"I saw renderings from real estate brokers Diversified Partners for a retro-style In-N-Out Burger planned within walking distance of Allegiant Stadium at the southeast corner of Russell Road and Polaris Avenue; they describe the concept as the “most iconic In-N-Out Burger ever to be built.” The ground lease for the chain’s 17th local expansion is up for sale and would host a 2,300-square-foot drive-thru venue serving only walk-up and vehicular orders with no indoor dining, including an outdoor 1,600-square-foot plaza, two drive-thru lanes and ample parking. Inspired by the original 1948 Baldwin Park location, the design keeps the brand’s familiar bone china color scheme, is trimmed with red and white fabric awnings and illuminated by gooseneck lamps. Original paperwork referenced a shallow ramp under the plaza and a short tunnel leading onto Polaris Avenue, but those features are not shown in the latest renderings; informally name-checked as In-N-Out Stadium, the project has not been announced by the parent company and no official debut date has been shared (it was aiming for a 2021 opening)." - Bradley Martin
