The memes of $7 latte is true - here, there are a handful of signature lattes that are in that price range, but they are fairly unique compared to a standard latte or coffee drink you will normally get at a regular coffee shop. There is limited indoor seating but plenty of outdoor seating where I relaxed and worked a bit, but with the proximity to the street, it may not be the best spot to take calls or meetings. The signature lattes use Black Cat coffee, which did have some spiced notes that stand out from a standard latte. I personally got the Avena Latte, which is a latte with oat milk, orange peel, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, and cayenne. There is a slight spiciness to the drink, which amplifies warmth especially helpful in the cooler winters. The combination of flavors just make the drink so good. Even though it was indeed $7, the use of oat milk (usually costs extra $0.50-$1) and the additional complexity of the drink make this quite worthwhile. I do wish the coffee combination itself is mixed more properly as the first few sips were sickeningly sweet so that somewhat destroyed my first impressions and you wouldn't have thought of just mixing away the beautiful latte art before enjoying it. However, the rest of the drink thereafter is pretty delicious.
