Zippy’s Will Open its First Location in Las Vegas This Year - Eater Vegas

"A retro-style In-N-Out Burger is opening across from Allegiant Stadium in time for the Raiders regular season kickoff. The 1940s-style restaurant is expected to open at the end of August." - Janna Karel

Updating plans for the “most iconic” In-N-Out Burger ever built - Eater Vegas

"The proposed In-N-Out Burger, informally name-checked as In-N-Out Stadium, will be located at the southeast corner of Russell Road and Polaris Avenue. It will be a 2,300-square-foot drive-thru restaurant serving only walk-up and vehicular orders, with no indoor dining. Inspired by the original 1948 In-N-Out Burger location in Baldwin Park, California, it will feature an outdoor 1,600-square-foot plaza, two drive-thru lanes, and ample parking. The building will maintain the brand's bone china color scheme, with red and white fabric awnings and illuminated by gooseneck lamps. The project is expected to debut in 2021, although the parent company has yet to announce the project officially." - Bradley Martin

Retro ’40s In-N-Out Burger planned for the Allegiant Stadium neighborhood - Eater Vegas

"Almost within the shadow of Allegiant Stadium, local favorite In-N-Out Burger has filed plans to create a themed tribute to its California roots, bringing a 1940s-inspired drive-thru to the westside. Launched in Baldwin Park, California, in 1948, In-N-Out built a replica of its demolished original location back in 2014, creating a non-operational, roadside attraction. Now planned for the southeast corner of Russell Road and Polaris Avenue, the 17th local expansion for the burger chain will follow a similar design inspiration to create a working 2,300-square-foot drive-thru, serving only walk-up and vehicular orders, with no indoor dining. Creating an outdoor, 1,600-square-foot plaza and two drive-thru lanes, once customers have picked up their “double-double” burgers they will drive down a shallow ramp built under the plaza and through a short tunnel that leads them back onto Polaris Avenue. Yet to be announced by the parent company, the retro look is expected to elongate the boxy Forties design, keeping the gooseneck lamps and sharp red and white color scheme and awnings. A retail component is not part of the current proposal. Yet to begin the Clark County approval process, an estimated 2021 debut date has not been revealed." - Bradley Martin

Google
As a first-timer from Canada, I finally got to try the legendary In-N-Out—and wow, it truly lives up to the hype. I was genuinely shocked by the freshness and quality of the food. The burgers were juicy, the veggies crisp, and the fries hit even harder with that signature Animal Style topping. This specific location was extra charming with its outdoor-only seating—it gave off such a fun, California-meets-Vegas vibe. On top of all that, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the States. Worth every bite!

This IN & OUT is South of the Las Vegas Strip and without a doubt, these young American employees, are very well trained. We wanted to deplete a visitor's Visa 💳 card we were given. So the young lady at the register helped us, so we were Blessed, and had enough to take to the airport. Thank you IN & OUT, for hiring people who make it possible to enjoy coming back.

One Star – If You Love Heat, Pigeons, and Zero Comfort, This Place Is for You If you’re dreaming of a cozy indoor burger spot to escape the Las Vegas heat – keep dreaming. Despite the name, “Innenortbürger” has no indoor seating whatsoever. Instead, you’re left to roast in 40°C (104°F) heat under the blazing sun, with no shade, no fans, and absolutely no air conditioning. But the real stars of this restaurant? The pigeons. Dozens of them. They swarm the outdoor seating area, pooping all over the tables, and people actually feed them fries like it’s some kind of bird buffet. It’s filthy, unhygienic, and honestly disgusting. Unless you’re into sweating through your clothes while dodging pigeon droppings, do yourself a favor and skip this place. If you absolutely must eat here, maybe bring a parasol, disinfectant wipes, and a pigeon deterrent. Otherwise, there are plenty of better options nearby.

Google
Forgot how much I loved In N Out, such a great place for burgers and shakes and fries, always animal style. This particular location was very lively, lots of interesting characters and great landscaping.

