Jaguar Bolera - Raleigh

We’ve been before and had a decent experience. We bowled and ate dinner last time. The service was good and food was OK, but not amazing. Looks like a new menu and new management? We had a great lunch. We shared a burger, a hot honey chicken sandwich and crab cake slider special. All were very good! I also had a blood orange margarita and it was great. I needed a little tequila floater, but I like to taste the tequila. Service was very good. We will be back!

My husband and I came to Jaguar Balero on our weekend trip to Raleigh. It was an ideal spot for us to try as it has the cool self-serving cocktails option and the duckpin bowling. We did not have a chance to try food as it was so late in the evening. However, we hope to come back and get the full experience. It is a fun Space with a really cool atmosphere and management was super accomadating.

We had the BEST time at Jaquar Bolera, Paula was so nice and made us feel so welcome. The food was fantastic, chips and salsa were fresh, and the churros… absolutely mouth-watering! 🤩 We tried bowling, darts, and foosball, but they also have pool and cornhole, so much fun packed into one place. The pour your own tap walls were such a cool experience, and the décor is super cute. We recently moved down from Massachusetts a couple months ago and have never had an experience like this. Can’t say enough amazing things about this spot, highly recommend for families, friends, or date night!

My family was visiting from out of town and I wanted to find a place were adult and kids can eat and have fun and I glad we came here. My 1 year old was able to walk freely and the older kids were able to play board games and bowling. Everyone had fun and the service was great!

If you’re looking for a spot that has a good atmosphere and you want to chill, play games or just drink with your friends then this is a good spot. The food wasn’t good at all though. The self serve drinks are expensive and it’s cheaper to get a drink from their bar. Will probably go back for the duck pins and to hang with friends but won’t be eating there again.

We recently hosted a team outing at Jaguar Bolera, and it was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the service was impeccable. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our team feel welcomed and appreciated. The food was incredible, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Everyone on our team kept raving about it! The upstairs bowling area was private for our group, which made the experience feel extra special. Our employees had an amazing time, felt truly celebrated, and left with big smiles all around. Jaguar Bolera is the perfect place for a fun, memorable outing with top-notch service and fantastic food. We can’t wait to come back!

Wanted to like this place based on their cool decor! Food was okay and the beer selection was great but the service staff was weird and off-putting. We went on a Wednesday evening for dinner and nearly everything we wanted to order was unavailable. The server had to ask us to change our order 3 times after placing it.

This is a great place to gather with friends for an evening night out. There were several games you could play at no cost and others at minimal cost. Make sure you register elapsed of time for the bowling as there was a serval hours long wait when we went so we didn’t get to bowl. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the food. We ordered several different things and none of it was good. The salsa that came with the chips was a brown liquid that had a terrible bitter taste. I’ve never seen salsa that was a brown liquid. I recommend you eat before you go! The drinks were great as you could pour your own if you drank beer. It was overall a great experience!

Very nice place but expensive. We pay $170 for 2 watery drinks and 4 beers from the wall. A lot of different areas for entertainment for adults and kids as well.

Very crowded website doesn't tell you there is a special event. Only three duck pen lanes open. So wait is 2 1/2 hours. So we decided to eat ask about the cheese quesadilla if it was spicy and if there was anything besides cheese and was told no turns out, it had onions in it and a spicy green sauce squeezed on it. The brisket tacos had jalapeños. Was not expecting that. They tasted OK the jalapeños were mild. The hamburger also had something super spicy. Not everyone likes spicy, but apparently the chef does. Also we were told the tap sodas were "Coke" products. Then we arrived at the soda machine to find out they are "Maine Root". Requiring at the desk was told again that there is just a extra sugary Coke. This is not true. Pretty sure Coke would not be happy with that explanation. Tastes different. Should have exchanged it out for a bottled Coke. However the price is still $4 and not refillable. Did come during the week once with some ladies and did the duckpin bowling and we had a good time. This was not so successful. It is a very cute place, and the ambience is nice. I would not eat here again, but would come back with friends to drink and bowl. You should have a senior discount during the weekdays!

