The Best Las Vegas Sushi Restaurants

"Ito flies in fish daily from Japan, just for serving only 12 people at a time in an intimate omakase experience. Chefs Masa Ito and Kevin Kim helm the restaurant on the top floor of Fontainebleau Las Vegas with views that overlook the Las Vegas Valley and Red Rock Canyon. Dinner is made specific to guests, with sushi chefs customizing the experience to each customer, hand-forming just-right bites of nigiri and sashimi." - Janna Karel

The Hottest New Restaurants in Las Vegas, November 2024

"Spearheaded by Michelin-starred chef Masa Ito and Kevin Kim, the new omakase restaurant at the Fontainebleau. You can order agua fresca juice blends — either spiked or as is. Or go for a boozy El Pajarito in a cactus-shaped glass." - Janna Karel

An amazing experience at a top notch Omakase. The view from the top floor of the Fontainebleau was incredible. Service and staff were very attentive and polite. They accommodated my non-alcohol drink preferences (drinks are amazing btw). Sushi chef himself was personable and easy to chat with. Made the dinner a fun experience. All cuts of fish was fresh and prepared well. Enjoyed the dessert a lot as well.

I was so excited to try this place. Paying $400 per person you are expecting something perfect meal. ITO is located at top of the Fontainbleau through secret door in Poodle room. It is very exclusive and everyone were very nice and welcoming. We had 6pm reservation and arrived at 5:30 to drink at the bar. We entered sushi bar and the window view was fascinating as it is highest floor in Vegas hotel. Chef were very friendly and nice. But the reason why I gave 3 stars is that my spouse spit fish bone 2 times in nigiri. I mean.. with omakase experience, you should not have fish bone twice especially for high end omakase. Overall, courses were ok, but the fact that we had fish bones two times and thinking $400 per person is not something we expected. The chef covered us provided another 2 pieces of nigiri, but we left there with dissappointment.