Google
For Quick menu …… love it but it was so hot outside to take food so we sit inside our car to eat …

Google
Iconic In-N-Out Burger! We know what they’re known for but what are their burgers good for? Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, all the days. Rainy days, sunny days, happy days, sad days, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, late night meals, a quick bite, a long lunch to catch up with friends, a work meal, a solo meal, just any meal. Plus you can get dessert (a shake) with your burger! Don’t forget to try the hot chocolate on a rainy day. They always have the same menu, the same delicious high quality food, the same friendly service, and sometimes, only sometimes there isn’t a line. The burgers are always hot off the grill with smiling service. Double double no salt, no onions, no tomatoes. Order it your way though!

Google
Quick and friendly service. The double cheeseburger was really good, 8/10 Fries were good too 8/10

Google
This In N Out location is drive thru and walk up order only, no inside seating. There is a partially covered seating area outside to the side where the parking lot is, about 4-5 tables with no roof above, then slightly more under where there is some cover. There are a lot of pigeons and they dont seem to have any fear. They will hop up to your table and sit and wait to be fed. The service is decent enough, well staffed for the amount of window traffic there is. You will have to stand around outside for at least 10 minutes to get your food, maybe more depending on big orders before yours. If its nice out it probably will go by faster, but some days it is really not pleasant to be standing out too long. Once you get the food, the burgers are always worth it, fries are average. Close to several non-casino hotels, so most people may be walking up from nearby hotels.

Yelp
They have a drive thru here and seating outside there is heater above on the ceilings. The drive thru is very packed so we walk up to the walk up window. They are kinda cheap on the napkins. The burger is good but I still prefer Dick's burger.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm not a fan of this location. There's only outdoor seating. You order outside at a window also. So in the winter's it's cold and in the summer it'll be really hot. No self serve drinks, they do it inside. The service seemed a lot slower than all the other locations. Seems like less people working also. There's two drive thru lanes, the left lane you would have to reach over the passenger side to get your order through the drive thru window. The wait for the drive thru is long also. I waited 20min for a double double animal style burger only. I talked to a few people from drive thru and they waited over 30-45min for their order. I ended up eating in my car because it was cold outside. I'm not sure who thought about this design, HORRIBLE idea in my opinion! I will NOT return to this location!
google avatar

Cassandra S.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious must have while in town! The patio was pretty dirty from all the pigeons but no fault to the restaurant as people were feeding them even though there are signs I recommend animal style as well
google avatar

Vannesa A.

Yelp
My All time favourite burger it's affordable and delicious. This place has a 2 drive through, set up tables on the side and lots of parking. Staff are friendly. It's a busy place.
google avatar

Eduardo R.

Yelp
Why does this location always takes for ever to get food!? There are no customers in a lobby but is always so slow!? I waited more than 10 mins Last week I found a hair in the animal fries and call corporate about it! You'd expect it would be faster as they don't have a lobby full of customers

Yelp
What do most people crave when they haven't been to Los Angeles or Vegas in a long time?? Well, I would say one of the highest places many people want to come to is In N Out. Now they have a few locations all around Vegas and I would say this location on Russell Road is quick and also super tasty! We told the employee that we would be eating it inside the car and they gave us plenty of napkins and also a paper placemat for each of us. Had four people in the car and we all had different orders. It came out all correct and also super hot. The food is amazing and I loved my hamburger with cheese. I added extra tomatoes so you get two slices of tomatoes and both types of onions in mine. Overall my burger was fat and delicious. I ate it all by the way and it was just heavenly.
google avatar

Weston P.

Yelp
My favorite thing about this location is they are on their A game when it comes to fries extra well animal style. I only like their fries when they are crispy especially with the toppings I don't like them soggy. Definitely my favorite location for the extra well fries.
google avatar

Sandra M.

Yelp
We went to In N Out before checking into our hotel. Note that this location is drive thru only, without seating inside (there are picnic tables outside and plenty of parking). The burgers were fresh and juicy, and the fries had the perfect amount of salt. The food was also reasonably priced. It took about 15 minutes to get our food because it was busy. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend!
google avatar

Tracy K.

Yelp
This is a new location to me with a walk up window and drive thru. Right next to the stadium and hotel. Consistently good and reasonably priced.
google avatar

Jenn R.