I attended a networking/Friendsgiving event at the location. The event was great - so review is about the establishment. The food they served was okay - the Mac and Cheese was burnt. I will say they did label the food regarding the majority food allergies - so that was good. They weren't very clear about how the beverages were to be obtained and when we asked the employee just "pointed" to where we should go - never said a word. Odd. Speaking of many of the employees really didn't speak - it was odd. Like you ask a question and they would be very short or like before point - who does that?! The music was good and LOUD - it was sometimes hard to hear the person right across from you. Where we were seated it was cold. Not sure if that was because we were near the doors but it wasn't comfortable sitting there without your coat on. Parking was confusing and how to enter was just as confusing from the parking deck lol there were several people in the parking deck wondering around looking for how to get to the entrance.

Pretty much self service. Small portions of food and quality was fair at best. Over priced. Duck pin bowling is also overpriced @ $8.00 per person per half hour.

Extremely underwhelmed with this place although I will say that we were only here for lunch -- not to play games or drink beer. You order from the counter instead of your table. Gratuity is automatically applied. I just ordered the catfish tacos and a tap water but noticed the guy charged me $4 for a Coke! Reminded him that I did not order a soft drink. He stated that the only way to give me a glass to get tap water was to charge for a beverage. I told him nevermind, I had a water bottle in my purse. Catfish tacos were dry and tasteless. Coworker ordered the Spanglish salad which looked good. Tried another's guacamole which tasted really fresh. Would not come here to eat again but maybe to drink. Looks like they have many beer taps.

Cool place for a large crowd to get out the house & enjoy different games & fun . Food wasn't great at all but I'll be back for the entertainment

What a fun new spot!! I will say this place is loud (mostly because of the bowling), so just be prepared for that. We went in with a large group and sat down to have dinner first. Everything is first come first serve, they don't take reservations ahead of time. When we arrived for dinner, we put our name on the waitlist for bowling since that was on an hour wait. You order food at the counter and then they bring it out. The dry rub smoked wings were probably my favorite, super tasty. Folks also enjoyed their tacos and the guac. The churros are amazing, highly recommend them, they come with a cinnamon chocolate. The other dessert come out of their dessert vending machine which was neat. Bowling was also a lot of fun. It's suck pin and you can wear your own shoes (don't need to use bowling shoes). Overall something different and fun to do. I loved the decor, it's fun bright and colorful! The easiest way to access the building is to park in the deck and walk over. They are in the far corner of Iron Works.

We wanted to love this place so badly since we are huge Top Chef fans and enjoyed watching Manny. We had heard great things about their recent Top Chef dinner and after party, and am guessing we would have loved those events. Since we couldn't attend those, we were excited to try it out this Saturday afternoon for lunch. Like: greeted at door by a friendly Gal who told us the lay of the land. Dislike: that it's complicated enough that someone has to explain it to you. Dislike: discovered they only serve brunch menu until 3pm. They should make that clear on their website cause the regular menu is what enticed us in on a Saturday for lunch. Like: Gals at counter were nice. They even let us get a wrist band for drinks there after ordering our food, so we didn't have to go elsewhere, which is what we had originally been told to do. Neutral: the 18% automatic service charge. I had thankfully read reviews about it and knew to expect it. Have no problem paying service charges even when we are getting our own utensils, drinks, and ordering at a counter. Like: food is brought to you. Like: Wings good. Juicy. Zesty sauce. Husband said brisket sandwich was good. Dislike: The $18 sandwich came with nothing on the side. And wasn't exactly huge. Not enough for a meal. Same with the wings. I usually can't eat a whole order of wings, but I ate all 7 pieces and felt like they couldn't have been chintzier with the celery. Liked that they shaved the celery, but come on, maybe it was half a stalk's worth? Big dislike: We had just paid $45.98 for these two items and both of us were not even full. Note, we have zero problem paying higher prices when they are warranted (see lots of previous reviews), but come on, throw in a bag of chips, a cup of slaw, something with that sandwich! How about a whole stalk of celery and maybe a carrot stick with the $18 wings? Bigger dislike: (bordering on hate): the drink system. We have been to multiple places over the years with the pour your own system, but the system they are using here is flat out awful. Other establishments will have you pay a certain amount and then you pour what you want up to that amount. Here you give them a credit card, get a wrist band and have to trust them. Thought I'd have a glass of wine. Found a chardonnay that I've had in the past. Saw it was $2.00 an ounce, which sounded reasonable. Grabbed the same size glass I use at home, started to pour and literally a trickle came out. No big deal, but how do I know if I got charged for a full ounce or what? Went back to the counter and one of the gals checked my band and assured me I hadn't been charged for it and pointed to the drinks on the other side. Okay, went over there, and poured what I would have expected to be five ounces and looked up and it said EIGHT ounces. Uh, no. At this point there were lots of people at the counter so I just sucked it up. Husband went for beer and came back with mostly foam. HATE: Time to leave. Still hungry. Have spent $46 on food and "service". And have no idea what exactly our card will be charged for the glass of wine and beer foam. Went to counter to ask about cashing out. Well, you don't do that there. Told we would be cashed out in 24 hours. But she could cut my band off. Okay...thanks. It's been over 24 hours and I have still not gotten a receipt about the drink charges via email. They had sent an immediate receipt for the food, so I know they are capable of doing so. Went online to my credit card and discovered the charge for our drinks was $25.37. Just for my own sanity I went home and used a measuring cup to measure 8 ounces of liquid in the same size glass and I know for a fact that's not what I poured. Nitpicking: Only one soap dispenser and one dryer were working in the women's room. Not a big deal, but it's a new place so why aren't both working? Overall we both left feeling ripped off. Hate that! The two things we did eat were good, but not any better than what we could get elsewhere with full service. I get that restaurants need to come up with new concepts that have less staff to pay, but the weird thing here is there appeared to be plenty of staff around. Games: the sign said darts, board games and cards are free. Maybe we should have played something to feel better about having spent over $70 for one sandwich, some wings, a glass of wine and a glass of beer foam.

