the Raiders regular season kickoff. The 1940s-style restaurant is expected to open at the end of August." - Janna Karel
"The proposed In-N-Out Burger, informally name-checked as In-N-Out Stadium, will be located at the southeast corner of Russell Road and Polaris Avenue. It will be a 2,300-square-foot drive-thru restaurant serving only walk-up and vehicular orders, with no indoor dining. Inspired by the original 1948 In-N-Out Burger location in Baldwin Park, California, it will feature an outdoor 1,600-square-foot plaza, two drive-thru lanes, and ample parking. The building will maintain the brand's bone china color scheme, with red and white fabric awnings and illuminated by gooseneck lamps. The project is expected to debut in 2021, although the parent company has yet to announce the project officially." - Bradley Martin
"Almost within the shadow of Allegiant Stadium, local favorite In-N-Out Burger has filed plans to create a themed tribute to its California roots, bringing a 1940s-inspired drive-thru to the westside. Launched in Baldwin Park, California, in 1948, In-N-Out built a replica of its demolished original location back in 2014, creating a non-operational, roadside attraction. Now planned for the southeast corner of Russell Road and Polaris Avenue, the 17th local expansion for the burger chain will follow a similar design inspiration to create a working 2,300-square-foot drive-thru, serving only walk-up and vehicular orders, with no indoor dining. Creating an outdoor, 1,600-square-foot plaza and two drive-thru lanes, once customers have picked up their “double-double” burgers they will drive down a shallow ramp built under the plaza and through a short tunnel that leads them back onto Polaris Avenue. Yet to be announced by the parent company, the retro look is expected to elongate the boxy Forties design, keeping the gooseneck lamps and sharp red and white color scheme and awnings. A retail component is not part of the current proposal. Yet to begin the Clark County approval process, an estimated 2021 debut date has not been revealed." - Bradley Martin