Yelp
So the double drive thru is great! But I always feel bad there are employees standing outside to take orders. There has to be a better way and once I figure that out, I'll be rich. And I'll be that person that comes up to a random stranger saying, "you know that efficient way of ordering? I came up with that." And then they'll look at me and be like, "who cares." Ah, I can't wait for that moment. So on to the food... - #2 Cheeseburger, Fries, Drink | Animal style everything because you can't not do that. The burgers are always cooked perfectly; the secret sauce makes it what it is, in my obnoxious opinion. Animal style fries include a slice of melted cheddar cheese, grilled onions, and their secret sauce. All of it amazing. The combo comes with a drink and I'm a pink lemonade gal for its sweet and tart flavors.
google avatar

Edward V.

Yelp
How about if you close a lane in drive thru you put up a sign. People waiting in line don't know you only have one open if it's open. Guess customer service is not a thing at this spot. Most other ones it is.
google avatar

Karen T.

Yelp
Who doesn't love In-N-Out? Service is always great no matter how busy it gets, it's always clean and food is consistent. We were in Vegas for 3 days and ate there twice.
google avatar

Sasha A.

Yelp
I thought the original In-N-Out experience would be cool. If I was going to a game or concert, it would be cool. The outdoor dining experience wasn't very fun. My food got cold fast. Also, the waiting in line for Ketchup, sauce, napkins etc wasn't very pleasant experience. The service was up to par. Very friendly employees going out of their way to make it a good experience. On the bright side, no homeless, or obnoxious teens loitering. I probably won't go back

Yelp
Only gave 3 stars because menu (double cheese burger, burger, or hamburger, that's it!!) was limited compared to typical in and out joint. My cheeseburger was very good nonetheless. The French fries were way too salty...maybe a mistake by staff??!! Ambiance is as expected for In and Out
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
Why must they ruin the fries!?!! We had 2 free "Meal" vouchers because last time (different location) they F'd up the fries 3 times and the manager gave us some freebies. The manager at this location even asked what happened to get these and I told him the fries were the issue. He assured me they'd be great here. LIAR!!! The stupid girl in the back was dishing up fries WAY before the burgers were done. She had them lined up on the counter waiting for burgers to be done. Then she'd put a few "hot" fries on top and add a few more in the bags as they were serving them so people would try one and think they were ALL hot. This Downright Sinister and PURE EVIL!!. Literally 6 orders of fries sitting on the counter waiting for the burgers. They were there 2-3 minutes which in French fry land is like and hour of fried chicken sitting out. Shame on her and the management for probable telling her to do that. As soon as I tried my fries (from the bottom, not the "hot" fry on the top), I went to the counter and asked for fresh fries. The 2nd batch was much better. Sadly, there is only outdoor seating, so the wind basically ruined the fries in a few minutes. The burgers were excellent, so I'll give them that. But keep in mind this location (opened in Aug 2023) only has outdoor seating. They do have "misting machines" for the diners to cool things off in the heat. Luckily it was the evening, so we didn't have to deal with that mess either. Cold, Wet Fries? No thanks. For a new location, you'd think they'd have it together, but again, it was more frustrating than pleasurable. I'm done with fries from this chain!!!

Yelp
This is a Retro-style In-N-Out, which opened on August 31, 2023, and is located across the street from Allegiant Stadium off of Russell Rd & Polaris. This location features a double Drive-thru or a Walk-up window to place your order. Outside dining only. Plenty of parking available. We decided to drive into the left lane. I rolled down my window to place our order with the attendant standing outside on the passenger side of the car. She was very friendly! You might not believe me, but on the night of Sept 30th, it was FREEZING! Lol. The attendant heard me and said, there are heaters here! So, if you look up into the drive thru and in the outside dining area, there are heaters (and misters) camouflaged into the patio cover. Nice feature!! If you also find yourself on the left lane, the pick up window will be on the right side, so the passenger gets to pay the bill and grab the food! ;-) Customer service was great! Food was just as good as any other In-N-Out location, but I will say the fries were cooked perfectly and HOT! We drove around and sat in the car to eat. I imagine this location will be super busy during UNLV and Raiders game days, but it appears they have enough space to accommodate both the humans and vehicles!