I wanted to try this place, since it is new. I went with some friends, and we got some food and drinks. I got the pork burnt ends and the chips and salsa. I got the Oaxaca salsa, which was ok. It's different from your typical salsa. The chips were good though. The burnt ends were very tasty, but it seemed expensive for the amount I got. One of the employees helped me figure out how to scan my wristband to get a drink. I tried the orange mezcal margarita, which was good. They have some other things you can add to your drink, and I added an orange. I didn't think it came out too fast, but I was trying to be very careful about pouring it. I've heard from others that the beer comes out with a lot of foam, so something to be wary of. We didn't play any games, but I would be interested to try some. I liked the atmosphere, and it wasn't super crowded on a Thursday night at 7 pm. The main reason I'm only giving 3 stars is the 18% automatic surcharge to the bill when you aren't being served. You're pouring your own drinks. The food is brought to you, but that's it. It's already pricey compared to other restaurants, so it doesn't make sense. It's also deceptive because the sign just says a service charge is included by the registers. It doesn't say the amount and doesn't say how that is on top of your bill.

I had a decent experience at Jaguar Bolera. The staff at the wristband station provided clear explanations of how things worked. I liked the self-serve drink concept that's gaining popularity. The drinks were fresh and delicious, especially the Moscow mule and margarita. The wings and chorizo hush puppies were also good. However, there was an issue with one of the drink dispensers; it overcharged my friend and kept running, even after their glass was full. Also, the temperature in the venue was uncomfortably warm, and it felt like the AC needed adjusting. Overall, some improvements would've made my experience better. For what is offered here I think I'd whether hang out on my side of town. I wasn't all that impressed with this space.

This location offers a unique experience, especially when it comes to the food. The Lamb Taquitos were fried too hard in my opinion; I believe they would be improved by using a flour tortilla instead. Adding cilantro and onions on top, along with a cilantro lime vinaigrette for the cabbage salad, would enhance the overall dish as the cabbage salad alone was dry. My friends who ordered the Caesar Salads and added chicken and brisket really enjoyed their meals. My husband found the smoked brisket sandwich to be average; he mentioned that the sauce had a nice kick. However, the baked Mac 'n' cheese lacked flavor. The establishment was crowded with people, and all the games, including the dart game and three bowling lanes (two of which were reserved for parties that may not have shown up), had no time limits, making it challenging to participate. Seating was also a problem due to the high number of patrons and the limited available space, despite having cards and board games available for entertainment. Tips should be optional at a self service place!