Yelp
Maybe I'm just used to the in n outs back home in CA but this was probably my least favorite experience at the chain. The gentleman who took our order at the drive the drive through was a little stand off ish maybe he has a bad day idk but I never usually receive less than kind service at in n out. Second, the ketchup packet they used were nasty or just tasted different...not sure if they switched across all chains or just this NV location. In any case- it was not Heinz. Other than those two things all else is the same.
google avatar

Will M.

Yelp
Terrible choice for In-N-Out. No indoor seating and they are slow slow slow. Two drive through lanes and if you pick wrong lane you have to grab through passenger window. If you have time pick a different location.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
DELICIOUS, DELICIOUS, DELICIOUS! As you would expect, this In-N-Out is consistent with all of the other locations; high quality, fresh food that tastes yummy. With that being said, you may be wondering why I am not giving this location 5 stars. They are soooooo slow, and certainly not the friendliest In-N-Out I have ever been to. Certainly, lackluster in both of these areas. However, for bathrooms that are unlocked during normal operating hours, they are probably the cleanest In-N-Out bathrooms that I have seen.
google avatar

Michael N.

Yelp
This is a quick and easy spot right by a few hotels and the Raiders stadium. Food was freshly made and hot. Counter staff was friendly. I got a double double with a cheeseburger and fries plus a Diet Coke. Everything was as expected. I'd come here again.
google avatar

Kersagottem B.

Yelp
This location has a lot of pigeons that hang around the tables stalking you while you eat.. don't drop a fry cause they all fly in & fight for it!!!! Soon as someone gets up from the table the birds are all over it looking for crumbs.... They also leave bird dropping all over the tables, which get cleaned but only when they're getting really busy..
google avatar

Yelp
I pulled into drive through on Russell Street Las Vegas and was very disappointed. The employee seemed to be having problems with taking the order and abruptly asked me to wait, midorder and I figured she was new and training so I was patient, she eventually returned after 30 seconds to reask me what I ordered. Then I get to the window and the order wasn't even placed. I had to reorder my order at the window and waited and when I got my order it was not accurate. No animal Style when I ordered and the beef patties were raw on the inside. Very undercooked. I have been to In n' out many times and this is the first time I was disappointed. This location dropped the ball.
google avatar

Yelp
Great service even though restaurant was super packed. The Drexel Rowing Team stopped by to try In and Out for the 1st time. Food was great. Ordered protein style double double burger. Super delicious Ambiance was great and was honored to sit next to some fine gentleman that came into town from Drexel on the rowing team.
google avatar

Kevin Z.

Yelp
The latest In-N-Out burger sits across the street from the Allegiant Stadium on Russell. The drive-thru is similar to one I saw in California, (2) lanes with employees outside ready to take your order. IF you choose the left lane, have someone with you or be prepared to stretch to pay and get your food as the windows are on the right (passenger side). If you choose the left right lane, the windows will be on the left (driver side). This location has a large covered outside seating area. No indoor seating. Walk-ups or drive thru will be how you place your order. Misting stations are located in and around the covered seating outside. If you just washed your car, choose the right lane otherwise that new car feel will be removed quickly. Since it is still brand new, employees are still making mistakes from being new. Their pleasant attitude helps make up for those. If you're not familiar with In-N-Out, helloooooo where have you been?? Their menu is simple and delicious. This location continues to put smiles on faces because of it's food taste.
google avatar

Brian R.