Had an amazing time coming here for a work event. Not only that, Manny (Top Chef) was there when we visited, I was kinda star struck, what an incredible, down to earth guy, he spent 10 minutes talking to a couple of us about his experience on top chef, super cool! The self pour taps are great, lots of variety, although I wish there were more local craft beer options. Duck bowling was really fun, I've never duck bowled before. And the food for our event was delicious! Little fried chicken sliders that were loaded with flavor, some of the best ceviche I've ever had and delightfully rich and creamy Mac & cheese. Wish we had one these in Seattle!!

Jaguar Bolera is now open at Raleigh Iron Works! This restaurant/bar/gaming establishment defines itself as "eatertainment" and we get the first location in the country! This huge space is decked out in oranges, pinks, and greens making for a fun and funky space, they spent a LOT of money outfitting Jaguar Bolera. Do some duckpin bowling, play some darts or foosball or sing your heart out in their karaoke room. There are tons of things to do here and enjoy an adult beverage at one of their self-serve bars to keep the action flowing. The menu is "Mexican with a Southern accent" and offers up shareables, apps, tacos, sandwiches and entrees. All I can say is I've never seen anything quite like Jaguar Bolera so you should check it out! Probably not for everyone but if it is, you're gonna love it!

Jaguar Bolera is located in Raleigh Iron Works. My friends and I stopped in to play a few games and grab beers. We did not try the food. We played duckpin bowling for an hour then a game of foosball. They also have darts and a karaoke room. All activities, games, and entertainment are first come first serve. The beer, wine and cocktails are self pour with a wristband. I did not like this. It's way more expensive and depending on the beer it can be harder to pour. A few of the beers had also kicked and some just do not taste right. It was a fun time overall.

A very cool place great for group gatherings. The food was ok, alcoholic drinks were thin but they have an interesting selection of beers and ciders. The activities and social spaces were the real hit. Try the duck pin bowling ...

What a fun place! We were so excited when we heard Chef Manny opened this spot in Raleigh after we watched him on Top Chef. Walking in, the decor is so fun and eccentric and bright! It is full of games, like pinball, darts, foosball, and board games. For drinks, you get a wristband and fill your own drinks - they range from beer to wine to cocktails, and even included 2 N/A mocktails! Food is ordered at the counter and delivered to wherever you are as the buzzer they give you has a tracker feature. The vibes were IMMACULATE and this would be such a fun place to go with a big group of friends. The food comes all at once, so we just ate everything together! My husband got the crispy chicken sandwich and I got the pork ribs al pastor. We shared the chorizo hushpuppies and a side of baked mac n cheese. The crispy chicken sandwich was huge! The telera bun and fried chicken were both perfectly crispy and the serrano mayo actually had some sweetness, which paired nicely with the tanginess from the slaw and pickles. The pork ribs also pastor fell RIGHT off the bone and had the best smokey flavor, which paired perfectly with the acidity of the lime-cured onions on top. It also came with a pineapple salsa, which looked like a salsa verde and I thought tasted like a green apple salsa - It was an interesting, unexpected flavor, which I didn't mind but also didn't necessarily love. The chorizo hushpuppies were a little bit of a letdown ONLY because the chorizo was nowhere to be found - we saw a bit of chorizo in one of the hushpuppies, but still couldn't taste it. That being said, they were some delicious hushpuppies - They were crisp but not dry like a lot of hushpuppies can get. The avocado crema it came with was good, but we liked the hushpuppies better on their own. The side of mac n cheese was a pretty solid mac - the crispy breadcrumbs on top were nice, but it was maybe missing something like some smokiness or spice to bring it to the next level. Overall this is such a fun place and we will definitely be back with a group! Self service alcohol is great!! Easily try different selections. Lot's of games to choose from. Great place to relax and chat with your friends.

This place is aesthetically beautiful, but honestly it's a one and done for me. I ordered the brisket sandwich, Mac and cheese and cola for a total of $30.00 which included a 18 percent tip that is not optional. This isn't advertised anywhere before you make your purchase, which to me is a bit misleading. If I required to pay a tip, it should match the service. After we ate our food, our trays stayed in the table for a while. I ordered my cola and had to go to all the way up to the second floor to pour it because the one downstairs was broken. It is also very loud with all the games. Food and service was not.

Fun spot for group outing or date night. They have duck pin bowling, ,darts, boardgames and more! We went when it wasn't terribly crowded so was able to walk around easily and get a bowling lane pretty fast. Tried out the guacamole and pimento cheese and both were tasty. Bathrooms were beautiful but could have been a little cleaner. Overall fun experience and would go back again!