Yelp
I fail to see what is so great about this place. Burger was gross and subpar. Fries were over cooked. Too long of a line and I guess they were provided the best service they could. Eating outside was about the best part. I would much rather eat a locally made burger that is not a chain burger. Overall just pretty gross.
google avatar

Yelp
i'm giving this location a 5. i've been coming here for 15+ years. I lived in colorado and would come several times a year to visit my mother. It's close to her and my sisters house. Every time my daughter and i came we made our usual stop or 2 to get our cheeseburger on! One time she made me go on the way to the airport so she could bring her best friend a number 1. it's probably the fact that they don't get their food frozen. it has that fresh flavor. The buns are always yummy. They don't skimp on your cheese. I thought I had already reviewed this spot it was a given, can't believe it took this long. There will always be a line so settle in, it's worth it. They have not changed their menu ever and I live that. We don't need continuous concoctions like some chains think. In N Out will always be a go to. We live here now and we're regulars.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm very Disappointed i'm not a fan of in n out but it's not about the food it's about the price increase why question is what does cali minimum wage increase has to do with in n out also raiseing prices in vegas if we don't have a high minimum wage there employees are already making decent salary what the hec it's not cool in n out and you still want to have a bible verse on a cup the lord is watching human greed just saying
google avatar

Rodge B.

Yelp
3x3 with well done fries and two tubes of Burger Spread sauce for the fries. Nuff said.
google avatar

Brad D.

Yelp
Keep the menu simple and do those items right. No weiners no chicken no fish no tofu; just a decent fresh burger and fries. Hey mine protein style with both onions. Did animal fries since we were eating in but under the cheese it was just fry fragments which did make me sad but I didn't feel like going back in
google avatar

Steven S.

Yelp
Now for the good, 4* food. We really enjoy their burgers and fries. Always fresh and salted properly. Now the awful 1* how this location handles drive thru. We always go to In-n-out at least once a month. I have to say I am rather unimpressed with the way this location handles drive through. it took 10 minutes to get there but waited almost 30 minutes to get to the pay window. Yes they had set up two order lines but 15 minutes to place an order and 15 mot to get out food. Worst park this location blocked almost every parking slot so we couldn't even park and go inside. More awful 2* blocking parking slots so customers can't even park to go inside. Shame on you In-n-Out
google avatar

Brittany F.

Yelp
IT starts as one lane, then in the middle they split us into two and then they have us merge back into one lane. It's a nightmare! It's going to cause accidents. The two girls working out there were standing there talking about how terrible this is and how much longer it's taking. Totally agree! Also, the girl who took my order had no idea what animal style was. Maybe she's new, but when I was trying to explain it, she looked at me like I was a nut. Kind of uncomfortable few minutes lol haven't gotten food yet. Not moving basically. Will post later about food experience. Hopefully it's better than the process of getting it.

Ethan P.

Yelp
Got an incorrect order and cold fries. You could tell the workers were actually trying though, they seemed understaffed and had no sense of anyone being in charge. I do not hold them at fault, but management.
google avatar

Madison K.

Yelp
In-n-out burger is delightfully consistent-- this one is exemplary! Delicious as always and never snarky even during lunch rush. If possible, avoid peak times ( because waiting is painful when the perfect burger and fries are just so close and yet so far!)
google avatar

Evan C.

Yelp
If you live in the East coast and have been on Yelp for a while, you see "In-N-Out" all the time. But like I stated, it's only on the West coast....for now. So I took the opportunity to finally see what all the hype is about. And the hype is well placed. This particular location is completely outdoor dining, which is fine, the weather was perfect. They have two drive throughs to deal with the value. If you go to the counter, like I did, it's pretty easy. You order from one window and pick up from another. The girl at the counter that helped us, Estephanie, was incredibly pleasant. My brother explained it was our first time and she seemed excited to prove the food was the best. She took our order and was accommodating with special requests, like no pickles. Do pickles actually belong on a burger? Let's not debate. So she gave me the receipt and you wait for your number to be called. Once I heard seventy eight, I knew it was time. I got the food and tried the fries first. I'm pleased to report that when you use real potatoes to make fresh fries daily, it is indeed the formula for success. They were not too salty, the way I like them and had a great flavor. Next was the burger, and it didn't disappoint. Every thing on it tasted fresh and delicious. The burger itself was juicy and the buns were soft. The sauce they gave you had a double use. It acted as topping for the fries and the burgers. It tasted better than any sauce you get at major chain restaurants. I was completely sold on this establishment. Now, who can we talk to get one built by my house?
google avatar

Tara L.