It's hard for me to find the words, but simply, I did NOT like this place. Not for what I was looking for in a town that I don't know. I always use Yelp to direct me and, sadly, my tried and true method failed me. I was looking for a taco place near where we had met friends on a Monday afternoon. This was NOT IT. Come here for the fun and games and the free pouring alcohol, but for TACOS, or any food to be honest, find somewhere else. We ordered the chicharrones, smoked wings, and 3 orders of tacos. The chicharrones were so hard that they were inedible. Even the layers of sauces that were drizzled all over them didn't soften them up. The smoked wings were a little too smokey and kind of dry. It's like the kitchen staff doesn't eat anything they produce. Or maybe we were just too sober. I was confused upon entering the door. I've never seen a pour-your-own set up like this before. But I was here for tacos so I didn't ask about the other aspects of the business. We ordered at the counter as instructed. We specifically asked if there was cilantro on the tacos (one member of our party doesn't like the flavor), the person taking our order wasn't able to answer the simple question, so we just asked them to note that there was to be no cilantro on one of the fish tacos. pretty easy, right? Well, person working the counter, the answer is YES, Yes they put cilantro on every single taco as a garnish which is virtually impossible to pick off. Did I mention that the tacos are $14 for 2. For a $7 taco I want something that is great, these were just fair. So much potential, and so much disappointment. Again, this is not a venue that puts food first, or second, or third. Go somewhere else if good food is what you are looking for. Or spend $70+ just to toss it in the garbage, your choice.

This place is super unique for Raleigh and will do good just based off that. It's also designed really well and super modern and trendy on the inside. It's a large space with bowling, a board game room, darts, a karaoke room, drinks on tap, food, and more. It is also pink and purple cheetah themed so very cute for pictures. There are not too many bowling alleys so you will have to reserve it and plan ahead for your night here. Unfortunately we came here during two work parties who had it booked all day. Also- their bowling is different than the regular alley with small pins and balls. The drinks on tap range from the usual beer to wine and cocktails. It was cool to be able to get a bracelet connected to your card that you can tap to the screen and have it charge your card automatically. However, the cocktails were just not good. I think we had about 5 small drinks and got charged around $90. If they were great drinks I would've been happier with it but the drinks tasted cheap and watered down. There is only one karaoke room and that was also reserved for the hour so we threw some darts then went to the game room where we grabbed two board games to play and ordered food. The food was awful. I thought it was supposed to be a great dining experience but both the chicken quesadilla and overcooked chicken wings completely missed the mark- I would rate both a 3/10. I think a place with so many drinks and games NEEDS great food, or else people will leave looking for food. We left hungry and did eat somewhere else after. Even if they would just stick to great bar bites people would be happy. I have heard others say they thought the food was not good either and I just would not recommend it which is very unfortunate. I think this place can grow into something fantastic!

This place could be fantastic but unfortunately they have some serious flaws. Customer service is terrible. Many employees act as if you are inconveniencing them. The drinks that you serve yourself are very expensive and many do not taste great and they want to get rich off an hour of bowling. $20 bad drinks and $100 an hour to bowl? No thank you.

This was such a fun find!!! The drinks are a very reasonable price, and the games are super fun as well. One thing I will say is it can get very crowded and there is a long wait for bowling, so prepare for that. However, it's definitely a great place to hang out and have fun with your friends, and it's very spacious!

Delicious and fun experience. We came here solely to eat! We will come back to play one day with a larger group. I love the self-pour feature and there are nonalcoholic options! The burger was good but the coleslaw was too creamy for our taste! The broccolini is A MUST TRY and the catfish tacos will knock your socks off!!!! We would love to see some yuca fries paired with the green sauce under the broccolini for a perfect complement to the burger! We will definitely be back!

Jaguar's has the absolute best customer service you'd ever want to experience. I ordered the lamb taquitos, but I received them, and they were severely overcooked. I brought it to one of the staff members' attention, and they took care of it immediately. The staff personnel also told me that if the second batch wasn't to my liking, to feel free to let them know, and they would give me a full refund. One of the managers stopped by to check in on the situation. He apologized and made it right with an order of pork belly burnt ends on the house. It's also a great place for families and friends just hanging out. The atmosphere was very nice. Oh, and by the way, that serve yourself drink wall is not to shabby. But be careful it can easily get too pricey . Thanks, Jaguar's, for an awesome customer service experience!

Went here for my mom's birthday, we went for food and we were possibly going to do bowling but it was busy so we weren't able to. The atmosphere was fun and bright with lots of colors. I ordered the mushroom tacos and they were really good. They were a filling portions, I also ordered the chicharrón and this appetizer was good as well. I wouldn't say it's the best food ever but it was pretty good. These were items from the regular menu and they start serving that at 3 on Saturday. The others in my party ordered brunch, and the potatoes and the pancakes were said to be very good. The way it works at the restaurant in regards to the service is that you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table when you order. There isn't much interaction with the workers or servers but they were pleasant and friendly. I also got a beverage from the pour bar. They have a lot of options. But not many cocktails. Maybe four in total but they have beer, cider, and wine as well. My 4 oz drink costs $9 so the charge was 2 dollars per ounce. But they also have tea and soda as well if you don't want to get a drink. This was my first time at a pour bar but it was easy to use, overall it was a fun experience!

This place is scam! And the customer service is almost none existent. If it's your first time visiting they will not fully explain how things work especially with the self serve drinks. Make sure you pay attention to how much you are dispensing because your bill will be 100 dollars without being aware.

We came here for the first time this weekend and it did not disappoint! We went on a Saturday evening and it was busy but not terribly packed. Everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful at explaining how everything worked. They have a wide variety of self pour drink options which was really cool! I tried the nitro cold brew cocktail (similar to an espresso martini) and it was delicious!! Their food was also outstanding! We split the chorizo hushpuppies and the pork belly burnt ends with friends and they both were 10/10. We will definitely be back to try more of their menu!! Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here. It's a great place for a double date or night out with friends. The games and decor make this a really fun spot that feels different than just going to a brewery or restaurant for drinks. We will definitely be back!

Food is good, but on a Saturday night it's super noisy, crazy busy and very expensive drinks for what you get. Asinine system for drinks that can't be used for food. Drinks require a credit card, upon which they issue you a scan card that you use to buy drinks. You have no idea what the drink costs - which is by the ounce - until you've served it. Stupid expensive. Food was very good - equivalent to very good crops from Wilson's etc. But so noisy - couldn't talk easily without yelling across a simple table. Lastly - it was super hot inside. Almost like AC wasn't working. Everyone was sweating. I probably won't come back - would pick Morgan Street Food Hall over this any day. Seems like this place is a fad that is doing ok so far but there are better places for drinks and food that aren't self-serve with insane pricing and no ringing ears afterwards.

Maybe in time this place will be better. I had a good time with my family with the games and everything was very clean on a Tuesday night and not really busy but the service sucks, the food was okay and they charge you for things you never even got with the self service. To start, we ordered the food and everything came out pretty timely but were told the ribs would be 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, I go downstairs to check, and they're like oh your ribs? They should be coming. They come probably after another 5-7 mins. No apology or anything and a whole HR for a small plate of ribs that didn't even come correctly and were missing their salsa. The sides were pretty delicious but all of the main dishes weren't that great. I waited downstairs at the desk several times to close my check and no one was there and two employees were just standing talking and even looked at me while I stared at them and waited. Then I left. Then as I was leaving, I grabbed one of those employees to close me out that was just standing there and he said it would automatically close me out at midnight but I can get a receipt if I wanted to. When I got my receipt I noticed I was charged for a drink I never scanned for. I pointed it out to the manager on my way out and he attempted to take it off but said it couldn't be found and probably wasn't my ticket and I was fine. But checked my bank account and it was correct and I was charged for something I never poured. It's fine, it was 30 cents but out of principal, it's wrong. When we did tap on one drink to taste it, the price started before we even started pouring. Definitely not $3 something worth of a pour because it was literally like a sample. The bowling idea is fun but to pay for 30 minutes and not by the game is crazy. If there is 4 of you, you have to rush rush rush to finish on 30 minutes and not even get to enjoy. They should definitely change to pay for a game or extend the time for larger groups. Oh and I was given small boxes with multiple different lids and none of them fit.