Yelp
dont let the pictures for this location fool you, there is no indoor seating conveniently located across from allegiant stadium its the PERFECT spot to grab a burger and fries after the game. seating is super limited though so thats the only bummer. we had to sit on the curb for the landscaping to enjoy our meal. and while it does get crazy crowded after a game the food comes out pretty fast, because hey, it is in n out!
google avatar

Judit C.

Yelp
This new location just opened recently (08/30/2023) Stopped by a couple of days ago for convenience and curiosity. As usually, I ordered the number one from the menu, double double. My cheeseburger was perfectly cooked, delicious! Keep it in your mind that there is no dining room in this location! Only outside dining area! Multiple cooling mist were installed and it helped with the heat issue, but the place is not comfortable for outdoor dining in the Vegas heat for sure! When you order at the walk up window, you wait there until your number called, then find a place to sit and eat. At lunchtime, when I was there, it was manageable, not too many people (yet) but I can't imagine when the place is crowded from the nearby Stadium. Anyway, it's a great place to get your food quickly! There is an outside restroom that was very clean. No key was needed ... There were multiple employees outside, keeping the place clean, wiping down tables, asking if soda refills needed, or anything else. They were very nice, attentive, and kept the place clean.

Yelp
Food was great as always never can go wrong at In N Out burger. The only negative is it was a very hot day and they don not have indoor seating.
google avatar

Colette J.

Yelp
This In-N-Out is pretty cool. I grew up going to In-N-out in California but I've never seen one quite like this with the retro exterior. They also have a walk up window which is pretty cool. They have two lanes going into the drive thru. Honestly, it was probably one of the shortest waits I've ever had at in n out! I'd go to this location over the others in the area.
google avatar

T J.

Yelp
Over 25 mins in the drive though, was only the 3rd car... Whatever the first car ordered took FOREVER and should have been pulled aside. Finally got my burger (completely cold) and drink (sweaty and ice melting). Person at the window absolutely did not care or even apologize. Took one bite and threw it all out out of frustration. Dont go to this location.
google avatar

Mindi F.

Yelp
Look, if you like In-N-Out, it's a win. If you don't, well, move right along. It was a windy Sunday evening and we blew through the drive-thru in no time. The speed of service was much appreciated, and the simple pleasure of the fast-food-but-better hit the spot. Their prices remain reasonable and the quality still outshines in-class counterparts.
google avatar

Lydia B.

Yelp
I'm a huge In N Out fan and have always found service at every location to be great but this location was exceptional. We ordered at walk up window and got our food and sat at one of the outside tables. Food was delicious as always but to top it off an employee cleared our trash and asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks, which we gladly accepted. This location doesn't have indoor seating but there are plenty of shaded tables and they have misters. I'd definitely return to this location because food, service and ambiance were awesome!
google avatar

Victoria J.

Yelp
Figured I'd stop here before the line gets too crazy!! It was only 11am and it was already getting busy...I love getting in and out and can't complain for under $10 for a double double protein style with animal fries (no drink) this place is a bit out of my way but, I was getting new tires today at discount tires and thought what a perfect opportunity...even though the drive thru can be crazy busy at times you're always in and out at a reasonable time.
google avatar

Ayla J.

Yelp
It's always a long line here but it moves really fast. I love the burgers and the pice is spot on . I'm not a fan of the fries they always taste like cardboard paper but I love the burgers.
google avatar

Ethan C.

Yelp
It's pretty good and it's fun to try when in the area but it's honestly not as good as shake shack or five guys. And I get it it's a lot cheaper but it was a mediocre burger. Friendly service but it took a while to get our food and we were in a hurry. The pigeons here are annoying but the tables and ground outside were clean. Overall it's a decent restaurant and that's about it.

Yelp
Newest location in Las Vegas. It's on Russell near Allegiant Stadium. Had no clue this location doesn't have a dining room.. Only tables outside. It was a nice day out so the heat wasn't a problem. But as for the flies constantly buzzing around got annoying. Service was top notch as usual. Workers stopping by the table to see if we needed refills or napkins, etc.. But because of the flies, I won't be visiting this location again.