Went there for the first time this past weekend. Crowds were good very cool setup they way they have everything. Unfortunately we need not eat the food it was a little over priced as well as the drinks. I had a 8 oz cocktail and it was 16 bucks. Not to mention the first cup that I grab had lip stains on it... Cool new please in Raleigh but probably my last time going.

12.5% service fee instead of tip. No waiters so just an extra fee there. Beer pours are 3/4 full because of the foam. FYI don't keep the tap going you'll pay

This place is absolutely beautiful! Very aesthetically pleasing, and very much instagram worthy! The perfect place to hang with friends for a night out. The food, however, is not the best. The Hushpuppies were actually pretty good but maybe overcooked. The salsa was extremely thick, initially it appeared as pasta sauce. (I also ordered the "fresh"guacamole and it was extremely creamy and did not seem "fresh" more store bought. I sent it back) The chicken tacos are flavorful but did come out cold. The cocktail was probably the best part of this experience. They give you a wristband and you open a tab for open pour. Be mindful not to pour too much or you'll end up with a $30 cocktail ‍. Xavier was really gracious and allowed me to get an extra cocktail for the over pour. The service is pretty good. The management team did come over and address any concerns I had. Ultimately, I would recommend this place for a fun night out. Because this is a new place, I'm sure they're still working out the kinks.

I'm not sure what's going on with some of these reviews, but we had a great time. We were in town looking at colleges in Chapel Hill and Raleigh and were told to check this place out. Food was great, drinks were good, but they only have self-serve drink options, where you pour your own beers, cocktails and wine from a self-serve system. I liked that I didn't have to wait for anyone to come take our order, so we can go up and pour whatever we want, whenever we wanted to - I liked that. They had people at the stations, some more knowledgable than others, but it's only drinks, we don't need people with PhD's in mixology, so we loved the trial and error side of it all. I do wish they had a bar, or simple options like a vodka-soda. I wanted a negroni or a nice tequila + club, but ended up having the mezcal margarita and a glass of pinot noir. Loved them both. The food was fine. We got a bunch of stuff, but the tacos were a hit. I read some people knocking the service fee and I get it, but honestly the people working were all great and I would've left 20+%, so I have nothing to complain about. We'll be back next time we're in town.

Love the concept, service was great the staff were very helpful with it being our first time there. Food and drinks are pricey! My huevos rancheros dish was delicious but my friends burger was meh and did not come with a side ... it was $14 . But the cocktails on tap were very good and I went in expecting a hefty drink bill! Overall it was a fun experience and would be a good place for a party/event

I hate to write this because I really wanted to like this place, but it's extremely overpriced. This establishment is self serve. No waitresses. No bartenders. And yet when you order food they put an automatic 18% service charge on your meal. What is the service? The self serve drink machines are also extremely flawed. Since it was my first time there a staff member walked me through it. I selected a drink that said it was $2.40 per oz. I poured between 4-6 ounces. My total was 28 DOLLARS. I immediately pointed this out to the staff member who stumbled over her words and said "yeah you have to be real careful when you pour so you don't pour too much." It was clearly a ripoff, and instead of owning up to it excuses were made. I didn't push further because I didn't want to cause a scene, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I cannot justify going back. Seeing others review saying they experienced the same thing just proves this is an issue. They also have no mechanism to provide receipts here which is shady. I asked for one after getting my food and wasn't provided one. They at no point ask for emails or phone numbers to send automatic receipts either.

Interesting concept of wristbands that charge your card per ounce for anything you get from wells. If you sit upstairs you have to go downstairs to order food but they will bring food to you wherever you are. Someone comes by to buss tables. You can get water on your own. You have to hold wristbands to scanner for a few seconds prior to pulling corresponding pourer to dispenser your drink. I had 2 roughly 7 ounce Moscow Mules for $31. They were good enough for me granted I had only had breakfast so buzz came quick. For food you order at a separate desk downstairs and I ordered the smoked wind cilantro lime hot sauce and both I and others in my party felt smokiness was only flavor. The wings were good for smoked wings but meh for cilantro lime hot sauce wings. There are board games and other games to occupy one's time. The lighting is a bit dim upstairs which made me sleepy and ultimately called my evening short. Overall for about $50 bucks total (service fees included in price) I had fun and would return again.