Yelp
Have visited several times this is the one to go to. Clean new and service is great. Outdoor seating area in shade. $10-12 Uber ride from Excalibur on average. Desire took my order accurately. Gus is the manager and helped serve the food I've seen him there several times. It is a great place! I'll be back.

Yelp
As someone from California, in-n-out is a staple for me. I know what to expect every-time and it never disappoints. This is the new location next to allegiant stadium and the exterior is so cute. There isn't any indoor seating and everything is shaded outdoor. There are lots of seating though. The drive through has two sides for pick up which makes it more efficient. As for dine-in, you walk up to the outdoor entrance. They have a historical plaque in front which is a cool touch. They even have these two palm trees that are crossed to mimic the logo. Super cute and a great post-concert or game snack at allegiant stadium.

Yelp
In-N-Burger 1051 W Sunset Rd, Henderson NV 89014 September 7, 2022 Wednesday - 10:30 AM for lunch 2 Adults Atmosphere - 5 stars Food - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Driving from Phoenix to Reno and my wife suggested In-N-Out. Sure it is early for lunch but bee on the road 5 hours already. Atmosphere - Classic red and white decor. The decor does not allow you to hide any dirt, so you know the place is clean. A little break from the drive, we sat down and ate inside. Food Drink - I had their pink lemonade today. Lunch - Cheeseburger animal style with fries. I rarely stray from the hidden menu animal style cheeseburger. It was perfect, as always. In case you are new to the world of In-N-Out. Cheeseburger animal style is extra Thousand Island spread, mustard, and extra pickles on your cheeseburger. Service - Excellent. Fast and friendly. Bonus points for extra clean! Future - I would go to any of their locations.

Yelp
The Sunset Road at Mark's Street In N Out. It is hard for me to believe that this is my first check-in here in over ten years. This location is a few miles from my house and in those ten years I have been in n out of In N Out several times. The things you learn looking at your Yelp check-ins. Over ten years from my last visit to this In N Out, I decided to stop by between the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve and the Walmart Supercenter across the parking lot. It would be a meal to hold me over for later. In N Out is the perfect hold over food because it is inexpensive and filling. It was obvious when I parked that one of the reasons it took me over a decade to return is that the parking lot is the antithesis of in n out. It is in a regional shopping center with one traffic signal to exit the main road. The closest exit, drops traffic on eastbound Sunset Road at the US 95 interchange where heavy traffic backs up. To avoid all the congestion that included a lengthy cue of cars approaching the drive thru, I parked across the shopping center near Red Lobster. Unlike my recent social distanced visits to In N Out where I shared the only two open tables that were outside with pigeons, today's visit to In N Out was the opposite. It was packed. What I appreciate about In N Out besides the food is that they are well managed. Regardless that the line was to the door, the staff moved it efficiently. What helps the process is that there are only three combo meals: #1 hamburger, #2 cheeseburger, and #3 double cheeseburger. They all include freshly made fries and a bottomless Coke beverage. Over and above all it is the friendly and efficient staff that tops off the well managed operation. From the time that I paid and picked up my order ticket and filled up my medium Coke beverage, the wait was relatively quick. I did not wait long for the ten orders ahead of me. While I waited, I observed that the staff were quick to wipe down tables when a guest abandoned a table. I also observed that they abandoned the chili bar. I used to enjoy eating a few chilis in anticipation of the food. If I was craving the chilis that much, a sign directed me to ask for them at the counter. On the freshly wiped down table overlooking the counter and display of In N Out memorabilia, I placed my tray. It held the number #2 which was the cheeseburger with fries and Coke beverage. After taxes this legendary fast food came out to $6.99. In 2021, this is one of the best fast food deals around. The food was freshly made in lieu of sitting under a lamp. It was agreeable to the taste buds. Additionally with the visibility of the open kitchen, I was confident that there was no funny business going on with my food. After more than ten years my first visit to the Sunset Road at Mark's Street In N Out was worth it. It was the perfect holdover meal between hiking and errands. Hopefully I will be back in less than a decade.