The food was decent. Mac & Cheese was cold, the hush puppies did not have enough chorizo to taste them. The self pour method of drinks is a neat idea, however there was a drink on the menu that was nowhere to be found so I didn't have a drink at all. Although the manager did refund us for our dissatisfaction in the food, I think there needs to be some improvement. There is a service charge for EVERYTHING in order to pay the employees. The food, the games, the drinks, everything. Company should pay their employees more instead of relying on customers to pay. Not a terrible experience, but not the best.

We came for drinks and the host, Akia, went above and beyond as an ambassador. She made the strongest first impression and is a big part why we will be back. Good drinks, vibe, and concept. See you all soon!

If money is no object for a night out, be their guest. An hour of "bowling" was $101. That's one lane for 60minutes. It's not priced by the number of people or how much you play. It's per lane per hour. There were 5 of us, we bowled one lane for an hour, $101. I got a 12oz can of Diet Coke for $3.83. I think I might have said something if I was not so stunned. One pound of chicken wings, about 8 wings was $18. They were good. The rest of the food was good, the portions were on the medium side, but it was $$$. The service is nothing special, the presentation is very mid. We got the brisket, tacos and the shrimp and grits. It all went down easy. I did not get any of the self pour drinks so I can't comment on that. The bowling, on top of being $$$, is kind of strange. I grew up in the Northeast with Candlepin bowling, but what they have has a weird Fisher Price feel to it. Really might as well be playing corn hole. There was an employee manning the front door and keeping it open most of the time for arriving customers. We were bowling near the front door and it was so hot with the door open I started to sweet. Uncomfortable. The decor is visually appealing but the furniture is uninviting and uncomfortable to actually use. I would say check it out for yourself if you have the budget (money to burn) and are curious. It's like a very upscale King's Bowling.

this place was so cool!! such cool decorations, lots to do and great food!! everyone was so so nice and did very well for being open for about a week!! they have games at the front that you can check out and take to your table, all kinds of board games, cards, and even legos you can buy or arts and crafts you can buy!!

Had a great time! Read the reviews & was a little hesitant but glad I gave them a shot. The second we walked in we were greeted on to dos (games, food, bevs) & where to go, how to grab a drink. Once at the drink self pour he walked us through the process & best practices, great experience, staff was friendly & on point. Love playing Pictionary, bowling & the staff was even patient as I picked a sweatshirt, trying on a couple of sizes. Thank you!

Wow! I'll start off by saying this place is a beauty. I've been three times so I promise I got the whole experience that was needed lol My job hosted an event at Jaguar Bolera and It was great, we go an event package that was put together by Laura and Anna. It included sliders, wings, Mac n chz and etc. They put a person on the event to help us if we had any questions and they were so helpful. I enjoyed the company's gathering so much I decided to bring my family in, just to see how the experience would go with kids. And it went great, the kids got to play some games from the activities booth and I also signed us up for duckpin. Duckpin was fun and kid proof the balls were not to heavy and it kept the kids occupied so the adults could have a great time. This place is definitely family friendly. The third time I went I did a girls night we had a blast! We got our wristbands and the wall was so big so many choices. We definitely enjoyed the garden party!!! This place will get a little pricey but that's all up to you ask for help from one of the workers and they'll tell you the tricks to keep your drinks well affordable. I will be coming back and booking for my Christmas party!

The concept of the place is very nice and entertaining. Everything purchased has a pre gratuity added, including self service drinks which I was not a fan of. Cocktails are also self service and pre mixed. Cocktails and beers were not good. Beer was flat. Ordered a burger and it came out fully raw. Other food was very average. Would not recommend other than to take a picture of it because it is aesthetic.

We had a girlfriends' brunch here, excited to try this new spot. Such a neat concept with a tasty menu. Love the games and the bracelet to pour your own drinks to the volume you desire. An unfortunate incident could have made this a negative experiende. However, the manager Jason jumped to our aid and took great care of us. We will be back!!

Came for the bowling, stayed for the brisket! My husband and i tried duck pin bowling, the darts, and a shuffleboard in this unique and lively new place in Raleigh. But honestly the brisket was so outstanding it blew my mind. I actually chose to go back there on my birthday because that was the thing that I wanted to eat the most! Unfortunately, the second time we ordered the pork rinds they were pretty stale, but overall the food was a win!
